We chose the Philippines as our first market and are now a licensed bank — Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc. — and a consumer-lending group.
Salmon was founded by three co-founders who built and held senior leadership positions at Tinkoff, a highly successful tech-enabled bank that reached a market capitalization of more than US$20B. We're backed by world-class investors including the International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group), Lunate (an investment vehicle affiliated with Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund), and other prominent technology investors from the US, Europe, and the Philippines.
About the role

- Conduct and maintain macro market research and competitor analysis.
- Support and help oversee special projects as they arise.
What we need
- A degree in Finance, Business Management, or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity — or financial advisory at a professional services firm, or a similar capacity in a corporate environment.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability.
- Ability to turn complex financial information into clear, effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Solid grounding in finance and accounting principles.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with good judgment under ambiguity.
- High precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, with a strong appetite for growth and rigorous self-review.
- Fluent in English.
Good to have
- Experience working with or within a technology company.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- CFA designation or progress toward one.
- Financial modeling certification or specialized training.
What we offer
You'll work at the center of Salmon's growth story, with direct visibility into how the business is funded, valued, and scaled. Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to own and grow Higgsfield's relationships across the agency ecosystem.
You'll work with leading creative, advertising, media, and digital agencies to bring generative AI into real-world creative workflows — from campaign development and content production to scaled creative experimentation.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven seller who understands how agencies operate, knows how to build relationships with creative and business leaders, and is excited about defining an entirely new category of technology.
We're open to hiring this role at the Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level based on experience and track record.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full sales cycle across agency accounts, from prospecting and initial engagement through negotiation and close.
- Build relationships with senior leaders across creative, production, innovation, strategy, media, and technology teams.
- Develop strategic relationships with major agency groups and their individual agencies.
- Identify opportunities to embed Higgsfield into agency workflows and client engagements.
- Navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, business units, and client relationships.
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, events, partnerships, and inbound opportunities.
- Develop account strategies that expand initial adoption into broader agency relationships.
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing to translate agency feedback into product and GTM opportunities.
- Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Help define Higgsfield's broader agency sales strategy and playbook as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience, with deeper experience expected at the Senior AE level.
- Strong understanding of the advertising and agency ecosystem.
- Experience selling technology, platforms, or solutions into agencies or creative organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to own and close complex, high-value commercial relationships.
- Strong network across creative, advertising, media, production, or agency leadership is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both creative leaders and commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence, relationship-building skills, and commercial judgment.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and helping build a sales motion rather than simply inheriting one.
- Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by revenue ownership.
- Genuine excitement about generative AI and how it will transform advertising and creative production.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a fully remote role in NY or LA with occasional business travel to our San Francisco office required for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and other in-person collaboration. If you are based in San Francisco, it is a hybrid role. Team members are expected to be available during agreed working hours and maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. While we work remotely, we value active communication, responsiveness, and close collaboration across teams.
Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join Ramp's People team during an active Workday implementation. Reporting to our Senior HRIS Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in configuration and system support, partnering closely with our implementation partner and cross-functional teams through go-live and hypercare.
This is an opportunity to help strengthen the data integrity, controls, and employee experience that support Ramp as we scale. You'll bring a solutions-focused, collaborative approach and strong systems thinking to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, understands how People data flows across systems, and looks for ways to streamline processes as they build them, staying flexible as priorities evolve along the way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, run testing cycles, resolve issues, and ensure cutover readiness
- Run data validation and audits across HRIS and downstream systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance through regular reporting
- Support system releases and enhancements, including testing changes, documenting outcomes, and triaging issues as they arise
- Train and enable team members and system users on existing and new processes and functionality
- Build and maintain SOPs and job aids that make recurring HRIS processes accurate, scalable, and easy for others to support
- Support AI transformation initiatives involving Workday, partnering with People, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and production support
- Direct experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.
- Strong attention to detail and track record of managing employee data with sound judgment, accuracy, and appropriate controls
- Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to resolve issues with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally across People, Finance, IT and business stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience supporting a Workday implementation post-production stabilization
- Familiarity with Workday reporting, integrations, or security concepts
- Exposure to automation tools or AI-assisted workflows
- Background in a high-growth tech or fintech environment, ideally with global scope
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is scaling the Sales Development org, and we're hiring a Recruiter to help build it. SDR hiring is its own discipline: the bar is high, the volume is real, and the strongest candidates rarely have a track record long enough to read.
You'll work with our Sales Development recruiter, owning full-cycle SDR hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer close. It's a foundational seat with real autonomy. You'll work as a team to build the playbook. The SD team you're hiring for moves fast, with consistent quota beats and frequent promotions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own pipeline hygiene in Ashby, moving candidates through stages, keeping data clean, and flagging what's stuck.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, panelists, and candidates.
- Run clear, timely candidate communication and a consistently good candidate experience, even at high volume.
- Keep scorecards and business case materials up to date and consistently applied, so hiring managers test the same way every time.
- Flag process friction early instead of waiting for someone else to catch it.
- Use AI daily for drafting outreach, summarizing notes, and speeding up research.
- Support sourcing and screening using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude, and internal data.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 0 to 2 years in recruiting, sales, or a candidate/client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus.
- A track record of overachieving against a goal or quota, in any context.
- Genuinely good at multitasking, with many candidates and stakeholders in motion at once and nothing slipping.
- High emotional intelligence: reads a room accurately, adapts on the fly, and knows when to push and when to hold back.
- Trustworthy with sensitive comp and candidate information.
- Highly organized, catching what's off before it becomes a problem.
- Strong written communication.
- Low ego, high curiosity, comfortable learning the craft rather than just executing a checklist.
- Genuine interest in using AI as part of daily workflow.

The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
The Money Platform, International team builds the infrastructure that powers Ramp's expansion into global markets. We handle international payments, multi-currency operations, and compliance with regional requirements — the foundational platform that enables Ramp to serve customers beyond the US.
International expansion is core to Ramp's growth strategy, and this team directly unlocks it. We work at the intersection of greenfield and scale: launching new markets from 0 to 1 while maturing the systems that already run. The platform we build handles cross-border payments, multi-currency accounting, and integrations with international banking rails — giving every other team a reliable foundation to build on.

- Design multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems at scale
- Integrate with international banking systems and payment rails (SEPA, BACS, and SWIFT)

- Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, product, ops, and external partners to navigate complex regional requirements
- Own problems end-to-end — from architecture to production reliability to partner integrations
What You Need
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in high-scale production environments
- Strong systems design skills — comfortable taking ambiguous requirements and building reliable, maintainable solutions
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity and independent ownership
- Comfort with distributed systems, performance optimization, and production reliability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or capital markets (international payment rails, FX, multi-currency ledgers)
- Familiarity with financial concepts: multi-currency accounting, reconciliation, cross-border compliance
- Experience integrating with third-party financial APIs or international banking partners
- Interest in or exposure to international regulatory environments and compliance requirements

About the Team
The Financial Crime Quality Assurance (QA) team at OKX is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of financial crime investigations across the business. We are a team of risk-focused professionals who independently assess investigation quality, promote consistency in decision-making, and ensure compliance with AML/CFT requirements, internal policies, and regulatory expectations. By working closely with Operations, Product, and Compliance teams, we help strengthen financial crime controls and drive continuous improvement across the investigation lifecycle.
About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Compliance Assurance Function of a regulated crypto business. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting quality reviews of financial crime investigations, assessing investigator decision-making, and ensuring compliance with AML/CFT requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. You will work closely with Operations, Team Leads, and Product teams to drive continuous improvement, strengthen investigation quality, and support the effectiveness of the firm’s financial crime controls.
What You’ll Be Doing
Quality Reviews
– Conduct daily independent QA reviews of investigator and Sanctions casework, including Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, EDD, and other AML investigations. Evaluate accuracy, completeness, adherence to AML/CFT policies, regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and the quality of case narratives. Assess whether investigative decisions are well-supported, risk-based, and appropriately documented, including escalation and disposition outcomes. Identify defects, document findings, and provide clear, constructive feedback to investigators and team leads.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Build strong relationships across AML and other cross-functional teams to support a holistic approach to compliance and risk management.
Quality Calibration & Internal QA Meetings

Share key findings, emerging typologies, regulatory expectations, and best practices to improve review quality and reduce subjectivity.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
– Monitor investigator quality performance, analyze QA findings and recurring error trends, and prepare regular quality reports and dashboards. Identify systemic issues, emerging risks, root causes, and opportunities to strengthen controls and support management decision-making.
Coaching & Quality Improvement
– Provide timely and actionable feedback to investigators and team leads to improve investigation quality, strengthen analytical skills, and enhance case documentation. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AML investigations by providing guidance on complex or high-risk cases, typologies, and regulatory expectations. Support remediation activities by validating corrective actions and tracking quality improvements over time.
Policy & Process Compliance
– Ensure all reviews are conducted in accordance with internal AML/CFT policies, regulatory requirements, quality frameworks, and standard operating procedures. Escalate potential compliance risks, control weaknesses, or systemic issues identified during QA reviews.
Continuous Improvement & QA Framework
– Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to investigation procedures, QA methodologies, workflows, scorecards, sampling frameworks, training materials, and quality controls. Contribute to AI-enabled quality tools such as QA Copilot and participate in UAT, process validation, and implementation of new quality initiatives.
AML Projects & Program Enhancements
– Participate in AML-related projects, initiatives, and program enhancements as required. Provide QA expertise and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at strengthening AML controls, processes, and overall program effectiveness.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
– Perform additional assignments and special projects as delegated by the supervisor, including process improvement initiatives, training support, root cause analysis, documentation updates, and cross-functional projects to strengthen the overall quality program.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Talent Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and operating rhythm behind how Render hires. You’ll architect our ATS, build the reporting that Talent and hiring teams rely on, and lead process changes that help us scale without losing quality.
You’ll work closely with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, hiring managers, People leaders, and external partners. You’ll make sure our hiring data can answer the questions teams need to make better decisions.
This is a high-leverage role for someone who likes turning messy, fast-moving work into clear operating systems. You’ll help us reduce process drift, improve candidate and interviewer experience, keep hiring data trustworthy, and give the team better visibility into what is working, what is blocked, and where we need to adjust.
We value people who are practical, systems-minded, and steady when the work gets complex. The right person can zoom out to design how the system should work, then zoom in to improve the field, report, access role, or automation that is slowing the team down.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Architect how our ATS works across custom fields, access roles, interview plans, feedback forms, automations, integrations, and reporting foundations
- Own the reporting layer for Talent leadership and hiring teams, including dashboards, ad hoc reporting, metric definitions, and visibility into hiring plan progress
- Keep hiring data accurate and reconciled across the ATS, the hiring plan, and downstream systems so decisions get made on numbers people trust
- Turn recurring Talent Operations requests into better systems: identify patterns, improve workflows, automate repeatable work, and make the right processes self-serve
- Evaluate, procure, implement, and manage tools for sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting operations
- Build the connective tissue between systems, including API-based reporting, integrations, and automations that reduce manual work for recruiters and coordinators
- Lead process rollouts with clear documentation, training, adoption checks, and follow-through so changes stick
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent operations, people systems, or a similar systems and data role in a high-growth environment
- Deep ATS expertise, particularly Ashby. You can design how the system should work, not just maintain it, across custom fields, access roles, interview plans, automations, integrations, and reporting foundations
- Strong analytical skills. You can take a vague question, decide what data would answer it, and build the report yourself
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel. You can pull data together from multiple sources and turn the result into a case a cross-functional partner can follow
- Experience owning data integrity across an ATS and the systems around it, including reconciling against a hiring plan or another source of truth
- Strong program and change management skills. You can roll out a new process, teach it, measure adoption, and keep the team aligned
- Clear written communication, strong documentation habits, high attention to detail, and good judgment in a fast-moving environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting operations function at a post-Series B/C company
- Experience supporting technical recruiting teams or high-volume engineering hiring
- Hands-on experience with the Ashby API or ATS-based reporting
- Exposure to headcount planning or headcount management systems
- AI fluency, with good judgment about where AI helps, where it adds risk, and what checks are needed before others rely on the output
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll build Salmon's digital employer brand engine — getting the specific talent we want to hire onto our radar and converting online attention into qualified candidates.
What you'll do:
- Turn Salmon's EVP into targeted campaigns for the segments we actually want to hire — Engineering, Data, Product, across local and global markets — and run them across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and the other channels where that talent spends time.
- Build digital funnels end to end — audience segmentation, campaign mechanics, landing pages, lead capture, retargeting, and conversion — using AI and automation to run research, content, and reporting faster and more scalably.
- Turn strong employees into digital ambassadors and grow Salmon's presence in the online communities where target talent already spends time — and work with Recruiting on candidate quality, objections, and funnel drop-off to keep improving hiring conversion.
What you'll own:
- Own the digital employer brand strategy and execution across priority markets and talent segments, activating the EVP across every candidate-facing touchpoint.
- Run LinkedIn organic and paid — audience targeting, testing, optimisation, and reporting — and build presence in relevant Telegram channels and professional groups.
- Build platform-native employer brand presence on Instagram (incl. Threads), TikTok, Reddit, and niche communities where talent researches careers, companies, and relocation.
- Develop employee digital advocacy: identify the right ambassadors, shape content with them, and help them build a credible external voice.
- Design talent-marketing funnels, campaign landing pages, and candidate journeys from first interaction to recruiter handoff — and keep career-site and job-board presence fresh and converting.
- Manage online reputation and brand mentions across search, communities, and review platforms — and own the analytics that tie digital activity to qualified candidate outcomes, from reach through to hire.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Strong experience in employer brand, talent/recruitment marketing, digital or growth marketing, or audience development — with the ability to build positioning and campaigns for specific audiences.
- Deep understanding of digital channels and their mechanics, especially LinkedIn organic and paid, and how audiences behave differently across platforms.
- Proven ability to build and optimise digital funnels and performance — not just run a content calendar — connecting digital activity to candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with UGC and employee advocacy, plus creating or launching landing pages and lightweight journeys with no-code tools or a CMS.
- AI-native: you use AI tools, agents, and automation by default to scale research, content, analytics, and repetitive work.
- An owner, builder, and strong executor who takes a direction from 0 to 1 and keeps tuning it — works hands-on, decides on data, and re-prioritises quickly. English C1.
What we offer:
OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
RELOCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT
- Relocation support for you, your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
GROWTH AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.
