ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager
Account-Based Marketing · Healthcare SaaS · Senior Associate / AM band
FUNCTION
Marketing
EXPERIENCE
3–5 Years
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
UK (1:30–10:30)
Role Overview
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare BPO/KPO serving 280+ healthcare organizations across RCM, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram and Manila — including our proprietary InCredibly credentialing platform. We are transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model.
The ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager owns Neolytix’s account-based marketing motion across 1:1 (strategic named accounts), 1:few (ICP segment clusters, e.g., rural hospital RCM), and 1:many (programmatic, intent-gated) tiers. You’ll build and run intent-driven account scoring, tiered engagement playbooks, and enrichment workflows in close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing — turning signal data into prioritized, sales-ready accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Segmentation & Tiering
Define and maintain target-account universes across all three ABM tiers — 1:1 strategic, 1:few ICP clusters, and 1:many programmatic segments.
Set tier-specific playbooks: bespoke for 1:1, shared with light personalization for 1:few, and rules-based programmatic for 1:many.
Intent Signal Monitoring & Scoring
Own recurring intent-signal ingestion (ZoomInfo intent, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare) and convert raw signals into scored account briefs (HOT/WARM/WATCH).
Track signal trends (warming/cooling accounts) and flag ICP-fit exceptions before accounts are actioned.
Maintain the state/tracking files and cadence that keep signal briefs current and non-duplicative day over day.
Enrichment & Data Hygiene
Run account and contact enrichment (Apollo, ZoomInfo) once accounts clear a signal threshold — firmographic and contact data complete before handoff.
Maintain clean handoff protocols to Sales — CRM record checks, email verification, title confirmation, and sequence-conflict checks — before enrollment.
Sales Alignment & Handoff
Deliver prioritized, tiered action lists to assigned AEs on a regular cadence; run structured syncs to confirm status, resolve ICP flags, and align on next-best-actions.
Maintain campaign-tagging discipline in HubSpot (lead source, ICP tier, campaign name) for attribution.
Campaign Design, Reporting & Collaboration
Build multi-channel engagement per tier — email, LinkedIn/paid social, direct mail, webinars, events — matched to 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many treatment; partner with Product Marketing on persona-specific messaging (CMO/COO).
Report pipeline influenced, account engagement, and signal-to-pipeline conversion to leadership monthly; run post-campaign reviews and a testing roadmap.
Act as the connective layer between Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation for all account-based activity.
What You Bring
Must-Have
3–5 years of B2B marketing, with at least 2 years running ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and/or 1:many models.
Hands-on with intent data platforms and translating signals into sales-ready account lists.
A track record of partnering directly with Sales/AE teams on account strategy and handoff — not just campaign delivery.
Hands-on with intent/ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Warmly, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar), enrichment (Apollo), and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot).
Strong grasp of account scoring, tiering, and multi-touch campaign design; comfortable building signal-to-pipeline dashboards.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Preferred
B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology marketing background.
Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, rural health systems, specialty practices, behavioral health); working knowledge of RCM, credentialing, or practice-management categories.
Familiarity with project-management tools (Asana, Notion, or Jira).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English — able to run structured syncs with Sales stakeholders and present ABM performance to leadership.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, full-time, UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) & Should be flexible.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
Why Join Neolytix
High-Visibility Pipeline Role
Drive pipeline across the full ABM tier structure, with direct exposure to Sales and Marketing leadership.
Scale an Intent-Driven Motion
Build ABM for a rapidly growing Healthcare SaaS product targeting the US mid-market.
Ownership Culture
An environment that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Development Support
Learning resources, external certifications, and leadership mentoring.

REPORTS INTO
Manager
⚠ US Shift: This role operates on a US-aligned shift from our Gurugram office. Consistent availability during US business hours is required. Apply only if you can commit to this onsite.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States, with delivery operations in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. InCredibly is the platform we built to run our credentialing, enrollment, and licensing operations: a rules-driven system that manages workflows, documents, timelines, and payer requirements across thousands of providers.
The platform is configurable by design. Payer requirements, document checklists, follow-up protocols, and workflow variants live in a rules layer and knowledge base, not in code. When the rules are right, the platform does the work. When they are missing or wrong, people do it by hand. This role owns that rules layer.
This is not a delivery role and not a development role. You are the person who decides how the platform thinks. Half the job is keeping the knowledge base accurate. The other half is turning what our operations team knows into configuration the platform can execute: workflow rules, stage templates, gate conditions, validation rules, and defaults that reduce manual work for analysts on the floor.
What You Will Do
1. Knowledge Base & Rules Management
Build and maintain the platform knowledge base: document checklists, validation rules, follow-up protocols, and workflow defaults, structured so the system acts on them rather than as prose for a human to read.
Author configuration rules by work type, category, and variant. Keep them current as operational requirements evolve.
Own the flag queue: triage issues raised by analysts, fix them, and route changes through the change-request approval workflow.
2. Workflow Configuration
Translate operational patterns into workflow configuration: stage sequences, variant rules, SLA adjustments, gate requirements, and follow-up cadences.
Design and test configuration changes before they go live. Version your changes, document why you made them, and maintain a clean audit trail.
Coordinate with operations leads to understand process changes and translate them into updated configuration.
3. Schema & Data Model Partnership
Work with the engineering team when a real-world rule does not fit the existing schema. Spot the mismatch, articulate why, and propose the change with enough context for a developer to act on it.
Use SQL to validate your own work and verify data accuracy before changes hit production.
4. Measurement & Training
Track what your rules do: reductions in manual touches, rework, and first-pass failures. Propose the next configuration improvement candidates from this data.
Write SOPs by work type and brief analysts on how configuration changes affect their workflows. You write for people who will run the process, not for a file.
What You Bring
Must-Have
2 to 5 years configuring rules, data, or workflows in an enterprise platform. Backgrounds that translate well: benefit or provider configuration in payer systems (Facets, QNXT, HealthRules, Amisys), EHR application analysis (Epic, Oracle Health, Meditech), enterprise SaaS administration (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Pega), or business rules engine configuration.
A demonstrated ability to take an unstructured source document, a policy, a set of requirements, an email thread, and decompose it into fields, conditions, exceptions, and checklists. You will be asked to show this in a work sample.
Basic SQL: you use it to query, validate, and reconcile data. Not a course listing.
Version control and change discipline: you document why you made a change, test before you push, and own the outcome when something breaks downstream.
Clear written English. Other people will run the SOPs and playbooks you write.
Strong Preference
Experience with configurable workflow engines, BPM platforms, or business rules engines where you designed the rules, not just executed them.
JIRA: used for managing configuration change requests, flag queues, and work tracking alongside engineering and operations teams.
BPMN 2.0 awareness: ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams and translate them into platform workflow configuration.
Prior experience working with US clients or in a US time-zone overlap model.
Experience across more than one platform or system type: the ability to map a rule from one configuration environment to another.
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to US healthcare operations, RCM workflows, or provider credentialing and enrollment.
Familiarity with credentialing technology platforms such as symplr, Modio Health, Medallion, or similar.
Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday administration certification.
Epic certification or formal Facets/QNXT training.
Who You Are
You see structure in a document that most people read as prose. A requirements page is a schema to you before it is a process.
You break things before calling a configuration complete, because you have actually tested it.
You write documentation that the person after you can follow without asking questions.
You push back on vague requirements because you know what happens when a rule is ambiguous and live.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline. Computer science, information systems, or a business-adjacent field is an advantage but not required.
SQL: actively used for validation and data checking, not just listed as a skill. Assessed in the work sample.
Shift: US-aligned shift, onsite in Gurugram. Consistent availability during US business hours is required from day one.
Notice Period: 60 to 90 days is typical for this profile. Please state your notice period clearly.
Performance Expectations
What success looks like:
First 90 days: domain immersion complete. Playbooks, checklists, and follow-up defaults are live for the highest-volume work types. You own the flag queue and the change-request workflow.
6 months: your first configuration improvements are in production and measured. Analysts treat the knowledge base as the source of truth rather than their own notes.
12 months: the rules layer, not analyst memory, drives most routine work. You are defining the next configuration roadmap with the Manager.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Application review. Include a short note with your CV (150 to 200 words): describe one rule, template, or configuration you built that removed manual work. What was the source? How did you structure it? What happened after it went live? Applications with the note are reviewed first.
Stage 2: TA screening call (20 minutes). Role fit, configuration background, and SQL usage check.
Stage 3: Work sample (90-minute take-home, mandatory). You receive a business rules document and structure it into fields, conditions, checklists, and gate conditions. Skippable by nothing.
Stage 4: Hiring manager interview with the Product Owner covering your work sample output and configuration approach.
Stage 5: Domain and technical interview with Operations Leadership and Engineering.
Stage 6: Offer.
Why Join Neolytix
Greenfield Ownership
You define the rules layer of a live platform used in production every day. Not maintaining someone else's configuration. Not a ticket queue.
Direct Access
You work with the Product Owner and Operations Leadership directly. No multi-layer hierarchy between you and the decision.
Domain You Can Learn
US healthcare and credentialing operations are taught by the team. The configuration aptitude is what we hire for.
Product Trajectory
InCredibly is moving toward standalone software licensing. The person who defines how the platform encodes rules grows with it.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Reports to: Team Lead, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics, you’ll own the test systems that every ICEYE satellite passes through before it reaches orbit. You’ll design and standardize the production and integration test equipment used across our manufacturing sites, find the bottlenecks that would otherwise cap how fast we can scale, and set the technical standard for the engineers around you. This is a hands-on design role with organization-wide influence: what you build and document becomes how we manufacture.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build and own the production and integration test systems used on the line, including the electrical ground support equipment.
- Drive standardization of test equipment across products and sites, so designs and interfaces are reused rather than rebuilt each time.
- Define test strategies: coverage, test limits, guard bands, failure modes and diagnostics.
- Produce and maintain the design documentation other engineers execute from, including schematics, test requirements, procedures and interface definitions.
- Use production and test data to find yield issues, bottlenecks and systemic weaknesses, then implement the fixes before they limit the ramp.
- Review designs from other teams and set the requirements they must meet to integrate cleanly into our production workflow.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, feedback and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Several years of electronics design and test system development experience, ideally on high-reliability or high-complexity products (space, defence, telecom, automotive, industrial or similar).
- Strong analog and digital electronics design, including high-speed digital work (signal integrity, impedance control, power integrity) and PCBA design for manufacturability and testability.
- A track record of designing, implementing and maintaining automated test systems or electrical ground support equipment, taken from concept through to stable production.
- Hands-on RF and mixed-signal test and characterization, including S-parameters, matching networks and filters, with the instruments that go with them (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators).
- Test automation in Python and embedded development in C/C++ on common microcontrollers such as STM32, TI or MSP430.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews, with documentation quality to match.
Nice to haves:
- Altium Designer or KiCad, and RF simulation in CST or AWR.
- Lean or Six Sigma background, and quality methods such as FMEA, 8D or fault tree analysis applied to production problems.
- Experience scaling a manufacturing line: ramp-up, multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
- Real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, and serial interfaces including USB, CAN and RS-485.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
Application Process
- Recruiter Interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Technical assessment

About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work.
You will:
• Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation.
• Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan.
• Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope.
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery.
• Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support.
• Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio.
• Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures.
Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management
• Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts.
• Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority.
• Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff.
• Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits.
• Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows.
Requirements
You Have
• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread.
• Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.
Nice to Have
• Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs.
• Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners.
Benefits
🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year

About the role
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions: modelling our data in dbt, defining the certified metrics the company runs on, and setting the standards that every analyst and data scientist at ElevenLabs builds.
- Drive the implementation of a world-class metric layer for the company: modelling conventions, project structure, testing, CI, and documentation.
- Design and maintain the certified KPI layer for product (activation, adoption, retention, usage), finance (billing, ARR, revenue), and company-wide topics, built to withstand audit scrutiny.
- Partner with Data Engineering on evolving the data warehouse architecture, and with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into trusted, reusable data products, including data served through AI agents.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer, ideally as one of the first analytics engineers on a growing team.
- Expert knowledge of dbt and advanced SQL (required); strong grasp of dimensional modelling, grain, and incremental patterns.
- Proficiency across the modern data stack (BigQuery or similar warehouse, Python, BI tools such as Looker).
- Rigour around data quality: you test, document, and reconcile by default, and you spot a model that runs cleanly but is quietly wrong.
- Strong ability to understand varied stakeholder requirements, push back where needed, and translate them into generalised, well-documented models.
Bonus:
- Experience modelling billing, subscription and ARR data (Stripe, Salesforce) or product event data at scale.
- Experience serving data to LLM-based agents or building semantic / metrics layers consumed by AI tools.
- Experience with CI for data (Slim CI, data contracts, PII policy tags) and infrastructure-as-code for warehouse access.
