AGENTIC ENGINEERING PLATFORM ENGINEER Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform 🎯 Your main goal will be to keep n8n operating as an AI-native engineering organization where agents are embedded across the development cycle; helping teams plan, build, test, review, learn, and improve. You’ll do this by maintaining and evolving the platform foundations, tools, guardrails, and team processes that make agentic development safe, measurable, and sustainable. Working with Developer Platform, Security, AI/Agents, Architecture, and product engineering teams, you’ll help teams continuously adopt what works from frontier AI and make success visible through faster feedback loops, better quality, stronger resilience, and more learning from what we ship: BUILD THE PAVED ROAD FOR AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT - Define safe task categories for autonomous agents, including what they can attempt, what they should never touch, and where additional review is required. - Design and implement isolated execution environments where agents can work without exposing secrets or accessing sensitive systems unnecessarily. - Build pilot workflows that allow selected Linear issues to be picked up by agents, tested, and converted into useful draft PRs. MAKE N8N'S MONOREPO AGENT-READY - Create and maintain repo instructions, agent playbooks, ownership metadata, coding guidelines, and documentation that improve agent performance. - Continuously improve developer workflows, repo structure, testability, and documentation based on where agents succeed, fail, or create reviewer friction. - Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to define boundaries, dependencies, and areas where agents need more context or tighter constraints. INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO ENGINEERING WORKFLOWS - Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, CI, test infrastructure, and developer review processes. - Design PR evidence templates that help reviewers understand what changed, why, what tests ran, what risks remain, and where human judgment is needed. - Partner with Security, AI/Agents, Developer Platform, and product engineering teams to define guardrails for sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions, and data handling. MEASURE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ADOPTION - Create benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate agent output quality, failure modes, test pass rates, review burden, and production risk. - Define quality signals and adoption metrics such as draft PR usefulness rate, reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate, and developer satisfaction. - Use data and feedback from pilot teams to improve agent workflows, reduce unsafe attempts, and build trust across engineering. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES - 🧠 Autonomous coding agents: You have experience with autonomous coding agents, AI coding platforms, agent orchestration systems, or internal AI developer tooling. - 🤖 Agentic development experience: You have practical experience building, deploying, or operating AI-assisted or agentic software development workflows that work with developers not besides them. - 🛠️ Strong engineering foundations: You have a strong software engineering background, ideally in platform engineering, developer experience, infrastructure, tooling, CI/CD, or engineering productivity. - 🧭 Ambiguity leadership: You’re comfortable leading a first-of-a-kind technical initiative from problem definition through pilot, adoption, measurement, and iteration. - 🔁 Modern engineering workflows: You deeply understand GitHub, CI, testing strategies, code review, monorepos, issue tracking, developer environments, and release risk. - 🔐 Safety-first judgment: You have strong judgment around permissions, secrets, sandboxing, sensitive code paths, and human-in-the-loop review. - 📊 Measurable systems thinking: You know how to design benchmarks, quality signals, failure-mode tracking, and adoption metrics. - ✍️ Clear written communication: You’re strong at writing repo instructions, playbooks, PR evidence templates, technical proposals, and alignment documents. - 🤝 Cross-functional influence: You have credibility with senior engineers and can influence across Platform, Product Engineering, AI, Security, and Architecture without formal authority. NICE-TO-HAVES - 📦 TypeScript monorepos: You have worked in a large TypeScript, Node.js, or JavaScript monorepo. - ⚙️ Developer platforms: You have experience with GitHub Actions, Linear, automated testing infrastructure, preview environments, or internal developer platforms. - 🛡️ Security-aware platform engineering: You have worked on sandboxing, secrets management, least-privilege access, or sensitive code ownership. - 📏 AI evaluation: You have created evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or quality metrics for AI-generated code or automation systems. - 🌍 Open-source communities: You have experience contributing to open-source or source-available projects with active developer communities. - 🏢 B2B SaaS context: You understand environments where reliability, permissions, data handling, and customer trust are central. - 🔗 Workflow automation: You’re familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration, or developer-facing products. Why join us? At n8n, you’ll help define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework, and developer workflows that determine whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar. You’ll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility, and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-a-kind role, you’ll have the opportunity to set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both internal engineering productivity and n8n’s external product thinking. Location: Office Based - London, UK We are hiring a General Counsel , reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role leads Canonical’s global Legal and Compliance function. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional and commercially-minded senior lawyer to lead the legal and compliance function of a profitable, fast-growing technology company that is privately held with the intention to list on a public exchange. We’re looking for someone with genuine fluency in the software industry and in open source dynamics, who can translate that insight into clear positions on licensing, commercial contracts and risk, and hands-on execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own Canonical's legal, regulatory and governance posture and lead a distributed team across EMEA and the Americas. Your primary challenge will be to continue building both the team and the architecture: a management layer across two regions, and the governance, contracting and controls a public company needs, in an environment that regularly does things the industry has not done before. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams on licensing and IP questions, with the security function on customer assurance, and you will advise the Board and its committees directly. In our selection process, we prioritize intellect and judgement alongside depth of practice. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background, an active licence to practice, and demonstrable exposure to a multilayered global operational environment. Location: This role will be based in our office in London, UK. The role entails Leading the global Legal and Compliance function: setting it's structure, standards and priorities across EMEA and the Americas. Building and managing a management capability: hire and develop managers, set objectives, review performance against a clear bar, and address under-performance directly. Setting the operating cadence of the function: intake and prioritization of legal work, service expectations with internal clients, and reporting on workload and risk to the leadership team. Owning public-market readiness on the legal side: corporate governance, group and entity structure, delegated authority, policies, disclosure controls and records, in partnership with Finance. Advising the CEO, COO, CFO and the Board, and supporting in Board and committee meetings. Owning the commercial contracting framework: standard templates, negotiating positions, and a deviation and escalation process that makes commitments visible before they are signed. Leading intellectual property and open source licensing strategy, including copyleft, trademark and the terms on which Ubuntu and our products are distributed. Owning the global compliance programme: data protection and privacy, export controls and trade compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, competition and AI regulation. Managing litigation, disputes and regulatory engagement, together with the external counsel panel, its budget and its quality. Advising on M&A, partnerships, strategic alliances and financing as the company grows. What we are looking for in you An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university. A degree in law, or equivalent, and an active licence to practice in an EMEA or Americas jurisdiction. Substantial senior in-house experience in a global technology or software business. Proven experience leading a distributed legal team, including managing managers across regions and time zones. A track record of setting and holding a high performance bar: hiring well, developing people, and dealing with under performance directly rather than waiting it out. Experience building or restructuring an in-house legal function, including deciding what is retained, delegated and sent to external counsel. Technology related experience of: negotiating and owning commercial technology contracts, including enterprise software and subscriptions, channel and reseller agreements, hardware manufacturer agreements, cloud and services advising on open source licensing, including permissive and copyleft licences, and familiarity with how open source communities operate. Experience of, or demonstrable readiness for, public company governance: listing preparation, board and committee support, disclosure and controls. Depth in at least two of: data protection and privacy, IP and trademark, export controls and trade, competition, or disputes. Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, hold colleagues accountable, and share ideas without hesitation. Professional written and spoken English with excellent drafting and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability. Location: Remote Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. ABOUT THE ROLE Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv. Runway is hiring a Detection & Response Engineer to own how we find and stop attacks against our infrastructure, our research environment and our products. Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what you need to see to catch it. You'll join the Security team and build our detection and response program the way an engineer would: detections as code, response as automation, evidence as something you can query. This is a role with real ownership: you'll own the detection program end to end, from what we log to how quickly we close an incident. You'll report to the head of security, partner with engineers across platform and research, and shape how this function grows from here. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own detection and response end to end: what we log, what we alert on, how we triage and how we recover - Write and tune detections as code across multiple cloud environments, Kubernetes, identity systems, endpoints and SaaS, and measure them on coverage and precision rather than alert volume - Lead incident response from the first alert through containment and forensics, then write the post-incident review people actually read - Build automation that takes toil out of triage, including enrichment, correlation, containment actions and evidence collection, and use LLM-based tooling where it holds up under audit - Monitor AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our environment, and turn that into concrete telemetry and controls - Partner with platform and research engineers so new systems ship with logging and response playbooks in place on day one - Run threat hunts and tabletop exercises against the parts of the environment that worry you most, and fix what you find - Turn incident and detection metrics into evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and enterprise customer security reviews, working with our GRC team - Participate in an on-call rotation for security incidents WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Hands-on incident response experience: you've triaged live alerts, led investigations and written up what happened afterward - Experience building and tuning detections in a modern SIEM, ideally managed as code - Working knowledge of how attackers move through cloud and Kubernetes environments (IAM abuse, container escape, credential theft, supply chain compromise) and what that leaves behind in logs - Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to automate response work and connect security tools - Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform and with Kubernetes at the level of audit logs, RBAC and workload identity - Clear writing. Incident timelines, detection documentation and updates to leadership are all part of the job - Judgment about what to alert on, what to automate and when to wake someone up EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE - Experience monitoring GPU or HPC-style infrastructure, or research environments with large datasets - Experience building detections or guardrails for AI agents, LLM tooling or MCP servers - Cloud forensics experience: disk and memory acquisition, cloud audit trail reconstruction, chain of custody - Published open source detection content Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates. ABOUT THE ROLE *Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv. Runway is hiring an Infrastructure Security Engineer to secure the platform our models are trained and served on. The role covers Kubernetes platform security, cloud identity and access, software supply chain, tenant isolation in the serving layer and the research infrastructure behind our models. Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline, and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what the platform has to enforce to stop it. This is a hands-on engineering role on the Security team. You'll write policy, tooling and infrastructure code, work in the platform team's repositories, and ship controls that hold up in production. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and ship security controls in our Kubernetes ecosystem: admission policy, RBAC, workload identity, network policy and runtime hardening across every cluster we run - Harden the software supply chain from dependency intake through build and deploy, including package firewalling, artifact signing and provenance, and admission controls that block what doesn't pass - Own cloud IAM and identity architecture: least-privilege roles, short-lived credentials and workload federation - Secure research infrastructure and training pipelines, including access to model weights and datasets, without slowing down the people using them - Threat model new platform components before they ship and turn the findings into concrete requirements the owning team can act on - Build guardrails for AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our infrastructure - Write infrastructure as code and policy as code, and treat security configuration with the same review and rollout discipline as any other change - Give the incident response team what they need when infrastructure is involved: fast answers about how a system works and what to shut off WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes in production: you've written admission policies, debugged RBAC and workload identity problems and understand how a cluster gets compromised - Working knowledge of cloud IAM and networking on at least one major cloud platform, including how identity federation and short-lived credentials actually work - Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps-style deployment, and the habit of shipping security changes through the same pipeline as everything else - Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to build tooling, not just scripts - An understanding of software supply chain attacks and the controls that stop them: signing, provenance, SBOMs, admission enforcement - Clear writing. Design docs, threat models and explanations to engineers who don't work in security are all part of the job - Judgment about which controls to enforce, which to recommend and how to roll out a breaking change without breaking the company EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE - Experience securing GPU or HPC-style compute, training pipelines or research environments - Experience with policy engines and admission controllers (Kyverno, OPA Gatekeeper, Falco or similar) - Multi-tenant isolation design in a cloud environment: ABAC, scoped credentials, per-tenant boundaries - Experience producing security architecture evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 or other audits and customer assessments - Open source contributions or published work in cloud or Kubernetes security Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Location: United States Workplace: Remote WHO WE ARE Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond. Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it. We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career. If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you. YOUR IMPACT Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. More than 10,000 businesses use us, and a remarkable share of them arrived because someone they respect recommended us. That trust is also why customers stay and grow with us once they're in the door. Growth is how more of the people who show up turn into teams who can't imagine working without Help Scout — and how customers who already love one part of the product find their way into what's next. As Head of Product, Growth & Monetization, you'll be directly accountable for both sides of that story: the core funnel that turns a signup into a paying customer, and the in-app motion that turns a paying customer into an expanding one. ABOUT THE ROLE - Own the growth roadmap. You'll partner with Design and Engineering, but you’ll own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Growth team. That starts with sharpening the core funnel: signup, onboarding, trial-to-paid conversion, and the activation moments that turn a trial into a team that can't imagine working without Help Scout. - Run growth experimentation across the org. Build and run an experimentation practice spanning two swim lanes: new business (signup through trial-to-paid) and expansion (getting existing customers to experience and purchase Agent, Copilot, and Signal products). The expansion lane means designing and running experiments inside product lines you don't own, in partnership with the other product leaders who do. - Evolve Help Scout's monetization strategy. Own the overarching pricing and packaging framework across the portfolio. Each Head of Product still owns pricing and packaging execution for their own line — your job is the cross-product throughline and the judgment to know when to weigh in. - Build growth infrastructure other teams can use. Create the growth model, experiment standards, and playbooks that let teams across the company ship growth work with confidence, without routing every decision through you. - Lead as a player/coach. Do the strategic work yourself today, and hire and manage a team of PMs as the group grows. You're accountable for the group's revenue results, not just its roadmap execution. - Partner across the customer lifecycle. Work with go-to-market so the growth motion is coherent from first touch through expansion, and spend real time with customers and in the data to keep that motion grounded in what's actually true. ABOUT YOU - You've spent 5+ years leading growth in B2B SaaS with a free-trial or freemium motion, and you have a concrete story of moving a product line's revenue or adoption. - You're hands-on with experimentation. You define your own metrics, design your own tests, and you're honest about when a result is signal versus noise. - You think in outcomes, not features, and you build systems and playbooks that make everyone around you faster, not just wins that end with you. - You can design an outcome-based pricing framework and explain its tradeoffs, and you understand the difference between owning strategy and owning someone else's execution. - You're technically fluent enough to hold an architecture conversation and push back credibly on an engineering estimate, and you understand how AI and agentic product features actually fail, not just how they work when they work. - You lead through influence as much as authority. Your impact here comes from getting peer product teams to want to run your experiments with you. - You've directly managed people before. You'll hire and coach a team of PMs as this group grows. - You're an excellent writer who makes your thinking visible in one-pagers and briefs that move decisions forward, and you're genuinely fluent with AI tools for research synthesis, strategy testing, and rapid prototyping. WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH - Chief Product Officer. You report to the CPO and partner closely with them on strategy and monetization. - Head of Product, Conversations. You partner on expansion experiments and the monetization framework for Inbox and Copilot. - Head of Product, Intelligence. You partner on expansion experiments and the monetization framework for Agent and Signal. - Marketing leadership. You align the growth motion with campaigns, messaging, and pricing/packaging changes. - Sales & Customer Success leadership. You keep the growth motion coherent across the full customer lifecycle, from trial through expansion and renewal. - Growth PMs. As the group grows, a small team of PMs may report to you. Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only. COMPANY VALUES HAPPY TO HELP Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we’re invested in the team’s collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community. CRAFT OVER CONVENTION Our success relies on the quality and craft https://paulstamatiou.com/craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won’t work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight. PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better. OWN THE OUTCOME Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you “own the outcome,” you don’t just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along. Read more about how we define, share, and live these values here https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/aligning-culture-with-values/. BENEFITS AND PERKS - Competitive salary and an internal, transparent salary formula based on market data - Flexible time off – you choose the holidays and vacations that make sense for you - 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all new parents, including adoption and foster care - A home office stipend to help you get set up and productive - A co-working stipend up to $300 a month if you choose to work out of your house - A yearly professional development stipend of $1,800 to help you grow in your craft - If you’re in the U.S. or Canada, we offer top tier health insurance for you and your dependents. HIRING GUIDELINES: All roles at Help Scout are fully remote. Some positions have specific location requirements. For roles outside the U.S. and Canada, we work with teammates as independent contractors under country-specific agreements. We do not sponsor visas. To provide you with the best experience, we can support you with accommodations or adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our recruitment team during your conversation with them. A NOTE ON THE USE OF AI IN OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS While we understand that AI is an important tool in a modern skillset, we ask that you do not utilize AI assistants live on our interviews. Of course, use any tools you need to prepare! But we'd like for you to have a real human-to-human conversation with our team. On our end, we utilize a platform called Brighthire as a notetaker and review tool to ensure a fair and transparent hiring process. Beware of scammers! All legitimate communication from Help Scout regarding your application will come directly from an @helpscout.com http://helpscout.com email address and through our applicant tracking system, Ashby. Location: United Kingdom; Ireland; Cyprus; Portugal; Poland Workplace: Remote BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work. THE TEAM Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Kraken's Market Surveillance function is responsible for detecting, investigating and reporting market abuse across our regulated trading venues, spanning spot crypto markets, crypto futures, tokenised equities, OTC markets, and consumer trading. As our licensing footprint and product range grow, so does the scale and complexity of the surveillance programme behind them. We're hiring a Principal Compliance Associate to take on the function's most complex casework, and help shape how we detect and cover market abuse as the business scales. THE OPPORTUNITY - Own complex investigations end to end, writing findings up to a standard a regulator can rely on, and present conclusions to a range of stakeholders. - Lead or contribute to periodic threshold and model reviews, recalibrating surveillance rules and alert thresholds as trading behaviour, products and market structure evolve. - Support the design, build-out and integration of surveillance platform capability, including onboarding new products, venues and data sources onto the surveillance system. - Contribute to market abuse risk assessments, helping identify and score risk across products, jurisdictions and entities, and translate findings into surveillance coverage. - Use AI and automation tools responsibly to speed up evidence-gathering, case reconstruction and detection-model development, always with human judgement over the final call. - Support conflicts of interest, information barrier, and personal account dealing matters across Markets Compliance, extending beyond surveillance casework where buy-side or asset management experience is directly relevant. WHAT YOU BRING - Experience investigating market abuse or trading conduct inside a firm subject to market conduct regulation, such as an exchange, broker-dealer, trading venue, or comparable regulated trading business. - A track record running investigations end to end, including writing findings up to a standard a regulator can rely on and presenting conclusions to stakeholders. - Working knowledge of core market abuse typologies e.g. spoofing, wash trading, insider trading, front running, ramping. - Experience with, or strong working knowledge of, threshold and model calibration, surveillance platform integration, market abuse risk assessments, and audit remediation. - Comfort using generative AI and other automation tools to improve the speed and quality of investigative work, while maintaining the human oversight regulated casework requires. - Familiarity with a surveillance platform (such as Scila, Nasdaq SMARTS, Eventus, or NICE Actimize) and comfort with SQL or a similar query tool for evidence-gathering. - Clear, evidence-first written communication - your case files, escalations and regulatory drafts will sometimes be read by auditors and regulators without you in the room to explain them. - Exposure to crypto-asset markets is welcomed but not required. What matters most is regulated-market investigation experience; strong candidates from traditional securities or derivatives markets are encouraged to apply. NICE TO HAVES - E-comms surveillance experience. Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. OUR COMMITMENT Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto. We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision. As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws. Location: Canada Remote; Argentina Remote Workplace: Remote ABOUT THE TEAM The Integrated Workflows team exists to expand Mural's value by embedding it seamlessly into the essential business workflows our customers already live in. We connect Mural to the tools that teams rely on every day, from the systems of record where work gets tracked to the places conversations happen and the surfaces content moves through. That is what integrations unlock, and it is the most interesting thing about this team. When Mural can reach the work happening everywhere else, a canvas stops being a snapshot of one meeting and becomes a live surface for how a team operates: real context pulled in, real decisions pushed back out, nobody retyping a status update or hunting for the current version. A workshop stops ending at the wall of sticky notes and starts ending in tracked, owned, moving work. That is when collaboration gets genuinely effective, and building toward it is the point of everything we do. Underneath all of that, we build the integration platform: the shared frameworks, services, and patterns that let any team at Mural ship a connected experience without starting from scratch. Our mission: to make Mural a natural part of daily work. We measure success by how indispensable Mural becomes inside real customer workflows, not by the number of integrations we ship. YOUR MISSION As a Senior Software Engineer on the Integrated Workflows team, you'll own significant parts of how Mural connects to the outside world. You'll design and build integrations that are reliable, secure, and genuinely used, and you'll turn one-off connector work into integration platform capabilities the rest of the company can build on. This role sits at the intersection of product and platform. You'll work directly against third-party APIs and SDKs with all the ambiguity that entails: shifting contracts, rate limits, auth models, partner review processes. At the same time you'll keep our own abstractions clean and our public API stable for the developers who depend on it. Senior Engineers at Mural lead, design, and implement complex technical projects, contribute to team and company-wide processes and culture, and provide mentorship and support for early-career colleagues. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and evolve two-way sync with the systems of record where customer work lives (Jira, Linear, Asana, and others), so decisions made on the canvas become tracked work and stay in sync as that work changes - Design, build, and maintain integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, Office), video conferencing platforms, and third-party notification targets such as Slack and Teams - Build and evolve the integration platform: the shared frameworks, services, and patterns other Mural teams use to ship their own connected experiences - Own the content pathways in and out of Mural, including the import and image panels, third-party image APIs such as Unsplash, copy/paste to and from outside Mural, file upload handling, iFrame embedding, self-serve PDF to Mural conversion, and Mural exports and downloads - Partner across teams on shared boundaries and hold up your side of those contracts, including render for exports, the notification engine, and company-level migration - Maintain and support our public API for existing third-party developers, with the backwards-compatibility discipline a published interface demands - Lead projects end to end, from research, design, and POC through execution, release, and iteration - Build flexible and maintainable solutions while being accountable for quality, performance, reliability, and the security posture of everything crossing our system boundary - Use AI tools as part of your fundamental workflows - Design, plan, and implement automated testing and documentation strategies, including for the failure modes that only show up when someone else's API misbehaves - Elevate the team's skills and knowledge by participating in technical designs and talks, and by reviewing and helping improve your and your colleagues' code - Contribute to constantly improving the team's processes and best practices WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with technologies such as React, Node.js, or other modern frameworks - Hands-on experience integrating with third-party APIs and platforms: OAuth and token lifecycle management, webhooks, rate limiting and backoff, pagination, versioning, and graceful degradation when an upstream service fails - 5+ years building and shipping large-scale production software as part of an agile engineering team - Strong track record of designing and delivering scalable, high-performance systems - An outcome-oriented and highly-experimental interest in AI-driven development practices - Proven experience planning technical projects and delivering new systems and features iteratively, with a focus on delivering value to customers quickly - Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to lead technical discussions and navigate trade-offs effectively - Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments or startups is a plus - Experience building against Microsoft Teams or Office add-in SDKs, or shipping through a partner marketplace or app review process - Experience designing and maintaining a public developer API - Experience with Python - Familiarity with secure file handling at scale, including permissions checks, malware scanning, and content validation on upload - Experience with content migration or format conversion between products, and the fidelity problems that come with it Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

Location: New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA; Remote (US); Denver, CO; Miami, FL Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision. In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day. You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat. - Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break. - Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows. - Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp. - Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better. - Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler. WHAT YOU NEED - You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again. - You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement. - You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction. - You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code. - You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through. - You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon. - You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there. - You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics. NICE TO HAVES - Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting - Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) - Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks) - Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP - Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue. - AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter. - Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested. - Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of. Location: Remote (United States | Canada) Workplace: Remote 1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing. About 1Password At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. As a Staff Security Engineer on Security Incident Response, you'll serve as a senior technical leader and builder for the team, helping shape both how we respond to incidents today and how our response capabilities evolve over time. This role is about advancing what the team is capable of, not just responding when something breaks. You'll design and build the AI-assisted systems that extend the team's reach, lead the response to the most complex incidents, and own programs that make the organization more prepared over time, from tabletop exercises and gamedays to the continued advancement of threat hunting and insider risk capabilities. You bring engineering depth, sound incident judgment, and the ability to plan, and deliver complex work against a longer-term maturity roadmap not just execute against a queue. This is a senior individual contributor role with organization-wide impact on how 1Password investigates, contains, and learns from security incidents. This role reports to the Manager, Security Incident Response. How we’re using AI today Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for: - Significant experience leading complex, high-severity security incidents across multiple environments, including serving as an incident commander or equivalent technical lead. - Experience designing and building AI-assisted or agentic automation for security operations (triage, investigation, containment), with sound judgment about where automation should and shouldn't hold decision authority. - Strong software engineering skills, and experience building production tooling, automation, or systems rather than only operating existing security platforms. - Experience owning a security program or capability roadmap end to end, including planning, sequencing, and delivering multi-quarter work. - Strong understanding of cloud-native, SaaS, and identity-driven attack techniques and response approaches. - Experience designing and running tabletop exercises, gamedays, or comparable readiness programs and translating findings into improvements.. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent technical tradeoffs to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. - Experience mentoring engineers or otherwise raising the technical and investigative capabilities of a team. How you'll work: - You look for opportunities to build systems that scale the team's capabilities rather than relying on repeated manual effort, and you're interested in thoughtfully applying AI and automation where they can improve security outcomes. - An experienced incident commander who brings structure to complex incidents, makes sound decisions with incomplete information, and helps teams move forward during high-pressure situations. - You're comfortable taking ownership of a capability from strategy through execution, including defining priorities, sequencing work, navigating dependencies, and delivering against a longer-term roadmap. - You can operate as a technical partner to leaders and cross-functional teams, independently representing technical priorities, risks, and tradeoffs. - You value continuous improvement and contribute to an environment where teams can examine incidents, decisions, and failures openly and turn what they learn into stronger systems and practices. What you can expect: - Serve as incident manager and technical escalation point for complex, high-severity events, bringing structure, sound judgement, and clear decision-making under pressure. - Design and build AI-assisted and automated systems that improve how quickly and consistently the team can triage, investigate, and contain incidents. - Establish appropriate safety controls, approval gates, auditability, and rollback mechanisms for automated and AI-assisted actions, ensuring high-impact decisions remain appropriately human-controlled. - Own the team's readiness programs, including tabletop exercises and incident gamedays, from scenario design and execution through debriefing and translating finishes into concrete (or measurable) improvements - Advance the team’s threat hunting and insider risk capabilities by identifying opportunities, defining priorities, and delivering roadmap work that improves investigative depth and coverage - Plan, sequence, and deliver multi-quarter initiatives that mature the team's capabilities, bringing project management discipline to work that doesn't fit neatly into a sprint. - Mentor and provide technical leadership to other engineers, strengthening engineering rigor and investigative judgement across the team. - Partner with Security Operations, Product Security, and Engineering teams to close gaps surfaced through investigations, hunting, and simulations. - Foster psychological safety and blameless learning across incident retrospectives, gamedays, and tabletop debriefs. - Extend strong incident response practices beyond the immediate team by building reusable systems, tooling, and operating patterns that strengthen response capabilities across areas such as PSIRT, Privacy, and Engineering. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $192,000 USD and $278,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $167,000 CAD and $242,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Our culture At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. How we work with AI We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. Our approach to remote work We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events. What we offer We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer: Health and wellbeing 👶 Maternity and parental leave top-up programs 🩺 Competitive health benefits 🏝 Generous PTO policy Growth and future 📈 RSU program for most employees 💸 Retirement matching program 🔑 Free 1Password account Community 🤝 Paid volunteer days 🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly 🌎 Remote-first work environment *Some roles in our GTM team are currently being hired for in-person hybrid work in Toronto and Austin. These roles will specify on the posting. You belong here. 1Password is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace that is built on trust, support and respect. We welcome all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, sex, citizenship, education, languages spoken or veteran status. Be yourself, find your people and share the things you love. Accommodation is available upon request at any point during our recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please speak to your talent acquisition partner or email us at nextbit@agilebits.com and we’ll work to meet your needs. Remote work is a part of our DNA. Given that our company was founded remotely in 2005, we can safely say we're experts at building remote culture. That said, remote work at 1Password does mean working from your home country. If you've got questions or concerns about this, your talent partner would be happy to address them with you. Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check that may consist of prior employment verification, reference checks, education confirmation, criminal background, publicly available social media, credit history, or other information, as permitted by local law. 1Password uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, including natural language processing and predictive analytics, to assist in the initial screening of employment applications and improve our recruitment process. Location: United Kingdom; Spain; Dubai Workplace: remote Help Us Build The Future of Travel At Airalo, we're making it easier for people to stay connected wherever they travel. As the world's first eSIM store, we help millions of travelers access affordable mobile data in 200+ countries and regions around the world. Today, we're a team of 400+ people across 60+ countries, building a product used by travelers every day. We've grown quickly, but we've worked hard to keep what matters: trust, ownership, and the freedom for people to do great work without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy. We're fully remote by design, genuinely global, and united by a shared mission to make travel simpler for everyone. Your Next Destination Location: Remote, anywhere in Spain, the UK, or the UAE. Contract: Spain: Full-time, permanent contrato indefinido via Deel (our employer of record in Spain) UK: Full-time, permanent (local contract) UAE: Full-time, permanent via Deel (our employer of record in the UAE) Benefits: Learn more about our benefits here in this link - https://airalo-public.notion.site/Benefits-25396a97ffca81fb9bc1f0be479f1be3?pvs=74 Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async. Curious what it's actually like to work at Airalo? We've put together a guide for each of the hubs we hire from most, covering our benefits, remote culture, employment setup, and what our team values most: Life at Airalo · España: https://airalo-public.notion.site/life-at-airalo-espana Life at Airalo · United Kingdom: https://airalo-public.notion.site/life-at-airalo-united-kingdom Life at Airalo · United Arab Emirates: https://airalo-public.notion.site/life-at-airalo-united-arab-emirates What you own: Own every surface, consumer and business. On consumer, that's acquisition, conversion, customer experience, retention, core systems, Airalo One, and our new bets, each with its own product manager and engineering team. On B2B, it's reseller experience, corporate experience, and partner onboarding. Make all of it feel like one relationship rather than a series of separate transactions. Set design strategy. Define what the product should feel like in two years, which bets get us there, and what we are deliberately not doing. Lead research and design as one function. Run the product design guild and the research team, with research shaping strategy rather than answering requests for it. Own brand in the product, co-authored with Marketing. Marketing leads the campaign and positioning; you own how the brand is felt, the design system, typography and colour, motion and haptics, in-app photography, and the tone of everything from a paywall to an error message. Build quality as a system. Define what finished means and hold the authority to enforce it: one design system the B2B platform inherits from rather than forks, accessibility designed in rather than retrofitted, and words treated as design rather than copy added at the end. Your First Year: Land the brand evolution in the product, with our flagship connectivity launch as the vehicle. Take the app from viable to lovable: micro-animations, haptics, and patterns that feel native on iOS and Android rather than one layout that satisfies neither. Decide what the design system needs — it has a real accessibility standard and no dedicated engineers, running on champions per platform. Draw the working boundary between design and product management so designers are neither order-takers nor deciding alone. Move research from answering questions to setting them, and make its output something the roadmap actually turns on. Build the career framework for design and research, with a bar you can defend at each level. Hire, tell us what shape the team should be, not only how big. Must-haves: Have led design for a business at real scale, responsible for a whole product rather than a slice of one, consumer depth matters most, and experience also running a business or professional product is a strong advantage, since running both from one team is the specific problem here. Have led or worked closely with research, and know what it's for beyond validation. Have written a design strategy, won the argument to get it adopted, and lived with the result. Are still close to the work, not the main designer, but someone whose judgement on a screen is worth deferring to. Have grown designers into leads and leads into managers. Can make the case for design in commercial terms as fluently as in design terms. Reach for one system that scales rather than bespoke solutions that multiply, and know what a design system costs to maintain, not only to launch. You should apply if… You think in systems, not screens. You can hold a whole product, consumer and B2B, as one relationship, and you build the design system, career framework, and quality bar that make good work repeatable rather than heroic. You treat research as a strategic input, not a rubber stamp. You want research setting the questions the roadmap turns on, not just validating decisions already made. You can own brand inside the product. You're comfortable co-authoring brand strategy with Marketing while owning how it actually shows up, motion, tone, typography, the moment a customer touches the product. You've done this at scale and stayed close to the work. You've led design organizations, but your eye for a screen is still one people defer to. You can argue design in the language of the business. You've written and sold a design strategy, and you can make its commercial case as fluently as its craft case.
