The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own a high-performing Mid-Market territory in the US, creating pipeline from the ground up and converting technical buyers into high-value n8n customers.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth:
Own your pipeline from scratch
- Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events.
- Own opportunities through the sales cycle, engaging technical buyers including Developers, DevOps, IT leaders, and CTOs.
- Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, translating n8n’s capabilities into clear business value.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure a smooth path from evaluation to onboarding
Hit activity benchmarks that drive pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) and self-sourced opportunities created, treating prospecting as a daily discipline.
Think like a territory owner, not just a closer
- Continuously refine your outbound approach based on conversion data (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity rates) to improve territory performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📈 B2B SaaS sales experience: You have 3+ years of experience in a Mid-Market Account Executive or similar B2B SaaS sales role.
- 🏆 Top-performing track record: You have demonstrated success as a top performer, including a track record of performing within the top 10% of your sales team.
- 🎯 Hunter mindset: You have a proven track record of generating your own pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound prospecting.
- 🤝 Technical sales experience: You’ve successfully closed technical deals and are comfortable selling to Developers, DevOps, IT teams, CTOs, and other technical stakeholders.
- 🧪 Complex evaluations: You have experience navigating proof-of-concept and technical evaluation processes from initial interest through to close.
- 🚀 Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re comfortable taking ownership, building from a blank page, and finding creative ways to unlock opportunities.
- ⚡ Startup adaptability: You thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment where priorities evolve and autonomy is expected.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🛠️ Developer ecosystem experience: You have experience selling open-source products, developer tools, or within a product-led growth company.
- 🌱 Scale-up experience: You’ve worked in a Series A–C startup and understand what it takes to build repeatable processes while moving quickly.
- 🌎 LATAM experience: You’re fluent in Spanish and/or have experience selling into or working with the LATAM market.
Why join us?
At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully defined territory and simply running an existing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to build your market, create your own pipeline, win technical customers, and directly influence how we scale our Mid-Market sales motion in the US.
You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

An overview of this role
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer with deep expertise in Site Reliability, Backend, or Platform Engineering to help shape the next phase of
GitLab Dedicated
, our fully managed single-tenant SaaS offering. This highly influential technical leadership role will set direction for how we scale a growing fleet of isolated, customer-specific environments while maintaining the reliability, security, and compliance our customers depend on.
You’ll lead platform and operating-model transformation across resilience and failover, tenant orchestration, change management, self-service tooling, and platform integrations. You’ll also help align Dedicated with GitLab’s evolution toward more modular and cell-based architectures, strengthen service ownership, and establish scalable patterns that reduce operational complexity. As a Principal Engineer, you’ll influence across teams, guide complex technical decisions, mentor senior engineers, and help raise the technical maturity of the platform as we scale.
What you will do
Set technical direction for GitLab Dedicated, shaping architecture and platform strategy as we scale a growing fleet of isolated, single-tenant environments.
Lead platform transformations across resilience, failover, tenant orchestration, change management, self-service tooling, and platform integrations.
Drive scalable, modular architecture that aligns Dedicated with GitLab’s broader
Cells
strategy while preserving its security, isolation, and compliance requirements.
Strengthen service ownership and operational maturity, helping engineering teams build, operate, and improve the production systems they own.
Identify and address systemic reliability and scalability risks using production signals, incident patterns, and architectural insight.
Establish reusable platform patterns and automation that reduce operational toil and allow Dedicated to scale efficiently.
Lead complex technical decisions across teams, balancing reliability, security, cost, maintainability, and customer needs.
Advance engineering excellence across the organization through architectural leadership, mentorship, and influence with senior engineers and engineering leaders.
What you will bring
Deep expertise in Site Reliability, Platform, Infrastructure, or Backend Engineering, with experience designing and operating large-scale production systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, infrastructure as code, and modern production engineering practices.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production systems or infrastructure tooling in languages such as Go, Ruby, Python, or similar.
Strong distributed systems and systems-design expertise, with sound judgment around reliability, failure isolation, scalability, and operational complexity.
A track record of technical leadership across multiple teams, setting direction and driving complex initiatives through influence.
Experience leading significant platform or infrastructure transformations, including modernization, modularization, or scaling systems through major growth.
Experience leading changes that improve how engineering teams own and operate production systems, strengthening reliability, operational readiness, and accountability at scale.
Exceptional technical communication and influence, with the ability to build alignment, mentor senior engineers, and guide complex architectural decisions.

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to own one of our most important integration domains — either our
ad platform integrations
(Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta) or our
CRM integrations
(Salesforce, HubSpot, and the vertical systems our customers run their businesses on).
These integrations are where CallRail's data becomes real value for customers: closing the loop between a phone call and the ad that drove it, or pushing conversation intelligence into the system a sales team actually works in. You'll
lead the strategy for your domain
and own that surface end to end, and
partner with the other integrations PM on the shared patterns
— data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — so the portfolio stays coherent.
Your integrations are also the foundation other teams build on — including
Voice Assist
, where what our AI agents can do for a customer depends directly on what your integrations can read and write.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely
AI-fluent
— both in how they work and in what they build. The integration landscape is changing fast: platforms are exposing agent-accessible interfaces, customers expect setup and mapping to be intelligent rather than manual, and the PMs who move fastest are the ones using AI as a daily tool rather than a talking point. You don't need to be an ML engineer. You do need to reach for AI first and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't.
This role suits a self-motivated PM who thrives at both setting product direction and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results with engineering.
What You'll Do
Own your integration domain
Define and own some of our largest core integrations, aligning them with business goals, customer needs, and strategic partnerships.
Take the integrations customers already depend on past MVP — fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make them genuinely good rather than merely connected.
Own how customers experience your domain: how they discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot the integrations you're responsible for.
Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Lead the strategy
Lead the product strategy for your integration domain — synthesizing input from Partnerships, business strategy, and customer signal into a clear point of view, and driving alignment on it across the org.
Partner with the other integrations PM on the shared design patterns every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — and make sure the next integration is cheaper to build than the last.
Stay current with partner platform roadmaps and the shifting privacy and measurement landscape, and bring a point of view on what it means for our customers.
Bring AI into the product
Identify where AI meaningfully improves the integration experience — intelligent field mapping, automated setup and diagnostics, enriched data pushed into partner systems, self-healing syncs — and build the case for what's worth investing in.
Shape how CallRail's integration data is consumed by AI agents and assistants, as customers increasingly expect their systems to be queryable and actionable by AI rather than only by humans.
Know the difference between an AI feature that holds up in production and one that demos well, and be willing to say so.
Prioritize and measure
Monitor success metrics, product health, and user feedback, and use them to continuously refine your domain.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Keep the unglamorous half of integration work — bugs, migrations, reliability — visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Cross-functional
Partner with other product teams whose features depend on your integrations — most often
Voice Assist
, where the quality of a CRM or scheduling integration directly determines what our AI agents can actually do for a customer. Treat your domain as a platform other teams build on, and sequence your roadmap accordingly.
Work closely with
Product Design
on the integration experience — setup and authentication flows, field mapping, error and reconnection states — where most of the design difficulty is in making genuinely complex configuration feel simple.
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption of new integrations.
Close the loop with Support — turn ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them answers and workarounds in the meantime.
Represent the integrations domain in planning cycles, executive updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
5+ years of product management experience
, with 2+ years focused on integrations, partner ecosystems, or platform-oriented work.
Demonstrated AI fluency in your day-to-day practice.
You use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, competitive analysis, spec drafting, data exploration, and prototyping — and you can speak specifically about what you've changed in how you work, not just which tools you've tried.
A track record of shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end—CRMs, ad platforms, marketing automation, analytics, or communication tools.
Martech experience is preferred.
Strong technical fluency.
You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, and scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator. Deep API design experience isn't required, but you need to know this territory well enough to make good calls about rate limits, sync behavior, and failure modes.
Proven ability to manage complex product surfaces across partner APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data syncing.
Experience building product surfaces that
other product teams depend on
— negotiating roadmaps with peer PMs, making commitments you can keep, and saying no in a way that keeps the relationship intact.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers. We flex to optimize how the team works best together.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Integration decisions live or die by how well they're documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with
ad platform measurement
— offline conversion imports, value-based bidding, consent and privacy changes, and how signal loss affects attribution.
Hands-on experience with
CRM data models and lifecycle
— lead and contact objects, custom fields, activity logging, and the realities of syncing into a customer's existing workflow.
Experience shipping an AI-powered feature to production and owning its quality, cost, and evaluation over time.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Experience in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
Background working with public APIs and/or developer experience tools.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we're actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring integration data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail's platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you'll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We're looking for evidence that you've already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
Additional Perks

About Nysonian
Nysonian is a $250 million dollar consumer products company built around two brands:
NOBL
and
Flo Pilates
. We grew revenue 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the US-based business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences.
NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea: travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience — from seamless organization and easy access, to tracking, connectivity, and protection.
Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences.
Across both brands, we're building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We're looking for builders who want autonomy, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale.
The Opportunity
Nysonian is hiring a Head of Paid Media to own acquisition performance across NOBL and Flo, personally managing paid channels at scale and driving profitable growth. This role reports to Daniel (Co-CEO) and works closely with the performance creative and data teams.
What You'll Own
Hands-on media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin; Launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and making spending decisions daily across all brands.
Landing-page creation and testing: turning campaign insights into page variants tailored to specific ads, audiences, and offers. You'll execute this yourself, not request it from others.
Deep account analysis: connecting ad performance to landing-page behavior, conversion data, and funnel dynamics to diagnose what's working and what's broken.
Hypothesis development and testing: forming your own theories about platform dynamics and account optimization, then running live tests to validate them.
Scaling strategy and execution: determining how much incremental spend each channel and campaign can absorb, where to redirect budget, and when to cut or consolidate.
Performance monitoring and autonomous decision-making seven days a week. Accounts need attention on weekends, and you won't hand off buying responsibility because it's Saturday.
Skills & Qualifications
Recent, hands-on media-buying experience: you personally launched, analyzed, and scaled campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. A management title or big brand on your résumé doesn't count—we need evidence you did the actual work.
Personally managed at least $1 million per month in media spend that you controlled directly.
Direct-response copywriting and landing-page creation: you've written hooks, offers, objections, and proof points, and built and tested landing-page variations yourself.
Deep Meta knowledge and obsessive attention to platform dynamics, including original thinking about campaign structure, targeting, and scaling approaches.
Strong analytical foundation: you understand CAC, new-customer ROAS, attribution limits, and how to move beyond "ROAS is down" to diagnose root causes.
Ability to connect acquisition performance to creative, offers, funnels, and landing pages—you see the full customer journey, not just ad-account metrics.
AI workflow already in active use: you have a demonstrated, concrete workflow showing how AI helps you analyze, write, build, or test faster.
Comfort with autonomy and influence: you propose the next move, don't wait for us to decide it.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
You've never personally created and tested landing pages yourself, or you treat landing-page, copy, and offer improvements as someone else's responsibility.
You stop analyzing at "ROAS is down" and can't dig through the ad, page, and conversion process to identify the likely problem and recommend a specific change.
You wait for direction on what to test or where to adjust spending instead of proposing priorities yourself and expecting to execute on your own call.
You won't personally manage the accounts on weekends or you view this as a nine-to-five role where account coverage ends Friday.
Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $200,000 to $250,000. This role also offers a performance-based bonus tied to business impact (OTE $300-350k).

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Customs Specialist, you’ll keep ICEYE’s goods moving compliantly across the world.
You'll drive the customs compliance and documentation that keeps ICEYE's satellites moving smoothly between Finland, the EU and our sites worldwide. That means classifying goods correctly, applying the right customs procedures, and making sure every shipment clears without unnecessary delay or cost.
You'll work closely with the Freight Forwarding Manager to plan how goods travel by road, air and sea, and use your knowledge of trade agreements and preferential origin rules to reduce duty and landed cost wherever possible.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own day-to-day customs clearance across the EU: release for circulation, outward/inward processing, transit (T1, T2, TIR), customs warehousing, bonded storage and temporary admission.
- Maintain HS/Taric classification and customs valuation for both supplier-sourced and in-house manufactured goods.
- Spot risks in international shipments early and resolve them before they reach destinations.
- Understand and apply Incoterms with confidence, allocating cost, risk and responsibility correctly across every lane.
- Prepare for and take part in customs audits, and help strengthen the internal audit and control programme.
- Run Binding Tariff Information (BTI) applications regularly and keep the resulting rulings current.
- Write clear SOPs that colleagues can follow without you having to explain them.
- Pursue free trade agreement benefits (preferential origin, EUR.1, statements on origin, REX registration) and maintain the supplier declaration chain.
- Track and report the impact of your work: duty avoided, duty recovered and landed cost reduced.
- Contribute to Freight Forwarding strategy across road, air and sea, flagging where routing, mode or documentation choices affect customs treatment or cost.
- Recognise dangerous goods shipments (IATA DGR, ADR, IMDG) and check the required documentation.
- Support material flow between ICEYE's Espoo site and our sites worldwide, reconciling physical goods against ERP, WMS and TMS records.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (MUST HAVES):
- A track record of reducing duty and landed cost through preferential origin, free trade agreements, relief or suspension regimes, or classification and valuation work, with results you can point to.
- Working knowledge of rules of origin and the origin documentation regime, including supplier declarations.
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding across road, air and sea, including how transport is planned in each mode.
- Professional-level Finnish in addition to English.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn more and take full ownership over your scope of work
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with EU and US trade compliance (dual-use Regulation (EU) 2021/821, EAR and ITAR, denied party screening).
- Hands-on freight forwarding experience earlier in your career.
- Warehousing, inbound and outbound operations experience.
- IATA DGR, ADR or IMDG certification.
- Practical use of the EU free trade agreement network on lanes relevant to the aerospace or aviation industries.
- Experience with defence and government customers, especially in a fast-scaling manufacturing environment.

ABOUT OPENAI
OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company committed to ensuring that artificial general intelligence (AGI) benefits all of humanity. We push the boundaries of AI capabilities while prioritising safety, responsible use, and human needs. Our mission requires a team that represents a diversity of perspectives, voices, and experiences.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Like every team at OpenAI, the Marketing team contributes directly to our mission of responsible and widespread AI adoption.
The EMEA B2B Marketing team translates global priorities into regionally relevant programmes that drive awareness, consideration, pipeline, adoption, and long-term customer trust. We partner closely with Sales and GTM, Product Marketing, Developer Marketing and Relations, Field and Executive Marketing, Content, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Comms, Creative, Media, Marketing Operations, and regional leadership.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an FTC B2B Influencer Marketing Lead, EMEA to build and scale OpenAI’s influencer marketing capability across knowledge workers (KW), business decision-makers (BDMs), and developer audiences.
You will own the strategy and hands-on delivery across multiple European markets (working closely with in-market comms & marketing team), with the UK, France, and Germany as the first priorities. You will develop local creator networks, translate regional and global priorities into market-relevant programmes, and build a portfolio that balances sustained creator relationships with high-impact moments around products, campaigns, and events.
This is a zero-to-one builder role as much as an ecosystem and operating-model role. You will create the capability from the ground up: building on the early foundations we have in place, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, securing internal alignment, building the creator and agency network, establishing the operating model, and proving what works before scaling it. You will work with existing agencies, identify and onboard new specialist partners where we have capability or market gaps, partner with PHD to amplify the strongest influencer content, and create the goals, processes, reporting, and success measures needed to run the programme with speed, quality, and accountability. You will partner closely with the B2C influencer lead to define and evolve the measurement framework.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own the EMEA B2B influencer marketing strategy across KW, BDM, and developer audiences, setting clear audience, market, channel, investment, and outcome priorities.
- Build a credible bench of developer creators, technical educators, open-source voices, AI builders, and community leaders across Europe, and design programmes that genuinely help developers learn, evaluate, and build.
- Develop differentiated creator plans for the UK, France, and Germany, balancing regional consistency with local language, culture, platform behaviour, regulation, and audience expectations.
- Source, evaluate, and build durable relationships with creators who have genuine authority with our priority audiences. Own outreach, briefing, negotiation, contracting, content development, activation, and relationship management.
- Design curated creator programmes and high-value experiences that deepen relationships over time—such as briefings, product access, learning sessions, roundtables, community moments, and co-created formats—turning the strongest creators into long-term strategic partners rather than one-off campaign participants.
- Build an always-on creator portfolio alongside launch, event, and campaign activations, choosing the right mix of tutorials, product demonstrations, thought leadership, executive content, social posts, newsletters, podcasts, video, and community formats.
- Work with existing influencer and marketing agencies to raise the quality and pace of delivery. Identify capability gaps and lead the selection, onboarding, and management of new specialist agencies, including developer-native and market-specific partners.
- Partner closely with our media agency to build paid amplification strategies for high-performing creator content, including audience targeting, usage rights, creator whitelisting where appropriate, testing, optimisation, and clear organic-versus-paid performance readouts.
- Partner with our Performance Marketing and Growth teams to develop bespoke influencer content that drives measurable performance and business growth.
- Operationalise the end-to-end influencer process across intake, creator discovery, due diligence, brand-safety review, scopes of work, contracting, approvals, disclosure and compliance, content calendars, asset management, localisation, paid rights, and post-campaign learning.
- Set programme and campaign goals upfront. Build a measurement framework that connects creator activity to meaningful audience and business outcomes rather than relying on vanity metrics.
- Define and report a balanced scorecard by audience and objective, including qualified reach, audience relevance, engagement quality, content completion and saves, traffic, product education, developer activation, adoption signals, and pipeline influence where measurement is appropriate.
- Establish regular reporting and performance reviews with clear recommendations on which creators, formats, platforms, markets, and investments to scale, improve, or stop.
- Manage budgets, agency scopes, creator fees, usage rights, and production investment, making disciplined trade-offs and improving efficiency over time.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Developer Marketing and Relations, Comms, Creative, Legal, Privacy, Brand, Media, regional marketers, and GTM teams to ensure content is technically accurate, locally relevant, compliant, and useful to the audience.
- Bring creator and community insight back into OpenAI, helping teams understand emerging voices, platform shifts, audience questions, content opportunities, and risks across the European influencer ecosystem.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- OpenAI has a strong, trusted network of B2B and developer creators across Europe, with meaningful depth in the UK, France, and Germany.
- Priority creators progress from individual activations into sustained, mutually valuable partnerships, supported by curated programmes and experiences that increase trust, product understanding, and advocacy over time.
- Developer influencer marketing becomes a repeatable growth and education channel, supported by a healthy pipeline of credible creators and technically valuable content.
- Teams and agencies use a clear, efficient operating model with defined ownership, faster approvals, strong compliance, reusable tools, and fewer one-off processes.
- Organic creator programmes and PHD-led paid amplification work as one system, with transparent performance, learning, and investment decisions.
- Leadership has a reliable view of goals, spend, creator health, market coverage, results, and the programme’s contribution to audience and business outcomes.
YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, B2B content, developer marketing, or an adjacent discipline, including substantial ownership of influencer programmes.
- Are deeply plugged into the European creator economy and bring an existing network of relevant creators, agents, managers, platforms, and specialist agencies—particularly in technology, AI, SaaS, developer tools, or adjacent categories.
- Have a proven track record of building influencer programmes for developer or highly technical audiences. You understand the difference between broad technology reach and genuine developer credibility.
- Have taken an influencer or creator programme from zero to one, moving from an ambiguous brief to a working strategy, partner ecosystem, operating model, measurement framework, and repeatable programme.
- Have built curated creator programmes and experiences that develop long-term strategic partnerships, with evidence that sustained relationship-building improved content quality, creator loyalty, audience trust, or business impact.
- Can also develop effective creator strategies for knowledge workers and business decision-makers, matching the creator, message, format, and platform to the audience and commercial objective.
- Have operated across multiple European markets and understand how to adapt strategy and execution for the UK, France, and Germany. Fluent English is required; French and/or German is a strong advantage.
- Have directly managed agencies and creator partners, including selection, onboarding, briefing, negotiation, contracting, production, usage rights, paid amplification, and performance management.
- Understand the mechanics and economics of organic and paid creator distribution, and can partner effectively with a media agency to turn strong content into scaled, measurable campaigns.
- Are analytically strong and comfortable setting goals, designing measurement approaches, reading performance data, and making clear recommendations when attribution is imperfect.
- Combine strong editorial and technical judgement with operational rigour. You can protect creator authenticity while maintaining accuracy, brand safety, compliance, and message integrity.
- Are both strategic and hands-on: comfortable setting the direction, building the system, finding the creator, improving the brief, resolving an approval issue, and getting the programme live.
- Build trust quickly across creators, agencies, marketers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders, and communicate clearly when priorities, evidence, or trade-offs are contested.
- Are energised by AI and motivated to help developers, businesses, and knowledge workers across Europe understand and adopt transformative technology responsibly.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often specialists and medical services are overwhelmed with referrals and the painstakingly manual process it takes to qualify your referral prevents them from getting around to it on time, or sometimes at all. Tennr prevents these delays and denials by making sure every referral gets where it needs to go, with the right info, at the right time. Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own design for the operational workflows where healthcare ops teams spend their day.
You’ll lead work end-to-end: discovery with customers, problem framing, systems-level design, and shipping + iterating closely with PM and engineering. You prototype in Figma and in code, and you optimize for fast learning and real user impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own design for operational workflows used daily by ops teams; improve their speed and accuracy.
- Lead discovery (interviews, shadowing, usability testing) and turn insight into decisions.
- Design scalable patterns for dense, multi-state operational workflows.
- Iterate quickly from concept → production; test, learn, refine.
- Use and extend Tennr’s design system components and document new design patterns.
- Communicate rationale clearly to a variety of stakeholders, including product and engineering teams, internal leadership, and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years product design experience; strong craft on complex desktop web products.
- Comfortable owning research directly; credible with customers.
- Systems thinker (workflows, states, patterns) with strong product judgment.
- Proven ability to ship, iterate, and make tradeoffs.
- Design-systems experience.
- Technical fluency to collaborate on feasibility and prototype in code.
- Strong writing + verbal communication; ownership mindset.
- Excited about improving healthcare operations.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.

- 100% paid employee health benefit options

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About Nysonian
Nysonian is a 9-figure consumer products company built around two brands:
NOBL
and
Flo Pilates
Nysonian is hiring a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to own the end-to-end design of our digital product experiences — app, web, and subscription/account flows — across NOBL and Flo Pilates.
This role reports to VP of eCommerce and works closely with eCommerce, engineering, and brand creative.
What You'll Own
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for digital product experiences — from early concept and wireframes through high-fidelity design and shipped product — across web, app, and connected hardware interfaces (Flo Pilates).
Own the design system and component library, ensuring consistency and speed of execution as both brands scale.
Translate ambiguous product and business problems into clear, tested design solutions — running (or partnering closely on) user research, usability testing, and iteration based on real usage data.
Partner directly with engineering to ensure design intent survives implementation, and with product management to shape roadmap priorities from a user-experience lens.
Balance two brands with distinct customer bases and product types (physical/travel vs. connected fitness/subscription) without diluting either brand's design identity.
Mentor or provide design direction to other designers/contractors as the team grows.
Skills & Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in product design (UI/UX) for consumer-facing digital products, ideally at a DTC, subscription, or connected-hardware company.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership — from research and problem framing through shipped, measurable outcomes, not just polished mockups.
Experience designing for both web and mobile app, and comfort designing for connected hardware/IoT product experiences is a plus.
Fluency with modern design tooling — e.g. Figma, FigJam, Framer, or similar for prototyping — and analytics/testing tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Maze, Hotjar) to validate design decisions with data.
Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale.
Comfortable working daily with LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — for research synthesis, copy drafting, rapid prototyping, or workflow acceleration. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should already have this in your workflow, not be learning it on the job.
Prior experience designing for two distinct brands or product lines simultaneously is a plus.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
You're primarily a visual/UI designer without research, testing, or data-informed iteration experience — this role requires owning outcomes, not just interfaces.
You need a mature, fully-built design system and established design ops to plug into — this is being built and refined as you go.
You're looking for heavy creative-review layers before shipping — this team expects senior designers to make and defend their own calls.
Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $130,000 to $160,000.
