Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer II to join Checkout’s IT Engineering team, supporting Workplace Technology. In this generalist role, you will work across the services and platforms managed by the team, helping colleagues get the technology they need while keeping those services secure, reliable, and easy to use.
You will contribute across areas such as identity and access, end-user devices, collaboration and productivity platforms, IT assets and licences, and office technology. You are not expected to be a subject matter expert in every product. Instead, you bring strong technical foundations, depth in one or more areas, and the curiosity to build working knowledge across the wider portfolio.
At this level, you can confidently resolve all but the most complex problems affecting the team. You will own operational outcomes, deliver small-to-medium projects independently, and work with colleagues and stakeholders to improve the services we provide across Checkout.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Cross-Portfolio Service Ownership: Administer and improve services across the Workplace Technology portfolio. This may include Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, macOS and Windows endpoint management through tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune, IT asset and licence processes, and office technology.
- Identity and Access: Support secure identity lifecycle and access management, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities, single sign-on, group and role administration, and least-privilege access.
- End-User Technology: Help manage and support company endpoints and workplace services. Apply approved configurations and security controls, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a consistent employee experience across platforms.
- Platform Administration: Configure and maintain team-managed applications and services. Learn unfamiliar platforms quickly, follow established governance, and identify when a change needs specialist or security review.
- Operational Excellence: Provide dependable operational support, maintain clear documentation and runbooks, and help the team improve service quality, reliability, and supportability.
- Incident and Change Management: Own incidents through the full lifecycle, from triage, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication through safe service restoration, root-cause analysis, and follow-up actions. Maintain accurate incident records, capture decisions and remediation, and document recurring issues and operational procedures in clear, current runbooks and knowledge articles. Plan and implement changes safely, with appropriate testing, approvals, and rollback plans.
- Project Delivery: Plan and deliver small-to-medium technical projects, coordinating with stakeholders and other teams to manage dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Automation and Improvement: Identify repeatable manual work and service friction. Propose or build appropriately controlled automation and simpler workflows to reduce toil and improve consistency.
- Asset and Licence Management: Support accurate technology inventory, licence administration, and lifecycle processes, helping the team make effective and responsible use of its tools and equipment.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share learning across the team, contribute to onboarding and operational guidance, and support colleagues as they develop their technical skills.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: Typically 2-3+ years in IT engineering, workplace technology, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Breadth: Practical experience supporting or administering a range of workplace technology services. You have a strong foundation in at least one relevant area and are motivated to build capability across others.
- Relevant Platforms: Experience with some of the following is useful: identity and access management (for example, Okta and SSO); Google Workspace; Atlassian products; macOS or Windows endpoint management (for example, Jamf or Microsoft Intune); SaaS administration; IT asset or licence management; or office technology. You do not need experience with every product listed.
- Security Mindset: Understand the importance of least privilege, secure configuration, data protection, auditability, and careful change management. You know when to escalate a risk or seek specialist guidance.
- Problem Solving: Take a logical, evidence-led approach to troubleshooting. Explain technical options and trade-offs clearly, and distinguish between immediate mitigation and long-term resolution.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for work from investigation through resolution and follow-up. Care about the long-term health of the services you support, not only closing individual requests.
- Communication: Work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical teams. Translate technical detail into clear updates and provide helpful, user-focused support.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working across a varied technology estate, learning new tools, and balancing planned delivery with operational priorities in a changing environment.
- Teamwork: Share knowledge, ask for help when needed, and contribute positively to a team that works across multiple technical domains.

Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.

We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for
IT Support & Operations Specialist
.
Your main tasks will be:
Run the infrastructure end-to-end: VPS, dedicated servers, virtual machines, VPN, MFA, firewall, remote access — plus the monitoring, logging, and backups that keep it honest.
Administer Google Workspace completely — accounts, groups, aliases, security policy, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and any migrations that come with it.
Own Slack, OpenAI, and every other SaaS platform we run — including version and system migrations when they happen.
Be the actual IT support for a distributed team — L1/L2 on Mac and Windows, onboarding and offboarding, remote laptop setup, device lifecycle.
Negotiate with vendors, manage procurement, and control payment on cloud resources, licenses, and invoices — the part most sysadmins never touch, but you will.
Show up occasionally when we run an offline "station" and physically set up the room — laptops, mics, sound.
We expect from you:
You've spent 5+ years as a sysadmin or in IT ops, and you've actually run Google Workspace top to bottom — including a domain migration, not just user management.
You know Slack, Confluence, Jira, and SSO/2FA (Okta, Google, Azure AD or similar) from hands-on use, not a course.
You've got working knowledge of at least one public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and the on-prem basics — DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, firewall.
You've built and tested backups, not just scheduled them, and you understand mail security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) well enough to fix it when it breaks.
You've dealt with vendors and procurement directly — contracts, invoices, renewals — this isn't a nice-to-have here, it's half the job.
Scripting (bash/Python/PowerShell) is a plus, not a requirement.
Your English and Russian are both solid enough — B1+ — to run a call with a vendor without a script.
What do we offer:
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
to work full-time;
The
initial pay level
or
pay range
for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
Vacation
28 calendar days per year;

Bonuses up to $5000
for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
50%
payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;
Corporate discount for
English lessons;
Health benefits.
According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
Workplace organization.
The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
Internal gamified gratitude system:
receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
Our growth stack has a lot of moving parts. The app and the website send events through a customer data platform to the ad platforms, our mobile measurement partners and the data warehouse. Most launches touch several of those systems and a few different teams.
You'll own the growth roadmap and work day to day with the MarTech and growth engineers who build and maintain all of this. Your job is to keep launches moving, make sure they get properly tested, and make sure the numbers on the other side can be trusted.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the growth roadmap. Turn requests from marketing, paid media and product into scoped tickets with clear owners and dates. Keep the roadmap, runbooks and data flow docs current, and automate the repetitive parts with scripts or AI tools.
- Lead testing and QA with the MarTech and growth engineers. Write test plans, check changes in staging and on test devices before they ship, and confirm they worked after launch.
- Keep data flowing into paid media. Manage customer data platform destinations, audience syncs, reverse ETL and server-side events. Watch for dropped events, low match rates and schema drift, and write or tweak simple scripts when a setting isn't enough.
- Own our relationship with the mobile measurement partners. Debug attribution problems, keep SDK and ad network integrations healthy, and handle support escalations, renewals and roadmap requests.
- Keep tracking specs consistent across the app, the website, the customer data platform and web analytics, and dig in when numbers from different sources don't match.
- Run SDK upgrades, attribution migrations and new vendor onboarding from evaluation through cutover, with a rollback plan.
- Support paid and acquisition work across search, social, app-install networks, app store search ads and affiliates, including click ID plumbing, exclusion lists and test setup.
- Bring Privacy and Legal in early, so consent, data-sharing limits and data subject requests are part of the plan and not a surprise at launch.
YOU BRING
- 8+ years in technical program management, supporting growth, performance marketing, martech or data teams.
- Hands-on time with a customer data platform. You've connected it to several ad platforms, mapped and filtered events, and synced audiences with consent rules applied. You can read a tracking plan or a destination config and spot where a launch will break.
- Experience with a mobile measurement partner and a good grasp of attribution: click IDs, ATT and SKAdNetwork, view-through versus click-through, and platform-reported versus first-party conversions. You've debugged discrepancies and dealt with the vendor directly.
- Experience doing testing and QA with engineers on tracking or integration launches: test plans, staging checks, debug tools, test devices, and regression checks after SDK or release changes.
- You write SQL and pull your own numbers.
- A track record of running programs across engineering, design, data and marketing, with clear specs, honest status updates and a written record of decisions.
- Good judgment on priorities, and comfort saying no. You're fine with ambiguity and with working asynchronously on a remote-first team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a consumer fintech or another regulated company.
- Reverse ETL into paid media (conversion APIs, offline conversions, audience uploads) and keeping it healthy: match rates, deduplication, delays and dropped events.
- Reading and writing simple scripts in JavaScript or Liquid, for example to transform an event payload or build a template.
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse.
- A working understanding of marketing privacy rules: consent, CCPA and similar state laws, GLBA, and limits on sharing customer data with ad platforms. You know when to ask Legal.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
Location: Europe remote or London hybrid
THE ROLE:
Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. The largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar - it's whether admins, legal teams, and programme owners can actually stay in control.
We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own that layer end-to-end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open.
You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the bar on how we think about enterprise design problems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration - often dealing with ambiguity. You'll reach out to the right stakeholders, get the right eyes in the room, and make decisions independently.
- Design complex governance and compliance systems that give admins, legal teams, and compliance officers genuine control and transparency. Examples include:
- Permission models and role hierarchies that scale across thousands of creators without collapsing into chaos.
- Audit log experiences that make compliance auditable - not just for the system, but for the humans who need to understand what happened.
- Workspace setup and identity workflows that integrate with real enterprise infrastructure (SSO, SCIM, MCP).
- License and billing models that admins can actually understand and manage at scale.
- Analytics and reporting that tell admins whether their deployment is working as intended.
- Work with technical constraints and possibilities. You'll develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, developer hub patterns, and how backend systems shape what's actually achievable in the UX. You're not designing in isolation from engineering - you're designing in partnership with it.
- Drive pragmatic iteration. You'll scope ruthlessly, build POCs to get signal early, and iterate based on what you learn from enterprise customers.
- Set a design vision for our Enterprise surface and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent. As things scale across SSO, compliance, analytics, and billing, you're keeping the mental model consistent.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU BRING:
- Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces - ideally admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms, or other domains where system thinking matters.
- Technical fluency. You understand APIs, integrations, how services communicate, how widgets and developer hubs work. You can read a technical architecture doc and understand the constraints it creates for design. You don't need to be an engineer, but you think like one.
- Systems thinking: not just about interaction flows, but about enterprise systems. You understand how identity systems, compliance regimes, and scale constraints shape what's actually possible in the UX. You think in mental models and multi-step workflows, not single screens.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
- Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.
- The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.
AT SYNTHESIA WE EXPECT EVERYONE TO:
- Put the Customer First
- Own it & Go Direct
- Be Fast & Experimental
- Make the Journey Fun
