About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a People Systems, Analytics and AI Manager to be our subject matter expert on HR systems and to turn People data into insights that help business leaders make better decisions. You will build the reports, analytics, and dashboards that tell the story of our workforce, and you will use AI tooling to make those stories faster to create, easier to understand, and more compelling.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics. You will work closely with People Operations, Finance, and leaders across the business, and you will own your work from question to insight to action.
We are looking for someone who combines deep HR systems knowledge with strong analytical skills, creativity in how data is presented, and sound judgment about people data and AI.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for our HR systems (HRIS, applicant tracking, performance, compensation, and learning platforms), including configuration, data integrity, security roles, integrations, and release management.
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on headcount, hiring, retention, engagement, compensation, and workforce planning that leaders use to make decisions.
Partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to translate questions into clear metrics, definitions, and analyses, and to recommend actions based on what the data shows.
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create compelling data stories and visualizations, including automated insights, natural-language summaries, and executive-ready narratives.
Establish and govern People data standards: metric definitions, data quality checks, documentation, and a single source of truth across systems.
Protect employee data by applying privacy, confidentiality, and access controls, and by partnering with Legal and Security on responsible use of AI with People data.
Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of system and reporting requests, balancing quick turnarounds with scalable, self-service solutions.
Automate recurring reports and manual workflows to reduce effort and errors, and identify new opportunities where systems and AI can improve the employee and manager experience.
Support system projects such as new module rollouts, integrations, data migrations, and annual cycles (performance, compensation, and engagement), including testing, training, and documentation.
Enable People Operations teammates and managers through training, office hours, and clear guides so they can use data and tools with confidence.
Stay current on HR technology, analytics, and AI trends, and bring practical recommendations to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics.
Qualifications:
8+ years of related experience in HR systems, People analytics, or HR operations, with hands-on ownership of reporting and dashboards in a technology or high-growth environment.
Expert-level knowledge of at least one major HRIS (for example, Workday, Rippling, or similar), including report writing, calculated fields, and security configuration.
Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (for example, SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tooling to analyze data, generate insights, and build visualizations and narratives, with sound judgment about accuracy and appropriate use.
Ability to translate business questions into metrics and communicate findings clearly to non-technical leaders.
Strong understanding of data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality practices for employee data.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently and deliver on time with attention to detail.
Curious, pragmatic problem solver who enjoys simplifying complex processes and data.
Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, or scripting (for example, Python or dbt).
Experience with integrations and workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of workforce planning, compensation, or engagement analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize

ABOUT THE TEAM
When the world's largest organizations bet on Mural, Govern & Trust is the team that earns that trust at scale. We build the experiences that help enterprises roll out Mural with confidence, keep it secure, and see the impact it has on how their people work. Data sits at the center of it all. Admins are Mural's most demanding data consumers: they need to prove ROI to their leadership, guide adoption across thousands of people, and account for every action. If data products can meet their bar, they'll work for everyone.
Mural has a modern data platform, strong data engineering and analytics teams, and a wealth of data on how teams collaborate. The next step is treating that data as a product in its own right, with a dedicated owner for what it means and how it's used.
YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Product Manager you'll define the metrics that describe how Mural creates value, and make them the shared foundation for everything built on top. The same definitions will power internal product decisions, the Insights experience Admins use in the product, and the reporting API and MCP server that customers and AI agents query.
This role starts upstream. You'll work from raw product events to decide what each metric should measure, how it's calculated, and what the data needs to look like for customers and internal teams to rely on it. Then you'll turn those metrics into experiences that help organizations understand and grow their use of Mural.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- The evolution of data products. Shape how Mural's data products move from reporting on what happened to guiding what happens next. Work across the Govern & Trust portfolio to define how insights become part of how organizations run Mural.
- The metric layer. Define Mural's shared, cross-product metrics, like activity, collaboration, and adoption. Set the standards that let product teams define and publish their own metrics consistently. Data Engineering builds and runs the layer; you shape what goes in it and how it evolves.
- Internal product analytics. Be a thought partner to domain PMs as they set their north-star metrics, and make product data easy for them to explore on their own. Work with Business Analytics to keep product-facing and business-facing reporting working together.
- Customer-facing data products. Own the strategy and roadmap for Insights: in-product reporting and dashboards, exports and APIs, audit logs, and the methodology behind every number customers see.
- AI and agent access. Package and launch Mural's customer-facing reporting MCP server: which data it exposes, which plans get it, and what guardrails apply. Define how natural-language and agent-driven analysis extends Insights.
- Instrumentation. R&D teams own emitting events. Your job is to raise the bar on what they emit. Set per-product requirements for granularity and retention, which differ for audit logs, activity data, and product analytics. Partner with Data Engineering on event standards so metrics start from good data.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping at least one analytics or reporting product used by paying business customers. You defined the metrics behind it, not just the UI.
- A track record of making messy or conflicting data trustworthy: reconciling competing definitions, writing metric specs engineers could build from, and getting instrumentation changed upstream.
- Experience building both platform products, where your customers are internal teams or developers, and end-user-facing data products like analytics, reporting, or insights. You understand how the two have to work together.
- Working knowledge of modern data stacks: event pipelines, warehouses and lakehouses, dbt-style modeling, and semantic layers. You can write SQL and pull data yourself.
- The ability to get agreement on definitions across teams you don't manage, including PMs, data engineering, analytics, finance, and go-to-market.
- Experience with enterprise admin or governance products (IAM, security, compliance, audit)
- Hands-on experience with semantic layer tools (dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, LookML)
- Experience designing APIs, MCP servers, or connectors for analytics
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken is on a mission to build the most trusted bridge between crypto and traditional finance. The Financial Systems Engineering team connects activity across products, payments, banking, and digital assets to the data, ledgers, controls, and applications Finance relies on. Our engineers bring expertise in data engineering, complex transaction flows, financial systems, and reconciliation. We partner with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Product, Risk, Security, Compliance, and platform engineering to make financial data reliable, explainable, and auditable.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Report to the CFO and lead the engineering vision for Kraken’s financial systems, translating Finance priorities into a clear technical strategy and delivery roadmap
- Assess the current landscape, including fragmented data, processes, and technical debt. Define a target architecture and phased transformation plan based on evidence, business needs, and sound engineering judgment
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of specialists across financial systems, data engineering, integrations, and ledger-related services. Establish clear ownership and develop technical leaders
- Set standards for the completeness, quality, lineage, and ownership of financial data, from source events through transaction and balance records, reconciliation, accounting, and reporting
- Contribute to architecture decisions for ledgers, subledgers, financial data models, APIs, and integrations across fiat and crypto activity. Determine what should be standardized and where distinct product flows need governed treatment
- Partner with Accounting and Treasury to improve account and legal entity attribution, financial controls, reconciliation, exception handling, and the traceability of records across internal and external systems
- Lead modernization and migration without disrupting close, reporting, fund movements, or other critical Finance operations. Define validation checkpoints and criteria for retiring legacy processes and systems
- Establish end-to-end testing, documentation, observability, release controls, and incident response practices that account for the financial impact of upstream changes
- Partner with Product, platform engineering, Risk, Security, Compliance, Tax, and Legal on system boundaries, access controls, resilience, regulatory needs, and auditability
- Evaluate build, buy, and integration options; review consequential designs; and communicate architectural decisions, sequencing, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to Finance and Engineering leaders
WHAT YOU WILL TACKLE FIRST
In your first year, you’ll build the foundations for a more reliable, scalable Finance architecture:
- Move key reconciliations from a monthly to a daily cadence, with clear ownership and a process for resolving exceptions
- Reduce the time needed to find the root cause of reconciliation breaks from weeks to days
- Map and validate the source tables and transformations that actually feed financial statements, establishing lineage and ownership
- Complete the UAT data lake connections needed to test financial data flows end to end before changes reach production
WHAT YOU BRING
- Significant software engineering and technical leadership experience, including leading experienced teams through complex financial systems or data architecture change
- A strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing specialists while creating clear ownership, high engineering standards, and effective cross-functional partnerships
- Deep understanding of ledgers, subledgers, double-entry concepts, reconciliation, settlement, and the path from an operational event to an auditable financial record
- Experience with crypto or digital asset infrastructure and the challenges of connecting on-chain activity, internal balances, custody or wallet flows, and traditional financial systems
- Strong technical judgment in distributed systems, data engineering, APIs, event-driven processing, and integrations across complex platforms
- Experience defining a target architecture and delivering a transformation roadmap across fragmented or legacy systems while sustaining production reliability
- Experience designing for data completeness, accuracy, lineage, reconciliation, access control, and auditability
- Sound judgment in production operations, including incident response, monitoring, debugging, change management, and reliability improvements
- Ability to partner with senior Finance and Engineering leaders and translate financial, operational, and control needs into a practical engineering roadmap
- Ability to lead experts and make informed architecture decisions without needing to be the deepest specialist in every domain; clear communication of priorities and tradeoffs to executives and technical teams
- Experience with Rust, TypeScript/Node.js, or Python; finance applications such as NetSuite, Kyriba, or BlackLine; and SOX or SOC control environments is valuable
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. This is a senior leadership role with broad responsibility across the Group, partnering closely with executive leadership, Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance and other teams to ensure we continue to grow and innovate within a strong and scalable compliance framework. The role will provide Group-wide oversight of compliance and regulatory risk, while recognising that the nature and intensity of regulatory obligations will differ across our businesses, products and entities.

You’ll be expected to combine deep regulatory expertise with strong commercial judgement, helping the business navigate complex questions, launch new products, enter new markets and manage regulatory risk without losing sight of how the business operates
This is a role for someone comfortable moving between strategy and execution, from advising leadership on emerging regulatory issues, and assessing where regulatory boundaries apply across new and existing activities, to working directly with teams to solve complex compliance challenges. Given the role’s responsibilities across our regulated businesses, you’ll also be expected to hold relevant individual regulatory roles and approvals.
How you can make an impact:
Lead the Group compliance strategy and framework across our products, entities and jurisdictions, covering both regulated and unregulated activities and ensuring requirements and controls are appropriately calibrated to the nature and regulatory status of each business
Oversee the compliance frameworks of the Group’s regulated entities, ensuring they continue to meet applicable regulatory obligations, while providing proportionate compliance oversight and advice across the wider unregulated business

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal and Commercial teams to embed regulatory requirements into new products, features, partnerships and customer journeys from an early stage
Lead the assessment of regulatory implications associated with new products, markets, business models and strategic initiatives, developing practical approaches that enable the business to execute responsibly
Own and continuously develop the Group compliance programme, including policies, risk assessments, monitoring and testing, regulatory reporting, governance, remediation and management information
Oversee financial crime compliance across the Group, ensuring effective and proportionate frameworks for AML/CTF, sanctions, customer risk, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting and other relevant financial crime risks
Maintain effective regulatory relationships and lead engagement with regulators, including regulatory applications, examinations, information requests and remediation programmes where required
Monitor regulatory developments across our key markets and translate changes into clear implications, priorities and actions for the business
Provide clear and effective compliance reporting to executive leadership and relevant Boards, ensuring key risks, trends and areas requiring attention are understood
Let's connect if:
You have 12+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crime, Regulatory or related functions within regulated financial services, fintech, payments or crypto, including significant experience in senior leadership roles
You have operated at Group or enterprise level with responsibility spanning multiple products, business lines, regulated entities or jurisdictions
You have advised executive leadership and Boards on complex compliance and regulatory matters and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when required
You have significant experience engaging directly with financial services regulators and understand how to manage regulatory relationships effectively
You have strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to payments, cryptoassets and digital financial services, ideally across the UK, EU and US
You have experience supporting product development and understand how to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions without unnecessarily slowing down innovation
You’re able to operate strategically while remaining close enough to the detail to work through complex or high-risk matters when required
You have experience building and scaling compliance programmes, teams and infrastructure within a growing international organisation
You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where regulation and business priorities evolve quickly and where there may not always be an established playbook
You are able to satisfy applicable FCA fitness and propriety requirements and are comfortable holding individual regulatory responsibilities in respect of our UK regulated businesses, including registration as an EMD and MLR Individual.
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.

How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of experience in developer marketing, lifecycle or customer relationship management (CRM) marketing, or growth marketing for a technical or developer-facing product.
• Proven experience building lifecycle programs that improved activation and retention, with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable, as well as product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog.
• Experience owning or substantially improving website conversion performance, including A/B testing.
• Strong writing skills, with an instinct for what developers find useful and credible.
• Comfort working with engineers and developer advocates and with technical concepts such as application programming interfaces (APIs), command-line interfaces (CLIs), software development kits (SDKs), and documentation. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be able to try the product yourself.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly team. Preferred: Experience with product-led growth, free-to-paid conversion, open source adoption, event and community programs, Structured Query Language (SQL), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), scripting, search engine optimization (SEO), docs-led growth, or developer communities such as GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Hacker News, X, or LinkedIn.
What you can expect:
• Build capture-to-activation flows for leads from conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and social channels, including QR codes, event-specific landing pages, follow-up sequences, and starter kits.
• Work with Developer Relations teammates so every event, talk, and social moment has a clear call to action, tracking, and post-event nurture plan.
• Turn social engagement, including launches, threads, demos, and community moments, into measurable traffic and signups through the right landing pages and offers.
• Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and expansion using email, in-product messaging, and community channels.
• Define activation for the product, build programs around milestones such as a first application programming interface (API) call, successful build, or integration, and segment messaging by behavior, role, language, technology stack, and source.
• Own the Developer Hub’s strategy, messaging, and conversion across its homepage, product pages, community pages, and events pages. Run continuous testing across copy, calls to action, page structure, and signup flows, and partner with Design, Engineering, and Documentation to improve time-to-first-value.
• Write or direct tutorials, quickstarts, sample applications, changelogs, and email content; build reporting from first touch through activation and retention; and share findings that help shape the roadmap and messaging. Early success will include auditing the funnel, launching event follow-up and onboarding programs, and improving signup-to-activation, event-to-user, and Developer Hub conversion.

Workplace: OnSite
Almaty, Kazakhstan · Growth Engineering
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Higgsfield's Growth team runs on an internal platform. We need a Business Engineer to turn operational bottlenecks into software, from the data model and API to the screens the team uses every day. You own features through launch, adoption and production support.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Turn growth team problems into useful features. Define a small first release and build it across backend and frontend.
- Own database schemas, query performance and safe migrations on a live database.
- Build third-party integrations that handle API quotas, rate limits, retries and webhooks.
- Make payment and messaging workflows safe to retry, without duplicate payouts or sends, and keep an audit trail.
- Ship LLM features and measure quality, latency and cost per result.
- Own environments, releases, monitoring, security and access. Share on-call responsibility.
- Define success metrics, track adoption after launch and improve what you ship.
MUST-HAVES
- Production experience. You've built and operated backend systems and can explain your decisions, personal contribution and results.
- Strong Python and full-stack delivery. You build backend services and React screens when a feature needs them.
- Deep PostgreSQL knowledge. Data modeling, query plans, indexes, transactions, locking and migrations on live databases.
- API security. Authentication, object-level authorization and role isolation. You prevent IDOR on reads and writes and test access as different users.
- Hands-on operations. Linux, containers, CI/CD, monitoring and debugging production from logs. You can run what you build.
- High agency and ownership. You find worthwhile problems, remove blockers and follow through without waiting for assignments.
- Low ego. You welcome direct feedback, admit mistakes and change your mind with evidence.
- Energy for an intense pace. The team ships daily, priorities shift and urgent production issues can need you outside regular hours.
OUR TECH STACK
- Languages: Python and TypeScript.
- Backend: Python and Node.js services, REST APIs, background workers and scheduled jobs.
- Frontend: React with server-side rendering.
- Data: PostgreSQL and S3-compatible object storage.
- Infrastructure: Linux, Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- AI: LLM APIs from major providers.
- Quality: Static typing, linters and automated tests in both languages.
Bonus experience: Influencer marketing, affiliate programs or creator payouts; large-scale YouTube data within API quotas; email outreach and deliverability; LLM evaluations, prompt regression sets and cost tracking.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Recruiter screen: role expectations, logistics and fit.
2. Technical interview: a difficult system you shipped, what you personally decided and built, and how your work made the team more capable without leaving it dependent on you.
3. Practical task: a real problem from our backlog, under NDA. You design the data model and API, write the core of it and explain your trade-offs.
4. Product interview: turn a growth team problem into a small first release, decide what to leave out and explain how feedback would change it.
5. Offer.

These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the Security Observability & Data Platform (tens of TB/month and growing). This covers ingestion, normalization and retention, plus the query and detection layer on top. Detections are code: tested, reviewed, and measured for precision.
- Own endpoint security across the fleet: deploy, tune and respond with EDR; run and configure binary authorization; and set hardening baselines with IT Operations.
- Lead threat hunting, internal investigations and insider-threat work. Handle security incidents end to end: triage, containment, forensics, root cause, and the control that prevents a repeat.
- Build the next generation of security services and run them in production: zero-trust AuthN/AuthZ, a uniform blocking service, an application proxy, asset inventory, developer portal, and compliance as code.
- Build and run the agent platform (local and Kubernetes). Use LLM agents to automate triage, enrichment, investigation and response, with deterministic checks wherever a model's answer isn't enough.
- Review infrastructure and cloud designs (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, bare metal, CI runners) for security, and help engineering teams adopt the shared services instead of building their own.
- Run red-team and adversary-emulation exercises, and turn the results into detections and fixes.
- Write runbooks and post-mortems that someone who wasn't in the room can follow at 3 a.m.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in security engineering, detection and response, or infrastructure/SRE with a security focus, including hands-on incident response on endpoints and in the cloud.
- Experience operating an EDR, writing and tuning detections. Knowledge of macOS and Linux internals as attackers use them: persistence, credential theft, process injection, living-off-the-land binaries.
- Experience building or operating telemetry pipelines and a SIEM or security data lake at TB scale. Strong SQL, including detection logic over large datasets.
- Hands-on production engineering: Linux, containers, Kubernetes, at least one major public cloud, infrastructure as code, monitoring and alerting.
- Proficiency in Python or Go, and comfort with Rust or willingness to work in it (most of Mysten's stack are Rust).
- Working knowledge of identity: SSO (OIDC/SAML), phishing-resistant MFA, device trust, and how session and token theft work.
- Strong written communication: can run an incident channel and write the post-mortem.
- Interest in the web3 space is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building zero-trust access, identity-aware proxies or policy engines.
- Binary authorization or allowlisting at fleet scale
- Familiarity with the threat actors that target crypto companies and their methods, from social engineering and fake campaigns to supply chain compromises.
- Digital forensics (memory, disk, macOS unified logs) and malware analysis.
- Experience building security tooling with LLM agents (Claude Code skills or comparable), and a clear sense of where models help and where deterministic tooling has to do the work.
- Compliance as code (CIS benchmarks); experience in ISO 27001 or SOC 2 environments.
- Publications, conference talks or open-source security tooling.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
Regarding the recent rash of technology job scams: Be aware that emails from genuine Mysten Labs group recruiters will always come from the @mystenlabs.com http://mystenlabs.com domain or related subdomains (e.g., mystenlabs.com/careers http://mystenlabs.com/careers). Remember: you can always verify positions on our job boards at www.mystenlabs.com/careers http://www.mystenlabs.com/careers.
To support an efficient and fair hiring process, we may use technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help identify and evaluate candidates. All hiring decisions are ultimately made by human reviewers.
Our team is remote first and we are hiring across the world. Here at Mysten Labs, you’ll be joining a world-class team with tremendous growth potential as we bring the next billion users to web3. We raised a $300M Series B round from top Silicon Valley led venture funds like Jump Crypto, Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Binance Labs, Redpoint, Lightspeed, Coinbase Ventures, Electric Capital, Standard Crypto, NFX, Slow Ventures, Scribble Ventures, Samsung Next, Lux Capital, among other investment firms and strategic partners. - Automate the workforce lifecycle so that joining, changing roles, and leaving Baseten are fast, consistent, and need little manual work.
- Build reliable pipelines for OS updates, patching, and software deployment that keep the fleet current without disrupting people’s work.
- Connect device health to access decisions, so a compliant device is what earns access to sensitive systems.
- Recommend identity and security standards for our SaaS and AI tools, and make the secure configuration the easy path for teams adopting new ones.
- Bring governance to non-human identities (service accounts, API keys, AI agents) and replace long-lived credentials with better options wherever possible.
- Manage configuration as code across identity and endpoints to reduce drift, so audit readiness comes from the systems themselves instead of a separate workstream.
- Give IT Operations well-designed tools and guardrails, so they can handle more requests on their own, safely.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in IT engineering or corporate security engineering, ideally at a cloud-native company.
- Strong grounding in identity: SSO, MFA, provisioning, and the protocols behind them.
- Hands-on experience engineering macOS fleets at scale: MDM, configuration profiles, app packaging and deployment, and endpoint visibility and EDR tooling.
- Experience automating real workflows in code (Python, Bash, or similar), and comfort with infrastructure-as-code.
- A working understanding of SaaS and cloud access risks, and how to reduce them without blocking the business.
- Good judgment about when to build, when to buy, and when to leave something alone.
- Clear writing, and a track record of working across IT, People, Engineering, Legal, GRC and Security.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
