Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Assistant Vice President
About the Role
iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deliver production-grade AI systems that drive measurable business outcomes across the firm. This role is expected to bring sound judgment on technical approach, a bias toward delivery, and able to translate ambiguous business needs into well-scoped, well-executed solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on engineer with a track record of shipping complex AI systems end-to-end and someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong cross-functional partnership, architectural judgment, and able to operate as a force multiplier for the team. This individual will own AI projects and defined workstreams, contribute to system design and technical decisions, partnering directly with business stakeholders, and ensuring that AI capabilities are built to production-grade standards of reliability, scalability, and measurability.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver production AI systems, including document intelligence (IDP), intelligent knowledge systems, agentic orchestration, conversational AI, and generative AI applications, to power internal and external business processes, digital experiences, and workflow automation at scale.
Own AI projects end-to-end, from problem scoping and stakeholder alignment through solution design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, delivering tangible business outcomes with a track record of consistent, high-quality delivery.
Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions for the team, including API design, system decomposition, evaluation strategy, and infrastructure patterns, following and contributing to team engineering standards across the AI/ML platform.
Develop and apply robust evaluation frameworks for AI systems, defining statistically sound, problem-specific metrics, curating benchmark datasets, and enforcing strict versioning to ensure reproducibility and continuous improvement.
Partner directly with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Product, Operations, Legal, and Business teams, to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements into technical plans, and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly.
Support and mentor junior engineers on the team through code review, design review, pair problem-solving, and knowledge sharing, acting as a technical role model and raising the overall capability of the group.
Identify systemic problems and propose solutions, proactively improving team processes, tooling, and infrastructure to reduce technical debt and increase development velocity.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing and deploying production AI/ML systems, including cloud-native solutions on AWS or similar platforms, with a proven track record of delivering complex applications from design through production
Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices, including source control, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and the development of scalable, maintainable software
Deep expertise building production AI solutions, including LLM applications, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), conversational AI, document intelligence, and agentic workflows, with hands-on experience using modern AI frameworks and tooling
Experience designing, deploying, and operating end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including model training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement in production environments
Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, data quality, and AI system evaluation, with experience developing benchmarks, defining performance metrics, analyzing errors, and optimizing systems for accuracy, reliability, scalability, cost, and latency
Experience contributing to technical architecture and design discussions, conducting code and design reviews, and mentoring or supporting the growth of other engineers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical solutions, partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in financial services or FinTech, particularly within document-heavy, regulated, or compliance-sensitive environments is preferred
Contributions to open-source projects, technical publications, conference presentations, patents, or other demonstrated thought leadership in applied AI and machine learning is preferred
Benefits

As ClickHouse scales, we're building the technology and operating foundation Finance needs to continue to enable our rapid growth. As part of that work, we're standing up a dedicated Travel & Expense (T&E) function and are looking for a Senior Expense Specialist responsible for maturing the current processes and day-to-day operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Audit, Compliance & Risk
- Own expense audit end-to-end
- Build and maintain the SOX-ready control environment for T&E, including documentation, testing support, and sign-off readiness.
- Track and reduce policy non-compliance, turning an untracked risk into a measured, managed one.
Global Policy & Program Ownership
- Enforce one global, regionally compliant T&E policy — including EOR employees — to reduce local tax and audit exposure.
- Centrally administer and optimize the ClickHouse Expense tool, Corporate Card program and system integrations to the HRIS and ERP systems.
Reimbursement & Employee Experience
- Cut international reimbursement cycle time from ~30 days to ~7 through automated routing and clear SLAs.
- Reduce the time employees spend per claim through better tooling, clearer policy, and self-service support.
- Be the primary point of contact for T&E questions, escalations, and edge cases — approval flow issues, policy setup, and offboarding coordination with the People team
Reporting, Enablement & Change Management
- Build spend dashboards, KPI tracking, and executive reporting where none exists today.
- Deliver role-based training and a global T&E champion network, and lead structured change management (ADKAR or similar) to drive adoption of new policy and tools.
- Partner with Accounting to complete the handoff of remaining T&E responsibilities.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- 4+ years of experience in travel & expense, accounts payable, or finance operations, ideally at a high-growth or Cloud software company with a distributed, multi-entity employee base.
- Hands-on ownership of Expensify, Ramp (or a comparable card/expense platform), and NetSuite integrations — you know what breaks in these systems and how to fix it at the root, not just route the ticket.
- Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit readiness for expense and card programs; experience building or maintaining automated fraud detection a plus.
- Comfort designing policy for a global, multi-entity, multi-employment-type workforce (FTE and EOR, including platforms like Deel), and translating that policy into system configuration.
- A track record of building reporting and KPI visibility from scratch — you don't wait for a dashboard to be handed to you, you build it.
- Experience running training and change management for a process or tool rollout (ADKAR or similar frameworks a plus).
- Ownership mentality: you see a broken process and fix the root cause, not just the ticket in front of you.
- Independence: you troubleshoot issues, ask clarifying questions, and propose solutions rather than escalating every ambiguity.
- Curiosity: you ask why a process exists before you automate it, and you're a lifelong learner when it comes to new systems.
- Follow-through: you see initiatives through to full adoption, not just launch.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Partner with non-profit organizations and academic researchers to publish discussion papers and policy memos on how to enable responsible AI research and development
Develop and execute a convening strategy, including workshops or panels that position Anthropic as a thought leader in AI safety and governance in South Korea
Minimum qualifications
Preferred 10+ years of professional experience in government, technology, legal, and/or other policy-relevant environments
Have a track record of effective, information-rich advocacy with Korean government authorities at the federal and/or state level
Have experience analyzing legislation and engaging in regulatory processes

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Role Purpose
As Audit & Compliance Manager, Europe, you will be the primary owner of audit readiness and tax regulatory compliance across all Europe entities. You will set the standard, structure and cadence for how the region prepares for and manages statutory audits, global group audits, and tax authority engagement — working through the local reporting teams and external accountants who handle data preparation, review and submission, rather than performing that work yourself. Your role is to define how things get done, ensure consistent quality across every market, and be the region's face in front of auditors and tax authorities.
What Makes This Role Different:
Build, don't just maintain.
You're stepping into a newly created position with a mandate to design the region's audit and compliance approach from the ground up — not inherit a fixed process.
Full regional ownership.
This role spans the entire Europe region.
High visibility, real stakes.
You'll be the direct point of contact with external auditors and tax authorities on some of the company's most sensitive matters, with senior leadership relying on your judgment.
A technology-forward environment.
The business is actively investing in automation, AI and dashboarding to modernize reporting — you'll be expected to bring ideas here, not just adopt what's handed to you.
Cross-functional reach.
You'll work closely with the Tax, Transfer Pricing and Legal teams, and directly with hub-entity finance teams, on issues spanning VAT, customer transactions and company-wide reviews.
What You'll Do:
1. Statutory & Global Audit Leadership
Audit Lifecycle Ownership:
Lead the end-to-end process for local statutory audits and global group audits across all 23 countries — planning, coordinating PBC (Provided by Client) lists, and driving on-time sign-off.
External Auditor Relationship:
Act as the primary regional point of contact for audit firms, owning timelines and resolution of open items.
Consolidation Alignment:
Ensure local statutory filings align with Global/Group reporting timelines (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP) for a seamless audit process.
Pre-Audit Structuring:
Work with local teams ahead of each audit cycle to define what needs to be prepared and how — so the region walks into every audit with a consistent, proactive structure rather than reacting to auditor requests.
2. Tax Governance & Regulatory Compliance
Filing Oversight:
Ensure accurate, on-time submission across VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), Corporate Income Tax, and country-specific statistical and national bank reporting — delivered through local reporting teams and external accountants, with you owning quality and timeliness.
Tax Team Liaison:
Standardize and oversee submission of supporting data to the central Tax team; ensure schedules provided for assessments are reconciled and audit-ready.
Notice & Assessment Management:
Proactively manage tax notices and audits, coordinating evidence-gathering and working with the Tax team to ensure timely, well-supported responses.
Corporate Secretarial Support:
Oversee annual filings and coordinate with Legal on board meeting minutes (financial aspects) and other local regulatory requirements.
3. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
Root Cause Analysis:
Identify recurring audit adjustments or tax queries and implement structural fixes to eliminate them at the source.
Internal Controls:
Strengthen the control environment across the region to minimize audit findings.
Technology & Automation:
Identify and champion tools — including AI and dashboarding — to reduce manual work and increase consistency across the region's reporting.
What We're Looking For:
Mindset & Soft Skills (critical to this role)
A challenger, not a process-follower — someone who questions how things are done today and proposes a better way, rather than simply executing an existing playbook.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-volume, occasionally chaotic environment, and energized rather than fatigued by it.
Strong communicator and team player who can build trust quickly across Tax, Legal, Transfer Pricing and local finance teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out across markets while staying close enough to the detail to be credible with auditors and tax authorities.
Experience & Technical Skills
Currently operating at Manager level (or equivalent) within an audit firm or a multinational's in-house compliance/audit function — this is not a developmental hire.
10–12+ years of post-qualification experience, with hands-on exposure to multi-country compliance in Europe.
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA qualification.
Solid working knowledge of IFRS, European tax regulations, and Transfer Pricing fundamentals.
Advanced proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
Fluent English, written and spoken — required given daily interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
Strong project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work confidently across time zones and cultures.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Sr. Principal Engineer, Data & Machine Learning
San Mateo, CA
Why PlayStation Data & Intelligence
PlayStation reaches more than 100+ million people. Behind those experiences is one of the largest consumer data estates in entertainment: tens of petabytes under management and trillions of telemetry events a year, powering personalization, experimentation, partner analytics and enterprise decisions across the company.
We are in the middle of a multi-year shift in how that data creates value. Today intelligence often arrives after the moment has passed. Our goal is a connected intelligence layer where trusted context about players, content, partners and the business is built once, reused everywhere, activated at the point of decision, and improved by evidence about what happened next. That includes serving AI models and agents with the same governed meaning, quality and permissions we give to people.
This role helps shape how that is built across PlayStation.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Principal Engineer, Data & Machine Learning to serve as chief architect for our Data & Intelligence organization and as the senior technical authority for how SIE builds, reuses and activates trusted data and intelligence.
This is one of SIE’s most senior individual-contributor roles. You will report directly to the Vice President of the organization, sit on the leadership team alongside the Sr. Directors who run our two delivery portfolios, chair our architecture review forum, and lead a community of Principal Engineers anchored to the major architectural seams. You will have no direct reports by design; your leverage comes from the architecture, the standards and the decisions the whole organization builds against.
This is a hands-on role. You will author architectures and reference implementations, prototype uncertain approaches, review the designs and code that matter most, and step in directly when a technical problem puts an important outcome at risk.
What You’ll Own
You will set the architecture for, and drive reuse across, the initiatives that define the next three years of data and intelligence at PlayStation:
A single, reusable understanding of the player.
The context, lifecycle and lifetime-value intelligence that powers experiences and decisions across PlayStation, built once and reused rather than rebuilt per use case.
Content and game understanding.
Intelligence about titles, experiences and how players engage with them, connected through engagement and content graphs to improve discovery, personalization and new AI experiences.
Creator and partner intelligence.
Reusable title, launch and lifecycle intelligence available to partners at the point of decision, before launch, while live and after.
Unified measurement.
Experimentation, attribution and causal measurement so the company knows what changed an outcome, by how much, and what to do next.
Activation.
Real-time signals, activation data products and APIs that deliver trusted context into the systems that personalize and act.
Semantic and conversational intelligence.
A shared layer of business meaning and metrics that people, analytical tools and AI agents can query and trust.
Enterprise decision data.
Decision-grade finance and supply-chain data that accelerates transformation programs across SIE.
Trusted foundations and golden paths.
Data contracts, certification, lineage, unified events and standard publish-to-consume paths, with trust designed into the lifecycle; and launch data readiness so priority launches have their signals and measures from day one.
What You’ll Do
Translate our multi-year Data & Intelligence strategy into a coherent technical strategy and target architecture, with clear principles for trusted data products, ML systems, shared intelligence, evaluation, activation and lifecycle management.
Chair the architecture review forum: set its charter and cadence, publish decisions, track adoption and hold the line on non-conforming designs.
Own the boundary decisions between platform capabilities built for reuse and domain delivery, and keep them stable.
Define and ratify the standards teams build against: data contracts, golden paths, model evaluation and experimentation, observability, reliability, cost and lifecycle management.
Lead the technical direction of our hardest cross-organizational initiatives; author proposals, reference designs and prototypes that establish a credible path from concept to production.
Work directly with engineering and data science teams to remove critical blockers, so that decisions become usable capabilities rather than architecture on paper.
Partner with security, privacy, legal, governance and responsible-AI teams to embed controls throughout the data and ML lifecycle, including the responsible use of proprietary data, third-party and foundation models, and externally hosted AI services.
Identify duplicative capabilities, drive rationalization and retirement, and improve interoperability across SIE’s data and ML landscape.
Advise senior executives on major technical investments, tradeoffs, emerging capabilities and long-term risk; produce the written recommendations that drive annual planning.
Connect technical investment to named consumers, decisions and measurable outcomes; define how we measure adoption, reuse, time-to-action, quality, reliability, safety and cost.
Lead a community of Principal Engineers; mentor Principal, Staff and Senior engineers, architects, ML engineers and data scientists.
Represent SIE’s data and machine learning direction in senior leadership forums, partner organizations and, where appropriate, the broader industry.
What We’re Looking For
15+ years in software, data or machine learning engineering, including 9+ years leading the architecture and delivery of large-scale, complex systems.
A track record of authoring architectures, standards or platforms that were adopted across multiple organizations and stayed in use.
Experience taking data, ML or decisioning systems serving tens of millions of consumers into production and operating them at scale.
Experience chairing, or being the deciding technical voice in, an architecture review forum spanning multiple engineering organizations.
Deep expertise in at least two of: reusable data products, semantic and metadata layers and data contracts; ML platforms, lifecycle management, evaluation and decisioning; real-time signals, distributed inference and activation platforms; experimentation and causal measurement; generative AI, retrieval and agentic systems; responsible AI, privacy and technical governance.
Strong command of distributed systems, cloud, data architecture, APIs, security, reliability, observability and performance engineering.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives, engineering and product leaders, and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
Outstanding written communication. This role leads through documents.
Experience mentoring Staff, Principal or similarly senior technical professionals.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Data and ML applied in gaming, entertainment, media, digital commerce or another large-scale consumer ecosystem.
Personalization, recommendations, customer intelligence, content intelligence, experimentation or predictive decisioning at scale.
Shared data or ML platforms serving multiple products and organizational domains.
Feature, vector, graph, semantic or knowledge platforms; AI gateways and LLMOps.
Experience translating research or emerging technology into production capabilities.
Contributions to the field through open source, patents, publications, standards or conference talks.
Why You’ll Love This Role
Set the technical direction for data and intelligence across PlayStation.
Own the architecture behind experiences reaching more than 100 million people.
Report directly to the VP and sit on the organization’s leadership team.
Build once, reuse everywhere: the mandate is to end duplicated work, not add to it.
Work with strong Principal and Staff engineers, data scientists and product leaders across the company.
Stay hands-on at the most senior IC level.

Work with operators, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify problems, needs, and product opportunities.
Analyze sportsbook journeys such as event discovery, navigation, search, market selection, bet placement, betslip usage, live betting, promotions, and bet management.
Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Break down complex initiatives into manageable and independently deliverable increments.
Validate requirements with design, engineering, QA, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders before development begins.
Ensure regulatory, responsible-gambling, accessibility, localization, and market-specific requirements are considered during product definition.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Roadmap and Prioritization
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Prioritize initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, user impact, commercial potential, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and technical dependencies.
Define minimum viable product scope and phased-delivery approaches for larger initiatives.
Manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure material changes are assessed, documented, and agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Balance new product development, operator requirements, technical improvements, defects, and technical-debt reduction.
Make clear prioritization decisions when capacity or timelines are constrained.
Agile Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Ensure the development team understands the product objectives, user needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and relevant product workshops.
Provide timely clarification and make product decisions during development.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and collaborate with the appropriate owners to resolve them.
Accept completed work based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support release planning and ensure features are ready from a product, operational, documentation, and stakeholder perspective.
Maintain delivery transparency and communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions clearly.
Stakeholder and Client Management
Act as the primary product contact for assigned sportsbook initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with operators, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, engineering, UX, QA, delivery, and senior management.
Facilitate product workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demonstrations, and roadmap discussions.
Set clear expectations regarding product scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery assumptions.
Evaluate stakeholder requests objectively and challenge solutions that do not support the product strategy or provide sufficient customer value.
Present recommendations using evidence, product data, competitive analysis, and clearly structured business arguments.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, sales opportunities, and RFP responses when required.
Product Performance and Continuous Improvement
Define success criteria and measurable KPIs for new features and product initiatives.
Monitor sportsbook metrics such as event-to-bet conversion, betslip completion, bet placement success, click-through rates, engagement, bet frequency, retention, and feature adoption.
Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and operational insights to evaluate product performance.
Review delivered features after launch and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work with UX and analytics teams to identify friction, abandonment points, usability issues, and unmet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of sportsbook market developments, competitor products, user-experience patterns, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor and feature-comparison analysis to identify meaningful product differentiators.
Propose improvements that strengthen the UXMatrix sportsbook proposition and create measurable value for EveryMatrix clients.

ABOUT ENEBA
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Eneba is hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of mobile game publishers on our rewarded network. This is a commercial role with a heavy performance-marketing core: you will be the strategic point of contact for your clients, and you will personally build, launch and optimize the event reward funnels that drive their results.
The best person for this job is someone who is equally comfortable on a QBR call with a client’s Head of UA and in the dashboard at 9pm rebalancing reward tiers on an underperforming event. You will own the end-to-end performance of your accounts — the relationship, the funnel setup, the optimization, and the revenue behind it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own client relationships. Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of mobile game publishers, building trusted relationships with UA managers, directors and CMOs, as well as monetization and growth stakeholders.
- Grow your book of business. Expand accounts through cross-sells (bringing additional titles from a client’s portfolio onto the network) and upsells (growing budget and spend on titles already live, and expanding into more geos).
- Set up and evaluate event reward funnels. Design reward structures using industry best practices, understanding event mechanics and payout tiers from scratch; QA them pre-launch and assess whether the funnel economics work for both the client and the network.
- Review performance and optimize events. Monitor live events against KPIs, diagnose drop-off points in the funnel, and make data-led adjustments to reward tiers, targeting, creative and pacing to hit performance targets.
- Act as a strategic advisor. Bring clients benchmarks, category insight and a clear point of view on what to run next — not just a status update on what ran last week.
- Own the invoicing and billing process. Manage the commercial back end of your accounts end-to-end, coordinating with finance to ensure accurate, on-time billing and clean resolution of any discrepancies.
- Plan and run QBRs. Schedule, prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews — virtual or in person — that translate performance data into a forward-looking growth plan.
- Drive client retention. Spot early signals of churn risk, and propose and implement retention strategies that keep accounts growing rather than lapsing.
- Own end-to-end campaign performance. Take full accountability for how your clients’ campaigns perform — from onboarding and setup through to results, reporting and renewal.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in mobile ad tech in an account management, partner management, customer success or performance/UA role.
- Direct, hands-on experience setting up and optimizing reward funnels. This is the highest priority requirement for this role. You should be able to walk us through a funnel you built, what the reward structure looked like, what underperformed, and exactly what you changed to fix it.
- Strong performance analytics instincts. Comfortable working in dashboards and spreadsheets, and confident with the metrics that matter in this space — conversion rate, completion rate, CPI/CPA, ARPU, ROAS, retention and LTV.
- Commercial ownership. A track record of growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell, and comfort holding a revenue or growth number.
PREFERRED
- Rewarded network experience — offerwall, rewarded playtime, or rewarded engagement/events. This is a strong plus and will move a candidate to the top of the pile.
- Experience working directly with mobile game publishers and an understanding of how their UA teams operate.
- Familiarity with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and with BI/reporting tooling.
- Exposure to the commercial mechanics of a network — margin, payout models, budget pacing and invoicing.

Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join the UXMatrix Product Team and help establish a consistent, evidence-based approach to product development and optimization. You will define how product performance and user behaviour are measured, ensure that the necessary data is collected accurately, and transform that data into insights and recommendations that Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders can act upon. This role extends beyond dashboard creation and regular reporting. You will investigate user journeys, identify friction and opportunities, support product discovery, define feature-success criteria, and determine whether released initiatives achieve their intended customer and business outcomes. You will work across UXMatrix products, with a particular focus on critical frontend journeys such as registration, login, deposit, sportsbook navigation, event discovery, bet placement, casino discovery, promotions, content interaction, and customer retention.
What You'll get to do:
Product Measurement Strategy
Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes and KPIs. Establish clear success criteria before features and initiatives enter development.
Define leading and lagging indicators across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and feature adoption.
Help product teams distinguish between activity metrics, diagnostic metrics, and measurable customer or business outcomes.
Ensure product recommendations are supported by reliable data, user research, or clearly documented hypotheses.
Analytics Tracking and Data Quality
Define and maintain analytics tracking plans for websites, applications, widgets, and critical user journeys.
Translate business questions and measurement objectives into clear technical tracking requirements.
Validate analytics implementations before and after release.
Monitor data quality and investigate broken events, incomplete parameters, unexpected changes, and reporting discrepancies.
Ensure that tracking implementations comply with consent, privacy, security, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Product and User-Behaviour Analysis
Identify abandonment points, friction, behavioural patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Segment users according to relevant characteristics such as acquisition source, device, market, lifecycle stage, product preference, engagement level, or previous behaviour.
Conduct funnel, cohort, retention, conversion, path, and behavioural analyses.
Analyze critical user journeys
Combine quantitative data with UX research, customer feedback, technical performance, and operational context.
Reporting and Data Visualization
Build and maintain dashboards that provide stakeholders with a clear view of product performance.
Create reporting views appropriate for Product Owners, UX teams, Engineering teams, operators, commercial stakeholders, and senior management.
Present trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities clearly and concisely.
Reduce dependency on manual reporting by developing reusable and automated dashboards.
Ensure KPI definitions remain consistent across products, teams, and reports.
Deliver focused analysis and actionable recommendations rather than reporting data without interpretation.
Product Discovery and Decision Support
Support Product Owners during product discovery by evaluating evidence, sizing opportunities, and identifying behavioural problems.
Provide data to support roadmap prioritization, business cases, and investment decisions.
Help product teams formulate measurable hypotheses for proposed product changes.
Challenge assumptions and stakeholder requests when they are not supported by evidence or a clearly defined customer problem.
Conduct market, benchmark, and competitor analyses when relevant to product decisions.
Contribute relevant data and insights to product reviews, client presentations, RFP responses, and strategic discussions.
Experimentation and Feature Evaluation
Define hypotheses, success metrics, guardrail metrics, and evaluation criteria for product experiments.
Support A/B tests, controlled rollouts, phased releases, and other product-validation methods.
Conduct post-launch reviews to determine whether delivered features achieved their intended outcomes.
Track whether recommendations lead to product changes and measurable improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, BI teams, operators, and commercial stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops to define business questions, KPIs, success criteria, and tracking requirements.
Proactively identify relevant insights rather than working exclusively from reporting requests.
Establish a regular product-insight cadence through reviews, reporting, and focused deep-dive analyses.
Keep stakeholders informed about measurement gaps, data-quality risks, and significant product-performance changes.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a comparable analytical role.
Previous experience in sportsbook, iGaming, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or another transactional or regulated digital industry.
Strong SQL skills and experience extracting, combining, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Experience analyzing digital-product behaviour, including user journeys, conversion, engagement, feature adoption, and retention.
Experience defining analytics events, parameters, tracking plans, event taxonomies, and measurement frameworks.
Practical experience with analytics and visualization tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms.
Ability to transform complex data into clear findings and actionable product recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality and validation.
Experience collaborating with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, BI, and commercial teams.
Good understanding of web and mobile application behaviour, including client-side and server-side tracking.
Professional proficiency in English.
A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or another relevant discipline.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.
Private Medical Subscription.
Access online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training.
Access to an Employee Assistance Program through TELUS Health.
Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations. And did we mention our amazing office space complete with its own pool and gym?

Maintain complete and accurate documentation and audit trails for product reviews, decisions, conditions, exceptions, approvals and subsequent changes.
Support post-launch monitoring, control testing and assurance in partnership with Audit, Product and other Compliance teams, and drive remediation of identified issues.
