ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners trust other restaurant owners. They listen to the chef down the street, their wine supplier and their accountant long before they listen to an ad. That's why our events work. When we launched in Berlin, we hosted a four-hands dinner with two local merchants and a well-known food creator. We believe that’s what builds credibility, trust, and ultimately a warm prospect list.
We’re hiring an Events & Community Manager to turn that into a program that runs in several markets at the same time. You’ll plan and run our partner and owned events, and find new ways to grow Tebi through the hospitality community in each city, neighbourhood and market. You’ll work closely with our local sales teams so every event and partnership turns into real conversations.
This is a hands-on role. One week you'll be hosting a merchant dinner in Milan, the next you'll be setting up a distributor breakfast in Amsterdam. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our Marketing team to extend these programs to our channel ecosystem, plus align closely with the General Managers and Account Managers in each market.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Run events across markets: Plan and deliver partner and owned events in 2–3 markets at a time, from intimate merchant dinners and industry breakfasts to city launches. You own the calendar, budget, venues, suppliers, guest lists and the plan for the night.
- Build the playbook as you go: Turn each event into templates, checklists and supplier lists, so we can launch a city campaign in weeks, not months. Improve them after every event.
- Build local partner networks: Find the people operators already trust: drinks distributors, wholesalers, food creators, hospitality associations, accountants and the advisers who help new venues open. Build partnerships that bring us introductions and referrals, not just logos.
- Put our merchants front and center: Work with our best merchants as hosts and anchors, so prospects hear about Tebi from the people they respect.
- Turn connections into pipeline: Agree with local Sales and Account Management who to involve, how to follow up and who owns what conversations. Track every event in HubSpot from invite to demo to signed merchant.
- Grow Tebi through the community: Find new ways to reach operators through the people and places they already trust, in each city, neighborhood and across borders. Keep guests and partners engaged after events, so one introduction leads to the next.
- Open new community channels: Test new ways to grow through our close-knit industry, such as an affiliate or referral program for partners, sharing useful insights from our merchants, and showing up in the forums and groups where operators talk shop.
- Capture the stories: Work with our creative team and relevant freelancers to turn events and partner moments into social content, case studies and sales material.
How we'll measure success:
- Events delivered each quarter across markets, on time and on budget
- Demos, pipeline and new merchants from each event and partnership
- Introductions, referrals and leads from partners, affiliates and community channels
- Cost per demo compared with our other channels
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Have built something people show up for: an event series, a supper club, a community, a program. You can point to what it led to, not just how many people came
- Feel at home in hospitality. You've worked in or around restaurants, bars or food and drink brands, and you're comfortable leading a room full of operators
- Are high agency. You own your calendar, your relationships and your results, and you don't wait to be told what to do
- Build your own playbook when there isn't one, and you enjoy doing the work as much as planning it
- Know the difference between a real community and a guest list
- See growth opportunities beyond events, and are curious enough to test them
- Can run several markets at once without dropping details, and are happy to travel regularly
- Track what you do: comfortable with a CRM (HubSpot a plus), UTMs and simple reporting
- Speak fluent English. Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish or a Nordic language is a plus
Typically this means 3–5 years in events, community, field marketing or partnerships, but we care more about what you've built than how long you've been doing it.
This role isn't for you if:
- You'd rather plan the program than run it
- You need a fixed playbook and a clear org chart to get going
- You're not willing to roll up your sleeves on the night
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. More than 9 million developers and 250,000+ customers now build on Supabase, and the majority of new databases on the platform are created by AI app builders — so the systems underneath have to stay reliable while they grow fast.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Container Engineering (ConEng) owns the internal container platform that runs Supabase's multi-tenant, multi-region services — the managed Kubernetes platform that other engineering teams build and deploy on top of. We own cluster lifecycle and cluster classes, multi-cluster and multi-region topology, capacity, scheduling, isolation and runtime safety, the higher-level platform APIs, the Kubernetes deployment contract and Argo semantics, rollout primitives, and runtime configuration and secret injection.
Your job is to make the platform itself trustworthy, observable, and cheap to operate at scale — and to raise the reliability bar for everyone who depends on it. This is not a gatekeeper role. You'll make the reliable path the easy path: building the automation and platform APIs that let product teams run safely by default, instrumenting what we operate, and making sure that when something breaks we detect it and recover fast.
The work spans three strength areas:
Tooling & ecosystem — deep knowledge of the container and orchestration landscape (Kubernetes, containerd/OCI, the CNCF ecosystem) and a clear point of view on how to compose it.
Software engineering — designing and building the platform's automation, controllers, and internal tooling as production code, including solutions that don't come pre-shaped by an existing tool.
Operational / SRE practice — the discipline (SLOs, error budgets, incident response, ORRs) that runs the platform at scale as a predictable one.
We expect you to be genuinely deep in at least one of these, and many of our strongest candidates are deep in two (usually leaning toward one). Bringing real strength across all three is rare and exceptional — and even then, no one is equally strong in all three at once, so you'd focus where you're most needed at any given time. Different profiles are welcome here; tell us which of these is your center of gravity.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Regardless of the skill set, all team members carry a share of the team's on-call rota, responding to platform incidents and driving them to resolution and follow-up.
Platform reliability & operations
- Define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets for the container platform itself, and build error-budget policies that actually gate platform changes.
- Own the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process for new platform capabilities and major changes.
- Design and track metrics for platform uptime, and increase observability into the platform by capturing the right metrics, logs, and traces across the platform layers.
- Drive the incident-to-improvement pipeline: facilitate blameless postmortems, connect findings to readiness gaps, spot repeat failure patterns, and push through systemic fixes.
Software engineering
- Build and maintain the platform's automation, controllers, operators, and internal tooling — writing production code and shipping it, not just wiring together existing tools.
- Design and implement the platform-side CI/CD and rollout primitives that speed up platform deployments while working within proper change and release management.
- Implement and maintain security automation for the platform: intrusion detection, automated remediation, and patch management.
- Identify and quantify operational toil, and build the automation that removes it rather than just documenting it.
- Contribute to the platform's continual testing automation — the test suites and pipelines that validate platform releases are fit for purpose before they reach tenants.
Tooling, ecosystem & architecture
- Act as a platform reliability and architecture expert — contribute to failure-mode analysis, dependency mapping, and resilience design for multi-tenant container workloads.
- Evaluate and evolve the platform's tooling ecosystem (orchestration, runtime, networking, isolation, and observability stack) with a clear, opinionated view on trade-offs.
- Improve system architecture to reduce infrastructure cost while balancing security, reliability, and performance across tenants.
- Guide teams building on the platform to design sustainable on-call practices for their own services: alert quality, escalation paths, runbook coverage, and noise reduction.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years in platform engineering, container/Kubernetes platform operations, SRE, or production infrastructure, and have operated production systems at scale and carried on-call for them.
- Are genuinely deep in at least one — ideally two — of the three strength areas below (and tell us which is your center of gravity):
- Tooling & ecosystem — know the container/orchestration landscape well: Kubernetes, containerd and the OCI/CRI standards, and the surrounding CNCF ecosystem (e.g. Argo CD/Argo Rollouts for GitOps and progressive delivery; Cilium/eBPF networking and the Gateway API; Karpenter/KEDA-style autoscaling; and workload-isolation runtimes such as gVisor or Kata Containers). You reason about trade-offs rather than reaching for defaults.
- Software engineering — write real production code (Go and/or a comparable systems language) and can build controllers, operators, and platform APIs — stepping back to the underlying problem and building the right solution when no off-the-shelf tool fits.
- Operational / SRE practice — are fluent in SLOs, error budgets, and operational KPIs; have led incident response and blameless postmortems; and have driven down MTTD/MTTR for systems you operated.
- Have worked with large-scale multi-tenant systems and understand isolation as a spectrum — from namespaces, RBAC, network policies, and resource quotas through to stronger primitives such as virtual clusters (e.g. vCluster) or VM-class runtimes.
- Operate confidently on AWS (multiple accounts, IAM, VPC) and are comfortable with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi preferred; Terraform/CDK also fine) and Kubernetes.
- Script and automate to eliminate toil rather than absorb it.
- Communicate clearly with both infrastructure specialists and product engineers, and thrive in async, globally distributed teams.
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time.
Nice to Have
- Experience building and operating a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform that internal teams deploy onto.
- Familiarity with policy engines (Kyverno, or OPA/Gatekeeper) and cost-attribution tooling (OpenCost/Kubecost) for per-tenant chargeback/showback.
- Experience with managed database platforms or Postgres.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, or similar observability tooling.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Senior Engineering Manager to join our Disputes team. Our mission is to build the tools, services, and models that help merchants manage and win disputes at scale - reducing the cost and operational burden of chargebacks while protecting revenue for our merchants and our business.
Disputes sit at the intersection of merchant-facing products, complex scheme and regulatory processes, and data-driven decisioning. Our team owns the full stack, anchored by a .NET back end that manages the dispute lifecycle and integrates with card schemes, alongside the front-end experiences merchants use to track and respond to disputes and the machine learning models that predict outcomes and recommend the best action on every case.
We're building for scale, and that scale brings ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the occasional setback - so we're looking for a resilient leader who has built and sustained high-performing teams, learned from failure, and come back stronger. Above all, you'll be someone who drives predictable delivery and operational efficiency: shipping consistently, running systems reliably, and continuously improving how the team works. The ideal candidate has operated across both enterprise and scale-up environments and has a proven track record of driving growth within large, complex, regulated organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team centred on a .NET back end, with front-end and machine learning components, helping engineers establish and validate their understanding of technical architecture and design end-user-centric systems and tools.
- Own predictable, high-velocity delivery — establishing healthy engineering practices, sensible estimation, and a smooth path from idea to production so the team ships consistently and sustainably.
- Drive operational efficiency and reliability by automating processes — including monitoring and alerting — meeting SLAs/SLOs, reducing operational cost, and minimising toil to keep the team focused on high-value work rather t
- Continuously improve delivery and operational metrics (e.g. cycle time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, and incident response), using data to identify bottlenecks and raises the bar over time.
- Manage team engineers across various seniority levels and disciplines while staying hands-on when needed. Cultivate an inclusive environment where every team member feels they belong, and mentors them in both their career development and interpersonal skills. Make a good team great, and keep it great..
- Oversee quarterly execution of roadmap delivery, ensuring the team stays focused on the right priorities and manages efficiently through dependencies and cross-functional hurdles.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver solutions for merchant and internal dispute use cases.
- Build and strengthen relationships with engineers, managers, and people leads across multiple teams.
- Operating in a highly regulated financial space, ensure compliance with a range of control frameworks — from internal stakeholders such as InfoSec and Internal
- Audit, to external auditors, card schemes, and regulators.
- Oversee the responsible use of machine learning and AI in dispute decisioning, leading the team to develop the infrastructure, tooling, and governance required to run models safely and at scale in production.
About You
- A resilient leader who has learned from setbacks and failures and consistently comes back stronger, keeping teams steady and delivering through periods of change and ambiguity.
- You thrive on pace. You're energised by a high-growth environment, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and you keep the team moving and shipping when priorities shift under you.
- A proven track record of driving predictable delivery and operational efficiency — improving throughput, reliability, and the team's cost of operation, and using metrics to back it up.
- Proven experience building, growing, and sustaining high-performing engineering teams over time — not just standing them up.
- Experience across both enterprise and scale-up environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and delivery within large, complex, regulated organisations.
- A strong back-end engineering background, ideally in .NET / C#, leading teams building scalable, event-driven services and APIs. Comfortable also overseeing front-end and machine learning work, able to earn credibility and make sound trade-offs across disciplines even where you aren't the deepest expert.
- Able to partner with Product Management to assess technical feasibility, provide capacity estimates, and balance new features against architectural health.
- Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
Technologies we work with
- Back end (primary): .NET / C#, REST APIs, event-driven and microservice architectures.
- Front end: React, TypeScript.
- Machine learning: Python, model training and serving, and the infrastructure to run models in production.
- Data & platform: SQL, plus experience designing batch and stream data-processing systems.
- Cloud & tooling: AWS and/or GCP, Docker, Terraform, and observability tooling such as Datadog.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the Role
We're looking for a Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our monitoring and investigations program across both fiat and on-chain activity. You'll own transaction monitoring, secondary market and trade surveillance, investigations, and regulatory reporting, and you'll be a key partner to Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations as we scale.
This role suits a hands-on investigator who's equally comfortable tracing funds through a blockchain explorer, analyzing trading patterns for manipulation, and writing a SAR narrative that holds up to regulatory scrutiny.
Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day transaction monitoring program for fiat and digital asset flows, including alert review, escalation, and disposition.
Design, tune, and document monitoring rules and scenarios based on the firm's risk assessment, typologies, and emerging threats.
Use blockchain analytics tools to assess wallet exposure, counterparty risk, and illicit-finance indicators such as sanctions, mixers, darknet markets, scams, and ransomware.
Track alert volumes, false-positive rates, and SLAs, and drive improvements in efficiency and coverage.
Build and run surveillance for trading activity on primary and secondary markets, including on-chain transfers, DEX/CEX activity, and OTC flows.
Detect and investigate potential market abuse, including wash trading, spoofing, layering, front-running, pump-and-dump schemes, and insider trading.
Work with Engineering and Data teams on surveillance tooling, data pipelines, and alert logic.
Maintain reporting procedures, quality control checks, and audit-ready documentation.
Support regulatory exams, independent audits, and responses to regulator inquiries.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with significant hands-on work in investigations, AML/BSA, and transaction monitoring.
Demonstrated experience with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis (Reactor, KYT), TRM Labs, or Elliptic, and the ability to trace funds independently on-chain.
Strong working knowledge of the BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN guidance, and OFAC sanctions requirements.
A track record of writing high-quality SAR narratives and investigation reports.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and spot anomalous patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Nice to Have
Experience with trade surveillance or market abuse detection at a broker-dealer, exchange, ATS, or digital asset trading venue.
Familiarity with securities regulations (SEC, FINRA) and how they apply to tokenized assets or digital securities.
Experience building or scaling a monitoring program at a high-growth fintech or crypto company.
Experience managing or mentoring analysts.
Certifications such as CAMS, CCAS, CFE, or CCI.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — We are well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Remote-first team across many countries — You will be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — Our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Codeless, our internal Server-Driven UI (SDUI) platform team. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team bridging mobile/web frontend engineering and core platform backend systems.
While this role is deeply rooted in modern UI architecture, its mission goes beyond standard UI development: Codeless empowers product teams across the organization to ship dynamic, native UI experiences dynamically from the backend—eliminating app store release bottlenecks, dramatically accelerating feature iteration, and establishing a unified UI schema across iOS, Android, and Web.
What you’ll be doing
This is a role with broad impact, from hands-on technical guidance to championing web and mobile accessibility across the company. We're looking for a leader who excels at fostering collaboration and can confidently guide a concept from initial idea to robust implementation.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Team Leadership & Strategy:
Build, mentor, and scale an engineering team responsible for our core Server-Driven UI platform ("Codeless"). Foster an inclusive, high-ownership engineering culture.
Platform Architecture & Evolution:
Oversee the design and evolution of dynamic layout engines, declarative UI schemas, and client rendering frameworks across iOS, Android, and Web.
Developer Velocity & Platform Adoption:
Partner with product feature teams to drive internal adoption of Codeless. Ensure the platform provides exceptional Developer Experience, clear tooling, robust design system integration, and seamless debugging workflows.
Technical Execution & Quality:
Set high technical standards for platform performance, payload optimization, caching strategies, backward compatibility, and graceful offline/fallback behavior across client devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Managers, Design System leaders, and Core Infrastructure engineers to align the Codeless roadmap with broader company initiatives and global design paradigms.
What you’ll need to thrive
Engineering Management:
3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with a track record of coaching engineers, delivering complex platform initiatives, and driving technical strategy.
UI & Platform Domain Expertise:
Strong foundational background in mobile (iOS/Android) or modern web architecture (React, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or declarative UI paradigms).
Product & Platform Mindset:
Ability to treat internal product engineering teams as customers, evaluating platform success through developer velocity, adoption metrics, and rendering performance.

In this role, you’ll bring user interfaces to life through flawless technical setup, UI motion design, and polished micro-interactions.
We need a candidate who truly aims for pixel-perfect fidelity. Someone who cares deeply about aligning margins, font rendering, anchoring, and visual feedback down to the exact pixel, while maintaining a strong animation sense and high visual polish.

Maintain High UI Standards:
Establish robust, scalable UI structures, prefabs, and workflow guidelines that ensure consistency and visual rigor across our entire game portfolio.
What We're Looking For
Uncompromising Eye for Precision:
A relentless commitment to pixel perfection, sharp detail, and visual accuracy when translating static or prototype designs into live, in-engine UI.
Solid Unity UI Implementation Skills:
Proven hands-on experience building, structuring, and optimizing UI Canvas setups in Unity.
Strong Animation & Motion Sense:
Deep understanding of timing, curve dynamics, and movement principles tailored specifically to menu transitions, UI states, and player feedback.
Technical UI Asset Knowledge:
Expertise in preparing UI assets, slice/9-grid setups, Sprite Atlases, TextMeshPro configurations, and clean prefab architecture.
UI FX Capabilities:
Practical experience creating UI feedback effects using particle systems, shaders (Shader Graph), or vector-based UI techniques.
