Location: Minsk; Tbilisi; Chișinău
Workplace: hybrid
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our distributed engineering team.
IDT/NRS builds the Point of Sale platform that runs tens of thousands of independent retail stores across the United States.
We are now expanding that platform into restaurants.
If you like challenges where the hard part is getting it right at scale rather than getting it working once, this is that job!
Primary location - Minsk, Belarus (hybrid - 3 days/week in the office)!
What you will own:
Architecture and delivery of new restaurant facing services, from data model to API to the screens merchants actually touch.
The merchant facing restaurant surfaces: kitchen display and everything staff touch across the life of an order.
Extending and hardening existing production services without destabilizing them.
Correctness under concurrency: transactional integrity, isolation levels, idempotency, race conditions, retries, and honest tradeoffs where perfect guarantees are not available.
Behavior when the connection drops. A store keeps serving whether or not the network is up, which means offline capable clients, local state, sync on reconnect, and reconciling what happened while the system was split.
Queueing and asynchronous processing, background jobs, and event driven flows.
Safe rollout of releases that reach tens of thousands of users.
Working directly with product managers and designers to shape what gets built, not just receiving requirements and implementing them.
Technical direction and code review for other engineers, including the judgment to say when a design is wrong and the credibility to make that stick.
Required Qualifications:
6-8+ years building full-stack products
, including time as the senior person on the work.
Deep Node.js and TypeScript experience across the full-stack
, with production services you designed and still stand behind.
Deep understanding of REST API design and microservices.
Strong relational database skills, Postgres or MySQL
: schema design, indexing, query tuning, transactions, and what actually happens under load. Comfort with non relational stores such as Redis or MongoDB, and with caching and invalidation.
Experience with queues and streaming, whether Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, BullMQ, or similar, including the failure modes that come with them: ordering, duplicates, replay, and consumer lag.
Front- end skill that matches the environment:
our team use these screens during a rush, on a terminal or a tablet, with no time to think and no tolerance for a bad interaction.
We use Vue.
Experience with React or Angular is fine
, as long as it includes component architecture, state management, and progressive web apps.
Real time interfaces built on websockets, ideally socket.io. Order flow and kitchen display depend on it.
Excellent debugging. You can take an unfamiliar production failure and reason your way to root cause instead of guessing.
Parts of the existing platform are PHP.
Working effectively in unfamiliar code, with AI, is part of this job.
Experience deploying services that scale horizontally, tolerate a failed instance or a slow dependency, and automatically add or shed capacity.
Comfortable on Linux, and fluent with Git and CI and CD workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You will be in daily conversation with teams in the United States and Israel, and will often be the person explaining a technical decision to people who did not attend the design discussion.
How you work:
AI first.
You use AI tooling as a core part of how you engineer: mapping an unfamiliar codebase in hours instead of weeks, pressure testing your own designs, moving faster without lowering the bar.
You apply it across the whole lifecycle: shaping a design before any code exists, writing and refactoring, reviewing your own work, as well as automated PR reviews.
You jump in.
Handed a large, complex, unfamiliar repository, your instinct is to open it and start reading. Complexity and sensitivity are reasons to be careful, not reasons to wait for someone else.
You build services that stay maintainable.
Clear boundaries, readable code, tests that earn their keep, observability that makes production legible. The next engineer should be able to operate what you built without a tour guide.
You think about the person on the other side.
During a rush, a confusing screen or one extra tap is not a cosmetic problem. It is a slower line and a worse night for the staff.
You go the extra mile.
You follow a problem to its actual end, including the parts nobody assigned to you. You take pride in the work and you care how it lands for the merchant on the other side of the screen.
What We Offer:
Remote B2B (Georgia) or
On-site in Belarus and Moldova work opportunity!
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Top-tier hardware to support your productivity.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program – get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
More perks for the Minsk and Chisinau office employees.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a Creative leader who can turn creativity into a growth engine. You’ll own creative strategy end to end - from brand and big ideas to performance, production and AI - and lead a 20-person creative team to deliver work that moves both culture and business metrics. You’ll unlock new audiences, build a faster and smarter production engine, and bring creative closer to the heart of growth decisions. If you believe creativity should be bold, measurable and built for impact - this role is for you.
What you will own
Creative strategy end to end: the brand platform and the thousands of assets that run against it, from CTV and upper-funnel video through paid social, search, web funnels, app store and lifecycle.
Business outcomes. CPA, subscription rate and payback are partly creative variables. You carry them alongside acquisition, you sit where budget is set, and you present the creative case to the executive team and the board.
Unlock new audiences. Build the repeatable route in: insight, territory, batch production, structured testing on ring-fenced budget, then scale.
The production engine, around 20 people across creative strategy, motion, design, UGC and production ops. Faster cycles, sharper briefs, and a written rule for what gets hand-crafted, templated or generated. Cost per asset and cycle time are KPIs.
AI in production. Generative tools are already live here and some of our strongest performers are AI-made. Push much further, and decide where human craft stays non-negotiable.
The measurement system itself. Creative performance sits in disconnected per-platform dashboards today, so a single comparable view of every asset is an early priority.
Experience and skills
You have led creative in customer facing tech where performance marketing is the main growth engine, and you can hold your own on incrementality, pROAS and LTV/CAC.
You can state what your creative was worth to your last business, and show the evidence.
You are equally credible on brand, and can write a positioning that survives contact with a media plan.
You are AI-first in practice, not in theory: shipped work, opinions on tooling, and the quality and disclosure calls made yourself.
You are comfortable pushing the boundaries, failing at times and being innovative.
You build teams people stay on, set the bar high and focus on coaching for strong outcomes.

How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support

ABOUT YOU
You are a technical product manager who owns what a model optimises for, not just the roadmap around it. You have real depth in recommendation and ranking systems, and you will own the recommendation engine behind the Xsolla Advertising Products: the ranking that decides which offers millions of players see, and in what order.
You hold the bar high for how decisions get made. You can read a readout and say plainly what it does and does not support. You connect model performance to revenue without overclaiming, and you bring a low-ego, people-first approach to work that spans ML, analytics, ads operations, and commercial teams.
If you are excited about using ML to build building the next generation of advertising, rewards and loyalty programs for mobile apps and games we want to hear from you.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Own the recommendation engine as a product: ranking, relevance, and the model roadmap. Ranking quality is the product.
Set the objective the ranker optimises for, the constraints it works inside, and the guardrails and kill conditions that bound it. The target is eCPM today; what comes next is your call.
Own the metric definitions the whole team measures against, and settle the definitional questions that change the answer: gross against publisher-side RPU, app-load against impression-user denominators, mean of daily values against window totals.
Collaborate with on ML frameworks, experiment design, hold-outs, including pre-registered decision rules, power calculations, sample-ratio-mismatch checks, A/A validation, multiplicity correction, and named rollback triggers.
Collaborate with DS on readouts to evaluate model performace and readouts to business stakeholders readout: what the model did, what it cost, and what happens next.
Contribute the ranking perspective to the wider ads roadmap, including the seams where pricing, identity, and event telemetry meet ranking.
Qualifications & Skills:
6+ years in product management, with 3+ years owning a recommendation, ranking, personalization, or relevance system in production.
Deep understanding of experiment design and inference, including minimum detectable effect, statistical power, sample ratio mismatch, A/A testing, multiple-comparison correction, and pre-registration. You can tell when a readout will not support the claim being made from it, and you say so.
Working knowledge of the modelling itself: classification and regression, probability calibration, predicted conversion rate, expected-value objectives, and how the choice of objective changes model behavior.
Hands-on experience with ML and data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, dbt, MLFlow, Vertex AI, and feature stores.
Proven record of moving model changes into production traffic through a controlled experiment process, rather than shipping on a dashboard reading.
Knowledge of performance advertising economics and ad tech ecosystems, including eCPM, RPU, bid multipliers, campaign hierarchies, and attribution models.
SQL you write yourself, and enough comfort reading application code to verify a claim instead of taking it on trust.
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences. Specs, decision records, and readouts are the output of this role, and other teams act on them without you in the room.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Offerwall, rewarded advertising, loyalty and rewards programs and/or mobile app monetization experience is a plus.
Experience with a two-stage ranking system, where an external service supplies the base order and local logic adjusts it, is a plus.
Pricing, yield management, or marketplace experience alongside ranking is a plus.

Your background may be in backend engineering, infrastructure, SRE, or systems engineering. What matters most is your ability to solve ambiguous production problems, make sound engineering tradeoffs, and take ownership from design through operation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and operate distributed systems that ingest, process, and store telemetry at very high scale.
- Own the reliability, performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency of telemetry pipelines and storage systems.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, help resolve production incidents, and drive root-cause fixes through to completion.
- Build software and automation that eliminate repetitive operational work and make the platform easier to operate.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and help shape the roadmap for the next stage of scale.
- Work closely with product, infrastructure, and service teams across ClickHouse.
- Contribute to architecture and design reviews and help raise engineering quality across the team.
HOW YOU WORK
- You take ownership and proactively improve the systems around you.
- You are comfortable debugging unfamiliar distributed systems in production.
- You make pragmatic tradeoffs between reliability, performance, delivery speed, and cost.
- You communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly environment.
- You prefer incremental delivery: ship a focused solution, validate it in production, and improve it based on evidence.
- You address the underlying cause of operational problems rather than repeatedly treating the symptoms.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Go.
- Experience building and operating services on Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tooling such as Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Production experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with telemetry systems such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or comparable technologies.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience with high-throughput ingestion, streaming, queueing, or storage systems.
- Experience building multi-tenant cloud services.
- Experience optimizing infrastructure for both performance and cost.
- Experience with TypeScript.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the global leader in tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and are building the future of institutional-grade financial services onchain.
Founded by alumni of Goldman Sachs' Digital Assets team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world, including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are the category leader by AUM, well-capitalized, and growing quickly. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
Our Data Science team turns on-chain and off-chain data into the analytics, risk, and decision-making infrastructure behind Ondo Global Markets (tokenized stocks) and Ondo Perps. We're hiring
Ondo's first Data Engineer
to build the foundational data platform that this work depends on—consolidating fragmented data sources, standing up a unified warehouse in BigQuery, and making trustworthy, well-modeled data available to the entire team.
This is a hands-on infrastructure role with end-to-end ownership. You'll lead the migration of analytics into BigQuery, work directly in the Go services that power Ondo Perps to ingest additional data into the warehouse, and build the repeatable ETL pipelines that let data scientists, risk, and analytics move quickly and self-serve. You'll partner closely with Data Science, Backend Engineering, Risk, and Product to replace today's siloed, ad-hoc pipelines with reliable, observable, and reusable data infrastructure.
Our team operates with high autonomy, high trust, urgency, and an uncompromising quality bar. We're looking for someone who improves the platform without waiting to be asked, cares deeply about data quality and correctness, and pairs strong engineering judgment with humility. You'll shape both Ondo's data foundation and how our Data Science team builds and scales analytics.
Responsibilities
Lead the migration of analytics and existing data workflows into BigQuery, establishing it as Ondo's unified, trusted warehouse and reporting layer.
Read, understand, and extend the Go services powering Ondo Perps to ingest additional data into the warehouse (e.g. changefeeds and streaming/batch sinks from production systems).
Design, build, and operate repeatable, well-tested ETL/ELT pipelines that the wider Data Science team can rely on and reuse.
Consolidate fragmented and siloed data sources—internal databases (CockroachDB, QuestDB), on-chain and market-data vendors (Allium, Dune, Databento), and product analytics—into consistent, well-modeled datasets.
Establish standards for data ingestion, transformation (e.g. dbt), orchestration, testing, lineage, and documentation so definitions are consistent and self-serve.
Experience building foundational metrics and dashboards, with strong opinions on data lineage and quality, in partnership with Data Science.
Own data quality, observability, monitoring, access controls, and cost management across the pipelines and warehouse.
Partner with Data Science, Backend Engineering, Risk, and Product to turn analytical and reporting needs into durable data infrastructure.
Requirements
5+ years of data engineering experience building and operating production data pipelines and warehouses.
Deep hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse—BigQuery strongly preferred—including performance, partitioning, and cost optimization.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills, plus experience with modern transformation and orchestration tooling (e.g. dbt, Airflow, Dagflow-style schedulers, or similar).
Experience designing batch and streaming ingestion (CDC/changefeeds, event pipelines) from operational databases into a warehouse.
Experience building data infrastructure for fintech, trading, or other high-integrity financial systems where correctness and auditability matter.
High standards for data quality, reliability, testing, observability, and documentation.
Clear communication, high ownership, and a track record of delivering effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
Nice to haves
Proficiency reading and writing Go, or strong general software-engineering ability and a track record of quickly ramping on unfamiliar production codebases.
Experience with crypto-native or on-chain data, and vendors such as Allium, Dune, or Databento.
Familiarity with CockroachDB, QuestDB, Snowflake, or similar operational and analytical stores.
Experience enabling self-serve analytics and AI-over-data workflows for analytics and data science teams.
Exposure to risk, quantitative analytics, or trading microstructure data.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity, according to your preferences. We're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, plus a flexible vacation policy.
A remote-first team across many countries. You'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and engineering practices.
A+ colleagues. Our team includes alumni from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Coinbase, Circle, and Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors. We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and venture firms, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund, and Coinbase Ventures.
