We've spent the past six months overhauling how great product gets made at Cleo, with the latest tools and models built into our process. Many of the team work directly in code, building our own design tools, creating high fidelity prototypes and shipping to production.
But, it's not only a process change - it's a product change. We're rethinking the UX of the product from the ground up, around fully agentic financial assistants that can run your financial life.
We expect our people to get genuinely close to the business, take real ownership of problems, and move comfortably between big picture thinking and the detail of making something incredibly good.
It's an exciting time to join: so much of this is being built for the first time 🚀

- Ensure the system enables both speed and expressive excellence
- Define governance and architectural direction in partnership with Core Experience leaders
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️

- A systems thinker who designs frameworks, not just features
- Deeply experienced in fintech or other complex, high-trust B2C domains
- Proven in shaping scaling products into durable platforms
- Comfortable influencing VP and C-level stakeholders
- Exceptional in craft, with the judgment to balance beauty, clarity, and scale

Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
We are looking for a hands-on leader to run Data Enablement. The team that owns how our data is modeled, trusted, and made ready for the business and for AI. You will lead analytics engineers and web analytics specialists, own the semantic layer end-to-end, and turn raw product and event data into curated, well-documented datasets that people can rely on.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead and grow the team.
Set priorities, coach, and keep a steady delivery rhythm across analytics engineering and web analytics.
Own the semantic layer.
Design, build and evolve SQL-based models and metric definitions so that one number means one thing across all our products.
Raise data curation and automate the routine.
Move the team from ad hoc requests to reusable, tested, documented datasets that people and our AI data assistant can query directly, with tracking checks and data-quality monitoring on autopilot.
Set standards and partner across the data organization.
Modeling conventions, version control, testing and release practices, code review; work with Data Business Partners, Data Science / ML and Data Platform on scope and ownership. Stay close to the code on critical builds.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience.
5+ years in analytics, data or BI engineering, including 2+ years leading a team or leading others technically.
Expert SQL and Python.
You set query and performance standards others follow, rewrite expensive queries and explain the trade-offs, handle incremental loads, deduplication and slowly changing dimensions, and own production Python components that other teams depend on.
Data modeling and pipelines.
You design warehouse and mart models that several teams build on, including a semantic layer, and choose the methodology (star schema, Data Vault or equivalent) to fit the queries it must serve. You optimize and troubleshoot pipelines on a cloud stack such as AWS (Athena, Redshift, Glue) and orchestration tools such as Airflow.
Engineering discipline.
You set branching and code review standards, require schema and data tests and CI before release, and lead risky changes with a clear rollout and rollback plan.
Data quality and data fluency.
You design validation that catches problems before stakeholders do, fix root causes rather than symptoms, set documentation standards, and investigate unfamiliar sources before trusting them.
Business impact.
You design solution options for complex problems, split cross-team work into pieces with a clear definition of done, build dashboards around the decision they support, and become a trusted partner to business leaders.
AI in everyday work.
You redesign team workflows around AI tools to drive adoption, and evaluate AI outputs for quality, privacy and bias.
Leadership and ownership.
You own complex team-level projects, make high-impact decisions from complex information, coach people by spotting skill gaps and giving regular feedback, set clear scope expectations, and turn change into actionable steps for the team.
Communication.
You clarify complex ideas, build consensus across teams and time zones, and communicate in fluent English.
Nice to have:
experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework (we may adopt one); web analytics and tracking (GTM, GA4); B2B SaaS or document-workflow / e-signature background.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
QMO is responsible for the quality benchmark that every Hasbro project adheres to — covering requirements through closure — across AI, automation, manual, performance, security, and compatibility testing. The team is transitioning from manual and legacy scripted automation to AI-enhanced testing, involving a move to Playwright and embracing Tosca's agentic AI features.
We're hiring a Lead QA Engineer to lead our transition to AI-enhanced test automation. This is a technical leadership role without formal direct reports. You will develop the automation strategy and directly guide the daily automation and AI efforts of our offshore vendor team. You will advise the technical aspects of our Selenium-to-Playwright migration, the integration of Tosca's AI/agentic features, and test coverage across SAP, P2M, and Hasbro CLM(which is migrating to AWS). We seek someone highly skilled to help build the future of our QA processes!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the technical strategy for AI-enhanced test automation. This reduces dependence on manually written scripts by adopting AI and agentic automation methods, such as Tosca's agentic AI capabilities.
Lead the migration of automation suites from Selenium to Playwright, including framework architecture and standard methodologies.
Manage the daily automation and AI-related activities of our offshore vendor team, determining priorities and evaluating output quality — without formal people-management responsibility.
Take ownership for test case management and regression/defect tracking methods in qTest, ensuring they grow alongside the team's automation-first approach.
Collaborate with SAP and P2M functional teams to integrate automation coverage into their release cycles.
Support QA needs for Hasbro CLM through its migration to AWS, including planning test coverage on the new platform.
Translate business and QA strategy into concrete implementation plans — proactively identifying risk and next steps rather than completing a fixed task list.
Provide updates on automation progress, potential risks, and suggestions to QA leadership.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of QA automation experience, including demonstrated lead-level ownership of automation strategy.
Practical experience with Tricentis Tosca, including building, structuring and maintaining automation scripts
Solid practical experience with Playwright, including firsthand involvement in transitioning automation suites from Selenium.
Demonstrated experience applying AI-augmented automation approaches to reduce manual script authoring — not just traditional record-and-playback or hand-coded scripting.
Experience with qTest for managing test cases and tracking regression/defects.
Testing background across SAP and P2M platforms.
Practical understanding of or direct experience with AWS services.
Experience directing or closely coordinating the work of an offshore vendor QA/automation team.
Proven capability to convert business and test strategy into a detailed action plan, instead of merely finishing assigned tasks — showing solid responsibility and discernment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with NeoLoad or a comparable performance testing tool.
Familiarity with Azure (SharePoint Framework, Azure Functions) — Hasbro CLM's current platform ahead of its AWS migration.
Exposure to RMS and CSP platforms.
CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Scripting/programming proficiency in Selenium, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
Experience with security and/or compatibility testing.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools.
Effective communication abilities, including confidence in updating senior leadership on status and suggestions.
We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
Hasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. We are committed to making all employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. If you have a disability and require assistance in this application process and need to request an accommodation, please contact your recruiter or coordinator.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team and own how ElevenLabs goes to market by vertical. As we shift from a horizontal motion to a vertical-led one, you will go deep on each of our top verticals — the buyer, the use cases, the competitive landscape, and what it takes to win — and turn that into a repeatable playbook for launching and scaling each one.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll sit at the center of the vertical GTM motion, working with Product Marketing, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to define each vertical's strategy, surface product gaps, and drive cross-functional alignment until every vertical is launched and performing. This is a role for someone who wants to shape a new market from the ground up, not maintain an existing one.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Vertical Deep Dives - Own the research and strategy for each top vertical: market sizing, ICP and persona definition, buying process, priority use cases, competitive positioning, and where ElevenLabs wins.
- Vertical Launches - Run the end-to-end launch of each vertical, from strategy and segmentation through enablement, pipeline targets, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Cross-Functional Alignment - Drive alignment across PMM, FDE, Product, Sales, and Marketing on vertical priorities, owners, and timelines. Be the single thread that keeps every function moving in the same direction.
- Product Needs - Dig deep into what each vertical requires from the product — integrations, compliance, features, workflows, and translate field signal into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Define the metrics that matter for each vertical (pipeline, win rate, ACV, sales cycle, product adoption), build the dashboards, and use the insights to decide where to double down or pull back.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leadership on where to invest by vertical, with clear recommendations and regular performance reporting.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations or GTM strategy, ideally with experience building or launching a vertical GTM motion
- Proven track record of taking an ambiguous strategic question to a structured answer, then driving execution across teams.
- Deep curiosity about industries — you enjoy learning how a healthcare, financial services, or retail buyer actually operates and what they need
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders without direct authority.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and comfort operating in a fast-moving, undefined space.
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do.
Our Engineering teams tackle complex technical challenges across a global, three-sided marketplace, building and scaling systems that serve millions of customers, riders and merchants every day. From real-time logistics to resilient infrastructure and marketplace optimisation, we design, build and operate technology that powers Deliveroo’s (& Doordash’s) growth at scale.
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Event Streaming Systems team. This is a hybrid role.
In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership for the event streaming infrastructure that powers business-critical workflows across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. You’ll help define the long-term direction of our messaging and streaming platforms, lead high-impact technical initiatives across teams, and raise the reliability, scalability and operational excellence bar for Tier-0 infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Event Streaming Systems team within the broader Storage organisation. The team builds and operates highly reliable, scalable and efficient event streaming infrastructure, including Kafka, Event Streaming abstractions (internally called EventBus), messaging platform capabilities, and future streaming technologies. The team also partners closely with Database Reliability, Storage, SRE, Data Platform and Core Infrastructure teams to ensure our most critical data and messaging systems remain reliable, operable and cost-efficient at global scale.
These systems support Tier-0 workflows and are foundational to how engineering teams build reliable, event-driven products at scale.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for our event streaming and messaging platforms, balancing reliability, scalability, cost, operability and developer experience.
Lead team-level and cross-team initiatives for Kafka, EventBus and related streaming infrastructure, from ambiguous problem definition through architecture, delivery, rollout and adoption.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for Kafka, messaging, storage-adjacent and DBRE-related platform decisions across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt.
Design durable, extensible systems and platform capabilities that can be leveraged by other engineers and teams, reducing duplicated effort and operational risk.
Lead the resolution of complex distributed systems problems, including reliability incidents, performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, data-safety risks and production-operability gaps.
Raise the operational excellence bar for Tier-0 infrastructure through observability, automation, incident response, runbooks, operational readiness and continuous improvement.
Proactively build alignment with partner teams, including EventBus, Storage, DBRE, SRE, Data Platform and Core Infrastructure, shaping joint goals and mitigating cross-org delivery risks.
Mentor and grow engineers through technical guidance, design, feedback, code review, incident review facilitation and knowledge-sharing across the engineering community.
Evaluate emerging streaming, storage and automation technologies, including AI-enabled operational tooling where appropriate, and champion pragmatic adoption where they can materially improve quality, velocity or efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in several of these areas and the judgment to lead others through ambiguity:
Significant experience building, operating and evolving distributed systems in production, ideally for platform or infrastructure teams supporting critical workloads.
Deep hands-on experience with Kafka or comparable event streaming systems as a platform, infrastructure service or business-critical production dependency.
Strong technical leadership skills, with a track record of defining technical direction, shaping roadmaps and leading multi-engineer or cross-team initiatives.
Ability to make and own technical decisions in ambiguous situations, using data, operational signals, customer needs and long-term system health to guide tradeoffs.
Strong coding ability in Java, Go, Python or similar languages, with a focus on reliable, maintainable, observable and scalable production systems.
Experience improving production reliability through automation, observability, capacity management, incident response, operational readiness and sustainable on-call practices.
Strong distributed systems fundamentals, including Linux, networking, storage, JVM-based systems, fault tolerance, backpressure, capacity planning and performance tuning.
A force-multiplier mindset: you create leverage through reusable technical foundations, clear documentation, strong engineering practices, mentoring and removing single points of failure.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence platform, infrastructure, product and reliability teams without relying on authority.
Nice to have
Experience contributing to Kafka or related open source distributed systems.
Experience with Redpanda, WarpStream, AutoMQ, Pulsar or similar streaming technologies.
Experience with JVM tuning, diskless streaming architectures or multi-region event streaming platforms.
Experience operating Tier-0 infrastructure at large scale, including incident leadership and post-incident improvement programs.
Experience with database reliability, storage systems, data platforms or DBRE practices in addition to event streaming.
Experience using automation or AI-assisted operational tooling to improve reliability, developer experience or incident response quality.

We are looking for a
Lead Applied Researcher — Pricing
to design and evolve dynamic pricing systems for our marketplace. You will develop pricing as a
feedback-driven decision system
, balancing supply, demand, and business outcomes under uncertainty and delayed signals. Unlike traditional surge-based pricing, our marketplace operates on a
unique bid-based pricing model
, where prices are shaped through direct negotiation between riders and drivers. This creates a fundamentally different optimization problem, requiring advanced approaches to modeling user behavior, incentives, and marketplace dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve dynamic pricing policies, including elasticity and supply/demand response modeling
Frame pricing as a decision system under uncertainty and delayed feedback
Develop, test, and deploy real-time pricing algorithms
Design and analyze A/B experiments to evaluate pricing impact
Productionize models in collaboration with engineering, ensuring scalability and robustness
Monitor system performance, including stability, feedback effects, and long-term behavior
Contribute to methodological choices (e.g., optimization, control, RL-inspired approaches)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Professional experience in Data Science, Applied Research, or algorithmic product optimization, preferably in marketplaces or pricing systems
Strong background in statistics, optimization, and causal inference
Proven ability to move from problem formulation to production-grade solutions
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with production ML systems
Nice to Have
Experience with economic modeling (elasticity, auctions, policy design)
Familiarity with control systems, RL, or online optimization
Experience working with real-time, high-load systems
Why join us
Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 1100+ cities in 47 countries
Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs
Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program
Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects
Work alongside people who take initiative, speak openly, and challenge themselves to grow
Improve your language skills through co-financed courses and internal speaking clubs
Final benefits may vary depending on the location.

Workplace: Hybrid
adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Architecting the sub-millisecond decision engine that powers 200 million daily ad interactions
The Demand Core team and backend platform squads build the foundational infrastructure that determines which of our thousands of active advertising campaigns are relevant to a user the moment they open Playtime. At our scale, system latency is a business failure: downtime means advertisers stop spending, users stop earning rewards, and publisher revenue stalls. As a Staff Backend Developer, you will own the architectural integrity, reliability, and long-term evolution of the distributed systems that power these decisions 200 million times every day across multiple teams.
Go microservices load the active ad campaign catalog into memory, evaluating 40+ targeting constraints and 30+ real-time signals like geo, fraud status, budget caps, to rank potential user performance in milliseconds. Beyond individual services, you will define architectural patterns across the entire ad interaction chain: high-throughput processing of clicks, views, MMP postbacks from Adjust and AppsFlyer, and reward-triggering in-app events. You will govern our hybrid messaging architecture using SNS/SQS and Kafka, standardize backend data patterns across DynamoDB, relational, and analytical data stores, and ensure our core ad scoring pipelines remain resilient under massive load.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Production Golang Systems & Architecture Mastery: You bring extensive backend development experience (7+ years, with deep production Go expertise in distributed environments). You will define service boundaries, concurrency models, and runtime optimizations for our +99% Go microservice architecture, scaling the platform reliably beyond hundreds of millions of monthly active users.
- High-Throughput Event Streaming & Architecture Patterns: You have deep experience architecting and standardizing asynchronous microservice communication using event backbones like Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Kinesis. You will establish org-wide streaming standards, schema evolution, and CDC patterns to process billions of daily API events and aggregate them into our data lake for sub-second querying.
- Large-Scale Data Architecture & Platform Optimization: You understand database internals, distributed storage trade-offs, and low-level web standards. You will standardize data patterns (sharding, replication, DR) across hundreds of terabytes in DynamoDB, MySQL, Druid, and Athena, while leading high-stakes, zero-downtime database migrations and deprecations.
- Data Science & Algorithmic Integration at Scale: You quickly grasp complex technical topics, distributed systems trade-offs, and applied mathematics. You will partner with our Data Science team to architect the runtime infrastructure that serves predictive models and machine learning algorithms directly within our sub-millisecond real-time ad targeting engine.
- Technical Leadership & Organizational Leverage: You communicate fluently and precisely in spoken and written English. You drive alignment across squads through RFCs and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), define org-level SLIs/SLOs, sponsor major technical migrations, and mentor Senior engineers across an international engineering team.
- Plus: Cloud Resilience & Tooling: Hands-on experience with continuous profiling (e.g., Pyroscope, goroutine dumps), chaos engineering drills, and infrastructure automation using Terraform, Kubernetes, or AWS cloud networking.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re shaping the architectural foundation behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems and patterns you design will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own the technical direction and platform architecture with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, establish golden paths that unlock engineering speed, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve complex architectural bottlenecks openly and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with and elevate a diverse, global team of engineers from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, solve hard computer science challenges, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
