ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to help drive the adoption of Supabase across a diverse range of customers: from agile startups building towards their first launch to established brands with highly scaled workloads.
At Supabase, CSA’s are responsible for the entire customer journey, working closely with our most valuable users to:
1. Uncover and understand business and technical requirements.
2. Design and architect technical solutions built on the Supabase platform.
3. Work with customers to lead proof-of-value implementations.
4. Provide regular customer engagements to answer complex questions, unblock adoption, and optimize scaled performance.
Successful CSAs always put customers first, working closely with them to become trusted advisors who understand their needs, work as an extension of their team toward common success, and advocate on behalf of the customer within Supabase.
You'll be joining our team to support Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, where you will be expected to lead and innovate around the following areas of responsibility:
DISCOVERY
- Lead technical discovery to uncover business and technical objectives, set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform, and define the criteria for success, ensuring customers can receive the guidance they need to achieve it.
- Design, build, and present Supabase platform demonstrations to high-value customers. Leverage quality storytelling to present the value of the Supabase platform and of the entire Supabase Success team.
- Work directly with Growth team members to size deals, provide anticipated usage estimates, and identify potential workloads supported by the Platform.
PROOF-OF-VALUE ONBOARDING
- Collaborate directly with customers to determine the technical scope of a proof-of-value to ensure customers recognize the value of the Supabase platform while minimizing risk to adoption.
- Set proof-of-value timelines, business outcomes, and success criteria that ensure a customer is comfortable proceeding with the platform once a proof-of-value has been completed.
- Actively guide new customers through an onboarding journey, utilizing emails, docs, guides, and webinars to promote their rapid deployment and growth on the platform.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS
- Understand immediate custom goals (i.e onboard and adoption) as well as long-term customer opportunities (i.e. optimization & identifying new workloads) to build meaningful account plans for high-value customers.
- Deliver on synchronous and asynchronous engagements with Supabase customers, including application architecture assessments, database design and performance optimization, and proactive support to enable customers to scale with confidence.
- Serve as an internal champion for your customers and for the platform. Work closely with Support, Product, and Engineering to provide platform feedback, identify areas of improvement, while communicating platform roadmaps to customers.
- Invest in customer connections to build a trust-based relationship. Everyday CSA’s work with the production data stores of startups and enterprises alike. Building trust in the Success team and Supabase platform is paramount to a successful customer relationship.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar.
- Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Background in web application development, with familiarity with Python, C# and popular JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) as well as Node.js.
- Very strong communication skills, particularly of technical concepts. CSA’s at Supabase spend a significant amount of time translating business needs to technical outcomes, and technical concepts to organizational impact.
- Well-organized and effective storyteller with meaningful interpersonal skills. CSA’s often have to navigate multiple stakeholders with conflicting opinions, and the ability to effectively mediate this type of conflict is crucial.
- Experience with project management, business analysis and revenue operations tools. We use HubSpot, BigQuery etc., and familiarity with these platforms will help enable your success.
- Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements to deliver meaningful technical and business value.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
Location: Europe remote or London hybrid
THE ROLE:
Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. The largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar - it's whether admins, legal teams, and programme owners can actually stay in control.
We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own that layer end-to-end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open.
You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the bar on how we think about enterprise design problems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration - often dealing with ambiguity. You'll reach out to the right stakeholders, get the right eyes in the room, and make decisions independently.
- Design complex governance and compliance systems that give admins, legal teams, and compliance officers genuine control and transparency. Examples include:
- Permission models and role hierarchies that scale across thousands of creators without collapsing into chaos.
- Audit log experiences that make compliance auditable - not just for the system, but for the humans who need to understand what happened.
- Workspace setup and identity workflows that integrate with real enterprise infrastructure (SSO, SCIM, MCP).
- License and billing models that admins can actually understand and manage at scale.
- Analytics and reporting that tell admins whether their deployment is working as intended.
- Work with technical constraints and possibilities. You'll develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, developer hub patterns, and how backend systems shape what's actually achievable in the UX. You're not designing in isolation from engineering - you're designing in partnership with it.
- Drive pragmatic iteration. You'll scope ruthlessly, build POCs to get signal early, and iterate based on what you learn from enterprise customers.
- Set a design vision for our Enterprise surface and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent. As things scale across SSO, compliance, analytics, and billing, you're keeping the mental model consistent.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU BRING:
- Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces - ideally admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms, or other domains where system thinking matters.
- Technical fluency. You understand APIs, integrations, how services communicate, how widgets and developer hubs work. You can read a technical architecture doc and understand the constraints it creates for design. You don't need to be an engineer, but you think like one.
- Systems thinking: not just about interaction flows, but about enterprise systems. You understand how identity systems, compliance regimes, and scale constraints shape what's actually possible in the UX. You think in mental models and multi-step workflows, not single screens.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
- Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.
- The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role
We're looking for an Engineer to lead the design and development of Vercel's Financial Data Platform, the foundational system that powers revenue reporting, consumption-based billing, financial forecasting, and compliance across the business. This is a unique opportunity to architect the data infrastructure that Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations depend on to close the books accurately, forecast revenue with confidence, and scale with the business.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data Engineering, you'll define the technical vision for Vercel's financial data ecosystem, partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue leadership to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable systems, and build reliable, auditable pipelines using modern technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake.
You'll lead from the front, writing production-grade code, setting the bar for data accuracy and governance in a domain where correctness isn't optional, and mentoring a team of engineers as the function grows. If you're excited by the challenge of building financial-grade data systems that the business trusts for reporting, forecasting, and audit, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Design and implement a data platform that supports revenue recognition, consumption-based billing, and financial reporting across batch and real-time workloads, leveraging Kafka and streaming technologies to power real-time usage and billing pipelines feeding revenue and consumption forecasts.
Work directly with FP&A, Accounting, and RevOps to understand reporting requirements, close-cycle timelines, and forecasting needs, translating them into technical architecture and ensuring data availability and accuracy align with financial reporting deadlines, audit cycles, and board-level reporting needs.
Define and maintain guidelines for financial data ingestion, transformation, and storage, with a focus on auditability, lineage, and data integrity, while overseeing data modeling, ETL, and warehousing (ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake) to support low-latency analytics and reliable historical reporting.
Develop end-to-end solutions across the finance data stack, setting the example for engineering excellence in a high-accountability domain, and mentor engineers on both technical craft and the added rigor required when data feeds directly into financial statements.
Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure financial data pipelines meet SOX, SOC 2, and other regulatory requirements, and champion high availability, fault tolerance, and auditability through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning that balance efficiency, scalability, and the strict correctness requirements of financial systems, and evaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs across financial and billing tooling (e.g., ERP, billing, and revenue platforms).
Build the data infrastructure that translates raw usage into revenue, supporting the forecasting models Finance and GTM rely on for target-setting and reporting, and collaborate with data science and FP&A teams on forecasting, incrementality analysis, and revenue modeling at scale.
Act as a key decision-maker for evaluating and selecting data architectures and technologies critical to Vercel's financial operations, and establish a multi-phase roadmap for finance data platform maturity aligned with company growth and audit readiness.
About You
8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related field, with a track record of owning production data pipelines end-to-end.
Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures in a complex, fast-paced environment, with experience across Kafka and its ecosystem (e.g., Kafka Streams, Confluent Platform), ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake, and broader big data frameworks.
Prior experience building data pipelines that feed financial reporting, revenue recognition, billing, or consumption-based pricing models, with familiarity with financial/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) or billing platforms considered a strong plus.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services.
Strong background in data governance, security, and compliance, including direct experience supporting audit, SOX, or SOC 2 requirements, and a rigorous approach to data lineage and accuracy.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate financial and accounting requirements into technical architecture and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Finance and Audit leadership.
A leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive consensus, and advocate for best practices in high-accountability data environments.
Industry recognition or notable contributions in data engineering (e.g., published works, open-source contributions) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

We are looking for an Associate HR Analyst, to join the Human Resources team in Manila, supporting our APAC markets. This is an early-career position that plays a key operational role supporting our Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring our people processes run smoothly across multiple markets.
You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition (TA), People Service Delivery (PSD), and business leaders across the region, contributing to a seamless employee experience and helping turn people priorities into action. You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow-up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem-solving. It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Manila, with three days per week in the office.
What You Will Do
Hiring and Selection
Support the Regional HRBP in submitting hiring requests to TA through Workday
Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges
Onboarding and Offboarding
Coordinate and facilitate welcome meetings and inductions for new hires
Ensure hiring managers take an active role in a standardized onboarding and induction template, and contribute to the onboarding process where necessary
Conduct the scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key findings and flag risks to the Regional HRBP
Track onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal providers, and final payment follow-up
Conduct the exit interview for voluntary resignations and analyze exit surveys to flag risks or challenges to the Regional HRBP
Ensure all people movement events are processed accurately and on time in Workday
HR Employee Support
Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries related to employee relations, policies and procedures, performance, and compensation from employees and managers across APAC
Collaborate with PSD on complex employee queries related to other HR topics such as time-off requests and balances, Workday challenges, and more
Liaise with PSD on open Jira tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Actively contribute to the FAQ and knowledge base for recurring questions to reduce query volume over time, in partnership with the broader HR team
Engagement Plan Execution Support
Support the execution of the APAC Engagement Plan (Career Path Program, Recognition Program, AI and Automation initiatives)
Coordinate logistics for engagement activities: communications, scheduling, materials, and tracking
Assist in collecting and organizing data for engagement surveys and post-program follow-ups
HR Systems and Data Integrity (HRIS)
Own the accuracy of Workday organizational structures: positions, attributes, reporting lines, and job profiles
Perform regular audits to ensure all people movements (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are correctly reflected in the system
Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies
Prepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks
Support the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews
Maintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)
What We Are Looking For
Background
A degree in Human Resources (Human Resource Management), Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience
1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments (for example HR operations, HR generalist, or HRIS support)
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
Skills
Advanced English, written and spoken; most team communication is in English
Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides): advanced level required
AI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)
Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and building clean reports
What Will Set You Apart
High tolerance for ambiguity: you don’t need everything to be defined to take action
Dynamism: you shift context quickly and don’t lose quality when the pace picks up
Comfort with uncertainty: you see change as the norm, not the exception
Proactive communication: you flag issues before they become problems
Discretion: you handle sensitive information with care and sound judgment
Why Join Aleph
Real impact across APAC:
Your accuracy in Workday and your follow-through keep hiring, onboarding, and people movements running smoothly across multiple markets, and your insights help the Regional HRBP and business leaders decide what to do next.
A clear path into HR business partnering:
Learn the HRBP craft from the inside (employee relations, workforce planning data, leadership business reviews) with day-to-day exposure to the Director, HR Business Partners.
Collaborative, supportive team culture:
Work alongside Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Service Delivery colleagues in an English-speaking team that values proactive communication, discretion, and flagging issues early.
Modern tools and AI-forward work:
Build hands-on experience with Workday, Google Workspace, Jira, and AI tools, and help deliver AI and Automation initiatives as part of the APAC Engagement Plan.

You'll work with teammates who care deeply about candidate experience, thoughtful partnership, and inclusive hiring practices. The team values clear communication, strong market insight, and steady iteration in how we work. This role is especially important as GitLab continues to grow go-to-market teams in APJ, where strong regional knowledge and effective collaboration across time zones can help teams hire with more focus and confidence.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.
