- Increase organic traffic growth through SEO foundations, site structure, and content architecture
- Lead continuous iteration across key journeys: homepage, product pages, pricing, blog/docs, and landing pages
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to ensure the website reflects Peec’s product quality and narrative
- Manage and coordinate designers and collaborators with high taste and clear direction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience owning and evolving a website at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong design bar
- Strong product and UX sensibility - you care deeply about navigation, clarity, storytelling, and user experience
- Comfort working hands-on in modern CMS and web tooling ecosystems (Webflow, Framer, headless setups, or similar)
- Experience with CRO, experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing-driven landing page workflows
- High taste and strong judgment - you know what good looks like and enforce high quality standards
- High ownership and proactive execution - you ship, iterate, and continuously raise the bar
BONUS POINTS
- Experience at companies known for exceptional web and product craft (e.g., Framer, Raycast, Linear, Notion)

- Experience building scalable landing page systems for growth teams
- Background working with designers and agencies while maintaining strong internal direction
WHAT WE OFFER

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Preferable to have someone near one of our offices in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the US for the right candidate.
Join the frontier of shaping generative AI video and its legal landscape as an early lawyer at Runway. We are looking to hire a Commercial Counsel who has a strong background in B2B SaaS customer negotiations. Other nice-to-have experience includes: legal operations, privacy, and strategic IP-heavy partnerships, and product counseling. You are a self-starter who thrives at getting things done in fast-paced, unstructured environments. You have a passion for helping companies build and bringing scalable initiatives across our commercial and other legal workstreams.
While the role is in large part focused on the commercial legal function, you might also bring to the table generalist experience across domains such as data privacy, vendor negotiations, and compliance. You will serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional teams from sales to partnerships to marketing and to the Runway Executive Team. Comfort working within a highly technical, rapidly evolving area of the law is a must.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead negotiations with Runway’s customers and strategic partners. These include B2B SaaS customer contracts for our generative AI SaaS platform and APIs, DPAs, partnership agreements, and vendor agreements.
- Implement commercial processes, tools, and infrastructure to help us scale, including improving templates, playbooks, contract review automation, and our legal tech stack
- Empower the sales team with tools and knowledge to close deals quickly
- Dive into the technical aspects of our generative AI products to learn them inside and out, to inform your advice to the business
- Closely follow technical, legal, and policy developments in the generative AI space
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A J.D. and admission in good standing with at least one state bar
- 3+ years of negotiating complex technology transactions, including 1+ years negotiating B2B SAAS customer contracts on a commercial legal team at a fast-paced late stage private or mid-sized public B2B SaaS company
- In addition to B2B SaaS customer contract negotiations, experience with data privacy, legal operations, strategic IP-heavy partnerships and preferably B2C legal issues are nice-to-have
- Bias for action and a willingness to take ownership
- Growth mindset that prioritizes continuous operational improvement and service excellence
- Experience with scaling business processes globally and operating in environments that have achieved significant scale
- Excitement about generative AI and motivation to continuously learn more about the legal landscape governing a new and exciting industry
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Accelerate engineering velocity and reduce friction in the Replit development experience by stewarding our codebases, tooling, and developer workflows. You will directly impact every engineer who ships code at Replit. By focusing on developer experience, you will act as a force multiplier across all product development teams, enabling faster feature delivery, happier developers, and reduced operational overhead.
The role combines the technical depth needed to navigate a complex, polyglot codebase with the product mindset to understand how infrastructure decisions impact developer productivity and ultimately customer value delivery.
You will also partner closely with the AI team on our internal AI platform — which already generates more than 60% of all merged PRs at Replit — to improve the Agent's output and help shape strategy around the Agent's default stack.
This is an early hire in this area, so you will have agency and have an accelerated career path as the team undoubtedly grows.

- Maintain and evolve our codebase structure — a complex TypeScript monorepo, Go services, npm packages, and internal Agentic tooling.
- Own the build and test pipelines and optimize them to minimize build times and improve developer iteration speed.
- Drive code generation and type-safe interfaces across service boundaries (e.g., GraphQL, Protocol Buffers, gRPC, OpenAPI).
- Set the standards for code quality using automation tools such as TypeScript, ESLint, Prettier, and Go linters/formatters — building custom rules and plugins to enforce Replit-specific requirements.
- Streamline development setup and the onboarding experience.
- Work with platform teams to improve deployment processes, infrastructure integrations, and external tooling.
- Keep things fresh and modern in our codebase by adopting and leading migrations to better and faster tools.
- Partner with the AI team on our internal AI platform (which generates >60% of all merged PRs at Replit) to improve the Agent's output and shape strategy around its default stack.
- Help manage dependencies both internal (public and private) and external, including being the face of the company when interfacing with open-source libraries (e.g., sponsorships, upstream contributions).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Go and/or Nix.
- Expertise in modern build systems and toolchains (e.g., Vite, webpack, esbuild, Go's build/module system).
- Proficiency with linters, formatters, testing frameworks, and code generation tools.
- Experience managing monorepos or large-scale codebases.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience building self-service developer platforms (CI/CD, infra, or tooling) used by many engineering teams.
- Experience with AI-native development workflows — e.g., OpenCode, Claude Code, Cursor, custom agent skills.
- Open-source leadership or community contributions.

You'll work closely with both people and AI systems — auditing outputs, supporting day-to-day execution, and helping teams apply guidelines correctly in fast-moving, real-world scenarios. The work combines data quality, light project coordination, and hands-on training, where your ability to guide others and think critically is just as important as your own output.

Overview
Welo Data is looking for sharp, curious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Labeling Associate.
This is not a traditional annotation role.
You’ll be working directly with cutting-edge AI systems — evaluating outputs, identifying gaps, and helping improve how these systems behave in real-world scenarios. The work sits at the intersection of data quality, model evaluation, and human judgment, where your ability to think critically matters just as much as following guidelines.
We’re looking for people who are naturally curious about AI, comfortable forming opinions, and confident in contributing to conversations with teammates, leads, and stakeholders.
