Nice to have:
• Experience managing distributor or wholesale networks
• US market B2B sales background
• Experience selling physical products, premium goods, or luxury / tobacco products
• Experience building sales processes and teams from the ground up
• Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
This role is likely not a right fit for you if you if you've only sold to individual consumers, managed yourself rather than a team, or prefer a structured corporate environment over building something from scratch.
Benefits
What we offer:
Direct collaboration with the COO and CEO
Real ownership of building and scaling a B2B sales team
Ability to shape and influence the future direction of the function
A fast-growing international company with markets in the US, EU, and Latin America

We are a UAE-based trading company acting as a commercial bridge between Chinese manufacturers and international buyers. Our product portfolio includes padel courts, ball machines, sports equipment, and retractable metal roofing structures. Contracts and invoices are handled through our UAE entity; goods ship directly from China to the end customer worldwide.
Our sales team operates from Tashkent and works with buyers across Central Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
The Role
You will be the primary commercial driver in our Tashkent office — identifying buyers, building relationships, and closing deals on high-value B2B equipment.
This is not an account management role. We need someone who can open doors.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and develop new clients: sports clubs, hotels, resorts, developers, distributors, and construction companies
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → proposal → negotiation → close
• Prepare commercial offers and coordinate with the UAE office on pricing and contracts
• Follow up on leads generated through inbound channels and trade directories
• Track pipeline and report weekly on activity and forecasted deals
•. Manage daily pipeline tasks and execute timely prospect follow-ups
• Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows when needed
Requirements
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience — equipment, construction, sports infrastructure, or import/trading preferred
• Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct
• Comfortable working with international clients and cross-border logistics realities
• Languages: Russian and/or Uzbek required; English is a strong advantage
• Self-starter — this role has autonomy and expects results without hand-holding
Nice to Have
• Existing network in sports facility development, hospitality, or construction
• Experience working with Chinese-sourced products or import/export deals
• Familiarity with CRM tools
Benefits
• Base salary + uncapped commission on closed deals
• Work from a growing company with a lean, international team
• Real ownership over your pipeline and results
• Opportunity to grow with the business as the Tashkent office expands

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are hiring Support Engineers to serve as the named, dedicated Product Support point of contact for Anthropic's most strategic enterprise customers. As a Support Engineer, you'll be providing high-touch, deeply contextual support to a defined book of accounts — embedded in your customers' shared channels, known by name to their stakeholders, and partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Applied AI as the technical support voice on the account team.
You'll bring deep knowledge of how each of your customers is built on Claude to every interaction, so you can investigate, diagnose, and resolve their most complex technical needs with nuance and speed — and ensure the right internal teams are engaged when needed.
Responsibilities
Serve as the named technical support contact for a defined book of strategic enterprise accounts, embedded in customer channels and joining recurring account cadences as the support voice
Own your customers' technical support needs end to end — investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues directly, and partner with internal Engineering and Product teams to drive resolution when needed
Build deep, durable context on each customer's architecture, integrations, and use cases so you can respond with nuance rather than from a script
Partner closely with the Customer Success Manager, Account Executive, and Applied AI team on each account as part of a single, coordinated account team
Capture technical feedback and product friction from your accounts and route it to Product with the impact data and detail needed to prioritize it correctly
Manage high-urgency issues for your accounts with extreme ownership, and coordinate cleanly with the broader Product Support team for continuous coverage
Help build the foundations of the Support Engineer function — runbooks, escalation paths, tooling, and the metrics we'll use to measure its value
Become an expert in all Anthropic products across the API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code
You may be a good fit if you
Have 5+ years in technical product support, with meaningful time in an escalated, priority, or named-account support team for enterprise customers
Have been the person an enterprise customer knows by name and reaches for first when they need technical help
Are deeply fluent with APIs and technical SaaS products, and can read technical documentation, error logs, and request traces with ease
Have hands-on experience troubleshooting SSO, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise authentication flows
Are persistent and curious — you delight in the hunt of tracking down a bug, and are energized by fixing it for every similar user going forward
Possess strong user empathy and crisp, kind written communication; you can translate between a frustrated customer engineer and an internal platform team without losing either
Are comfortable operating in ambiguity, making informed decisions in never-before-seen situations, and knowing when to pull the escalation cord
Enjoy building trust and collaborating closely with go-to-market partners (Sales, CS, Applied AI) without owning the commercial relationship yourself
Have contributed to the foundations of a support team before — the essential, often unglamorous work of writing the first runbook
Are excited about Anthropic's products and the opportunity to shape how the world's largest companies get support for them
Strong candidates may also have
SQL proficiency for querying logs and usage data to investigate issues
Comfort with command line interfaces and basic scripting (Bash, Python, JavaScript)
Understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering patterns, and current limitations
Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and IT environments
Experience working inside a customer's shared Slack or similar embedded-support model
Background as a Technical Account Manager, Support Engineer, or Designated/Premier Support contact at a developer-platform or infrastructure company

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Playson is looking for a People Business Partner with knowledge of the Ukrainian language who can operate close to the business, work directly with leaders on organisational challenges, and help maintain a high-performance environment without turning the company into a bureaucratic HR machine.
This role is not about running HR processes for the sake of process.
We are looking for someone who can:
- help leaders make strong people decisions;
- maintain high talent quality;
- Identify organisational risks early.
- and ensure leadership, hiring, and performance problems do not silently accumulate over time.
The PBP works primarily through leaders - not around them.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must
- 5+ years of experience in HRBP, Head of People, HRD, organisational partnership, or similar leadership-facing roles.
- Strong experience working with leaders in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to challenge stakeholders directly, constructively, and without unnecessary politics.
- Strong judgment and ability to operate in ambiguous situations.
- High level of ownership, maturity, and communication clarity.
- Ability to connect people and topics with business reality and execution impact.
- Comfortable with difficult conversations, organisational tension, and imperfect environments.
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and pragmatic under pressure.
- Ability to build trust with strong personalities and leadership teams while still being able to challenge them when needed.
- Ability to simplify complexity instead of adding bureaucracy.
- Strong business and organisational awareness.
- Interest in scalable organisational practices, operational clarity, and AI-supported People infrastructure.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with leaders on hiring, team structure, organisational effectiveness, performance, ownership gaps, and delivery risks.
- Push discussions toward decisions and outcomes instead of endless alignment loops.
- Help leaders define what “strong” actually means for critical roles and challenge weak hiring compromises.
- Support leaders in addressing underperformance early and directly.
- Identify early organisational signals such as leadership gaps, burnout, unhealthy dependencies, misalignment, or execution risks.
- Help improve feedback quality, leadership practices, and decision consistency across teams.
- Support practical and scalable organisational approaches instead of overcomplicated HR frameworks.
- Contribute to improving internal documentation, operational clarity, and AI-supported People knowledge infrastructure over time.
This role is not:
- an employee support hotline;
- a process coordinator;
- a “culture activities” owner;
- a passive mediator avoiding uncomfortable conversations;
- or someone hiding behind frameworks instead of making judgment calls.
The goal of the role is not to centralise ownership inside the People function.
We expect PBPs to strengthen leadership capability, improve decision quality, and help leaders become more effective and self-sufficient over time.
We value:
- clarity over ambiguity;
- direct communication over corporate politeness;
- speed with accountability;
- impact over activity.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Hybrid work & flexible schedule
- Medical insurance (+1 coverage option)
- Professional development reimbursement
- Online English classes
- Employee referral bonus program
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- HR Interview
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Final Interview
If you are comfortable working closely with leadership, solving organisational problems, and helping strong teams scale without unnecessary bureaucracy, we’d love to hear from you.

GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
Summary
GiveWell is seeking a Senior New Areas Researcher to help direct tens of millions of dollars annually to the most cost-effective interventions we can find. You will have an outsized influence on our funding decisions and help us save and improve lives on a global scale.
The New Areas team grantmaking is divided into three workstreams: i) our core cause areas: areas for which we devote a significant amount of time developing subject-matter specific expertise and networks, a thorough research agenda, and a large portfolio of grants (e.g., family planning, maternal and newborn health, tuberculosis and HIV); ii) our emerging cause areas: a broader set of cause areas for which the New Areas team is starting to build its expertise, networks and research agenda, and is making some initial grants (e.g., medical oxygen, applications of AI to global health); and iii) our incubators: supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
and
Evidence Action’s Accelerator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future.
As a Senior New Areas Researcher, you'll create and lead ambitious research agendas related to our portfolios of work and answer complex questions that will inform GiveWell's grantmaking decisions. The researchers on our team combine rigorous evidence review, cost-effectiveness modeling, and thoughtful judgment.
We're open to a wide variety of professional development pathways depending on your preferences and our needs.
The role
You will be joining a small grantmaking team to contribute to our ambitious research agenda on new areas. You'll sift through the countless questions we could try to answer, and hone in on those that matter most. You'll also communicate externally about your work and mentor and advise other researchers on the team.
You will shape a research agenda that brings rigor and creativity to the thorniest questions the GiveWell new areas team faces. Your work will combine empirical evidence review and critical synthesis, cost-effectiveness modeling, discussions with subject matter experts, understanding of the broader context, and your own judgment.
What you might work on in your first year:
Tackle thorny research questions in our existing portfolios.
For example: to what extent could programs which distribute oral rehydration solution to reduce diarrheal deaths inadvertently induce exclusively breastfed children to consume poor quality water? How can we estimate the risk of reinfection after a child has completed a course of tuberculosis preventive treatment? How can we account for these concerns in our cost-effectiveness estimates?
Design and oversee learning grants.
You'll help design impact evaluations for new and existing programs, and supervise researchers executing that work — from scoping the research question through to interpreting results and integrating them into our models.
Build our evidence base in new programmatic areas.
This includes synthesising existing research, commissioning new reviews, and in some cases funding primary data collection — with the goal of determining whether a new intervention meets GiveWell's cost-effectiveness bar and is ready for major grantmaking.
Provide research support to grantmakers.
You'll ensure our cost-effectiveness models reflect our best current understanding of the programs we fund — stress-testing assumptions, incorporating new data, and flagging where uncertainty is high enough to warrant further investigation.
The Senior New Areas Researcher will help shape a major annual grantmaking portfolio, own grant investigations end-to-end (from research question through grant recommendation), and represent GiveWell to external counterparts. You'll have significant latitude to propose new areas of work.
Team structure
Our research department has ~70 people, and is currently organized into eight teams:
Five of the teams (Livelihoods, Malaria, Nutrition, Vaccination, and Water) focus on specific areas of grantmaking.
The New Areas team focuses on interventions in domains that are new to GiveWell.
The Cross-Cutting team focuses on methodological issues, research quality, and other big-picture concerns that cut across all of our research work.
The Commons team provides generalized research support to each of the other teams, including landscaping research, vetting, and publishing.
Team values
We think our research team has unique qualities:
We care deeply and centrally about finding and sharing truth.
Truth-seeking is one of our
core values
. We post
our mistakes
and we prize our team members who keep our culture of free-flowing feedback strong.
We are independent.
We focus 100% on finding the most cost-effective opportunities to save and improve lives. Our researchers assist in communicating our research findings to the public and our donors, and on occasion we provide tailored advice to ultra-high-net-worth donors who want to rely on our expertise to direct their giving—but we never ask our researchers to trade off against honesty, or to hide their real beliefs.
We don’t waste time.
Once it’s clear that a particular research question is unlikely to change our bottom-line funding recommendation, we drop it as quickly as possible. We encourage our research staff to constantly re-evaluate their portfolios and only work on the highest-priority questions.
Lean research team = huge personal impact.
In 2026,
our research team of ~80 people is directing close to 1 billion dollars and we expect grantmaking dollars per research team member to increase in the future.
We work well together.
Our research team is lean because we’re able to attract top-tier people, all of whom complete skills-based assessments before joining our staff. We maintain a high-performing, collegial culture and pay our staff accordingly.
About you
We expect the Senior New Areas Researcher to have
A quantitatively oriented advanced degree (e.g., in epidemiology, public health, economics, or a related field).
Substantial professional experience in global health, or an adjacent field (broadly defined). This could include direct experience with program design, monitoring, or evaluation; epidemiology; cost-effectiveness modelling of health interventions; or work in program implementation or funding at a bilateral, multilateral, or NGO. We're especially interested in candidates who enjoy being generalists: you are able to get up to speed quickly on new topics and you feel comfortable task-switching.
We expect that people with the soft qualities below will be the most successful and happy on our team. This isn’t a full list, but hopefully it conveys the gist of our team’s professional personality:
GiveWell’s mission and methods are personally energizing—you like our approach to research and you find personal meaning in our story of impact.
You’re abnormally curious—you ask lots of questions, and you’re willing to interrogate others’ work. Your curiosity also extends to your own work—you aren’t defensive when your research comes under scrutiny.
You routinely think about and surface the value judgments, background knowledge, and strategic commitments that undergird your work. You understand the potential effects of mistaken mental models, so you strive to improve yours and your team’s.
You dislike it when people express strong confidence in views that don’t seem to rely on commensurate evidence. You carefully and legibly communicate about your confidence levels.
You appreciate the value of an excellent reputation and strong relationships. You can moderate your directness and intensity when you’re communicating with external folks.
You love a
gnarly problem
. You figure out the most important questions to answer, go deep on the details where they matter (and move on where they don’t), and reassess your mental models based on what you’ve learned.
You constantly assess whether you and the team are working on the most important things.
If you’re interested in working on GiveWell’s research team but don’t have new areas expertise, consider applying to our generalist
Senior Researcher
role, or our Researcher role if you have limited post-graduation experience.

Compensation:
We set salaries using a location-based tier system. Our pay for this role:
NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area: $308,000.
All other U.S. locations: $280,000
International: Similar to the “all other U.S. locations” salary, based on historical exchange rates and delivered in locally-denominated currency. We can share a precise figure upon request after the first work trial stage.
Benefits:
Our
benefits
include:
Fully funded health, dental, vision, and life insurance (we cover 100% of premiums within the US for you and any dependents)
Four weeks of paid time off per year, plus a one week organization-wide summer break
16 weeks of fully paid parental leave
Ergonomic home workstations or coworking space memberships
Automatic contribution equal to 5% of your gross salary into your 403(b) retirement plan (for U.S. based staff)
Countries we can hire from:
GiveWell is a remote-first organization. However, for the time being, we can only hire within a select number of countries (US, UK, Canada, Switzerland, and Germany). To be considered for a role with GiveWell, you need to already be based in one of those countries or be willing to move to one of them. We expect to expand the list of locations where we can hire over the course of 2027, and our job descriptions always reflect the current status — so we'd encourage you to check back and apply again for a role you're eligible for.
Visa sponsorship:
The US is the only country where visa sponsorship is possible for a number of roles, and it's assessed on a case by case basis. For all other countries, you need to already have work authorization, we cannot sponsor visas.
Why we work this way:
Focusing on countries where we already have tested onboarding processes lets us move candidates through hiring faster and with fewer surprises. Every additional country brings its own labor laws, EOR requirements, and new processes to work through, which slows things down for hiring teams and new colleagues alike. Concentrating our footprint keeps the experience consistent and supports GiveWell’s wider absorption capacity goals.
Flexibility:
We support and encourage flexible working, including flexible hours, working remotely, and working from the office when you choose. The majority of our staff, including senior management, work flexibly in one way or another.
Travel:
Research team members are sometimes required to attend international site visits and conferences (on average 1-2 per year), with additional travel for those interested in traveling more. Additionally, we strongly encourage staff members to attend quarterly whole-org and department retreats to bond with other team members and complete in-person work. We'll discuss travel obligations in more detail during late stages of the hiring process, and we’ll accommodate staff who have conflicting family or other obligations.
Start date:
We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, but we’ll offer flexibility for candidates whose personal or professional circumstances require them to moderately delay their start date.
Miscellaneous details:
Please apply to only one Senior Researcher posting. If you have deep expertise in this area, this pod-specific role is the right fit. If not, there's no need to apply here — our generalist Senior Researcher role is designed for strong researchers who don't have a single specialization, and you don't need to apply to both. Applying to the generalist role won't put you at any disadvantage!
After application review, our hiring process consists of a short application exercise and up to 15 hours of compensated work trials. You can see more details about our hiring process on our
FAQs page
!
We devote significant staff capacity to initial application review, and we respond to all applications as quickly as possible.
We have a strong preference for full-time applicants, but we’ll consider applications for part-time work. We aren’t interested in reviewing applications for contract or project-based work at this time.
If we settle on an application deadline, we’ll write it in bold here. If you’re on our website job posting and don’t see a deadline, there is no deadline. If you’re reading this on an external job board and don’t see a deadline, you should double-check on our
website

You don't need to submit a cover letter—we rely mainly on your resume and answers to the application questions below when we're making early decisions.

Summary
GiveWell is seeking a Senior Nutrition Researcher to help direct tens of millions of dollars annually to the most cost-effective nutrition interventions we can find. You will have an outsized influence on our funding decisions and help us save and improve lives on a global scale.
Our nutrition grantmaking currently spans three sub-portfolios: Vitamin A Supplementation (VAS), iron supplementation (including iron and folic acid supplementation and large-scale food fortification), and treatment of acute malnutrition (CMAM/wasting treatment). In 2025, we directed $95 million to implementers across these areas, operating primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. We are actively deepening our work across all three areas, by scrutinising program coverage and quality, strengthening our cost-effectiveness models, considering different delivery platforms, and expanding our grantmaking to new geographies. We are also exploring opportunities to expand our grantmaking into interventions adjacent to our existing portfolios, as well as approaches and programs that are entirely new to GiveWell, where the evidence and cost-effectiveness case is compelling.
As a Senior Nutrition Researcher, you'll create and lead ambitious research agendas related to our portfolios of work and answer complex questions that will inform GiveWell's grantmaking decisions. The researchers on our team combine rigorous evidence review, cost-effectiveness modeling, and thoughtful judgment.
We're open to a wide variety of professional development pathways depending on your preferences and our needs.
The role
You will be joining a small grantmaking team to contribute to our ambitious research agenda on nutrition. You'll sift through the countless questions we could try to answer, and hone in on those that matter most. You'll also communicate externally about your work and mentor and advise other researchers on the team.
You will shape a research agenda that brings rigor and creativity to the thorniest questions the GiveWell nutrition team faces. Your work will combine empirical evidence review and critical synthesis, cost-effectiveness modeling, discussions with subject matter experts, understanding of the broader context, and your own judgment.
What you might work on in your first year:
Tackle thorny research questions in our existing portfolios.
For example: how should we calibrate our cost-effectiveness estimates to real-world program performance? How do we better understand coverage gaps and program quality across VAS, iron supplementation, and CMAM programs? How can we strengthen the evidence on the impact of VAS and CMAM in modern contexts, when many key trials are decades old but it would be unethical to withhold standard of care in new trials?
Design and oversee learning grants.
You'll help design impact evaluations for new and existing programs, and supervise researchers executing that work — from scoping the research question through to interpreting results and integrating them into our models.
Build our evidence base in new programmatic areas.
This includes synthesising existing research, commissioning new research, and in some cases funding primary data collection — with the goal of determining whether a new intervention meets GiveWell's cost-effectiveness bar and is ready for major grantmaking.
Provide research support to grantmakers.
You'll ensure our cost-effectiveness models reflect our best current understanding of the programs we fund, by stress-testing assumptions, incorporating new data, and flagging where uncertainty is high enough to warrant further investigation.
The Senior Nutrition Researcher will help shape a major annual grantmaking portfolio, own grant investigations end-to-end (from research question through grant recommendation), and represent GiveWell to external counterparts. You'll have significant latitude to propose new areas of work.
Team structure
Our research department is currently organized into eight teams:

About you
We expect the Senior Nutrition Researcher to have:
A quantitatively oriented advanced degree (e.g., in epidemiology, statistics, economics, public health, nutrition or related fields)
Substantial professional experience relevant to nutrition. We interpret this broadly:
The majority of our work to date has been nutrition programming delivered through the health sector, but we are also interested in other sectors (e.g. agriculture/food systems) that directly affect nutrition outcomes.
Relevant professional experience could include: research roles (e.g. clinical nutrition research; epidemiological or health economics modeling), program roles (e.g. design and implementation, or monitoring and evaluation); funding roles (e.g. grantmaking or impact investing); or other roles in public sector, private sector or non-profit organizations that save and improve lives by addressing malnutrition.
We expect that people with the soft qualities below will be the most successful and happy on our team. This isn’t a full list, but hopefully it conveys the gist of our team’s professional personality:
GiveWell’s mission and methods are personally energizing—you like our approach to research and you find personal meaning in our story of impact.
