Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for an FP&A Manager, Product to join our Finance team. You’ll be the financial lead for our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organizations—owning OpEx and headcount planning while building scalable systems that improve visibility and decision-making. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Engineering leadership, People, and Strategic Finance to ensure investments are intentional, efficient, and aligned with long-term company strategy.
What you'll do
Own the Product investment envelope
– Manage OpEx and headcount budgets across EPD. Ensure investments align with company strategy while maintaining disciplined spend and margin targets.
Drive rigorous workforce planning across technical and corporate teams
– Build bottom-up headcount models by function and level. Partner with Engineering leaders to sequence hiring against roadmap needs, compliance requirements, and operational scale.
Model infrastructure and internal systems economics
– Develop clear forecasting models for cloud hosting, AI/compute, internal tooling, SaaS applications, and enterprise systems. Identify optimization opportunities across both product infrastructure and corporate tech stack.
Translate roadmap and corporate priorities into financial tradeoffs
– Evaluate build vs. buy decisions, capitalizable vs. expensed R&D, and vendor investments across EPD. Provide clear recommendations grounded in ROI and long-term cost structure impact.
Elevate budget vs. actuals rigor across the organization
– Lead monthly BvA reviews for EPD. Automate reporting, improve accrual accuracy, and surface actionable insights—not just variance explanations.
Design scalable financial controls without slowing teams down
– Implement approval workflows for headcount, vendor spend, and enterprise tooling that are disciplined, fast, and transparent. Use automation and AI to reduce manual review and eliminate bottlenecks.
What you need
Proven partner to Engineering leaders
– You’ve supported technical teams and corporate functions, understanding how product velocity and operational infrastructure translate into financial outcomes.
Fluent in infrastructure and SaaS cost drivers
– You understand cloud economics, AI/compute scaling, enterprise tooling, and how architecture and vendor decisions impact margins.
Strong operator in workforce planning
– You’ve managed complex headcount models across multiple departments, aligning hiring pace with financial guardrails.
Advanced financial modeler
– You build scenario-driven models with clear assumptions and sensitivity analysis that stand up to executive scrutiny.
Precision-focused and systems-oriented
– You eliminate blind spots in forecasting, improve accrual accuracy, and build processes that scale without creating bureaucracy.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
In 365 days we shipped 305 releases — roughly five years of work at most companies. New models, features and workflows land every week, and each one has to be explained to millions of users in a way that makes them understand it, want to try it, and remember it.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Writing about releases, features and updates for our blog, guides and newsletters;
- Translating product context into language users actually understand;
- Working cross-functionally — inside CX, and with the product and marketing teams;
- Shaping how Higgsfield sounds: the words we use about ourselves, how we're read, how we're remembered.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- English C1+ — the language you think in, not the one you translate into;
- Real craft with text in English and Russian: you write from scratch, edit for different audiences, and feel rhythm. You can write simply and you can write densely. You understand structure and know how words move people;
- A nitpicker, in the best sense: you see a weak sentence and can't leave it. You notice where a paragraph sags, where an analogy doesn't hold, where cutting three words makes it stronger;
- A-player mindset: ownership, speed, taste, and genuine interest in AI;
- Comfort with the pace — releases ship weekly and the writing has to keep up.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience writing for a tech, SaaS or AI product;
- Background in product documentation, developer content or technical writing;
- Familiarity with the GenAI landscape and the tools creators actually use;
- Experience working alongside product teams rather than downstream from them.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.

If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll lead the Finance side of the core banking system project — turning accounting needs, regulatory obligations, and product-administration realities into system requirements, and delivering against them.
What you'll do:
- Lead the core banking system project from the Finance side: own the plan end to end — scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking — and act as Finance's subject-matter voice across vendor selection, design, and rollout.
- Run UAT, data-migration validation, and cutover planning from the Finance side, coordinating closely with IT/Engineering and vendors.
- Connect the dots across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance — surfacing regulatory gaps tied to system limitations and helping close them, and keeping Finance leadership informed on progress, risk, and dependencies.
What you'll own:
- Turn accounting needs, regulatory obligations (such as BSP/MORB), and product-administration realities into concrete system requirements, and manage delivery against them.
- Build and drive the accounting-backlog remediation plan with real milestones, pulling in Finance colleagues and outside help where it makes sense.
- Get month-end and period-end close and reporting, based on the core banking system, integrated directly with the GL — and keep it that way.
- Take the Odoo accounting-automation work into properly owned, documented, controlled, and audit-ready process.
- Identify and prioritise efficiency gains — automating manual entries, reconciliations, and reporting, using AI where it applies — to cut team effort and errors.
- Contribute to IPO-readiness work wherever it touches financial systems and controls.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 10+ years of experience with a strong track record in finance/accounting project management.
- A solid grip on accounting fundamentals and the close process.
- Proven automation experience — you've led or driven process-automation initiatives, not just used automated tools — including practical Odoo (or a comparable ERP) experience for accounting automation.
- Strong IT literacy: comfortable with system architecture, data flows, and technical requirements — enough to bridge Finance and IT/Engineering without a translator.
- Strong project-management discipline: scoping, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance.
- Ability to turn messy, ambiguous problems into a plan with real milestones.
What we offer:
OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
RELOCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT
- Relocation support for you, your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
GROWTH AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
