Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER

- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a backend-leaning full-stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents at ElevenLabs.
Our ambition is to make agents a primary way people create across ElevenCreative. We are building systems that turn ideas into high-quality audio, image and video, bringing models and creative tools together without requiring users to become prompting experts.
The creative agent is already live. You will join a small team shaping its capabilities and architecture, with ownership from backend systems and agent infrastructure through to the customer-facing experience. You will help discover what works, turn experiments into reliable features, and use real customer feedback to guide what we build next.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building production agents and expanding their capabilities through prompts, tool use, orchestration, new models and MCP integrations.
- Designing and operating reliable backend systems for asynchronous creative generation and long-running tasks, with strong performance, observability, scalability and security.
- Developing shared evaluations and live quality monitoring, including model-based assessment of image and video outputs.
- Owning features end to end, from identifying user needs and prototyping to shipping across the stack and supporting them in production, alongside product, design and engineering.
You will help shape both what the agent can do and how people use it across ElevenCreative. The work combines substantial greenfield development with improving and operating a live product.
REQUIREMENTS
We care about evidence of exceptional engineering: products you have shipped, difficult problems you have solved, and systems you have owned.
We are looking for:
- Strong backend engineering skills, experience operating production systems, and sound fundamentals in APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience developing agents, with an understanding of prompts, tools, execution logic, evaluations and the challenges of reliable, secure operation.
- Evidence of independent, end-to-end ownership and confidence working across the stack, including frontend delivery when needed.
- Good product judgement, clear communication and enthusiasm for creative agents.
We may also consider exceptional engineers with closely relevant experience. Familiarity with HTTP, WebSockets and asynchronous workers will help you build reliable communication between services and recover from failures.
Experience with multimodal generation, creative editors, MCP, or building products in a small, fast-moving team would be particularly valuable.

At Wealthsimple, we're interested in humans and money — and the complicated ways humans feel about money. Our goal in the creative department is to be a part of that conversation in meaningful ways that are completely innovative and new. We have a deep aversion to making things that already exist and to ads that feel like ads.
We are looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director, Art Director to help us create innovative, human and ridiculously entertaining work. In this role you will often work as a team with a copywriter partner, but you’ll also collaborate with designers, writers, marketers and engineers across the org. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Be a highly conceptual thinker with strong storytelling and design skills.
- Develop big ideas and bring them to life through every stage of production.
- Own large and small brand projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, often balancing multiple projects at once.
- Be a maker-owner, but also a director-delegator, and find the right balance between those two roles for each project.
- Provide art direction on visual design for integrated brand campaigns and projects of various scales and types – from film, social, digital, to interactive experiences.
- Be a creative and strategic thinker who can see how creativity can solve business problems.
- Use AI in a variety of ways. Whether it’s moving ideas into functional prototypes, drafts, mockups or animatics that can be evaluated more quickly, or developing and refining AI workflows for internally created assets.
- Present work in a clear, passionate and dynamic way, championing the creative and vision to internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with outside production partners when necessary.
Skills You Bring
- 6-10+ years of experience as an Art Director (agency experience preferred, but not necessary).
- Ability to concept and art direct, developing storyboards, comps or animatics without assistance from the Design team
- Extensive experience with integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development and delivery
- Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and print
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and able to be a hands-on creative delivering comps, layouts, and assets across all media types as well as give direction to studio designers where applicable
- Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools.
- A truly collaborative creative approach.
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful manner
- Travel for production when necessary.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs' most important customer relationships across Singapore, and we're looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires.
This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations across Singapore — building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation across customer experience, product, and operations.
These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. The region is early-stage for ElevenLabs — you're not just executing a playbook, you're writing it.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts for Singapore, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases — spanning enterprise segments such as FSI, Telco, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions), including in-country data residency requirements and private deployment configurations
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders — navigating both HQ and regional decision-making structures
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging AI voice trends and shaping customers' long-term AI roadmap in markets with rapidly evolving regulatory and procurement landscapes
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) to deliver and expand — coordinating closely with the Singapore-based team
- Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights relevant to the APAC market
- Feed learnings from the field — including localisation needs, compliance requirements, and competitive dynamics — into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies: executive briefings, onsites, regional events, and relationship-based approaches suited to North Asia and Singapore enterprise culture
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts in Singapore
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large regional organizations with layered approval processes
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth, including navigating renewal and expansion cycles in relationship-driven markets
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs — including private deployment, on-premise, or VPC-based architectures for regulated customers
- Technical fluency — able to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, architecture, and data security requirements
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and shape long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence, especially in markets with distinct localisation requirements
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation — comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment and building playbooks from scratch
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements across the region (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
- Fluency in English additional regional language proficiency is a strong plus
- Experience selling into Southeast Asian markets is strongly preferred

Step in wherever needed to keep events running smoothly, calmly, and on-brand

Run our monthly EMEA webinar end to end - topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up - timed and localized for a European audience
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to adapt or build webinar content that lands with EMEA audiences
Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows for EMEA campaigns
Audience growth & promotion
Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, and partner channels for EMEA audiences
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops & Sales to ensure EMEA lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly
Manage attendee communication throughout the event lifecycle
Performance & optimization
Track EMEA event performance - pipeline, revenue, deal acceleration, and event engagement
Share insights and recommendations to continually improve ROI and attendee experience across the region
Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running EMEA events smoother and more scalable
Partner with ops to ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting across systems

Based in the UK or Ireland
(London or Dublin ideal)
4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS
Experience running in-person events across formats (field events, hosted experiences, conferences), ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience running webinars, and real excitement about doing both: a busy in-person calendar plus about one webinar a month
Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams (and time zones) with ease
Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (
Customer.io
, Marketo, etc.) and Salesforce
Familiarity with webinar platforms (Livestorm, Zoom, Sequel) and event management tools
Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, and event pipeline attribution
Ability to partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to troubleshoot data flows and ensure clean reporting

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join our Digital Ventures team, reporting to the Head of Franchise Development. You’ll guide the creative direction of a slate of video games based on Wizards IP, built with external developers across mobile and PC/console. The role covers a range of creative and management skills: strategy development, project leadership through external partners, incubation and prototyping.
Because this work spans several projects at once, it depends on relationships: earning the trust of partner studios and Wizards teams and leading with integrity on both sides. You’ll bring a clear point of view on the IP and the quality bar and share it in a way partners can build on.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office, with occasional travel.
What You’ll Do:
Set and maintain the creative vision for each game, grounded in what players love about our brands, from early concept through launch.
Lead and manage projects through multidisciplinary partner teams across game design, narrative, UX, art and audio, with clear feedback, reviews, and approvals.
Advocate for quality by setting creative intent and world-class standards for each project.
Incubate and prototype new play experiences with our IP, and champion them inside Wizards, from early concepts and pitches through development.
Translate franchise direction into materials partners can build from, such as aspirational targets, kickoff guides, guardrails and franchise bibles.
Help develop strategy for Wizards IP in games, including which opportunities to pursue, which partners to build them with, and the frameworks Wizards uses to evaluate and support them.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of director-level creative leadership (creative, design, UX, or a similar role) working with internal and external partners to ship titles on mobile or PC/console.
A developer’s understanding of how games are made, from design methodology to craft, and the hands-on design, narrative or art skills to contribute directly when a project needs it.
A track record of managing projects through external developers and building strong relationships with them, adapting your direction across studios, cultures, time zones, and matrixed organizations.
Sharp judgment on authenticity and quality, and the ability to explain them clearly to partners and leaders.
A working knowledge of game industry trends, market analysis, and emerging technology (including AI).
Experience turning existing IP into new game concepts and familiarity with Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or both.
Comfort moving between blue-sky concepting, incubation and prototyping, strategy and execution.
A self-directed multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and a healthy relationship with feedback.
Nice to have:
Experience on the licensor or publisher side of a game partnership.
Experience with live-service games.
A love of our fandoms and the communities around them.
Interest in using and learning AI tools like Claude.
