Facilitate integration between client systems and QVAC components, including model deployment pipelines, APIs, and compute environments.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🚀 WHY JOIN CARE OPS IN 2026? 🚀
You might look at Alan’s Care team today—managing high volumes seamlessly, supported by strong partners, and automating 50 of conversations—and ask: "It works, so why join now?"
Yet, the most exciting part is still ahead. We are at a turning point as we prepare to support millions of members and push to set the standards in the industry.
Here is why this is the moment to join.
- People: This is the opportunity to join a team with incredibly high talent density, operating with distributed ownership—empowered Crew Leads, strong deputies, and Guillaume Poirier https://www.linkedin.com/in/guillaume-p-34602923/ as Care Ops Lead. It is a proven engine for creating talent and fueling internal mobility.
- Processes: We absorb high volumes without glitches (including Ministry of Finance in France) and collaborate smoothly with Product and Sales. We trust and work hand-in-hand with solid external partners in France and Spain.
- Innovation: We are one of the few companies in the world claiming to automate 40% of member conversations as of the end of 2025 (a true market benchmark).
We're building an organization capable of serving 3 million members with a lean team. To get there, we need people who can build scalable systems (analytical and operational) that make this possible.
What this means for the role you're joining:
- Our operations are getting smarter, and our analytics need to keep up: We don't just need dashboards. We need to understand what drives performance, spot problems early, and help teams decide faster. You'll build this.
- Our planning is getting more complex: More countries, more automation, more partner teams. We need better models to know how many people we need, where, and when.
- Our tools need to scale: What works with manual effort today won't work at 3x the volume. You'll build AI-powered tools and workflows that make operations smoother across the board.
Recognition: We are building something unique, yet we are not yet known externally as the reference for Care operations.
⭐ THE CARE OPS ROLE ⭐
The Care Ops team supports the Care Community globally (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver on our Roadmap and Strategic Plan. Care Ops is accountable for operational excellence and efficiency in Care, enabling the Community to scale without any compromise on user experience.
We are looking for a Care Ops who loves numbers, builds tools, and wants to have a real impact on how we run operations at scale.
You'll join a team of 10 and work across the full spectrum of our operations: understanding what drives our performance, building the tools and models that help us make better decisions, and collaborating daily with Data, Engineering, Product, and Care teams.
One week you'll be deep in a staffing model, the next you'll be building an AI-powered reporting tool, the next you'll be presenting a performance deep dive to Crew Leads.
Some of our missions include:
1/ Performance analytics and operational insights
- Build and improve dashboards and reports that help teams understand what's happening and why. Not just track numbers — explain them.
- Conduct deep dives into operational performance (response times, resolution quality, contact drivers) and deliver concrete recommendations.
- Help define and maintain our key metrics across countries: what do we measure, where does the data live, how do we make it reliable.
- Work closely with our Data team and Care Crew Leads to turn data into decisions.
2/ Planning, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Help build and improve our staffing models: how many people do we need, when, and where? How does automation change the equation?
- Contribute to simplifying our planning tools and processes
- Work with our external partners on capacity planning and delivery tracking.
- Challenge how we do things today.
3/ Tooling and AI
- Build and improve operational tools using AI and no-code solutions (Dust, Claude, automation platforms). You'll probably build half your tools with AI.
- Identify where current processes don't scale and propose solutions — sometimes a simple script, sometimes a product need.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering crews to push efficiency needs into the roadmap.
⭐ JOIN THE CARE TEAM! ⭐️
You will excel as a Care Ops if you:
- Communicate clearly in English and French, written and verbal. You'll work with many teams and clarity matters.
- Think in numbers. You're comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and ideally SQL. You build models, not just read dashboards.
- Have a performance mindset. You want to understand why a metric moves. You look for root causes and push for action.
- Are curious about AI and tooling. You use AI tools in your daily work and see them as building blocks. You're excited to learn and experiment.
- Get your hands dirty. You dig into the details, fix what's broken, and don't wait for someone else to do it.
- Have 2-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar role — ideally in a tech or startup environment.
- Have an organized and structured mindset.
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a startup or tech company environment and is excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company. If this sounds like you, then you might just be the Care Ops we're looking for.
We value diversity and encourage individuals from varied experiences and backgrounds to apply. Join our Care team and contribute to our mission of delivering an exceptional user experience.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.

After reading this job description, if you feel like you don’t have all the necessary prerequisites but that it matches where you are now or what you'd like to grow into in your next position, we encourage you to apply!
Not everybody will enter our recruitment process, but all, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.

About You
As Head of Investor Capital and Relations, Middle East, you will operate independently in region with a global reporting line and executive sponsorship, and with the mandate to build the firm's Middle East franchise from first principles: the coverage map, the institutional relationships, the office and, ultimately, the regional team.
This is a builder's role. You will own senior coverage of the region's sovereign wealth funds, government related entities and family offices, lead the office establishment and hub determination between DIFC and ADGM, and coordinate closely with counsel and the firm's government relations workstreams as you build a durable Gulf franchise.
About the Opportunity

The GCC is executing one of the most ambitious government backed investment programs in the history of the games industry, and this seat exists to convert that alignment into anchor limited partner relationships, co-investment partnerships and strategic financings for the firm's investment vehicles and transaction pipeline.
The corporate title for this seat is Executive Director, with a defined path to Managing Director tied to franchise milestones. The seat will have one direct report initially, a Regional Relationship Manager, to be hired following office establishment.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations, Middle East will be based in Dubai (DIFC) or Abu Dhabi (ADGM), with the hub determination in progress and open to the successful candidate's input, and will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. This is a full time position; the regional package will be structured with local counsel.

The company serves thousands of game businesses globally, from independent studios to the largest publishers, and is expanding a dedicated capital markets and investment platform serving the interactive entertainment ecosystem.
The Capital Markets Group
The Capital Markets Group (CMG) sits within Xsolla's Global Strategic Initiatives function and operates as the firm's institutional capital platform. The group originates, structures and executes financing and investment solutions across games and interactive entertainment, and is building a franchise modeled on the leading independent capital markets and special situations advisory platforms.
The group operates multiple investment vehicles spanning debt financing and credit markets, alongside special situations and principal investment strategies serving the interactive entertainment ecosystem. About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a
Head of Investor Capital and Relations
to build the firm's Asia Pacific capital franchise from Singapore. The region combines the world's deepest gaming markets with some of its most sophisticated institutional capital, and this seat exists to connect the two for the firm: sovereign and state linked investors in Singapore, institutional investors and strategics across Korea and Japan, capital markets counterparties in Hong Kong and Australia, and the regional family office community.
The corporate title for this seat is Director, with a defined path to Executive Director tied to franchise milestones, including the 2027 regional coverage plan and team build. There are no direct reports initially; regional analyst support and a 2027 hiring plan are owned by this seat.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations, APAC will be based in Singapore, in office, leveraging Xsolla's existing APAC presence, and will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires travel of approximately 40 to 50 percent across Southeast Asia, North Asia and Australia, with periodic travel to Los Angeles. This is a full time position; Employment Pass sponsorship is available, with the package structured with local counsel.
Expressions of Interest

You will own the coverage map, the relationships and the regional plan, operating with a global reporting line and the support of the firm's existing APAC operating footprint.
This is a builder's role. Key Responsibilities
Institutional and Strategic Coverage
Own institutional coverage. Build strategic coverage. Build dedicated coverage of gaming, technology and media strategics across Korea, Japan and Greater China as limited partners, co-investors and transaction counterparties.
Map the counterparties. Map each priority institution's decision architecture, including mandate criteria, allocation cadence, co-investment appetite and approval process, and maintain that intelligence as a living asset.
Capital Formation and Transactions
Lead regional fundraising. Lead regional pre-marketing and fundraising support for the firm's investment vehicles within each jurisdiction's private placement and offering regimes, coordinating with counsel on the marketing approach for Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Australia.
Own diligence processes. Originate and manage institutional diligence processes end to end, including DDQ coordination, data room support and operational due diligence visits.
Support transactions. Support cross border financing and strategic transaction conversations alongside the Americas and MENA coverage teams and fund principals.
Franchise and Regional Platform
Build the region's presence. Build the firm's presence across the region's priority investment and gaming industry forums; run the APAC events calendar and convert presence into qualified pipeline.
Develop the regional plan. Develop the 2027 regional coverage plan, including market prioritization, any additional country coverage and the regional hiring sequence, for approval by the Group Head.
Set coverage standards. Establish coverage and CRM standards for the region and enforce the group's interaction logging discipline.
Risk and Controls
Ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure all regional marketing and offering activity complies with applicable regimes and the firm's policies, in coordination with counsel, including Singapore's frameworks for fund offers to institutional and accredited investors.
Maintain counterparty awareness. Maintain rigorous counterparty awareness, including KYC, AML and sanctions screening coordination, and escalate reputational risk considerations early.
Candidate Profile
Experience
8 or more years of progressive experience in APAC institutional coverage, capital formation, investment banking or investor relations at a bank, asset manager, placement agent or sovereign investor, including significant client facing responsibility.
Demonstrable relationships across Singapore's institutional community and at least one of the Korean, Japanese or Greater China institutional or strategic investor markets, with a referenceable record of capital raised or partnerships executed.
Sector experience across gaming, interactive entertainment, technology or media, or coverage of strategics in those sectors, is a clear advantage.
Domain Expertise
Working knowledge of regional fund marketing and private placement practice, including Singapore's institutional and accredited investor frameworks.
Experience marketing alternative strategies such as credit, special situations or private equity to Asian institutions is preferred.
Experience operating under the Monetary Authority of Singapore regulatory framework, including holding or having held representative status with a capital markets services license holder or operating within an applicable exemption, is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Proven ability to operate independently on a global platform, with disciplined pipeline management, reporting and follow through across time zones.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; professional fluency in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is preferred.
A high degree of ethics and integrity, with a clean regulatory and disciplinary history.

Our client is a fast-growing marketing consultancy and growth partner specializing in the global medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine industry. They empower MedSpas and premium clinics across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond to scale toward high-revenue milestones through a specialized growth framework. Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Extensive expertise in Meta Ads specifically focused on lead generation.

During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt are building the open data infrastructure that powers AI agents you can trust.
Fivetran is looking for a Senior R&D Software Engineer to join our fast-growing Fivetran AI team. Your data stack was built for humans — but agents are the new primary data consumers, and they have fundamentally different requirements. Agents can’t intuit context; it must be explicitly codified, governed, and traceable. We’re building the governed context layer that solves this problem: Agents Schema, an open standard for storing agent-ready context directly in the customer’s own data warehouse, and Context Builder, the managed service that keeps it filled and fresh.
This role goes well beyond standard engineering. You’ll research emerging techniques in the fast-moving AI landscape and bring real product and market understanding to decide which ideas are worth pursuing — and then you’ll take what you’ve learned and ship it as production software. We’re looking for a true generalist who is willing and able to wear whatever hat the moment calls for: prototyping a new retrieval technique one week, hardening a backend service the next, then doing SRE or QA work when the team needs it. Fivetran AI operates like a startup within Fivetran, and we need engineers who thrive on that range rather than staying in one lane.
Fivetran is the epitome of data-driven development — our engineering team is focused on building a world class product that:
Builds Infrastructure Agents Can Trust
— join our mission to deliver the governed context layer that AI agents depend on: accurate semantic definitions, traceable lineage, data contracts, and auditable history baked in from the start.
Embraces Open Standards
— help build portable, interoperable data infrastructure: Agents Schema, open formats (Iceberg, Delta Lake), MCP-native interfaces, and connector skills that work with any model and any compute.
Scales Without Breaking
— work to make Fivetran AI efficient at agent scale, where unit costs deflate as volume grows and context retrieval is fast, accurate, and cost-controlled.
We emphasize using no-nonsense tools and take great pride in the simplicity and effectiveness of the systems we build. Our back-end is built on Java, Python, Postgres, and Kubernetes, and our front-end is built on React and TypeScript.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our New York, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Python, Java, SQL, dbt, LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), vector databases, BigQuery / Snowflake / Databricks, MCP protocol, React, TypeScript, Kubernetes
What You’ll Do
Research emerging techniques in retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI, and evaluate what’s actually relevant to Fivetran AI’s roadmap
Prototype new ideas quickly, then take the ones that prove out and turn them into shipped, production-grade features
Build and maintain both back-end and front-end systems for the Fivetran AI product — from Agents Schema pipelines to the Context Catalog UI
Contribute to the AISQL capability: natural language to SQL grounded in dbt metric definitions, executed natively against the warehouse
Take ownership of production reliability: on-call rotation, incident response, and SRE work to keep the platform trustworthy at scale
Write and maintain tests, and do hands-on QA to catch issues before customers do
Use coding agents to automate the repetitive parts of the job, freeing up time for the research and design work that needs a human
Partner with product and design, bringing your own understanding of the AI tooling market to shape what gets built next
Develop software designs and contribute to the technical roadmap for the Fivetran AI platform
Contribute to hiring by participating in the interview process
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of programming experience across Python and/or Java, with the ability to move fluidly between back-end and front-end work
Considered a trusted expert in your subject area, capable of executing complex, ambiguous tasks with minimal hand-holding
Comfortable reading AI/ML research and turning promising findings into working prototypes
Strong product and market awareness — able to judge which emerging techniques are worth building versus which are hype
Experience with SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
Genuine willingness to work across the full stack: research, backend, frontend, SRE, and QA, as the team’s needs demand
Writes well-structured, performant code and can dive into unfamiliar codebases to suggest improvements
Experience using coding agents or similar AI tooling to speed up day-to-day engineering work
Analytical mindset to identify gaps in existing systems and design practical, pragmatic improvements
Thrives in a startup-like environment with shifting priorities and a high degree of ownership
Bonus Skills
Experience with LLM-powered applications — RAG pipelines, embeddings, evaluation frameworks, or agent frameworks
Familiarity with semantic layers — dbt, LookML, Sigma, or similar
Experience with the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem or building AI agent integrations
Background in site reliability engineering — monitoring, alerting, incident response
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or building data connectors
Experienced working in a cloud environment utilizing AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or Docker
Contributions to open source AI or data projects

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO office.

About the Company
CertiK leads blockchain security by securing smart contracts and blockchains with cutting-edge Formal Verification technology. Founded by Computer Science professors of Yale University and Columbia University, CertiK has audited and secured over $500B in assets, including many of the world’s top blockchain projects.
About This Role
Singapore is where the institutional future of digital assets is being built.
As Business Development Manager for Singapore, you drive the commercial relationship with the institutions that need it — exchanges and DPT licensees, banks and financial institutions moving into tokenisation, protocols and Web3 native teams, and the funds and infrastructure providers around them. You will run the full cycle: build the pipeline, get in front of decision-makers, understand their security and compliance problem, and close.
You will work alongside a capital markets and policy team and a technical organisation whose auditors, forensics, and on-chain surveillance work sets the benchmark for the industry.
About You
You are a builder of relationships and a closer of deals, and you are comfortable doing both in a market where the buyer is sophisticated and the sale is technical. You can hold a conversation with a CTO about smart contract risk and, an hour later, hold one with a Chief Compliance Officer about transaction monitoring and licensing obligations — and be taken seriously in both. You are self-directed about pipeline: you find the opportunity rather than waiting for it to be routed to you.
Critically, you understand that in this market a regulatory shift is a commercial event, and you know how to move first when one lands.
Responsibilities
Pipeline generation
and prospecting.
Build and own the Singapore pipeline through outbound, inbound qualification, referrals, ecosystem relationships, and event presence — identifying and prioritising the accounts that matter across exchanges, financial institutions, VASPs, protocols, and infrastructure providers.
Full-cycle deal execution.
Run opportunities end to end: discovery, scoping with technical teams, proposal and commercial structuring, negotiation, and close.
Solution positioning.
Develop the depth to position CertiK’s portfolio credibly — audits and formal verification, penetration testing, on-chain surveillance and AML/compliance tooling, and incident response — and to map them to a specific client’s risk, regulatory, and commercial pressures.
Account management
and expansion.
Own relationships post-sale, drive renewals and expansion, and act as the client’s primary commercial point of contact.
Partnerships
and ecosystem.
Develop channel and referral relationships with law firms, consultancies, custodians, infrastructure providers, and industry associations that extend CertiK’s reach into the market.
Market intelligence
and feedback.
Track the competitive and pricing landscape, capture what you learn in the field, and feed it back into pricing, product, and go-to-market decisions.
Cross-functional coordination.
Work with policy, product, engineering, and marketing to build the proposals, materials, and campaigns that win business — and with the regional leadership team on territory strategy and forecasting.
Reporting
and CRM discipline.
Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity records; report against clear quarterly targets.
Ad hoc requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of B2B business development, enterprise sales, or account management experience, with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Prior experience at a Web3 security, blockchain analytics, RegTech, or cybersecurity vendor is a plus.
Solid working knowledge of smart contract security, on-chain analytics, AML/CFT, or virtual asset compliance concepts. Understanding of the digital asset and blockchain landscape, and of the security and compliance problems institutions in this market face.
Established network in the Singapore or wider Southeast Asian digital asset, fintech, or financial services ecosystem.
Excellent written and verbal English, and the ability to present with confidence to senior and technical audiences. Proficiency in another Asian language is a plus.
Strong commercial instincts.
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to run multiple opportunities and deadlines with limited supervision. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Existing right to work in Singapore, or eligibility to obtain one.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Duo Chat team, focused on Chat Engine, you'll build the core AI capabilities behind GitLab Duo Chat, the natural-language and agentic interface to the GitLab DevSecOps platform. Much of your work will involve building flow components and agentic flows in the Flow Registry, the Python framework built on LangGraph within our Duo Workflow Service that powers agentic chat, and integrating them with the GitLab Rails monolith.
You'll own complex backend features from start to finish across both services. You'll integrate large language models and orchestrate multi-agent flows so customers can work faster and more securely across the software development lifecycle. This work sits where GitLab's core platform meets its AI strategy, and reliability, performance, and answer quality directly shape the customer experience.
What you’ll do
Design and build flow components and agentic flows in the Flow Registry using Python and LangGraph within the Duo Workflow Service. These reusable building blocks power agentic Duo Chat and, increasingly, other AI features across GitLab.
Develop, ship, and maintain backend features for GitLab Duo Chat across the Python Duo Workflow Service and the GitLab Rails monolith in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
Integrate new generative AI models, providers, tools, and multi-agent orchestration patterns into Duo Chat to expand its capabilities and improve answer quality.
Design, implement, and review GraphQL and Representational State Transfer (REST) application programming interfaces (APIs) and related monolith logic, including chat entry points, permissions, and foundational-flow registration. Keep contracts with frontend clients and host systems reliable and clear.
Improve debugging, observability, and test coverage using pytest, RSpec, and related frameworks; track and improve latency, error rates, and test coverage so AI-powered chat workflows stay reliable at scale.
Collaborate with Product, User Experience (UX), frontend, and AI specialists to refine requirements and deliver high-quality improvements through iteration.
Document standards, patterns, and learnings with other engineers, raising the bar for safe AI integration and evidence-driven engineering.
Participate in Tier 2 on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and strengthen resiliency.
What you’ll bring
Significant experience building and maintaining production Python backends, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous or long-running workloads.
Practical experience designing and shipping AI-powered, agentic backend features, including large language model integration, tool or function calling, and multi-agent orchestration. You use sound judgment about large language model limitations and safe use in production.
Working proficiency in Ruby on Rails, or a strong willingness to learn it. Duo Chat integrates deeply with the GitLab monolith for chat entry points, GraphQL, permissions, and flow registration, and most of GitLab's codebase is written in Ruby.
Proficiency designing or extending REST or GraphQL APIs with attention to scalability, maintainability, and backward compatibility.
Strong Structured Query Language (SQL) skills and familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including efficient queries and data modeling.
Ability to find, diagnose, and prevent performance and reliability problems at scale.
Experience solving technical problems of high scope and complexity and advocating for quality, security, and performance improvements across your team.
Openness to learning and collaborating in an async-first, distributed team, applying transferable skills from related technologies or domains. Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain is a strong plus.
About the team
We're part of GitLab's AI Engineering organization and own the AI-powered chat experience embedded across the GitLab platform. Chat Engine is the backend-focused team within the Duo Chat group.
We're backend, frontend, and AI specialists working asynchronously across time zones, using issues, merge requests, and documentation as our main collaboration tools. Our focus is to expand generative and agentic AI capabilities, improve the performance and reliability of chat workflows, and strengthen the debugging and testing foundations that let us run AI features safely at scale.
