- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Global Director Supply Chain
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS - THE MISSION
We are seeking a strategic, commercially and legally strong Director, Supply Chain Strategy to shape how ICEYE secures, de-risks and scales the supply base behind the world's largest multisensor satellite constellation.
You will own ICEYE's global supply chain strategy: how we assess and manage supplier risk, which suppliers we develop as long-term partners, and where we vertically integrate through partnerships, licensing, joint ventures or acquisitions. You will also define and own our supplier portal landscape, the digital backbone of how we collaborate with suppliers. Finally, you will own how ICEYE meets local content requirements, supporting our local entities as they select and onboard in-country suppliers.
This role is for a leader who moves comfortably between the boardroom and the engineering bench: credible with executives, investors and partners, and equally credible with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and supplier engineers.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defense and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
1. GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY
- Define and own ICEYE's global supply chain strategy, aligned with company, program and production roadmaps, and translate it into a multi-year plan with clear priorities, targets and KPIs.
- Establish and run a structured supplier risk assessment framework covering financial health, capacity, single and sole sourcing, geopolitical and export control exposure, security and compliance.
- Build and maintain a supplier risk heat-map across all critical commodities and suppliers, and use it to drive mitigation plans, dual sourcing and inventory strategies.
- Own supplier due diligence for new and strategic suppliers, including ownership and security screening, ESG and compliance checks, in close cooperation with Legal, Security and Quality.
- Lead supplier development programs that lift capability, quality and capacity of strategic suppliers, and grow a resilient, sovereign-capable supply base for defense and dual-use customers.
2. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & VENTURES
- Identify, evaluate and execute vertical integration opportunities where owning or controlling critical technologies, processes or capacity creates strategic advantage.
- Support the negotiation of long-term and strategic supply agreements, including pricing, capacity reservation, IP, liability, security and exit terms.
- Structure and negotiate license agreements and joint venture agreements with industrial and technology partners.
- Act as the M&A lead in the vertical integration domain: build the target pipeline, lead technical and operational due diligence, shape business cases and drive post-merger integration of acquired capabilities into the supply chain.
- Work closely with Corporate Development, Finance and Legal, and present recommendations to the executive team and board.
3. SUPPLIER PORTALS
- Define and own ICEYE's supplier portal strategy, roadmap and architecture.
- Lead the selection, implementation and continuous improvement of supplier portals for onboarding, qualification, forecasting, order collaboration, document exchange and performance scorecards.
- Ensure portals integrate with ERP and PLM, and meet ICEYE's information security and export control requirements.
- Drive supplier adoption and use portal data to improve visibility, risk monitoring and decision making.
4. LOCAL CONTENT & LOCAL SUPPLY
- Own ICEYE's approach to local content, industrial participation and offset requirements in customer programs and sovereign missions.
- Assess local content obligations early in bids and contracts, and translate them into sourcing plans with clear targets and tracking.
- Support ICEYE's local entities in identifying, assessing, selecting and onboarding local suppliers, applying ICEYE's risk assessment, due diligence and qualification standards.
- Develop local suppliers so they can meet ICEYE's technical, quality and security requirements, and integrate them into the global supply base and supplier portals.
- Report on local content performance and compliance to program teams, local entity leadership and customers.
5. LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
- Build, lead and develop a team of supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing and supplier management professionals, including managers.
- Define the operating model, workflows and governance for strategic sourcing and supply continuity across electronics, mechanical, electromechanical and specialty process categories.
- Develop hiring profiles, succession plans and long-term talent strategies to scale the organization.
- Foster a culture of urgency, technical rigor, proactive risk management and high accountability.
6. SECURING SERIAL SUPPLY CONTINUITY
- Partner with the Supply Chain Category Managers, who own category strategies and day-to-day supply continuity for serial production, and ensure the supply chain strategy actively supports their goals.
- Identify structural supply risks that category management alone cannot resolve, such as single and sole sources, capacity bottlenecks, obsolescence, technology dependencies and geopolitical exposure.
- Propose and execute structural solutions that secure continuous supply: strategic partnerships, long-term supply agreements, licensing, joint ventures, vertical integration and M&A.
- Build business cases with Category Management, Finance and Engineering that compare make, buy, partner and acquire options.
- Track how these initiatives improve supply security, lead-times and cost at rate.
7. SUPPORTING SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT
- Support the Supply Chain Category Managers, who own the relationships with suppliers in their categories, including executive-level engagement with strategic suppliers where needed.
- Bring the strategic view into supplier relationships: risk heat-map findings, due diligence results, supplier development needs and partnership or integration opportunities.
- Support Category Managers in negotiations that need long-term agreements, capacity commitments or partnership structures.
8. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & EXECUTIVE ALIGNMENT
- Act as the senior supply chain voice in executive, engineering, program management and manufacturing forums.
- Translate evolving technical and business requirements into executable supply chain strategies across electronics, mechanical and system-level builds.
- Communicate risks, mitigation plans and critical dependencies proactively to leadership and program teams.
9. RISK MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT-TO-PRODUCTION CONTINUITY
- Identify and mitigate risks to continuous supply, including component availability, obsolescence, material constraints, export limitations, supplier capacity and financial stability.
- Ensure supply risks are visible at program milestones and production readiness reviews (PRR).
- Drive early qualification of alternate components, materials, processes and sources.
- Ensure engineering and product teams understand how design decisions affect supply resilience, lead-times and cost at rate.
- Support Continuous Production Configurations with sourcing strategies that scale across electronics and mechanical domains.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- MBA and/or a law degree (LL.M. or equivalent), combined with a technical background, ideally a degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- 8+ years in supply chain, strategic sourcing or supply management roles in hardware-intensive industries, with 5+ years leading teams, including managers.
- Proven track record of defining and executing supply chain strategy, including supplier risk management, supplier due diligence and supplier development programs.
- Hands-on experience negotiating and structuring strategic supply agreements, license agreements and joint ventures, and supporting or leading M&A transactions, ideally in a vertical integration context.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contract law, including IP, liability, compliance and export control topics.
- Solid technical understanding of hardware supply chains.
- Experience defining and implementing supplier portals or supplier collaboration platforms integrated with ERP and PLM.
- Demonstrated success securing continuous supply in serial or rate production environments.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, commercial and cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in space, aerospace, defense or other regulated high-reliability industries.
- Familiarity with export control regimes (EU dual-use, ITAR/EAR) and security-cleared supply chains, and with local content, industrial participation or offset requirements in defense programs.
- Experience in corporate development, M&A advisory, strategy consulting or legal counsel for industrial transactions.
- Experience building supply chains across Europe, North America and Asia.

About the role
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions: modelling our data in dbt, defining the certified metrics the company runs on, and setting the standards that every analyst and data scientist at ElevenLabs builds.
- Drive the implementation of a world-class metric layer for the company: modelling conventions, project structure, testing, CI, and documentation.
- Design and maintain the certified KPI layer for product (activation, adoption, retention, usage), finance (billing, ARR, revenue), and company-wide topics, built to withstand audit scrutiny.
- Partner with Data Engineering on evolving the data warehouse architecture, and with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into trusted, reusable data products, including data served through AI agents.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer, ideally as one of the first analytics engineers on a growing team.
- Expert knowledge of dbt and advanced SQL (required); strong grasp of dimensional modelling, grain, and incremental patterns.
- Proficiency across the modern data stack (BigQuery or similar warehouse, Python, BI tools such as Looker).
- Rigour around data quality: you test, document, and reconcile by default, and you spot a model that runs cleanly but is quietly wrong.
- Strong ability to understand varied stakeholder requirements, push back where needed, and translate them into generalised, well-documented models.
Bonus:
- Experience modelling billing, subscription and ARR data (Stripe, Salesforce) or product event data at scale.
- Experience serving data to LLM-based agents or building semantic / metrics layers consumed by AI tools.
- Experience with CI for data (Slim CI, data contracts, PII policy tags) and infrastructure-as-code for warehouse access.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London and Warsaw.

About seQura
seQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers.
We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear, Repairs and Travel.
We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR.
Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.1/5.
About the role
🤓
We're looking for a
Senior Platform Engineer
to join our Platform team and help us build the platform that lets every engineer at seQura ship safely, quickly, and on their own.
seQura is expanding into new international markets, and the platform has to grow with it without growing its cost at the same pace. At the same time, AI is changing how infrastructure is built and run. We already put AI agents to work on our everyday platform work, from reviewing infrastructure changes and explaining plans to helping engineers resolve incidents on their own. Our goal is to go much further: independent agents working across the whole scope of the platform, with engineers who decide what matters and own the outcome.
You'll work in a cloud-native AWS environment, in a regulated fintech, where security, compliance, and reliability are part of the product we offer to the rest of engineering.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Platform team
🧩
Team Mission
To empower engineers with secure, efficient, and compliant infrastructure, while continuously improving through automation and collaboration.
What we own
Our multi-account
AWS
foundation and the
Kubernetes (EKS)
clusters where seQura's products run
Infrastructure as Code
with Terragrunt, delivered through pull requests and Atlantis
Deployment and GitOps tooling: Helm charts, shared deploy configuration, and CI/CD pipelines
The
observability
stack used across engineering: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
Security and compliance foundations: secrets management, access control, PCI DSS, and the controls required to operate regulated entities across multiple countries under regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and those still to come.
Internal developer tooling, including the AI agents and Claude Code plugins that engineers use to work with our platform on their own
How we work
We're enablers: internal teams are our customers, and we measure success by how much they can do without us
We're autonomous end-to-end: we code, deploy, observe, improve, and document what we build
Everything as code, everything through a pull request, everything reviewed, and every important decision written down in an ADR
Strong opinions, held weakly; collaborators over rock stars; blameless by default
We plan by quarter and choose initiatives by their impact on users and on the business
We work closely with every product engineering team, with Security, with the Data Platform team, and with Compliance.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
International expansion
: help seQura launch in multiple new markets, with the isolation, compliance, and reliability each one requires
AI-native platform
: move from AI that assists us to independent agents that operate across the whole scope of the platform, from infrastructure changes to support and incident response
Keeping up with open source in the AI era
: define new strategies to adopt, upgrade, and secure the open source software we depend on, now that it moves faster than ever
Scale without raising our baseline cost
: design the strategies that let the business keep growing while our base infrastructure cost stays flat
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1:
Learn the terrain 🧭
You'll join initiatives the team already has in motion, pairing with your teammates and shipping your first changes to production. You'll learn how we work, why we made the decisions we made, and what the rest of engineering expects from us.
By the end of the month: you've shipped to production and you know who to ask for what.
Month 2:
Own your first mission 🎯
We'll hand you an opportunity the team has already identified, and it's yours: from the technical design to running it in production. You'll keep discovering seQura along the way, and we'll be there whenever you need context.
By the end of the month: you've delivered an initiative end-to-end and you have your own opinion on where the platform should go next.
Month 3:
Shape what comes next 🚀
With more context, you'll be the one finding the opportunity. You'll talk with other teams to understand their friction, lead a cross-team initiative, and bring your own proposals to the planning of next quarter.
By the end of the month: part of next quarter's roadmap has your name on it.
What we are looking for🤝
Must have:
You've
designed and operated highly available distributed systems in production, and you've lived through what happens when they fail
: incidents, post-mortems, and the changes that made sure it didn't happen again
Proven experience
scaling infrastructure at a global scale
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS
,
Kubernetes
, and
Terraform
in production
A
product mindset
: you put users and the business at the center of your decisions, and you can explain why one initiative matters more than another
Hands-on experience working with AI agents in your daily engineering work
Agency: you don't wait for a ticket. You spot the problem, decide it's worth solving, bring people along, and own it until it runs in production
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments (PCI DSS, DORA, or similar)
Experience with Terragrunt, Atlantis, or GitOps workflows
Scripting or programming in Python, Go, or similar
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, the Elastic stack, or Tempo
Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
Experience building your own AI agents, skills, or automations for engineering teams
Experience being part of an on-call rotation

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenCreative brings together leading image and video models alongside our own audio models, so our users can make everything they need in one place. We are looking for someone to own our relationships with the model providers who make that possible, starting with video.
You will be the main point of contact for our model partners, help bring new models to ElevenCreative, and build partnerships that are good for our partners, our users, and our business. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.
This is a green-field role. You will define how we work with model partners as the ecosystem grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers.
- Identify and evaluate new partners and models to bring to ElevenCreative.
- Own the commercial side of our partnerships, working closely with finance.
- Drive marketing including joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing.
- Work with product and engineering to shape which models we offer and when.
- Support enterprise sales on partnership needs for large customers.
- Stay close to the generative video landscape and the models creators and marketers want next.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who combines strong partnership skills with sound commercial judgment. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company, ideally in AI or infrastructure.
- Have deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
- Are comfortable with numbers and can connect partnership decisions to business outcomes.
- Can manage several partner relationships at once and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Have worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
- Can operate with US and European timezone overlap, with flexibility for partners in Asia.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one.
BONUS
- Experience working with AI model or API providers.
- Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
- Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships.
LOCATION
This role is remote. The team operates across US and European time zones, so the ability to maintain meaningful overlap with both is important.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Our Global Sourcing team is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to help build the future of global finance at Payward. This is a high-bar role requiring extreme ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges in a fully remote, high-agency, async-first environment where speed and quality are the standard.
Main differentiators between this role and any other Sourcer role on the market:
- Managing uncertainty: Payward is at the forefront of the innovation spectrum. As such, you can expect to tackle roles that you have never heard about, with no prior experience, data or track record
- Subject matter expertise: We are building one interoperable stack connecting crypto, tokenized assets, and traditional markets. We are looking for experts in the fintech field, or deep thinkers able to bridge that gap quickly
- Pace: You will be expected to flex your sourcing skills across Tech, Non-tech and anything in between with a very quick turnaround, across different payzones and businesses under the Payward umbrella, including Kraken, Ninjatrader and Reap.
- Builder mentality: We are not looking for a plain executioner but someone that will contribute to building something new, awesome and cutting edge
- Team work: Our sourcing team’s track record is unprecedented - we provide velocity and quality to our pipelines through hard work, but always working as a team. We have no room for solo players or internal competition
In return, we offer the chance to leave a mark in one of the most innovative companies in the space as well as the opportunity to join a world-class and high-performance team. If you believe you have what it takes, continue reading below.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies
- Gather, organise and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying where target talent exists and sharing industry trends
- Collaborate with the broader sourcing team in leveraging best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods
- Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across a variety of disciplines, leveraging data to drive decision making and process improvement
- Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, etc.)
- Be an ambassador to Kraken/Payward, sharing our values and drive brand awareness in the market
- Participate in research projects and other initiatives which improve the infrastructure of hiring
WHAT YOU BRING
- Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product businesses against ruthless competition. Bonus points if you’ve hacked it in crypto, fintech or any product-driven org
- High craft - Ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies; strong expertise in boolean/X-ray sourcing
- High motor
- Scrappiness - you do not see problems but opportunities
- Strong product sense
- Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics
- High agency, strong bias for action, and the confidence to push boundaries, influence stakeholders, and close exceptional talent without compromise.
- Comfort in the chaos, thriving in ambiguity, owning your outcomes, and moving with urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting
- Ability to produce compelling market intelligence based on business and industry knowledge - Fintech/crypto understanding required.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

Are you a builder who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from talking to real users, and wants to turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into a product people actually rely on?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
NoPressure is an early-stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. We started by using AI-powered simulations to help people practice high-stakes workplace conversations. Now, we're exploring how agentic AI and real-world context can provide personalized, moment-of-need practice and support at work.
We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead to partner with our technical founder. This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define our vision and venture strategy. You’ll figure out who our ideal customer is, identify high-value use cases, and validate key hypotheses through rapid experimentation. Working alongside a small, fast-moving engineering team, you will shape both the product and how it gets to market, turning early signals into something organizations want to adopt.
Day to day, you will:
Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and deciding what to test and build first.
Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows, pain points, and behaviors.
Pinpoint the most compelling ideal customer profile (ICP) and initial use cases for growth.
Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes, and agentic experiences to test hypotheses before committing full engineering resources.
Establish clear metrics and evaluate commercial and behavioral evidence to decide whether to iterate, double down, or pivot.
Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition or sales motions to bring the product to initial customers.
Monitor market shifts, emerging agent architectures, and competitor developments to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the technical founder and engineering team to move quickly from ideas to shipped prototypes.
What you’ll bring
A builder mindset that favors quick prototypes and direct learning over waiting for perfect requirements.
Deep curiosity about how people build new skills and navigate challenging interactions at work.
Comfort operating with high autonomy, speed, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Strong discovery skills that separate genuine demand and observed behavior from polite validation.
Clear, direct communication skills for pitching to and working with senior decision-makers.
Strong collaboration habits when partnering closely with engineering teams on AI-native products.
What you’ll need
A Track record of taking products or ventures from initial ambiguity to launch and early market adoption.
Hands-on experience building, launching, or experimenting with AI/agentic products or emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales, positioning, or commercialization.
Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech, or behavior-change products.
The technical fluency required to evaluate agentic workflows and work directly alongside software engineers.
End-to-end ownership experience across strategy, discovery, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
What success looks like
In this role, success means rapidly turning market ambiguity into actionable direction. You will establish a validated ideal customer profile and high-value use cases through real user evidence rather than assumptions. You’ll build an experimental cadence that uncovers genuine demand early, helping the team ship an agentic AI experience that users regularly rely on and organizations actively invest in.
Why join JetBrains?

FinTech Client #
9, SD Solutions is looking for a
talented
QA
Engineer (Manual & Automation)
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
Responsibilities:
Test new features by hand, deeply: exploratory testing of long, multi-role flows (pricing, eligibility, documents)
Build and own automation: Playwright + TypeScript E2E and API tests, running in CI
Keep the suite trustworthy: hunt down flaky tests, maintain selectors and test data, keep regression fast
Own the release: run the QA board, test plans and regression, and give the go/no-go before every deploy
Investigate production issues: use Sentry, Datadog, and PostHog to find the error, the logs, and the user session, reproduce it, and hand developers a ticket they can fix right away
Requirements:
3–5 years in QA, with real, recent experience in both manual and automated testing
Hands-on test automation with Playwright in TypeScript or JavaScript
Comfortable with Git and CI (GitHub Actions or similar)
API testing experience (Postman, pytest or similar) and solid SQL to verify data directly in the database
A sharp eye for business-logic edge cases: states, roles, calculations, and flows that break halfway
Understanding of how a financial company works: money flows, compliance, and why one wrong number matters
Clear test plans, test cases and bug reports that a developer can act on without a follow-up question
Daily use of AI tools in QA work (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar) to write tests, generate data and find gaps
Detail-obsessed, and knows which details matter to the business
Confident saying “not ready,” and explaining why calmly, with evidence
Strong team player who works with developers, not against them
Proven remote work: has tested and shipped for years from a home office, communicates in writing by default, and does not need someone nearby to stay unblocked
Excellent English, written and live
Organized, independent, and quick to learn a complex domain
Advantages:
US mortgage industry experience
Built QA from scratch: planned how to cover a platform (test strategy, flows, regression scope) and ran it in Jira and Confluence
Performance testing (k6)
Security testing basics
Python
About the company:
A direct marketplace for whole-loan mortgage transactions, providing lenders and investors with smarter pricing, automated eligibility assessment, and end-to-end transaction management — built to modernize an industry still heavily reliant on manual processes. The R&D team is based in Israel and works closely with colleagues in the US. This is a fully remote, long-term B2B contractor role paid in EUR, with real ownership of QA processes, tools, and standards.

We are looking for a
Team Lead Software Engineer
(.NET)
.
Your main tasks will be:
Own delivery of the monolith-to-microservices modernization end-to-end — from legacy analysis through production release — with full visibility into pipeline status and risk.
Partner with Product and Architecture to review specs, map legacy dependencies, and turn that into estimates the team can actually hit.
Guide architectural decisions across .NET Core services, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and frontend integrations, and be the go-to for the hardest backend, data migration, and production incident calls.
Sharpen how the team works day-to-day — tighter task tracking in Jira, more accurate estimation, and a QA partnership that keeps bugs resolved fast and production stable.
Run regular 1-on-1s tied to real career goals, and drive the feedback and process changes that keep the team improving and engaged.
We expect from you:
Solid
.NET engineering background
with deep expertise in C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core.
Deep understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, the microservices pattern, message brokers (RabbitMQ), and
database design (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Redis).
Practical experience with legacy system modernization, monorepo-to-microservices refactoring, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to act as the technical escalation point for complex implementation, data migration, or performance issues.
Proven experience managing engineering teams — running 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and objective evaluations.
Strong track record in delivery management: task tracking in Jira, process discipline, and hitting internal deadlines with predictable releases.
Experience reviewing business specs, assessing technical feasibility, and providing high-level estimates — partnering closely with PM and product to keep engineering output aligned with product goals.

Workplace organization.
The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

- Support new company onboardings.
- Collaborate across teams on strategic initiatives.
👷 IMPROVING ALAN
Beyond member support, you will take ownership of strategic projects to help scale Care operations in Canada and improve the member experience.
You will:
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Insurance.
- Adapt existing Care processes from France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, and Belgium 🇧🇪 to the Canadian context.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy within a small team.
- Help shape onboarding, proactive support, and cross-functional improvements.
- Contribute to hiring and, optionally, mentor other Care team members.
