HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤹 OPERATIONS AT ALAN
Behind Alan's performance lies an Operations team that is anything but back-office. At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale.
As a Senior Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.
You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGES
We are looking for driven professionals and entrepreneurs with a strong operational background to disrupt the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare. Our goal is to delight our members everywhere as we keep on scaling and building new services in France and internationally.
The job description is simple: you set the vision, make the hard calls, and own the outcome.
Here are some examples of missions our team is covering that you could lead:
- Saving millions through fraud detection: Building a detection capability with no playbook. Owning make-vs-buy decisions on tooling, balancing precision against member experience at scale, and managing the external surface. Partner negotiations, industry lobbying, and ecosystem-level fraud strategy.
- Building a global recovery engine: Establishing a billing monitoring framework to identify gaps early on. Then building assets & partnerships to drive costs down : designing a global recovery system that adapts to local legislation to support Alan’s expansion. With millions invoiced every month and high growth, the impact on P&L is direct.
- Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: Defining the operating model from scratch, making hard resourcing decisions under uncertainty, managing quality at scale, and driving international replication. Today: 80,000 sessions were delivered & 93% of users report reduced stress.
- Reinventing healthcare expense payment: Challenging a key French health insurance item (Tiers Payant), owning complex supplier negotiations autonomously, and cutting the budget line by more than half while improving member satisfaction.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- You are fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
- You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- You independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
- You excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
- You make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
- You are a thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews
- You are a strong mentor: you make the people around you better, and you drive significant community impact
For this role we are looking to hire within the D-F https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity level range based out of France, Belgium or Spain.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Talent Operations team runs the machinery behind hiring at ElevenLabs: the systems, workflows and data that help us hire exceptional people quickly. We’re hiring at pace, with 200+ open roles across 40+ countries, and Ashby sits at the centre of all of it. We're looking for a hands-on Ashby expert who can turn hiring priorities into clean, working setups, so recruiters and interviewers can focus on candidates rather than the tool. You’ll be the person the talent team trusts to get the system right, and to know when something is quietly going wrong.
Talent Operations works from first principles. We don’t ask how hiring has always been done. We ask how to make it the best possible experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved. Automation and AI drive everything we do, because we’re scaling our talent function without scaling headcount at the same rate. The goal is to maximize the impact each person on the team can have.
To start, your time will be split as ~60% Ashby build and administration, ~25% scheduling support and Talent Ops projects, and ~15% data and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Ashby go-to: be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Write the how-tos so the same question doesn’t get asked twice.
- Interview plans: build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards. Update them as roles and processes change, keeping structure consistent so data stays comparable across teams.
- Jobs and postings. End to end: take approved headcount to a live, accurate job and posting quickly. That covers hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards and postings across locations. Keep every job accurate through to close and archive.
- Data quality: own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications. Spot problems before they show up in a report.
- Process and projects: support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and projects that help the function scale, plus interview scheduling support during busy periods (or until we roll out agentic scheduling).
IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs so pipeline data is comparable
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types
- Automate a manual workflow with AI or integration tooling
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling
- Own 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end
REQUIREMENTS
- Ashby Power User. Prior hands-on Ashby experience as an active, day-to-day user, including setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans.
- Fast-paced Operations. Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.
- Strong data hygiene instincts. Messy data bothers you, and you fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- AI native. Comfortable using AI tools to cut manual work and move faster.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a system change to a hiring manager in two sentences.
- Timezone: Able to work in United States timezone hours.
BONUS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re confident building reports in Ashby and working with exported data in spreadsheets (pivots, lookups, basic formulas), and you can turn the numbers into a clear story about what’s working and what isn’t.
- Scheduling at Scale. Interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels.
- Project Management. Organized and able to run projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You enjoy being the person who knows how the system actually works
- You’d rather build a template once than do the same setup ten times
- You’re comfortable moving fast without letting accuracy slip
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a preference for United States timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
We are accepting applications through October 30, 2026. The Hiring Manager will review all applications and determine next steps. The interview process will be:
- AI Interview
- Meet the Hiring Manager
- Case Study
- Call with the Team
- Final Interview

Most companies treat support as a cost center. We treat it as an engineering challenge and a product opportunity.
Support Operations Engineering is an engineering function inside ClickHouse’s Support Services organization. We build the systems that decide how customers get help from the moment they describe their problem to the moment it’s resolved. This role will help shape how Support Services, RevOps, GTM, and core Engineering teams collaborate on customers. This is not a tools team. About a third of our work directly supports the support organization. The rest is building experiences and systems that change how ClickHouse works with its customers in more effective, streamlined ways.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You’ll design and build the systems that sit between ClickHouse’s customers and the teams who serve them. The work is varied by design, and you’ll move between problem types as priorities shift:
- Intelligent routing and decision systems. Software that decides where work should go and who should handle it, weighing many signals at once, and is built to adapt as the business scales.
- AI-powered customer experiences. Customer-facing and internal experiences that understand what someone needs, recommend the best next step, and know when to hand off to a human.
- Internal platforms and tooling. Applications that give Support, RevOps, and GTM teams the leverage to work faster and more accurately, built to production standards.
- Integrations and data flow. Connections across Salesforce, live chat, incident management, Slack, GitHub, and more, so workflows and data move cleanly between systems.
- Automation and observability. Systems that remove repetitive work, surface what’s breaking, and give teams confidence in what they’re running.
Across all of it, you’ll partner with core Engineering to ship to production, and own what you build: code review, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- 3–5 years building and shipping full-stack software in production, with tools like TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and React (or comparable)
- Experience developing with APIs, webhooks, and integrations between distributed systems
- Hands-on experience close to support: as a support or technical support engineer, or by building tools or integrations for a support, CS, or RevOps team
- Confidence with Git and safe, version-controlled deployment workflows
- The ability to translate operational needs into solutions that non-engineers can follow
- A shipper’s mindset: self-driven, curious, and comfortable owning a problem end-to-end in a remote, globally distributed team
- Comfort using AI tools day to day in how you build, with a clear sense of where to trust them
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience building LLM-powered features in production (routing, retrieval, evaluation, or observability)
- Salesforce platform experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects) or certifications; if you don’t have it, the appetite to get there quickly
- Support and incident tooling: Pylon, incident.io http://incident.io, PagerDuty, Zendesk, Slack APIs, GitHub APIs
- Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases
- Experience in an early-stage or greenfield environment, or embedded in a support, RevOps, or business-systems function
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.

About the program:
Trust Wallet Graduate Leadership Programme is a selective 12-month fast track for early-career talent who want to lead in Web3. You’ll join a small cohort, work on live products used by millions from day one, and learn directly from senior leaders across product, engineering, marketing and BD.
Strong performers move into a permanent role at Trust Wallet at the end of the program.
We’re looking for early-career talent who question assumptions and bring fresh perspectives to self-custody, payments and the agentic AI economy.
How the program works
- You will start in the Product Management team and rotate across functions: e.g. 3 rotations of 3 months, each with a senior mentor and a scoped project.
- Pitch to leadership: present your ideas to senior leaders. The best ones get built, launched or signed.
- Land your role: at the end of the program, you move into a permanent role based on your performance and where you create the most impact.
What you’ll do
Over 12 months, you’ll rotate across Product, Marketing and Business Development, owning real work in each.
- Find the gaps: Research wallets, DEXs, stablecoins, payment networks and agentic commerce to spot opportunities worth building for.
- Define what to build: Turn user problems into PRDs, user stories and success metrics, then prioritise them using user feedback, data and business goals.
- Ship end to end: Work with engineering, design and data to take features from idea to launch.
- Take it to market: Shape positioning, go-to-market plans and campaigns across X, community and content.
- Build partnerships: Map and qualify partners across chains, dApps, stablecoin issuers and payment providers, and support deals from pitch to integration.
- Decide with data: Set KPIs, run growth experiments and measure post-launch impact on users, campaigns and partnerships.
- Pitch to leadership: Present your ideas to senior leaders. The best ones get built, launched or signed.
What we’re looking for
- You’re a future leader: an innovator who’s sharp, logical and quick to learn, and who communicates with clarity.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a current QS World University Rankings Top 200 university, or equivalent evidence of exceptional analytical ability.
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- Structured and logical: you can break a messy problem into clear parts and a recommendation.
- Clear communicator, in writing and in person. You can explain a complex idea simply.
- AI-native: you use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Grok, Cursor) in your daily work and are curious about AI agents.
- Genuinely interested in Web3: you’ve used a wallet, a DEX or stablecoins, and you can talk about what works and what’s broken.
- A fast learner with strong ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and pace
Nice-to-have
- Builder or founder experience: you’ve started a project or company in AI or crypto, whether it shipped, scaled or failed.
- Hands-on Web3 experience: DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons or DAO contributions.
- Side projects, a product teardown, a newsletter, or an active X/GitHub presence.
What you’ll get
- A structured 12-month program with mentorship from senior leaders across different functional teams.
- Real ownership of features used by millions of people.
- Front-row exposure to AI × crypto payments
- A clear path to a permanent role

Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Physical Security and Protective Services team sits within Wealthsimple's Regulatory division. We keep our people, offices, and visitors safe — from access control and our on-site guard program to emergency preparedness, investigations, and executive protection. We're a small team that works closely with Workplace Operations, building management, and partners across the company, and we're focused on building a security program that gets ahead of problems instead of just reacting to them. If you take safety seriously and want to help shape a strong security culture at a fast-moving fintech, you'll fit right in.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security & Protective Services, you'll be the face of security in our Toronto office — the first person employees, visitors, and guards turn to when something comes up. This role exists to give our team more room to build: you'll own how we respond day to day in the office, and lead the security awareness program that helps everyone at Wealthsimple understand their part in keeping each other safe.
Please note, this role is based in our Toronto office 5 days/week and is not eligible for remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the first point of contact for security in the office, handling visitor management, temporary badging, and in-person concerns from employees and visitors
- Lead content creation and day-to-day delivery of our security awareness program, including training on badging, visitor management, and emergency procedures
- Respond to security incidents and see each one through to resolution, documenting everything
- Investigate routine workplace incidents — like access violations, thefts, and disturbances — and escalate sensitive or high-risk matters
- Coordinate daily with on-site guards on coverage, post order compliance, and shift handovers, and report issues so they get addressed with our vendor
- Process access requests, badge issuance, and deactivations in our access control and video management systems, flagging anomalies and gaps as you find them
- Support our emergency preparedness program — floor warden coordination, drills, and tabletop exercises — and help draft security policies, procedures, and event risk assessments
- Assist with executive protection and travel security when needed, from logistics to travel monitoring
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience in physical security, risk assessment, emergency response, customer-facing communications, or a related role
- Post-secondary education in security management, risk management, criminal justice, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience de-escalating tense situations with clients, visitors, or employees, with composure and discretion
- Clear, concise writing — you can produce incident reports, procedures, and advisories that people actually read
- Good judgment about what you can handle and what to escalate, and the ability to manage several priorities at once
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Hands-on experience with security and ticketing platforms like Genetec and Jira
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- A PSP or CPP designation from ASIS, or progress toward one
- Interest in growing into executive protection or intelligence analysis work
WHO YOU ARE
- Calm under pressure — you stay composed when things get tense, and people feel safer because you're there
- Approachable and clear — you can walk a new hire through our badging process or settle a frustrated visitor with the same ease
- Thorough and consistent — you follow procedures, document your work accurately, and notice when a process isn't working
- Clear on your scope — you handle routine matters on your own and escalate early when something needs a second set of eyes
- Someone who takes ownership — you follow your work through, raise issues before anyone asks, and want to grow into bigger responsibilities
- Curious about how to make security part of the culture, not just a set of rules

In this hands-on technical role, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving scalable, high-fidelity detection capabilities that safeguard the sensitive biometric and health data of millions of WHOOP members.
You'll play a critical role in strengthening our detection capabilities across cloud, identity, endpoint, and application environments, with a focus on identifying emerging threats, improving detection accuracy, and reducing security risk. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Continuously improve detection quality by tuning alerts, reducing false positives, and implementing automated enrichment and triage.
- Define and track detection KPIs (e.g., precision, recall, false positive rate, MTTD) and implement processes to measure and improve detection health.
- Support and lead incident investigations, including containment, root cause analysis, and post-incident detection improvements.
- Contribute to the on-call rotation while proactively reducing operational overhead through automation.

- Effective communicator who can collaborate with engineers and explain detection strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applying data analysis or machine learning techniques to security detection or alert triage is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, and/or relevant security certifications are a plus.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. 10,000+ businesses use us because we've always believed that customer relationships are the business, and that every interaction should feel like it came from someone who cares. That trust took a decade to build, and now it's the foundation for something bigger.
A lot of that trust is design. When customers tell us why they picked Help Scout over the alternatives, and when they recommend us to someone else, the reason they give most often is that it is easier to use and it feels better to work in. That's why our top source for new customers comes from human and agent referrals. Our user experience is one of the strongest advantages we have, and as Director of Product Design you'll be directly accountable for keeping our quality high as we accelerate our growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead our product design team as a player/coach. Manage and develop a small team of experienced product designers and stay close to the work through critique, design reviews, and occasional projects of your own. Your most senior individual contributors carry the most complex design problems; your job is to make sure the whole team's work meets the bar. Set clear expectations for craft and ownership and build a culture where critique and feedback make the work better.
- Turn great design judgment into something that scales. Own the design principles, standards, guardrails, and decision record that make a Help Scout experience feel like Help Scout, so designers, engineers, and AI agents can create high-quality experiences with more speed and autonomy. Your most senior designers author the interaction models and product patterns that sit underneath them.
- Be accountable for our design system as a product. Set the priorities and resourcing for the Help Scout Design System (HSDS), drive its adoption across Product and Engineering, and make it useful and legible to both people and machines, working with the designer who serves as its technical lead for architecture, patterns, and Figma/code parity.
- Own how AI shows up in our product. AI is every designer's job, not one person's. You are accountable for Help Scout's point of view on trustworthy AI experiences: how AI communicates, gives people control, handles mistakes, and moves from assisting customers to acting on their behalf. Your most senior designers lead the design direction and patterns; you make sure that point of view is adopted and applied consistently by every designer, and that it evolves with the product.
- Evolve how design gets done as AI accelerates delivery. Own the operating model: workflows, tooling standards, design debt, how design works with Product and Engineering, and how the capacity AI frees up gets reinvested. Decide which of the practices the team pilots (code prototyping, AI-assisted workflows) become the standard way we work. Your most senior designers shape how AI fits into the design process itself; you make sure that guidance becomes how the team actually works.
- Help shape product direction alongside Product and Engineering. As a member of our Experience Leadership Team (XLT), bring design judgment, customer understanding, and a clear view of where design investment will have the greatest roadmap impact. Carry business context, constraints, and initiative outcomes back to the design team, and bring designers into the forums where direction for their work is being set.
- Decide where design capacity goes. Match designers to workstreams based on business priority. Decide who is embedded where, when someone shifts to a higher-priority problem, and when designers move from horizontal work to a deep, time-bound embed in a single workstream.
- Partner with the Brand Design team in our GTM organization to help ensure design cohesion between marketing and in-app product experiences.
ABOUT YOU
- You're an experienced product design leader who still loves the work. You bring 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years managing designers, and have been accountable for the experience of a product, as well as the people creating it.
- You have exceptional product and design judgment. You care about craft in a way that shows up in the details, can clearly articulate why an experience works, and have experience making complex B2B software feel simple and intuitive.
- You know how to scale great product design. You've built or meaningfully evolved a design system that teams genuinely adopted, and you know how to translate taste and judgment into principles, patterns, and systems others can apply.
- You have a strong point of view on AI and the future of product design. You use AI throughout your own design practice and think deeply about both how AI changes the way products are designed and how to create AI experiences customers can trust.
- You know how to lead senior individual contributors. You've managed principal or staff-level designers, given them real scope, and made them more effective without competing with them for the work.
- You're a deeply cross-functional product leader. You're technically fluent enough to earn the trust of engineers, comfortable using data and customer research to inform your decisions, and skilled at partnering with Product and Engineering on difficult tradeoffs.
- You're an exceptional communicator and remote leader. You make your thinking visible through clear writing and direct feedback, treat words as part of the product experience, and know how to build trust, alignment, and a strong design culture on a distributed team.
Who you'll work with
- Chief Product Officer. You report to the CPO and partner closely with them.
- Chief Revenue Officer. You partner on design cohesion between marketing and product, and on how design shows up in GTM.
- VP of Engineering. You collaborate on how design and engineering work together, on the design system, and on AI-assisted delivery.
- Principal Designer. Our most senior individual contributor reports to you and leads product design direction across workstreams, the design direction for AI experiences, and the technical shape of HSDS.
- Product Designers. A small team of experienced designers embedded in our product workstreams.
Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only.

Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical)
- Location: Netherlands
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: R&D Supply Chain Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build mechanical systems and structures on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items, critical materials and complex parts as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When machining capacity, material availability, special process queues or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical parts and materials you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, materials and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery for three development teams, from planning and execution to releases and post-release follow-up. Make sure teams have clear priorities, timelines, and ownership.
Lead approved strategic cross-team initiatives from scoping and planning through development, rollout, and closure. Keep everyone aligned, manage dependencies, and make sure initiatives move forward without getting stuck between teams.
Maintain a rolling delivery roadmap using Jira and Plans. Plan team capacity, track commitments, and keep delivery timelines realistic.
Keep delivery progress visible through RAG statuses, short weekly updates, and regular syncs with direction leads, CTO, and Product.
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early. Resolve what can be handled within the teams and escalate the rest with possible solutions.
Work with the Program Manager to build and improve delivery processes, including Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, Jira workflows, planning routines, and retrospectives.
Track delivery metrics such as lead time, cycle time, throughput, and predictability. Use them to understand where things slow down and what needs to improve.
Keep Jira as the single source of truth for delivery and Confluence for documentation and decisions. Help bring Jira projects into a consistent structure and make sure information stays up to date.
