✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.

- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant vendor master data.
- Contribute to cross-functional AP improvement and automation projects.
- Maintain AP documentation and training materials.
- Build effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Core Requirements

- Self-motivation, initiative, and proactive problem-solving.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Formal accounting education or a related qualification.

This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer narrowly transactional work without process-improvement ownership.
- You have limited experience on a standard AP process with Purchase Order
- You are uncomfortable investigating ambiguous discrepancies across several stakeholders.
- You need close day-to-day direction rather than independently prioritizing work.
- You have limited experience with high-volume, global AP operations.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to own and help build a scalable renewal motion for our Scaled Customer Success segment: protecting revenue and ensuring contracts reach a signed outcome ahead of expiry.
As our first dedicated Renewals Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end commercial renewal process for a high-volume portfolio of Enterprise customers, typically €20k–50k ARR, with around 60 renewals per quarter. You’ll work closely with our Scaled CSMs while helping us build the processes, operating rhythms, and automation that will allow renewals to scale as n8n grows. You'll usually work with billing/procurement contacts and the n8n champion on the account (often a technical user or engineer).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own renewals end-to-end. Prepare and send renewal quotes, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, manage procurement and contractual back-and-forth, create order forms, coordinate signatures, and ensure completed contracts are accurately processed in our CRM and billing systems.
- Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline. Keep around 60 renewals per quarter progressing with clear next steps, accurate renewal dates, and enough lead time to avoid preventable last-minute slippage.
- Partner with CSMs on renewal risk. Work closely with Scaled CSMs to understand customer health, identify potential churn or commercial risk early, and determine the right path to renewal.
- Keep the forecast accurate. Maintain reliable renewal forecasts, close-plan notes, and CRM hygiene so we have a clear view of upcoming renewals and revenue retention.
- Build a more scalable renewal motion. Identify where processes break down or create unnecessary manual work, and improve the workflows, templates, operating rhythms, and automation behind them.
- Navigate the business independently. Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve commercial or contractual blockers and keep renewals moving.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🔄 B2B SaaS renewals experience: You’ve owned commercial renewals, account management, or a commercially focused Customer Success portfolio in B2B SaaS, including negotiating contracts and renewals with business customers.
- 📚 High-volume portfolio management: You’ve managed a sizeable book of customers and are comfortable keeping dozens of commercial conversations moving simultaneously. Experience with smaller Enterprise accounts and roughly €20k–50k ARR contracts is particularly relevant.
- 🤝 Commercial & contractual confidence: You’re comfortable negotiating pricing and terms and navigating the practical mechanics of SaaS renewals — quotes, order forms, procurement, legal review, approvals, and signatures.
- 📈 Operational rigor: You manage your renewal pipeline with discipline. Forecasts, dates, next steps, and CRM data stay accurate, and you take ownership of getting contracts closed on time.
- 🚀 High-growth startup experience: You’ve worked in a fast-growing environment where processes change quickly, ownership is high, and the answer isn't always already documented.
- 🛠️ Builder mindset: You don't just execute a process — you notice where it isn't working and help improve it. You’re comfortable creating structure while doing the work at the same time.
- 🤖 Automation mindset: You’re interested in using automation and AI to eliminate repetitive work and make high-volume processes more scalable.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- ⚡ Scaled Customer Success experience: You’ve worked in a high-volume or scaled CS/renewals model before.
- 🏢 Exposure to a mature renewals function: You’ve seen what strong renewal processes look like at a larger SaaS company and can bring some of those learnings into an earlier-stage environment.
- 🛠️ Relevant tooling: Experience with CRM, CS, or renewals tooling such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar.
- 🤖 n8n experience: You’ve used n8n or another workflow automation platform and are excited about what automation can do.
WHY JOIN US?
At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully established renewal function - you’ll help create it.
Our Scaled Customer Success team is still relatively new, while the number of customers and renewals we manage is growing quickly. As our first dedicated renewals hire for this segment, you’ll have real influence over how we structure the renewal process, what we automate, and how we manage retention efficiently as we scale.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on commercial ownership with building something from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal, and you'll be able to see the direct impact of your work on our customers and revenue.
We’re particularly interested in using AI and automation to scale the function without simply adding more headcount, so if you enjoy finding smarter ways to eliminate repetitive work and improve processes, you’ll have plenty of room to experiment.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on? Apply now and help us build the renewal motion that will support n8n’s next stage of growth.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Workstream is a mission-driven company building the all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for managing the hourly workforce. There are 2.7 billion hourly workers, making up 80% of the global workforce, but this market has been heavily underserved by technology and deserves better. Workstream has been purpose-built for the hourly workforce from day one so that these businesses and their employees can thrive.
Our customers include leading brands from multiple sectors, including Burger King, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, IHOP, KFC, and Culvers. We are a high growth series B company and quickly expanding our product portfolio to deliver on our vision. We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue.
In addition to our core business, Workstream is home to a small, fast-moving Robotics team focused on advancing the next generation of artificial intelligence and robotics. We partner with a leading AI and robotics company to produce high-quality, large-scale egocentric (first-person) video datasets that help train advanced AI models.
Here are our
Company Values
and we’d love to have individuals who can be a culture add to our team!
Grow With Us
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing Robotics Data Collections team. This role will keep the footage flowing, from a stuck upload at a capture site to the dashboard screen the operations team reads every morning.
Your users are real people a few metres away: the operators and contributors recording every day. When something breaks, it's their hours, their pay, and their patience on the line, and this role exists to care about that deeply. You'll see your users face to face at capture sites, hear them in the support channels, and build with them in mind.
Every day, capture sites record hours of footage that must land safely in the cloud. When it doesn't (a stuck upload, an unreadable card, an app refusing to finish, hours that don't add up), you are the engineer who finds out why, unblocks it without losing data, and then improves the software so it explains itself next time. The work spans every surface the operation touches: a desktop app site staff use to offload and upload footage, a phone app contributors record with, web dashboards and reports, and the physical devices themselves. You'll build on some of these surfaces and debug on all of them.
You are also the engineering voice site staff hear every day. Our operations run on Slack, across time zones. Operators post a screenshot of an error and ask what it means and what to press next. The core engineering team wakes up hours later and reads what you wrote to understand what happened in the field. This role lives in that conversation, translating between confused screenshots and root causes, in both directions.
This is an AI-first job. The operation is scaling faster than any team could answer tickets one at a time, so we don't. You'll use AI agents as a daily multiplier: to write diagnostics while you're still reading the error, to investigate many stuck uploads at once, to draft the guide while you fix the cause.
This role will start as a contractor position, with a high likelihood of transitioning to a full-time role after three months, depending on business needs and performance.
What it's like
Small, fast-moving team; your work shows up in the operation the same week.
A mix of support conversations, focused software days, and field days at capture sites.
AI agents are a first-class part of how the whole team works. You'll work directly with the
Day In The Life
Product engineering (40%)
Build features in the desktop and mobile apps.
Ship improvements to the desktop app site staff run every day (offloading cards, uploading, seeing what landed) and the phone app contributors record with: better flows, clearer states, fewer ways to get stuck.
Build the dashboards and reports the operation runs on.
Hours and progress reports, upload accounting, status screens: make the numbers trustworthy and the words on screen say what's actually happening.
Write software every week, with AI as your leverage,
across the desktop app (Electron), the phone app (React Native), web dashboards (React/TypeScript), and Python services and tooling. You'll routinely have AI agents write and iterate on diagnostics, tests, and features with you.
Field support & debugging (35%)
Run the daily support loop.
Be the first responder in our support channels when site staff hit upload, app, or device problems; answer in plain language, unblock them fast, and follow through until it's resolved, not just explained.
Diagnose and unblock the upload path.
When footage is stuck between a capture card and the cloud, trace where and why (device, card, app, network, cloud), get it moving again safely, and make sure nothing is lost or double-counted along the way.
Scaling the operation (15%)
Solve classes of problems, not instances.
Every question the ops team has to ask an engineer twice is a gap; turn recurring ones into self-serve screens, clearer error messages, AI-powered diagnostics, and guides operators reuse. Your goal is that the operation can grow without support growing with it.
Devices & hardware (10%)
Be hands-on with devices when the problem is physical.
Use AI-written tests to check why a camera or battery isn't behaving, open a device to inspect it, and swap parts like cameras and buttons. No soldering. You'll also help put beta hardware in operators' hands and report what breaks.
Who You Are
Deep care for the user.
The operators and contributors using what you build are people you'll know by name; their lost hour bothers you until it's found, and "works on my machine" isn't done.
Flexible, fast, and scrappy.
You'd rather ship a working fix today and improve it tomorrow than design the perfect one next week; you're comfortable when this month's job looks different from last month's.
A willing debugger and problem-solver.
You can follow data through a pipeline with many stages, form hypotheses, write quick tests (with AI's help), and follow the evidence rather than guessing, wherever the problem lives.
AI-leverage mindset.
You already use AI tools well and they multiply you; when problems repeat, your instinct is to build something that solves the whole class rather than working through them one by one. You treat the challenges of a scaling team and operation as the fun part, not the fine print.
Strong communicator, concretely.
With site operators and contributors, you answer "what does this error mean?" with what it means and what to press right now, in plain words, and you write step-by-step guides a non-technical person can follow on the first try. With the operations team and core engineers, you write down what you saw and tried, pick up a thread someone left overnight, ask good questions, and keep a problem moving across time zones until it's solved.
A collaborator across teams.
You stay patient on the fifth "it's still not working," and people finish a conversation with you knowing exactly what to do next.
Care for data integrity.
In our world, a lost or double-counted recording is someone's unpaid hours; you treat that seriously.
Self-directed.
You'll often be the only engineer on site, supported by a remote team in other time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid software fundamentals: working Python, comfort in Linux (services, logs, networking), and the ability to build app UIs
Strength in at least one of web (React/TypeScript), desktop (Electron), or mobile (React Native), and the willingness to become productive across all three and debug anything
Daily, effective use of AI coding tools and agents
Clear written English for remote, asynchronous work
Located in Metro Manila, and able to travel to capture locations regularly
Nice To Have
Experience shipping Electron or React Native apps to real users
Experience in a support-adjacent engineering role: field engineering, solutions engineering, IT for operations teams
Hardware tinkering: Raspberry Pi and single-board computers, cameras, taking devices apart; 3D printing for jigs and mounts
Familiarity with cloud storage, upload pipelines, SQL/Postgres, or fleet/IoT management
