At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring the first members of Render's Scaled Programs Customer Engineering team to help run the technical side of our scaled, digital-first customer motion. You'll support high-growth accounts without dedicated technical coverage, including our startup program cohort, through programmatic, one-to-many engagement rather than a traditional one-to-one model. The role has two halves: running scaled programs (in-app engagement, targeted outreach against expansion and churn signals, webinars) and contributing to the tools and content that power the broader Field Engineering organization (health triggers, growth and expansion opportunities based on product usage, pricing and sizing tools, POC templates, and enablement content). You'll partner closely with our Scaled Account Managers and report into Render's Field Engineering organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with Scaled AMs and Field Engineering teammates to turn expansion and churn signals (bandwidth, egress, usage patterns) into plays: AM talking points, programmatic outreach, and in-app prompts.
- Operate startup program onboarding: Intercom checklists, guided flows, and activation follow-up for high-growth AI startups.
- Partner with Support Engineering to identify recurring mistakes and best practices, then turn those insights into programs and content that reduce customer friction.
- Build and improve components of our scaled-engagement toolkit: in-app programs, outbound triggers, pricing and sizing calculators (e.g., Heroku and AWS RDS migrations to Postgres), POC templates, and reusable technical enablement.
- Run scaled customer programs: webinars, Slack community touchpoints, and pattern-based outreach across account cohorts, partnered with Scaled AMs.
- Translate recurring customer questions and technical best practices into timely in-product guidance and self-service content.
- Maintain activity tracking and feature-request data hygiene so reliable customer signals flow to the rest of Field Engineering and Product.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role: customer engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or developer relations.
- Comfort operating a high-volume, one-to-many motion; you can independently execute clearly scoped programs and build systems and content rather than relying on 1:1 time.
- Strong fundamentals across cloud infrastructure: containers, deploys, autoscaling, networking, and CI/CD.
- Working knowledge of Postgres and common database migration patterns (Heroku, AWS RDS).
- AI fluency: you use AI tools daily in your own workflow, and you're comfortable advising customers building AI-native and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong written communication; you'll be a primary producer of docs, playbooks, and in-app content.
- Data-driven, able to prioritize work against team goals, and comfortable asking for context or support when ambiguity could affect the outcome.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with Intercom or a similar in-app engagement and messaging platform.
- Experience building internal or customer-facing tools that scale a team's impact beyond 1:1 work.
- Experience in a PLG or high-volume account environment.
- Prior experience with Heroku or other cloud migrations.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Federal/Public Sector to join our Solutions Engineering team. You will partner with Account Executives to qualify, progress, and close revenue opportunities with civilian, defense, and intelligence community agencies, guiding them through demos, architecture discussions, and proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value for both human developers and the AI coding agents working alongside them, often inside classified or air-gapped networks.
This is not a scripted-demo-only role. You are equally comfortable running a deep technical proof-of-concept inside a disconnected or classified environment and stepping back to translate a technical win into a business case a federal decision-maker will act on. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by winning deals the right way, and capable of bringing the voice of the agency back into how Coder builds and sells.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the technical relationship with agency prospects through pre-sales, and efficiently manage towards a technical win
- Lead or support post-sales relationships and renewals when needed
- Demo the Coder platform from the developer, administrator, and AI agent workflow perspectives, including in classified and air-gapped settings
- Install Coder on cloud (including GovCloud) and on-prem Kubernetes or VM infrastructure, up to and including air-gapped and disconnected networks
- Run proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value, including for agentic and LLM-powered development workflows, and accelerate deals
- Evolve into a subject-matter expert on Cloud Development Environments, agentic AI development, and their impact on mission delivery
- Serve as the agency’s voice, routing insights to Engineering and Product
- Log feature requests and issues in our public/private Git repositories
- Troubleshoot Coder deployments, networking, and Kubernetes components during evaluation, including within classified networks
- Contribute pull requests to Coder’s documentation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required at time of hire; U.S. citizenship required
- Physically based in the DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV) area, with ability to travel to customer sites as required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer selling infrastructure or developer tooling, ideally into federal, defense, or intelligence community customers
- Experience with AI tooling at both the user level and infrastructure level, including coding agents and assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as well as LLM infrastructure such as model proxies and LLM routing layers (e.g. LiteLLM), and the ability to speak credibly to how agencies evaluate and adopt them, including in classified environments
- Strong customer-facing skills that win trust with technical stakeholders and program offices
- Ability to translate technical hurdles into mission value in real time
- Understand agentic AI software development use cases and advocate passionately where appropriate
- Comfortable leading architecture demos and deep-dive troubleshooting sessions in secure, restricted-access environments
- Deep Linux fundamentals and comfort at the command line
- 3+ years hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or on-prem/air-gapped Kubernetes deployments
- 3+ years with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Solid grasp of networking: ingress controllers, proxies, load balancers, and operating within DoD/IC network boundaries
- Startup-speed execution, ownership mindset, and a player-coach attitude
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You can walk into an ambiguous agency conversation, diagnose the real technical, security, and mission blockers, and design a proof-of-concept that proves value fast, even inside a classified network.
- You translate deep technical fluency, including on agentic and LLM-based development workflows, into a business case that resonates with program managers, security officers, and mission owners alike.
- Agencies leave your demos and PoCs with a clear, credible picture of how Coder fits their environment, their developers, and their AI agents, without compromising their security posture.
- You are as invested in winning the account the right way as you are in closing the current deal; you spot risks early, whether technical, security, or procedural, and loop in the right people.
- Your field experience feeds back into product and marketing, sharpening how Coder demos and sells into the public sector.
BONUS TACOS
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Success at both high-growth startups and larger software vendors
- Direct experience deploying or supporting AI coding agents in customer environments (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, or similar autonomous/semi-autonomous dev tools)
- Prior military, intelligence community, or federal civilian service background
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, or ATO processes
- Background in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer-platform products
- Experience in platform engineering or developer platform teams
- Kubernetes, AWS, or related certifications

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.
At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses.
We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Designer, Content Design & Language Systems, you’ll lead ambiguous product problems where workflow, interaction, information architecture, and language need to work together. You’ll help make Docebo’s complex enterprise experiences clearer, more consistent, and easier to use for admins, creators, managers, and learners.
This is not a traditional UX writing role or a localization-operations role. You’ll be a hands-on Product Designer who shapes product behaviour as well as product language. You’ll design complete workflows, build reusable terminology and content patterns, improve AI review and confidence experiences, and embed language guidance into our design system and delivery practices.
You’ll shape problems before solutions are fixed, choose appropriate discovery and validation methods, and connect customer evidence, product data, business context, technical constraints, accessibility, and localization risk to clear product decisions. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Elemental / Design System, Accessibility, Technical Writing / Localization, AI teams, and other Product Designers—building a shared quality capability without becoming a bottleneck or approval queue.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 💻
- Frame Ambiguous Workflow and Language Problems: Turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear problem statements, hypotheses, decision questions, and an actionable path to learning.
- Lead Discovery and Define Outcomes: Select appropriate research and validation methods; combine customer evidence, product analytics, business context, technical constraints, and localization insight to establish measurable success signals and visible trade-offs.
- Design Complete Product Workflows: Lead interaction, information-architecture, and content decisions across roles, permissions, states, edge cases, accessibility, responsive behaviour, errors, confirmations, approvals, and recovery.
- Build Docebo’s Product Language System: Establish terminology, product voice and tone, reusable microcopy patterns, audience guidance, and language principles that improve clarity across product areas.
- Design Trustworthy AI Moments: Create patterns that help people understand what AI did, what informed it, what needs attention, and how to review, edit, regenerate, approve, reverse, or recover.
- Embed Guidance into Product Systems: Partner with Elemental / Design System to create component-level guidance, default strings, usage examples, do-and-don’t guidance, and reusable quality checks.
- Design for Localization Readiness: Own product-side standards for translation-ready writing, terminology reuse, variables and placeholders, language previews, and localization constraints while partnering with Technical Writing / Localization on operational workflows.
- Prototype and Audit with AI-Assisted Methods: Use appropriate-fidelity prototypes and AI-assisted workflows to explore product behaviour, evaluate alternatives, audit language, and assess usability and technical feasibility before significant implementation investment.
- Partner Through Shipped Quality: Work closely with Engineering on implementation strategy, design QA, product polish, and post-release iteration using customer feedback and product evidence.
- Create Reusable Leverage: Turn repeated workflow and language needs into patterns, assets, documentation, terminology, prompts, or practices that improve more than one feature.
- Mentor and Facilitate: Help designers and cross-functional partners build stronger product-language judgment through critique, decision reviews, workshops, concise documentation, and practical guidance.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS 🦸♀️
- Your portfolio shows ownership of complex, ambiguous workflows or significant product-area work with visible customer and product impact—not only writing samples
- You can explain how you triangulated qualitative research, quantitative evidence, business risk, localization considerations, and technical constraints
- You demonstrate strong interaction, visual, information-architecture, content-design, accessibility, and product-language judgment across difficult states and edge cases
- You have created or contributed to product-language systems, terminology frameworks, component guidance, content pattern libraries, or other reusable product standards
- You show how prototypes, experiments, audits, or validation changed product direction before or after release
- You can define meaningful outcomes, distinguish signal from activity, and explain what the team learned after launch
- You have influenced Product and Engineering decisions early, managed disagreement constructively, and stayed accountable through implementation quality
- You understand how product language must work across design systems and languages, including translation readiness, terminology reuse, variables, layout constraints, and inclusive communication
- You use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully for research, synthesis, language exploration, prototyping, quality review, or implementation critique while retaining human judgment and accountability
- You have helped other designers or cross-functional partners build stronger judgment through mentorship, critique, facilitation, and practical guidance
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Experience designing language and interaction patterns for AI-assisted, agentic, recommendation, conversational, generated-output, or automation workflows
- Experience with localization tooling and practices such as Lokalise, terminology management, localization previews, translation-quality review, or localization-to-codebase workflows
- Contributions to design systems, accessibility maturity, product-language systems, research practices, or reusable interaction patterns
- Experience with enterprise learning, HR technology, content authoring, analytics, knowledge management, administration, or skills platforms
- Practical experiments with tools such as Codex or similar systems—for AI-assisted audits, product-language linting, prompt packs, prototypes, plugins, scripts, or app-level language guidance—that show you learn by making
OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS 🗺️
- Step 1: A 30-minute video call with a member of our Talent team. We’ll get to know you, share more about the role and team, and confirm that we’re aligned.
- Step 2: A 45–60-minute conversation with the hiring manager focused on your experience, approach, and what interests you about the opportunity.
- Step 3: A 60-minute portfolio deep dive and collaborative case discussion focused on complex workflow ownership, content and interaction decisions, reusable systems, evidence, craft, and measurable learning or impact.

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started back in 2000, we have strived to create the strongest and most effective developer tools in the world. Today, we are evolving beyond standalone tools toward a unified, AI-native platform for software development.
AI is no longer just an assistant inside the editor – it is becoming an active participant in how software is planned, built, reviewed, and operated across teams and organizations. This shift brings challenges that cannot be solved at the level of individual tools alone, challenges that involve governance, security, cost control, observability, and coordination between humans and autonomous agents.
The
JetBrains Platform team (JCP)
is building the foundation that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. The platform is both deeply integrated with JetBrains products and designed to work across teams, products, and environments.
We’re now looking for an experienced

The team owns several services responsible for authentication and authorization, as well as for managing organizations, user memberships, groups, and workspaces. All these form a foundational dependency for the rest of the platform. We also supply and support robust authentication components used by YouTrack, IDE Services, License Vault, Qodana, and other JetBrains products.
In this role, you will:
Own the entire SDLC: codebase, architecture, and operations
Maintain and evolve the services in Kotlin and a little bit of Go, ensuring reliability and performance as the platform grows
Design and implement new features across the identity, organization, membership, group, and workspace domains
Review and integrate PRs from other platform teams
Manage integrations with other JCP platform components and connected applications
We will be happy to have you on our team if you:
Have 7+ years of JVM development experience, preferably with Kotlin
Know how to approach performance problems on JVM and Postgres
Are experienced in building and operating SaaS production services in a distributed, multi-tenant environment
Can fluently navigate a modern devops stack: K8S, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
Have a track record of taking over and improving existing production services
Nice to have:
Prior experience with identity management protocols, such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, or SCIM 2.0
If you have designed and evolved domain models for organizational or identity systems
Cybersecurity experience: estimating risks, recognizing common vulnerability antipatterns, and promoting best SSDLC practices
Hands-on experience with Go
Why join JetBrains?

LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER – PAYMENTS RISK
OUR PURPOSE
At Xero, we’re here to supercharge small businesses. By making small business more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless. When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Lead Product Manager – Payments Risk, you’ll build the risk capabilities that enable Xero customers to accept payments securely, reliably and with as little unnecessary friction as possible.
You’ll own product strategy and execution across two core areas:
Merchant risk — including KYB/KYC, merchant eligibility, underwriting, risk segmentation, financial exposure management and ongoing merchant monitoring.
Transaction risk — including fraud detection and decisioning, transaction monitoring, disputes and chargebacks, reserves and holds, payout risk and payments loss management.
This is a Product Management role focused on payments risk, not a Risk Operations or Compliance role. You’ll partner closely with Risk, Compliance, Engineering, Data and Operations to turn risk strategy and policy into scalable product capabilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
BUILD XERO’S PAYMENTS RISK CAPABILITIES
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for merchant and transaction risk.
- Build capabilities for merchant eligibility, underwriting, risk segmentation, financial exposure management and ongoing monitoring.
- Build transaction fraud detection, monitoring and decisioning capabilities using signals, rules, scoring, velocity and limits.
- Develop controls for disputes, chargebacks, reserves, holds, negative balances and payout risk.
- Build the tooling and workflows needed to support investigation, review and risk operations.
BUILD RISK AS A SCALABLE PLATFORM CAPABILITY
- Develop reusable capabilities for risk decisioning, rules, signals, limits, monitoring, alerts and case management.
- Partner with Engineering and Data on APIs, data models, architecture and decisioning systems required to operate risk at scale.
- Design capabilities that can support multiple processors, payment methods and markets.
- Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions and determine where Xero should own risk capabilities versus rely on processors or specialist risk providers.
MAKE THE RIGHT RISK TRADE-OFFS
- Translate risk appetite and policy into product controls and customer experiences.
- Use data to balance fraud and financial loss against merchant friction, transaction conversion and operational cost.
- Establish clear risk metrics and continuously improve decision quality, false-positive rates and loss performance.
- Identify emerging merchant, fraud and loss patterns and evolve controls as risks change.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
Deep, hands-on payments risk product experience is essential for this role.
We’re looking for someone who has built and operated risk capabilities within a payments platform, PSP, acquirer, PayFac, marketplace or similar payments environment.
You should have meaningful Product Management experience across both:
- Merchant risk: KYB/KYC, merchant onboarding, eligibility, underwriting, merchant risk assessment, financial exposure management and/or ongoing monitoring.
- Transaction risk: fraud detection and decisioning, transaction monitoring, disputes and chargebacks, reserves and holds, payout risk and/or payments loss management.
You’ll also bring:
- Significant Product Management experience in a technically complex payments or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of how merchant risk, transaction risk and the movement of money create financial exposure.
- Experience building risk decisioning capabilities using rules, signals, scoring, limits and data-driven models.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using fraud, transaction and loss data to make product decisions.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
- Experience working with payment processors, acquirers and/or third-party risk providers.
- Strong product judgement and the ability to make decisions where customer experience, growth and risk are in tension.
We’re particularly interested in candidates whose experience extends beyond KYC/compliance or consumer identity fraud into broader merchant and transaction risk within a payments environment.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Legitimate merchants can accept payments with minimal unnecessary friction.
- Higher-risk merchants and transactions are identified and treated appropriately.
- Fraud, chargebacks and payments losses remain within Xero’s agreed risk appetite.
- Risk capabilities and decisioning can scale across processors, payment methods and markets.
COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role in:
- California: $212,200 – $265,200 USD
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 21 days PTO, 10 days of Wellbeing leave, 5 days of Xtra Leave, 1 volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave. Further information included on our Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ page.
