We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode is a Series B unicorn ($2 B valuation) rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security. Recently named a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we’re scaling fast.
The Impact You’ll Make
As Corporate Governance Analyst at Incode, you will own the corporate records, equity administration, and legal operations that underpin our entire global entity structure. You’ll keep 20+ entities organized and compliant, support the legal and finance teams with day-to-day legal ops, and use automation — including AI tools — to reduce manual work over time. This role starts with a full governance load and grows in scope as you build and automate the processes that make it run. You will be the person who makes sure nothing slips — ever.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Corporate Governance
— Maintain the minute book and corporate records across all entities: directors, officers, signatories, and powers of attorney. Manage registrations, annual filings, certificates of good standing, and apostilles across jurisdictions. Coordinate board and stockholder consents from draft to executed copy, and liaise with outside counsel to flag issues early.
Equity Administration
— Own Carta end-to-end: grant approvals and corrections, certificate approvals, and cap table reconciliation against board-approved actions — ensuring records match at all times.
Debt & Lender Compliance
— Maintain the covenant and reporting calendar for credit agreements, ensuring financials, compliance certificates, and notices go out on time. Flag corporate actions requiring lender consent, and coordinate guarantor joinders and account control agreements with FP&A and outside counsel.
Legal Ops Support
— Handle administrative requests from the commercial legal team, complete due diligence and customer questionnaires, support legal invoice management via Brightflag, draft intercompany agreements, and compile entity and officer data for insurers, auditors, and diligence processes.
Contract Administration
— Own the central contract repository for customer and vendor agreements. Track key terms, renewal and notice dates, and proactively alert contract owners ahead of deadlines.
Process Automation
— Build and document repeatable processes, and automate recurring governance and legal ops work using AI tools and workflow automation — progressively freeing up capacity for broader legal operations.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
Obsessively Detail-Oriented
— You catch what others miss, own your deadlines without reminders, and feel uncomfortable when records are incomplete or out of date.
Structured & Process-Driven
— You build systems where there are none, document everything, and make recurring work progressively more efficient.
Legally Literate
— You’re comfortable reading corporate consents, governance documents, and agreements, and you have a sense for when something doesn’t tie.
Proactive Communicator
— You flag issues early, keep stakeholders informed, and coordinate effectively across Legal, Finance, and outside counsel without needing to be prompted.
AI-Forward
— You actively look for ways to use AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve the quality and speed of your output.
Your Background
3+ years of experience in corporate governance, paralegal, corporate secretary, legal ops, or equity administration.
Working knowledge of multi-jurisdictional entity management, including Delaware filings and international subsidiary structures.
Professional-level English, written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of deadline ownership.
Carta, DocuSign, or Brightflag experience is a strong plus.
Prior experience at a US-headquartered company with international subsidiaries is an advantage.
Exposure to credit agreements, lender reporting, or covenant tracking is a bonus.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
The Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition plays a pivotal role at Wolt. As Central scales at an unprecedented pace, your mission is to keep courier supply ahead of demand - both in the moment and over the medium term. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 3, ensuring that intraday activation (weather-driven boosts, DxGy and ARC / radius adjustments) and courier acquisition (job boards, application attainment, reactivations and sign-ups) are tightly coordinated across all Central markets.
In this role, you will own two of Central’s most closely tracked supply KPIs - undersupplied hours and GOV loss - reported weekly to senior leadership, alongside a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget. Your leadership extends beyond day-to-day activation calls; you will be the primary bridge to higher management on supply health, escalating risks early and proposing structural fixes such as mobilizer strategies and special events planning ahead of demand spikes (holidays, weather events, local events). Your ability to translate data into fast, defensible calls will be key to keeping Central’s ADT, UH% and GOV loss on plan.
What you’ll be doing
Own Central’s intraday activation strategy - activation surges, special events management and day-to-day operations (radius / busyness adjustments, communication flows, etc.) - to keep courier supply matched to demand hour by hour.
Lead and mentor a team of 3 and own a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget across Central markets.
Own Central’s courier acquisition function: job boards, application attainment, reactivation campaigns and sign-ups.
Own and report on Central’s UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective action with senior leadership.
Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and special events coverage (holidays, weather events, local events) ahead of demand spikes.
Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build tools and processes that scale activation and acquisition across markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for top management on Central’s supply health.
Our humble expectations
Proven track record managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets, ideally in courier / gig supply, logistics or marketplace operations.
Comfortable owning hard KPIs (UH%, GOV loss) and being accountable for the numbers, not just reporting them.
Experience leading and developing a small team (3 direct reports).
Strong budget ownership experience - able to allocate and defend a multi-million euro spend across activation and acquisition levers.
Excellent ability to distill complex operational trade-offs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Comfortable working under time pressure during weather events, special events and demand spikes.
Fluent English skills in both spoken and writing.

About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior IT Engineer on the IT Engineering team, you’ll shape how identity and access work across 1Password. You’ll lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, improve our Okta environment, and help expand Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled workflows across IT. Your work will make secure access simpler and more reliable, helping advance 1Password’s mission to create a safer, simpler digital future for everyone.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• Bring substantial experience in a technical IT role, including experience in IT engineering or systems administration.
• Administer Okta or a comparable Identity Provider (IdP), such as Microsoft Entra ID, in a production environment.
• Apply identity protocols including Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) to connect applications.
• Build integrations and automation using Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs and scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• Use infrastructure or configuration as code with Git-based workflows, including pull requests and code review.
• Demonstrate experience applying AI to accelerate or replace team workflows, while managing project timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and organizational change.
• Bring experience managing an IdP with Terraform, using 1Password Enterprise and Device Trust, or supporting Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), or ISO 27001 audits.
What you can expect:
• Operate and improve Okta, including tenant configuration, policies, lifecycle management, and complex identity issues.
• Lead IAM initiatives from concept through rollout, including role-based access control, access reviews, and onboarding and offboarding automation.
• Build safeguards that make identity and access changes safer to deploy and easier to audit.
• Design durable application integrations using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and custom API work where needed.
• Simplify access requests and employee lifecycle processes so secure workflows are also efficient workflows.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Device Infrastructure teams to plan rollouts, manage risk, establish identity practices, and support audit and compliance work.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and provide clear guidance on identity and access questions across 1Password.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $117,000 USD and $164,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $103,000 CAD and $144,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. - A consistent record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1M-2M range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise platforms and multi-product solutions, and not just transactional or stand-alone point products.
- Clear methodology for maintaining 2.5x pipeline coverage at all times through territory tiering, account planning, outreach cadence, and cold calling efforts.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
What you can expect:

- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
- Cultivate relationships in the channel through innovative account mapping techniques and in-person co-selling opportunities.
Sell the full platform story
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Orchestrate 4-6 month sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements, org-wide solutions with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
Expand strategic customer relationships
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
Operate as one team
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
How you work:
- Knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Demonstrated ownership of full cycle sales from initial cold outbound to close to expansion.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
As the Engineering Manager for Design Systems Adherence, you'll lead the team building the workflows, tools, and quality feedback loops that help customers create design and code that correctly adheres to their design system when working with Figma’s Agents. This work spans context engineering i.e making guidelines, examples, and documentation useful to AI, agent architecture improvements as well as creating datasets, evaluators, and benchmarks that show how well outputs follow a customer's design system. You'll set strategy across these areas, raise the bar on adherence measurement, and turn evaluation results and customer feedback into feedback loops that make design quality better.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Figma's Agent and improve overall design quality. An organization’s Design System is one of the key differentiators of design quality as we can use it to make agent output adhere to their specific brand, products and design language. We are also aiming to solve Design <> Code parity and minimize drift away from the defined design system in both code and designs.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow a 6-8 engineer team responsible for Design Systems Adherence across our workflows
Coach and develop engineers through career growth, feedback, and technical leadership, building a culture of ownership and high-quality execution
Own and evolve design system context: make guidelines, examples, documentation, and other guidance available to AI as useful, actionable context that improves how it applies a customer's system
Set the technical strategy for adherence measurement - including high-fidelity evaluation datasets, quality rubrics, evaluators, and deterministic regression checks that catch issues as Figma's Agent evolves
Build benchmarking, tools, and dashboards that help Figma and customers understand design system adherence and act on the results, while tracking visual quality, latency, and cost
Partner closely with Product, Design, and AI Research teams at Figma to achieve business impact
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience leading and growing high-impact engineering teams with a track record of strong impact
Hands-on depth in building AI assistants, evaluation systems, and using the latest large language models and harnesses
Fluency with modern AI development and evaluation workflows, such as context management, dataset curation, automated evaluators, benchmarking, and regression testing
A strong foundation in software engineering and a platform mindset: you build tools and systems other teams adopt and rely on, alongside workflows that solve real customer problems
A high quality bar for customer experience, data quality, and reliable measurement, and the ability to set technical direction and drive cross-functional alignment in complex environments
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Strong understanding of design systems, including components, tokens, usage guidelines, and their integration across design and code
Proven ability to establish evaluation and customer feedback loops to continuously improve AI products
Skilled in benchmarking AI products across output quality, latency, and cost, translating findings into actionable product priorities
Track record of developing shared evaluation tools, curated datasets, or dashboards to measure quality and prevent regressions
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Executive Assistant in GitLab's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) organization, you'll support the VP, Global Solution Architects and the VP, High Velocity Sales & Sales Development. You'll help both leaders stay focused on delivering customer value by managing shifting priorities, anticipating logistical needs, and following through on commitments. In your first year, you'll build trusted relationships and establish reliable processes for scheduling, meeting preparation, travel, events, recruiting coordination, and expenses. This is a partnership that goes beyond calendar management: you'll participate in team discussions, identify next steps, and keep both leaders informed as work moves forward.
This role is US-based, with a preference for Central or Eastern time zones. Candidates in Pacific time are also welcome, with flexibility to support leaders and teams across global time zones.
What You’ll Do
Own complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones for both VPs, adapting to changes and advising on prioritization, delegation, and time management.
Prepare recurring leadership meetings and all-hands, coordinate agendas and presentation materials, confirm attendance, and participate in team calls to identify and follow through on action items.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, ground transportation, lodging, security needs, and documentation; anticipate disruptions and arrange alternatives when plans change.
Plan and execute off-sites, team-building activities, and company kickoffs, coordinating with event partners and confirming reservations, deposits, and logistics through completion.
Partner with Recruiting and hiring teams on interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics.
Prepare accurate monthly expense reports for both leaders, including receipt collection and reconciliation.
Use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline research, drafting, and recurring administrative work, checking outputs for accuracy, context, and usefulness rather than relying on automated summaries alone.
Provide temporary coverage for other executive support partners and lead special projects and ad hoc requests across the CRO organization.
What You’ll Bring
Experience supporting multiple senior leaders or VP-level executives simultaneously in a technology company, with the ability to learn their working styles and business priorities.
Bias for action and ownership
:
recognize what needs to happen, act independently within agreed priorities, and communicate progress and completion without repeated prompting.
Experience managing complex calendars across time zones, exercising judgment about competing requests, and checking scheduling details and attendees.
Skill in coordinating domestic and international travel and team events, anticipating dependencies, responding to disruptions, and confirming arrangements rather than stopping at an inquiry.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Navan, Claude and GitLab, alongside experience with expense reporting, recruiting coordination, and onboarding logistics.
Clear, approachable communication across functions and levels, sound judgment with confidential information, and the ability to build trusted working relationships.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve administrative work, with the judgment to validate outputs, capture context, and retain responsibility for the result.
An organized, reliable approach to balancing priorities across two leaders and their teams. We welcome transferable skills from different executive support backgrounds; prior go-to-market experience isn't required.
About the team
You'll join GitLab's CRO organization, supporting two leaders whose teams span Global Solution Architects, High Velocity Sales, and Sales Development. You'll work alongside a globally distributed group of executive support professionals who collaborate asynchronously through clear documentation, shared processes, and cross-functional partnership. The focus is dependable support for both VPs: keeping priorities clear, coordinating global travel and events, and ensuring commitments are completed and communicated as plans change.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.

You'll work across cloud and SaaS environments, driving improvements that raise the bar on system reliability and operational maturity. You'll be expected to bring judgment, initiative, and technical depth — and to operate with significant autonomy.
As a member of the TechOps team, you will drive the operational reliability of the technical ecosystems utilized by our global workforce. Beyond day-to-day administration, you will spearhead high-impact infrastructure initiatives that define our organizational maturity and technical trajectory. As the main IT point of contact for our employees, you will also assist with technical projects as we scale various teams.
What you'll do

Work as part of the team responsible for the administration, performance, and reliability of cloud infrastructure across multiple environments, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and Atlassian
Manage and evolve hybrid systems, ensuring seamless integration with cloud workloads
Administer and optimise the SaaS and MDM tooling stack that supports a globally distributed workforce
Lead incident response for critical systems, including root cause analysis and post-incident review
Build and maintain automation to reduce manual overhead and improve system observability
Define and enforce security and access control policies across platforms
Partner with the Security teams to support compliance requirements
Contribute to technical documentation and runbooks that raise team-wide operational standards
What you'll bring
5+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering roles
Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments

Experience in a web3, fintech, or high-growth tech environment
Exposure to security frameworks or compliance programmes (SOC2, ISO 27001)
Experience supporting globally distributed, fully remote teams
Experience across at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)

We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
THE ROLE
You'll lead marketing operations and analytics at Cohere. That covers the team, the martech stack, how we measure marketing's contribution to pipeline, and the budget and pipeline numbers marketing plans against. When leadership asks what marketing produced last quarter and what to fund next, the answer starts with your numbers.
The role reports to the VP of Brand. You'll work most closely with the Marketing Chief of Staff and the heads of Growth and Demand and Product Marketing, and every week with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations & Finance. Web operations is part of marketing but doesn't report to this role.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
THE TEAM
You'll manage the marketing operations, automation, and analytics and data operations staff, and hire where you find gaps. Marketing is growing rapidly, so you'll also bring acquired companies' systems and data into our stack.
MEASUREMENT
The attribution methodology is yours, documented and signed off by Marketing, Revenue Operations and Finance. Each quarter you'll present marketing's pipeline contribution to the executive team and say what you'd change. Your analysts do the same for the program teams in Growth and Demand, Events and Product Marketing, showing which campaigns and channels are paying back their spend.
SYSTEMS AND DATA
Marketo, Looker, GA4 and 6sense are yours end to end, along with the campaign and lead side of Salesforce. That includes forms, nurture, lead lifecycle, scoring and routing. Campaign data needs to be structured well enough that analysts don't need workarounds, and target-account data has to reconcile to the governed account list. With Revenue Operations, you'll make sure the data behind marketing's pipeline numbers can't change without a record, so a bulk edit can't quietly rewrite marketing's results. A/B testing on nurture and forms sits with you too, sized so the results can be read.
Over time we want fewer tools and fewer dashboards, with one governed source for each metric.
BUDGET AND PLANNING NUMBERS
You'll own the martech and operations budget and track budget and headcount across marketing. You'll also build the pipeline and capacity models marketing plans against. The Marketing Chief of Staff runs planning and the business reviews and leads the trade-off conversations with your numbers in hand. Marketing and Sales need to count pipeline the same way, every time.
YOUR FIRST YEAR
In the first 90 days, you'll document the attribution methodology and get it signed off by Marketing, Revenue Operations and Finance. By then we should also have an inventory of every reporting surface, each with a named owner, and your order for fixing the data problems you inherit.
By three months, one governed executive dashboard has replaced the competing decks in business reviews, and rebuilt lead routing is in production.
By six months, target-account reporting reconciles to the governed list, and anyone on the team can reproduce quarterly attribution from the documented method, with change control on the data underneath it. The stack is smaller than when you arrived, and some marketing workflows run on agents in production. Annual planning runs on your budget, headcount and pipeline models.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE
- 10+ years in marketing operations or marketing analytics in B2B or enterprise software, including at least one high-growth company.
- You've managed a marketing operations and analytics team and its martech budget, setting priorities across ops, automation and analytics specialists and hiring to fill gaps.
- Hands-on Marketo and Salesforce experience with lead lifecycle, campaign structure, routing and the sync between the two. You've configured these systems yourself.
- You've owned a multi-touch attribution model end to end and defended its definitions to a CFO or executive team.
- SQL, and enough comfort in a governed BI layer like Looker to check a number yourself before you present it.
- You've run the data side of an account-based motion, including the hygiene that makes a target account list reportable.
- You've worked closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations without duplicating their work.
- Experience in enterprise, regulated or public-sector buying environments, including GDPR and CASL as they apply to lead handling.
- You already use AI and automation in your own team's work.
NICE TO HAVE
- Enterprise AI, infrastructure or developer-platform marketing.
- You've built agentic or LLM-based workflows in GTM operations and measured what they saved.
- Product-led funnel instrumentation running alongside a sales-led pipeline.
- You've consolidated an inherited martech stack, or merged systems after an acquisition.

For more information, visit xsolla.com.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Xsolla Offerwall puts rewarded offers in front of players inside the games and apps of our publishers. A player opens the wall, picks an offer, completes it, and earns in-game currency. Whether they do depends on what they see: the offer card, the creative, the video, the playable, and the reward moment.
Those units come from several places. Some are native offers we render ourselves. Some arrive as VAST video, HTML or MRAID creatives, or OpenRTB Native assets from demand partners. Each format has its own rules, and each one has to look right in a publisher's game, on a phone, without breaking what the advertiser sent.
You'll own how offerwall ads look and perform. You'll decide which formats we support and how they render. You'll design what the player sees, and turn that into specs engineers can build from. You'll measure whether a change made players more likely to engage, and you'll use AI to make better creative faster than a manual process allows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ad experience and creative
Own the look and feel of every ad unit in the offerwall: offer cards, detail pages, video, playables, interstitials, and the reward flow.
Set creative standards for advertisers and publishers: layouts, asset specs, safe areas, aspect ratios, and branding rules.
Balance three groups who want different things: players want a clean experience, publishers want it to match their game, and advertisers want their brand shown properly.
oRTB formats and rendering
Define how we support VAST, HTML and MRAID, and OpenRTB Native inside the offerwall, across Web, iOS, Android, and Unity.
Write the requirements for format support: which VAST events we track, which MRAID calls we allow, and how Native assets map into our own templates.
Work with Engineering on creative QA and rejection rules, so broken or non-compliant creatives get caught before a player sees them.
Design to engineering
Turn ideas into Figma designs and prototypes that engineers can build without guessing.
Write PRDs and acceptance criteria that cover states, edge cases, and device differences, not just the happy path.
Work with our designers on the offerwall's design system, and keep it consistent across publishers and platforms.
Experimentation and performance
Run A/B tests on layouts, creative treatments, and formats, and read the results yourself.
Track the metrics that show whether the ad experience works: CTR, video completion rate, offer start and completion rates, IPM, and eCPM.
Turn what you learn into a prioritized roadmap, and explain the tradeoffs to Engineering, Demand, and leadership.
AI in creative and workflow
Find where AI can improve ad units: generating creative variants, adapting assets to new formats, auto-cropping and localization, and checking creative quality.
Use AI tools in your own work: prototyping, writing specs, analyzing test results, and getting from idea to something testable faster.
Cross-functional work
Work with Engineering, Design, Demand, Publisher Success, and Data every week.
Give the Demand team clear creative guidelines they can share with advertisers.
Bring what publishers and advertisers say back into the roadmap, in a form engineers can act on.
WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE
A demand partner starts sending VAST wrappers that time out on Android. You look at the VAST chain, work out where it's slow, and agree a timeout and fallback rule with Engineering.
Offer completion rates on one publisher are 30% below the network average. You compare their wall against others, find the reward value is hidden below the fold on smaller phones, and mock up a fix in Figma that afternoon.
An advertiser wants to run a playable in the offerwall. You check what their MRAID creative needs, decide what we'll support, and write the spec.
You use an AI image model to generate 20 variants of an offer card's hero image, test four of them, and share the winner and the lift with the team.
Engineering asks how Native title and icon assets should behave when an advertiser sends nothing. You answer the same day, with the rule written into the spec.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Around 5 years of product management experience, with a significant part of it in AdTech.
Hands-on experience owning ad design or ad experience: ad units, creative formats, or how ads render in an app or game.
Working knowledge of oRTB ad formats. You know how VAST, HTML and MRAID, and OpenRTB Native creatives work, what breaks them, and what the specs allow.
Comfortable with data. You can design an A/B test, read the result, and write SQL or use a BI tool to answer your own questions.
You write clear specs. Engineers should be able to build from what you write without coming back to ask what you meant.
Good visual judgment. You can tell why one layout works and another doesn't, and explain it in terms of player behavior.
Clear communication with engineers, designers, and commercial teams.
Based in Los Angeles or elsewhere in the US, and able to work across US time zones.
Nice to have:
Experience working with AI. This one matters a lot to us. Show us how you've used AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, or Figma AI to make ads, prototype products, or get more done. Come ready to show a real example.
Experience with offerwalls, rewarded ads, or rewarded video.
Experience designing in Figma: building prototypes and engineering-ready designs yourself, not just reviewing someone else's.
Experience in mobile gaming or app monetization.
Familiarity with ad SDKs, mediation, and how they render third-party creatives.
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
Offerwall engagement improves: higher CTR, offer start rate, and completion rate, backed by test results rather than claims.
The formats we support render correctly across platforms, and creative rejections and rendering bugs go down.
Engineering builds from your specs and designs without long back-and-forth.
Advertisers and publishers have clear creative guidelines, and the Demand team uses them.
AI is part of how the team makes and tests creative, not a side experiment.

As a Senior Commercial Account Executive (SF/Bay Area), you’ll help organizations with 500–2,500 employees strengthen how they secure access across people, applications, devices, artificial intelligence (AI) agents, and machines. You’ll join the Commercial Sales team to build executive relationships, guide complex platform sales, and help customers adopt a broader identity-security strategy—advancing 1Password’s mission to unleash productivity without compromising security.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a remote, field-based role for someone based in San Francisco or the Bay Area, California. That means you are expected to be regularly engaged in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel as required to effectively support your territory.
Your primary work location will be your home office, but your role requires a lot of mobility and flexibility. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
What we're looking for:
- Experience selling to large organizations and high-growth companies, including customers with 500 or more employees.
- A strong track record of exceeding significant annual sales quotas and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Experience selling enterprise platforms, cybersecurity solutions, or adjacent technologies such as identity and access management (IAM), privileged access, cloud security, endpoint security, developer security, or credential security.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), senior security and information technology leaders, IAM teams, security architects, and other executive stakeholders.
- A record of winning new strategic customers and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year agreements.
- Strong executive communication, discovery, account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and opportunity-management skills.
- A collaborative, curious, and accountable approach, with the ability to connect technical priorities to clear business outcomes and continuously improve through feedback.
What you can expect:
- Develop and execute account and territory plans across a focused portfolio of customers and prospects.
- Create executive relationships and identify opportunities across identity security, artificial intelligence, privileged access, Software as a Service (SaaS) governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Lead customer conversations from an urgent access or credential challenge toward a broader 1Password Unified Access strategy spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving security, IAM, information technology, DevOps, platform engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, executive presentations, business-value discussions, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Partner internally with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk to create strong customer outcomes.
- Represent 1Password in customer meetings, executive briefings, trade shows, and industry events while maintaining accurate opportunity data, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $96,000 USD and $139,000 USD, and is commission-eligible. This role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Hi there, I'm Josh Lipner, Manager, Account Management at TestGorilla. We're excited to share more about the Customer Success Advisor, Renewals role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we’re on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we are building the world’s leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We are AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we are now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you’ll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Customer Success Advisor, Renewals, you'll run the commercial conversations that keep our customers with us. You'll take renewals from first quote to signed order, handle pricing and billing conversations within our pricing and discount framework, and guide customers through plan changes, upgrades and downgrades across our assessment and sourcing products. You'll also take customers through the commercial side of our migration to usage-based pricing: explaining what changes, what it means for their spend, and landing the right plan for them using our migration playbook. When a customer wants to cancel or disputes a charge, you'll work the conversation through our retention and refund guidelines, and bring in your manager when a case sits outside them.
You'll work with AI agents as part of your day. They handle the routine end of renewals and billing: sending notices, preparing standard quotes, gathering account and invoice history, and answering simple plan questions. That frees you to spend your time on the conversations that need a person: negotiating within the framework, handling objections, and resolving the cases that don't fit a standard answer. You'll check their work before it reaches customers, step in when a case needs you, and share what you learn so they get better at the routine work over time.
This is a high-volume role with a commercial edge. You'll run a steady pipeline of renewals and commercial cases across our self-serve and mid-market customers. We're looking for someone who is commercially astute, organised, a great communicator and calm under pressure, and who is excited and able to contribute to our AI journey: automating the repeatable and humanising the exceptional.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Uphold TestGorilla's behaviours and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.
- Own renewals from first quote to signed order across our self-serve and mid-market customers, for both our assessment and sourcing products.
- Handle pricing and billing negotiations, upgrades, downgrades and our usage-based pricing migration within our pricing framework and playbooks: quoting, explaining what changes and what it means for the customer's spend, and landing the plan that fits how they use the product.
- Work cancellation and dispute conversations through our retention and refund guidelines, resolving unexpected charges and refund requests with Finance and retaining the customer where we can.
- Work alongside our AI agents, letting them handle the routine end of renewals and billing while you take the negotiations, objections and cases that need a person.
- Train the agents: check what they send before it reaches customers, correct what's wrong, and feed back what you learn so they handle more of the routine work over time.
- Maintain a single source of truth in our agentic customer success platform, with non-negotiable CRM hygiene: every renewal, plan change and dispute logged accurately so the team and the agents work from the same picture.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Is commercially astute, with experience managing renewals and negotiations at scale in a Customer Success, Renewals, Account Management or Sales role. You can quote, explain a price change, and apply a pricing and discount framework to get to the best outcome. This is a must-have.
- Is AI fluent and has personally built automations or agentic workflows (in n8n, Zapier or similar), with experience working alongside AI agents or automation in a customer-facing role. You can show us what you automated and what it delivered. Using an LLM alone is not enough. This is a minimum requirement.
- Communicates clearly, in writing and on calls, in English and Spanish. Fluency in both is a requirement.
- Is good with customers: you build relationships, stay calm in challenging conversations, de-escalate and retain, and manage a high volume of cases without letting any slip. You treat CRM hygiene as part of the job, not an afterthought.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high expectations and some ambiguity, and is honest with yourself that this is the kind of place you want to work.
- Learns fast and stays curious: you pick up new tools quickly, ask good questions, check answers rather than accept them, and give and take feedback in the moment.
- Is available for customer calls during US business hours. This is a requirement.
We actively seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If this role excites you and you're confident you can do the job, we encourage you to apply!
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have:
- Prior familiarity with Chargebee, Zendesk, HubSpot, n8n, Jira or Confluence.
- Experience with usage-based or credit-based SaaS pricing models.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world
- Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay ( €31,360 - €38,000 per year) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life. *Check out the countries we currently hire from here https://testgorilla-1680540968.teamtailor.com/pages/hiring-at
- Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you're buying a laptop!
- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget and clear growth opportunities
- Stimulating work environment: Tackle new challenges and work with innovative technology in a dynamic setting
- Connect with your team: Join optional fun virtual socials, AMAs with team members and leadership, and regular fun chats. Build a strong sense of community!
- TestGorilla community groups: Join peers to build community and boost opportunities for connection, advocacy, and professional development.
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being
INTERESTED?
We believe in using our own product to ensure fair and objective hiring. If this role aligns with your skills and aspirations, we invite you to complete one of our very own assessments. This will give you a firsthand experience of our platform and help us get to know you better. We look forward to hearing from you!
TestGorilla is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We believe that diverse teams are stronger teams, and we encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. We understand that some candidates may experience test anxiety, and we want to assure you that accommodations are available and can be requested prior to sitting our assessments. Your request will not negatively impact your application, as we do not factor this into our review process.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's global order-to-cash (O2C) function is scaling faster than the processes and systems behind it, across direct enterprise contracts, consumption-based commercial models, and third-party cloud marketplaces. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Order-to-Cash Assurance to make sure every order is priced, billed, collected, and recorded correctly, and that we can prove it.
You'll be embedded in the O2C Transformation team, working closely with Order Management, AR & Collections, Revenue Accounting, Billing Engineering, and Go-to-Market. You'll design and run the pricing audits and accuracy measures that show us where we leak revenue or create rework, then fix the root cause at the source. You'll be the compliance advocate for global O2C, helping the business find the compliant way to yes, and often improving a process by removing steps rather than adding them.
You'll thrive here if you treat accuracy and compliance as design problems and as a service to the business. You are firm when the risk is real, flexible when it isn't, and able to explain the difference. If you're energized by ambiguous, high-consequence operational problems at a company at the forefront of AI development, we'd like to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Design and run recurring audit programs across the O2C lifecycle, including pricing audits, contract-to-invoice accuracy, credits, refunds and concessions, and cash application
Define accuracy metrics with baselines and targets, such as pricing and invoice error rates, first-pass yield, rework volume, and revenue leakage, and report them in a way teams can act on
Trace findings to root cause and work with the owning team on the fix, whether in process, system configuration, or contract and pricing standards
Move measurement from periodic sampling to continuous, system-driven monitoring as volume grows
Partner with Order Management and AR operations as their quality partner, and help GTM, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Product understand what accurate and compliant looks like through clear published guidance that shortens the path to yes
Review new processes, process changes, commercial models, and exceptions against policy and control requirements, with clear decision rights, service levels, and rationale that stay consistent across regions, entities, and channels
Build compliance into new products, channels, commercial models, and regions by joining at intake rather than at the end
Own O2C policies, control ownership, and segregation of duties
Partner with Internal Audit, external auditors, Revenue Accounting, Tax, and Legal so audit cycles run smoothly, and resolve findings at the root cause
Perform independent review activities, including month-end close reviews, so operations teams can focus on execution while independence is preserved
Create reusable, pre-approved process patterns and guardrails so teams can move quickly without a bespoke review every time, harmonizing globally and localizing only where statute requires
Work with Billing Engineering, GTM Systems, and Business Technology to build controls and accuracy checks into the systems themselves, so quality scales with volume
Deploy AI and automation for exception detection, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and evidence collection
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on experience designing and running audit, quality, or revenue assurance programs within order-to-cash, billing operations, or quote-to-cash
Working knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and experience partnering with internal and external auditors
Experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, or ERP systems (for example Salesforce, Stripe, or Workday Financials)
Proficiency with SQL or similar tools for analyzing and testing transactional data
Experience using automation or AI for monitoring, testing, or reporting
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, billing operations, revenue assurance, finance operations, or internal controls within order-to-cash at a public company
A track record of simplifying processes, with concrete examples of steps or controls you removed while improving accuracy or strengthening the control environment
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
CPA, CIA, CISA, or CRISC certification, or Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification
Experience building or scaling a SOX program, including readiness for public-company reporting requirements
Experience with global, multi-entity operations, including statutory invoicing and tax considerations
Experience serving both B2C and B2B customers, especially with consumption-based and subscription billing models through to collections
Experience working with go-to-market, deal desk, and revenue operations organizations
Strong cross-functional influence and clear communication about issues and decisions
Understanding of AI industry business models and enterprise customer needs
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—
$230,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
