MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
MinIO is looking for a senior partnership and business development executive to own a flagship strategic partnership end-to-end—commercially, operationally, and strategically—as it scales from initial agreement into a multi-year, multi-workstream engagement across the region's sovereign AI infrastructure landscape.
This is a high-visibility, single-account-depth role. You'll sit at the intersection of enterprise sales, channel/reseller strategy, and executive relationship management, with the credibility to operate comfortably at C-level on both sides.
What You Will Do
Own the day-to-day partnership relationship.
Act as the primary point of contact between MinIO and the partner's business and technical teams, keeping both sides aligned on commitments, priorities, and delivery milestones across the joint platform engagement.
Expand the commercial scope of the partnership.
Identify and negotiate opportunities to grow the relationship — new use cases, new regions, upsells, renewals, and expanded terms — building on the existing agreement.
Manage contract renewals and amendments.
Own the negotiation of contract renewals, amendments, and expanded commercial terms as the partnership evolves.
Build and maintain executive relationships.
Serve as the primary business point of contact for partner executives; keep leadership on both sides engaged and aligned on the health and direction of the partnership.
Drive partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Own quota or targets tied to pipeline and revenue generated through the partnership; work with sales to convert the relationship into closed business.
Run joint go-to-market execution.
Partner with marketing and sales to execute co-selling motions, joint offers, and campaigns — including reseller/channel activation — that activate the partnership commercially.
Manage ongoing partner operations.
Run recurring cadences with the partner — QBRs, roadmap syncs, escalation handling — and keep internal stakeholders informed of partnership status, risks, and commercial health.
Navigate reseller and channel dynamics.
Manage complexity across the partner ecosystem, ensuring commercial terms remain consistent with MinIO's broader channel strategy.
Translate partner needs into internal priorities.
Bring partner feedback and requirements back to product and engineering, and advocate for the resourcing needed to keep commitments on track — without owning the product roadmap yourself.
Track and report on partnership performance.
Define and report on KPIs for the partnership — pipeline generated, revenue closed, deployment milestones hit, and overall partnership health — to regional and global leadership.
Represent MinIO externally.
Represent MinIO alongside the partner at industry events (including flagship regional events such as LEAP), conferences, and executive briefings to strengthen the partnership's visibility in the market.
Your Skills and Experience
15–20 years of collective experience across sales, presales, channel/alliances, and business development, ideally within infrastructure, data, or AI/ML companies — with a meaningful portion of that in a strategic partnership or key-account ownership capacity.
Deep, demonstrated familiarity with the Saudi Arabia enterprise technology and sovereign-AI/government-adjacent ecosystem — national AI infrastructure initiatives and the broader Vision 2030 digital infrastructure landscape.
A track record of managing and growing an existing strategic partnership at scale — expanding scope, renewing and amending contracts, and increasing revenue over multi-year horizons.
Comfort owning commercial terms and contract negotiations directly (MSAs, NFRs, exclusivity, revenue share, reseller structures), with support from legal as needed.
Strong working knowledge of object storage, data infrastructure, or AI/ML ecosystems — enough to speak credibly with technical stakeholders on topics like sovereign AI infrastructure, inference/training data pipelines, and platform architecture, even though this is not a hands-on technical role.
Demonstrated success managing a partner relationship that drove measurable pipeline or revenue growth over time.
Excellent relationship-building and executive communication skills — fully comfortable in the room with C-level partners and government-adjacent stakeholders.
Experience with co-selling motions, joint go-to-market execution, channel/reseller management, and partner enablement.
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with a professional communication style suited to the Gulf enterprise and government context.
Based in Riyadh; willing to travel regionally to partner sites, conferences, and industry events as needed.

We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Product Operations Manager (Design), you will sit within Mistral's Product Operations function, with a focus on streamlining the operations of the design team. You will own how the Design team operates as a system — its cadences, its rituals, its coordination, and the connective tissue that lets designers focus on design. This role exists because a design org at our scale needs someone whose full-time job is the operating system itself: defining it, holding it, and continuously tuning it so the team runs with a heartbeat rather than on ad-hoc heroics.
You will own the team's weekly and quarterly cadences — from leadership syncs to planning, retros, and share-outs — and establish how we track work, surface it outward, and make decisions. You'll design the forums where decisions get made and recorded, keep the rituals that create alignment, and aggressively cut the ones that are just overhead.
Equally, you are the bridge across the org. You will coordinate the interlocks between Brand and Marketing for upcoming launches, and between Product and Product Design for the build pipeline — so interdependencies are understood and planned for, not discovered at the last minute. You will partner closely with marketing, PMs, engineering, GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping before it ships.
This is a team-of-one role with a founding design-ops mentality. You will build the discipline from scratch, automate repetitive coordination with AI where it helps, and coordinate people where it matters. You report to the Head of Product Operations, working day-to-day with the Head of Design and the design team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define the operating system of the design team — the cadences, forums, rituals, and source-of-truth that keep the team aligned and moving forward.
- Own the weekly and quarterly cadences, from leadership syncs and critiques to planning, retros, and headcount-cycle inputs.
- Coordinate the Brand × Marketing and Product × Product Design interlocks so design work is surfaced with enough lead time and dependencies are planned, not discovered late.
- Establish how the team tracks and shares out work — a single source of truth for status, and the forums where design is made legible to the rest of the org.
- Design and hold decision-making forums so decisions get made, recorded, and not relitigated.
- Separate ritual from overhead — keep the cadences that create alignment and cut the ones that are just tax.
- Automate repetitive coordination, reporting, and tracking with AI so the team spends time on design, not admin.
- Bring the wider Product Operations toolkit to the design team — data and analytics for transparent reporting, structured feedback loops and early-access programmes, and launch coordination that aligns design work with product release cycles and go-to-market timing.
- Partner with marketing, PMs, engineering and GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience in design operations, product operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff role within a creative or product organization.
- A founding design-ops mindset — you've built operational disciplines from scratch, not just maintained inherited ones.
- Comfortable automating with AI tools to remove repetitive overhead, while equally skilled at coordinating people and building coalitions without authority.
- Strong systems thinking — you design repeatable rhythms and processes, not just run meetings.
- Design literacy — enough background to have felt the pain designers feel and to be credible with the team.
- A make-it-happen attitude: positive, bias to action, unblocks rather than escalates.
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills — you turn scattered signals into a shared source of truth.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define your own scope in a role with no playbook and no team to delegate to.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Engineering Manager, Production Engineering - Observability
An overview of this role
You'll lead the globally distributed Observability team. The team builds and operates the metrics, logging, alerting, and capacity planning platforms that GitLab engineers use to understand
GitLab.com
and GitLab Dedicated. You'll help determine how the team collects, stores, queries, and acts on telemetry, balancing reliable signals with scale and cost.
In your first year, you'll guide improvements to Prometheus-based metrics pipelines, log ingestion and retention, alerting driven by service-level objectives (SLOs), and capacity forecasting. You'll work with Site Reliability Engineering, Product Engineering, and other Infrastructure Platforms teams to make it easier for engineers to observe the services they own. You'll also take part in incident response and help keep the team's on-call work sustainable.
What you’ll do
Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a distributed engineering team working asynchronously.
Set priorities with Site Reliability Engineering, Product Engineering, and GitLab Dedicated teams, and help the team deliver observability services iteratively.
Own the reliability, scalability, and cost of the team's metrics, logging, alerting, and capacity planning platforms.
Reduce noisy or missing alerts and telemetry gaps, and use SLOs, error budgets, and self-service instrumentation to help engineers maintain the health of their services.
Guide technical decisions about time-series storage, high-cardinality metrics, log pipelines, and distributed tracing.
Participate in the Incident Manager On Call (IMOC) rotation, coordinating the response to high-severity incidents affecting
GitLab.com
.
Keep the team's on-call rotation sustainable through coverage across time zones, useful runbooks, better alerts, and follow-through on post-incident actions.
Use AI tools and agents to support engineering workflows and incident triage, reviewing their output while engineers retain responsibility for decisions.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading an observability, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering team operating at scale, including supporting people in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
Technical knowledge of metrics systems such as Prometheus and long-term storage, logging platforms such as Elasticsearch or cloud-native services, and alerting design.
Experience using SLOs, error budgets, and capacity forecasts to make reliability and investment decisions.
Experience operating a large software-as-a-service platform and investigating production issues such as telemetry gaps, ingestion limits, or noisy and missing alerts.
Experience participating in and improving production on-call rotations, including incident coordination and balancing operational load with project work.
The ability to explain technical tradeoffs to engineering partners and other stakeholders.
Experience using AI tools or agents in engineering or management work; you can describe how you would apply them to operational problems such as incident triage.
We welcome different paths into this role, whether through practical experience, formal study, or transferable skills. If the work interests you, please apply even if you don't meet every qualification.
About the team
We're part of Production Engineering within Infrastructure Platforms and work asynchronously across regions. Our tools include Tamland, the capacity forecasting tool. We bring lessons from operating GitLab's production systems back into the platforms we build.
