What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.

What You Will Do:

Technical Architecture and Discovery: Lead technical discovery with customers and partners to understand their business goals, application requirements, data architecture, infrastructure constraints, and success criteria. Define scalable AIStor architectures that map directly to those requirements.
AI and Analytics Workload Design: Define and validate AIStor architectures for AI/ML training and inference, analytics platforms, data lakehouse environments, high-performance data pipelines, large object workloads, and modern application data services.

Customer Technical Advisor: Build trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders, including infrastructure, platform, analytics, AI, security, application, and operations teams. Guide customers toward informed architecture decisions and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, resilience, scale, and operational efficiency.
Proof-of-Value Execution: Lead technical evaluations, system configurations, performance testing, interoperability validation, and proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate AIStor’s value in real customer environments.
Customer Success Beyond the Win: Partner with Customer Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering teams to help customers move from evaluation to production and from initial deployment to broader adoption across additional workloads, teams, and use cases.
Ecosystem, Enablement & Field Operations
Cloud-Native and Kubernetes Guidance: Provide technical leadership on Kubernetes, containers, automation, and cloud-native deployment patterns, including hybrid cloud, private cloud, public cloud, and edge infrastructure models.
Solution Integration and Ecosystem Collaboration: Work with technology partners, reseller partners, and customer teams to support complete solutions involving analytics engines, AI platforms, Kubernetes distributions, data protection tools, identity systems, observability platforms, and public cloud services.
Technical Presentations and Enablement: Build and deliver compelling architecture presentations, whiteboard sessions, demonstrations, best practices, workshops, and technical enablement sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
RFP, RFI, and Technical Response Support: Contribute to or lead technical portions of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, security reviews, architecture questionnaires, and competitive evaluations.
Product Intelligence & Market Expertise
Product and Engineering Feedback: Advocate for customer requirements internally by capturing field feedback, competitive insights, workload patterns, integration needs, and enhancement opportunities. Work with Product and Engineering teams to help inform roadmap priorities and improve customer outcomes.
Competitive and Market Expertise: Stay current on object storage, data lakehouse, AI infrastructure, analytics, Kubernetes, cloud, and competitive storage trends. Help internal teams and customers understand where AIStor is differentiated.
Your Skills and Experience:
Strong background in enterprise storage, object storage, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or high-performance data-intensive applications.
Strong understanding of object storage concepts and S3-compatible architectures; experience with HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, security models, replication, data protection, and scale-out system design is highly valuable.
10+ years of experience in a senior customer-facing technical role such as Field Architect, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
Hands-on experience with Linux, networking, storage systems, virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, and modern data center infrastructure.
Experience designing or supporting AI, machine learning, analytics, data lakehouse, or large-scale data pipeline environments.
Familiarity with ecosystem technologies such as Databricks, Starburst, Spark, Trino, Iceberg, Delta Lake, Kafka, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other AI and analytics frameworks is a strong plus.
Experience with public cloud and hybrid cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or private cloud platforms.
Ability to conduct technical discovery, design architectures, build demonstrations, guide proof-of-value execution, analyze performance, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
Comfortable working with heterogeneous enterprise environments involving compute, storage, networking, security, identity, observability, backup, disaster recovery, and application teams.
Strong verbal, written, whiteboarding, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively across customers, partners, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering teams.
Strong customer-success orientation, intellectual curiosity, sense of ownership, and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to support customers, partners, field events, and internal team activities.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a software engineer on the AI Solutions team, you will co-lead customer engagements with an AI Solutions Strategist. The Strategist owns business discovery, ROI narrative, stakeholder alignment, and rollout planning. The engineer owns technical discovery, solution design, prototyping, implementation, and production readiness.
This is a deeply client-facing role. You will spend significant time with customers and end users, moving projects from bootcamp and workflow discovery through implementation, launch, and steady production usage.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translate customer goals into clear system requirements and non-functional requirements covering security, privacy, reliability, performance, scalability, and cost.
- Partner directly with customers to understand current workflows, constraints, systems, data quality, and adoption blockers.
- Create and maintain solution architecture artifacts:
- System context and data flow diagrams
- Integration plan across Ramp and customer systems
- Security model covering permissions, access patterns, and auditability
- Evaluation plan covering quality metrics, acceptance tests, and red-teaming
- Operational plan covering monitoring, alerting, incident response, and runbooks
- Leverage core Ramp primitives to build efficiently, reusing existing product capabilities wherever possible.
- Prototype and validate workflows with end users to de-risk the approach and prove product-market fit.
- Drive projects from bootcamp and technical discovery through implementation, production launch, and operational handoff.
- Ensure deployed workflows are reliable, supportable, measurable, and adopted by customer teams.
- Convert deployments into reusable patterns, components, and playbooks for future AI Solutions projects.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience shipping production software in high-ownership environments.
- Ability to work directly with enterprise customers from discovery through production implementation.
- Experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, forward deployed engineering, or pre-sales engineering.
- Strong fundamentals in ML/GenAI, including problem decomposition, evaluation, and deployment trade-offs.
- Strong coding ability in at least one of: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, or similar.
- Ability to design secure, scalable systems and produce clear technical documentation.
- Comfort working across APIs, integrations, data pipelines, customer systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud architecture on AWS, GCP, or Azure, and distributed systems patterns.
- Experience building LLM systems, including RAG, agents, monitoring, and evals.
- Willingness to travel up to ~50% as needed, flexible based on project needs and client needs
- Nice to have: Familiarity with finance operations workflows such as AP, procurement, expenses, close, reconciliation, and reporting.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is looking for a Head of Demand Engine to build the engine that turns our best product stories, customer proof, and market opportunities into scaled pipeline. You’ll lead demand programs across campaigns, digital, paid strategy, webinars, email, web, and emerging channels. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing on audience and offer strategy, with Performance Marketing on paid execution, and with Field Marketing & Events on the moments that benefit from in-person activation.
This is a senior leadership role with both AMER and global scope. You’ll help set the global standard for how Notion plans, runs, tests, and measures demand programs, while learning from strong regional teams and making the best ideas repeatable across markets. You’ll lead a growing team spanning demand programs and digital demand, with room to expand into areas like partner marketing over time.
This is a build job as much as a run job. We’re looking for someone with real taste who can spot a strong idea, turn it into a sharp program, and build a repeatable engine around what works. You should care about quality and craft, but also love testing, data, systems, and execution. The opportunity is to modernize demand generation at one of the companies defining how teams work with AI.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the demand programs strategy, calendar, and operating rhythm across priority audiences, segments, and offers.
- Turn strong product stories, content, customer proof, and market opportunities into integrated programs that can scale across channels and regions.
- Build a high-velocity testing practice. Set a high bar for creative and execution, learn quickly, and put more weight behind what works.
- Serve as the global point person for paid digital demand strategy. Define the audiences, offers, creative, programs, and goals, then partner closely with Performance Marketing on execution and optimization.
- Lead digital demand across webinars, email, web, review sites, nurture, and new formats, creating new programs where the strategy calls for them.
- Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to build a trusted global approach to marketing ROI, attribution, forecasting, MQA/MQL methodology, and campaign reporting.
- Work closely with Enterprise Product Marketing on audience, offer, and campaign strategy, and with Field Marketing & Events on coordinated execution.
- Help build our muscle in account-based marketing and partner marketing as those motions develop.
- Be a trusted partner to Sales and executive leadership. Bring a clear point of view, make the numbers legible, and advocate for what will have the most impact.
- Hire, coach, and lead a strong team across demand programs and digital demand.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A track record of building and scaling B2B demand programs that create qualified pipeline.
- Strong judgment and taste. You can point to specific programs that worked because the audience, offer, creative, and execution were sharp.
- Deep digital demand experience across paid strategy, email, web, webinars, nurture, and integrated campaigns.
- A testing mindset and the operating discipline to turn learnings into repeatable programs, systems, and investment decisions.
- Comfort with data. You can work closely with Marketing Ops and RevOps on attribution, reporting, forecasting, and ROI, and translate the numbers into clear action.
- Executive presence. You earn trust with Sales and company leaders, hold a strong point of view, and are comfortable making hard calls.
- Experience leading and developing strong teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience operating across regions, or genuine curiosity and appetite to build globally.
- Comfort with ambiguity. This model is still being written, and you’ll help write it.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building account-based marketing programs.
- Experience with partner or ecosystem marketing.
- Experience working across both product-led and sales-assisted growth motions.
WHY THIS ROLE
This is one of the most visible, highest-impact seats in Notion’s marketing org. You’ll have the mandate to build the demand engine, shape how we measure marketing ROI globally, and work directly with Sales, RevOps, company leaders, and regional marketing teams.
The playbook for B2B demand generation is changing. Buyers expect better content and experiences, AI is reshaping how programs get built, and old attribution models are under pressure. If you want to apply what already works, challenge what doesn’t, and help define a more modern model, this is the job.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $245,000 – $275,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
MetaMask is the world's leading self-custodial wallet — and the primary gateway for hundreds of millions of people into the onchain economy. Our Trading features sit at the heart of that experience: enabling users to place a swap, a perp trade, a prediction market trade, or an investment in Real-World-Assets (RWA) with confidence.
We're looking for a strategic, data-informed, and user-obsessed
