We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Preferable to have someone near an office in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate.
Runway Creative is an all-in-one platform giving creators and businesses endless ways to generate and edit video, images, and audio. Our user base spans across professional creatives, as well as business owners and enterprise marketing and merchandising teams that come to Runway to generate videos, ads and other content to promote their products and services.
We're hiring for a Senior Product Manager to build agent products. You’ll own new product development end-to-end, from customer and technical discovery, to product shaping and viability, to quality and feedback loops that make these products better. You’ll work at the frontier of agentic product development, shaping how Runway Agents help our customers grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Represent the customer: develop deep understanding of creative and marketing workflows through frequent customer engagement; synthesize findings on agent performance and behavior, and lead a team with clarity and conviction.
- Lead Agent Development: run user interviews, competitive research, eval analysis, and prompt experimentation. Shape your findings into new product offerings that solve customer problems in new and novel ways.
- Own agent quality: create eval infrastructure, monitor regressions, and ensure that agents improves with every release.
- Shape the scope: scope ruthlessly to deliver exceptional user value on a fast paced release.
- Ship, hands-on. ship your own PRs to improve the product experience. You'll be in the details daily and shipping regularly.
- Create compelling launch moments: enable sales, support, and marketing with the context they need to communicate new agent capabilities effectively
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 8+ years in the software industry, with direct ownership of an AI or LLM powered product in a product management or engineering leadership role. A track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features.
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate towards shipping today, not writing docs for tomorrow.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agent-products - you understand tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and how and why agents fail. You have deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can make a sharp, written argument and tell a compelling launch story. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges and articulate your plans to solve them.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
You are a senior construction executive who has delivered multiple phases of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure and knows what it takes to run a campus, not just a project. You lead leaders. You build teams that execute safely and predictably, and you hold contractors and partners to a high standard. You are equally comfortable walking a live site and presenting schedule, cost, and risk to executive stakeholders. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure delivered right, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
As VP, Campus Construction Manager at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will own construction execution across all active and future phases of the campus. You will lead a team of senior construction managers, each accountable for a phase or scope, and set the standards, cadence, and accountability that keep the campus aligned on safety, schedule, cost, and quality. You will be the single point of accountability for construction at Helios, from preconstruction handoff through commissioning and turnover to operations. At peak, the Helios campus workforce on site is expected to exceed 2,000 people.
Lead and Develop the Campus Construction Team: Directly manage the on-site construction team on active and future phases at Helios, which will include project management, QA/QC, commissioning, MEP, and CSA leaders, as well as field construction managers. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build bench strength as the campus grows.
Own Campus-Level Delivery: Provide integrated oversight of construction across all phases, resolving cross-phase conflicts in resources, laydown, site logistics, access, utilities, and sequencing.
Manage Schedule and Progress: Own the campus master schedule view. Monitor progress against baseline, identify critical-path threats early, and direct recovery and mitigation plans before they affect milestones.
Drive Safety Culture: Set and enforce Galaxy's safety standards across the campus. Partner with Galaxy EHS and contractor safety leadership to sustain a zero-incident environment, and hold the team accountable for leading indicators as well as outcomes.
Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage executive-level relationships with general contractors and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance.
Control Cost and Change: Provide leadership oversight of pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for each phase. Ensure disciplined change management and accurate cost reporting to leadership.
Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3
rd
party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.
Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.
Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments.
Deep understanding of construction delivery models (including GMP), risk management, and contractor oversight.
Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems.
Proven track record managing OFCI equipment integration and commissioning.
Strong command of cost control, change management, and schedule analysis.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
Bonus Points:

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As a Solutions Architect at Baseten you will partner closely with Sales and customers to translate business needs into technical solutions, run technical discovery, and guide repeatable deployments and proofs of value for customers. This role is a great fit for entrepreneurial, customer-facing technical professionals who want a front-row view into how modern companies adopt AI at scale, and who enjoy working across technical discovery, solution design, demos, deployment scoping, and hands-on customer implementations, in close partnership with Sales and Engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Sales on customer discovery calls (most often second calls, occasionally first calls for large accounts).
- Lead demos and technical scoping to align on success criteria, architecture, and deployment approach.
- Own benchmarking and repeatable deployments, including:
- Handling standard deployment patterns and configurations across many modalities – LLMs, embeddings, image and video generation, Voice AI, etc.
- Advising on tradeoffs like H100s vs B200s and latency-optimized vs throughput-optimized setups.
- Driving consistent “playbook” style deployments for common models and use cases.
- Become a power user of different runtimes such as vLLM, SGLang, and TRT-LLM and all the common configurations and tradeoffs between them
- Drive POC and project execution, including:
- Scoping POCs and keeping stakeholders aligned on timeline, deliverables, and next steps.
- Acting as the “ringleader” or project manager for POCs.
- Pulling in Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) support when deeper or more complex technical work is needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- AI/ML background and the ability to credibly discuss AI/ML topics with technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to run structured discovery and clarify ambiguous requirements.
- Technical depth to scope solutions, without needing to write production code.
- Ability to script and prototype as needed, including comfort “vibe coding” to move quickly in technical workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running or supporting benchmarks for ML inference deployments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure tradeoffs relevant to inference performance and cost (for example GPU selection and latency versus throughput tuning).
- Experience serving as a cross-functional technical lead for customer POCs, including coordination across Sales and Engineering.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
Seek Excellence.
Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
Disagree Transparently.
Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
The TradFi/Settlement Principal Lead is the specialist voice on how traditional financial infrastructure actually works, and what it takes to rebuild it for digital assets. This is a deep-domain role, not a generalist PM function: you need hands-on experience on both sides — settlement, custody, and post-trade flows inside a TradFi institution, and the equivalent flows inside a digital asset or blockchain environment (tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody). You understand the full institutional trade lifecycle end to end, and how it maps — and doesn't map — onto digital asset rails.
You will partner directly with DIS leads on the vision and strategy for our custom build engagements, co-own product direction for those builds, and translate complex institutional requirements into specs that engineering can execute against without guesswork. You are comfortable challenging assumptions — client-side and internal — and pushing back when a requirement doesn't hold up against how the lifecycle actually operates, on either side of the TradFi/digital asset divide.
This is a client-facing role. You will run discovery directly with Tier-1 institutional stakeholders, from operations and engineering teams to senior executives, and you will be the person in the room who can tell the difference between a real settlement constraint and an assumed one — in both the TradFi world and the digital asset world.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with DIS leads on the product vision and strategy for custom build engagements, owning prioritization and direction as the work moves from concept to delivery
Serve as the team's specialist on settlement, clearing, and post-trade flows across both TradFi and digital assets — bring deep, current knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle (custody, settlement cycles, corporate actions, reconciliation) and how it translates on-chain, into every requirement
Translate institutional and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable specs and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute against with minimal rework
Run discovery and requirements sessions directly with client stakeholders, from engineers to senior operations and technology leaders, and define success in their terms
Challenge ideas and assumptions — both the client's and the team's — pressure-testing every requirement against how TradFi infrastructure actually behaves today and where it needs to change for digital assets
Partner closely with the Architect and engineering leads to make sure product decisions hold up technically, and stay in the details when it matters
Serve as the voice of the client internally and the voice of the roadmap externally, keeping delivery and client expectations aligned as requirements evolve
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI tools to improve team performance, decision-making, and output quality
What We’re Looking For:
Deep, hands-on TradFi experience with settlement systems, post-trade flows, and the full institutional trade lifecycle — custody, clearing, settlement, reconciliation
Equally deep, hands-on experience with digital asset or blockchain infrastructure — tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody. This role requires genuine fluency in both worlds; a TradFi background alone, or a digital-assets background alone, is not sufficient
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead who has shipped complex, regulated financial infrastructure, not just consumer or generic B2B products
Comfort operating as a specialist rather than a generalist — real depth in one domain matters more here than breadth across many
Client-facing experience with Tier-1 financial institutions; credible in working sessions with engineers and in briefings with senior stakeholders
A strong point of view and the willingness to challenge requirements, assumptions, and even senior stakeholders when the details don't hold up
Ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional institutional requirements into structured specs engineering can build against
Experience partnering closely with technical leadership on vision and strategy, not just backlog execution
Bonus Points:
Background at a custodian, clearinghouse, prime broker, or other post-trade infrastructure provider on the TradFi side, or a digital asset custodian/exchange on the crypto side
Formal product management experience inside a regulated fintech or capital markets environment
Fluency in payments rails and trading systems alongside settlement
Experience having personally led a build that bridged a TradFi institution onto digital asset rails (e.g., a tokenization pilot, on-chain settlement project
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
Employee Resource Groups
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace
Apply now and join us as we grow the economy that runs on code.
The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

About the job
QV.AC is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices, it gives users greater control over their data and how they use artificial intelligence. Our focus is on local, on-device, and privacy-preserving AI, with opportunities to connect these experiences across Tether’s peer-to-peer ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong interest in AI and a practical understanding of how to turn emerging capabilities into useful products.
You will work closely with the Product Lead to help advance the QV.AC vision: identifying valuable use cases, defining AI features, exploring product concepts, and working with engineering and design to bring them to users. You’ll contribute to product direction and take responsibility for moving assigned features from discovery through delivery and iteration.
This role suits someone who knows how to leverage AI to the maximum and enjoys experimenting with new AI technologies, understands its possibilities and limitations, and cares about making complex technology easy to use.
Responsibilities
Help shape AI features:
Work with the Product Lead to translate the

vision into concrete use cases, feature proposals, and product requirements. Bring ideas grounded in user needs, research, and hands-on experimentation.
Understand users and their problems:
Gather feedback, conduct research, and explore how people use AI in their everyday workflows. Identify where AI can solve a meaningful problem and where a simpler solution may work better.
Turn ideas into clear specifications:
Write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows that help engineering and design understand the intended experience, constraints, and measures of success.
Prototype and explore:
Create wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes to test ideas and communicate product behavior. Use AI-assisted tools to explore concepts quickly and refine them with the team.
Collaborate on technical trade-offs:
Work with engineers to understand what is feasible across devices and models. Help assess the impact of response quality, latency, memory usage, battery consumption, and privacy on the user experience.
Support prioritization and planning:
Help the Product Lead evaluate opportunities, clarify scope, identify dependencies, and maintain a focused backlog aligned with product priorities.
Drive feature delivery:
Follow assigned features through development, resolve product questions, review the experience, and coordinate feedback and release readiness with relevant teams.
Stay close to AI developments:
Explore new AI products, models, tools, and interaction patterns, and explain their practical relevance to
QV.AC
. Share clear recommendations about what is worth testing or adopting and why.
Mandatory:
7+ years of product management experience, ideally working on AI software products with technical engineering teams.
Practical experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features, with the ability to explain your contribution and what you learned.
A working understanding of AI concepts such as inference, harnesses, model capabilities and limitations, context, and evaluation, alongside an interest in local and on-device AI.
The ability to translate an ambiguous idea into a clear user problem, proposed solution, and actionable requirements.
Strong product judgment, with attention to usability, scope, and measurable user value.

Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and iterative software development.
Preferred:
Experience with local AI, on-device inference, or open-source models.
Experience building AI assistants, conversational interfaces, or multimodal features.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
