ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
Modal is hiring a high-impact Solutions Architect to drive technical strategy across our most strategic enterprise accounts.
You will operate as the executive technical counterpart to Enterprise Account Executives, leading complex evaluations, shaping infrastructure modernization roadmaps, and driving multi-product adoption across AI/ML workloads.
This role is not demo support. It is a strategic, consultative position requiring strong architectural depth, executive presence, and the ability to influence 7–8 figure infrastructure decisions. You will work directly with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and ML platform leaders to help them rethink how AI infrastructure should be built and operated.
If you thrive in high-velocity technical sales environments and want to shape the infrastructure layer powering modern AI companies, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own the technical strategy for large, complex enterprise accounts
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive 6–7+ figure opportunities from qualification through close
- Lead deep technical discovery across platform, ML, DevOps, and infrastructure stakeholders
- Architect end-to-end migration strategies from AWS, GCP, or Azure to Modal’s serverless infrastructure
- Drive executive-level technical conversations that connect infrastructure architecture to business impact (velocity, cost efficiency, reliability)
- Design and oversee proof-of-concepts that demonstrate production-grade scalability and performance
- Navigate security reviews, compliance discussions, and procurement processes with confidence
- Build durable relationships with technical champions and executive sponsors
- Orchestrate cross-functional virtual account teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) to ensure successful adoption
- Influence Modal’s product roadmap by surfacing structured enterprise feedback
- Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to technical best practices across the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or enterprise-facing technical roles in infrastructure, cloud, or developer platforms
- Demonstrated success driving complex enterprise sales cycles ($250K+ ACV; experience with $1M+ ARR accounts strongly preferred)
- Experience working with large, sophisticated Bay Area technology companies or global enterprises
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) including compute, networking, storage, and managed services
- Strong architectural understanding of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience designing distributed systems and production data platforms
- Strong working knowledge of ML/AI infrastructure (training pipelines, inference systems, GPU workloads, MLOps)
- Experience leading cloud migration or infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) and CI/CD systems
- Production programming experience in Python strongly preferred
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams in high-stakes account environments
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise procurement and buying processes
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group—a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.
At Revit, we believe in a future where high-end, results-driven lead generation services are accessible and adaptable to companies of all sizes and life stages. We’re a rapidly growing company (“startup” by energy but “matured company” by expertise and seniority) working with SMB clients and helping them grow through outbound campaigns.
With a team of over 20 extremely talented people on our main team and with more extensive support from other companies of Belkins’ group of companies, our 2026 goal is to double in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping high-quality across the board - from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients matching our values and value proposition.
This is not a place for everyone but if you’re looking for a World-Class culture and opportunity to grow, build your career, make an impact, then you are likely to enjoy being a part of Revit and building the future together with us!
This is an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment. We move quickly, iterate constantly, and expect our team to keep pace without hand-holding.
This is not a traditional "Account Management" role - it is a performance-heavy role where you own the delivery of an outbound engine.
We don’t just need executors; we need experts. We expect you to come to the table with a strong, informed opinion on "what works." You are here to lead the strategy, not just follow a checklist. We provide the platform for you to go from Great to Excellent, but you must start at a high level of mastery from Day 1.
Our Co-Founder/CEO - Nick, and Lead of the team - Oleksandra - recorded a brief intro + role overview video — watch it on YouTube

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Agent Product Manager to own one of our core product lines and drive it from discovery through deployment.
This is not a generalist PM role. You'll go deep on a specific product area, working directly with engineering, design partners, and customers to understand what needs to be built, why, and how to ship it in a way that scales. You'll be the connective tissue between customer reality and engineering execution, synthesizing feedback from CSMs, TAMs, and customers into clear, actionable product requirements.
The best fit here is someone who obsesses over product longevity, not just individual customer happiness, and who can build rapidly, think in systems, and translate ambiguity into clear direction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product Line Strategy
- Own one or more product lines end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Define product roadmaps grounded in real deployment data and customer feedback, not feature requests
- Prioritize ruthlessly between customer-specific asks and platform-wide improvements
- Establish clear boundaries on what the product can and cannot do, and ensure sales and CS teams understand them
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Bridge the gap between sales promises and engineering reality, guide sales on which features to pitch, which customer profiles to target, and what realistic timelines look like
- Work with engineering to shift from one-off custom builds to iterative, productized solutions
- Collaborate with support to build self-service tooling that eliminates manual configuration bottlenecks
- Own the feedback loop: ensure customer insights reach engineering as structured product requirements, not ad hoc requests
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-enabled products
- Strong ability to synthesize qualitative customer feedback into structured, engineering-ready requirements
- Experience working directly with customers or design partners in a product capacity
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or conversational AI systems, or a strong ability to ramp quickly
- Outcome-driven: you measure success in shipped impact, not process followed
- Low ego, high energy, resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience with enterprise deployments, multi-location operators, or platform infrastructure
- Eagerness to work in person with us in NYC full time
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

About the role

You'll qualify technical fit, design future-state architectures, and run evaluations and proofs of concept before the deal, then guide adoption as lead architect after it, bringing in Professional Services, Developer Success, Product, and Engineering when customers need them. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, New York City, or San Francisco, with three days a week in the office.
What you'll do
Lead technical discovery with Sales, qualify use cases, and design target architectures for AI agents and web applications on Vercel
Own proofs of concept (POCs) and pilots end to end: set success criteria, guide implementation, and document outcomes for executive buyers
Build and deliver tailored demos, technical presentations, and workshops for developer and executive audiences
Act as lead architect post-sale for strategic accounts, guiding onboarding, reference implementations, and migrations, and tuning performance with Core Web Vitals and observability data
Run customer security, compliance, and architecture reviews, and feed recurring field gaps back to Product and Engineering
What you need
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architect, sales engineer, or platform architect, working with web or cloud platforms
Hands-on JavaScript and TypeScript experience, including reviewing production application code built with Next.js, React, or another modern framework
Designed enterprise architectures covering web performance, caching, networking, and security on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Ran technical evaluations or POCs on enterprise deals with both executive and developer stakeholders
Bonus if you
Built and shipped an AI-powered application or agent, for example with the AI SDK
Led a large-scale migration to a cloud-native or composable architecture (headless CMS, commerce, identity)
Supported customer security reviews against SOC 2, PCI DSS, or HIPAA
