Artificial intelligence (AI) agents are becoming part of enterprise infrastructure—requesting access, handling credentials, interacting with production systems, and acting on behalf of people. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic Identity Security, you’ll shape how organizations understand and address this emerging security challenge. You’ll build the narrative, positioning, and market-entry strategy for Apono as part of 1Password, bringing fresh perspective to an evolving product and category while turning strategy into action. How we’re using AI today On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password. This is a remote opportunity within the US. What we're looking for: - Bring experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or business-to-business (B2B) software, with an understanding of technical buyers and complex markets. - Bring a clear strength in product marketing, such as product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning, messaging, or narrative development. - Think strategically while staying close to execution, turning ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes. - Work proactively and take ownership by identifying what needs to be done, building alignment, and moving the work forward. - Communicate with clarity and confidence with executive, product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences. - Use AI tools and agents thoughtfully to improve research, planning, messaging, and workflow scale while maintaining sound judgment and a human point of view. - Preferred: Have experience shaping an emerging category or working in a high-growth or changing organization. What you can expect: - Define the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono’s next chapter as part of 1Password. - Evaluate existing positioning and messaging, preserve what remains valuable, and evolve what no longer reflects the product or market. - Build deep understanding of customers, personas, use cases, market dynamics, and the challenges organizations face as AI agents interact with enterprise infrastructure. - Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and the content direction that supports them. - Partner closely with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders to connect strategy across the business. - Bring ideas from strategy through execution, using customer and market feedback to refine the story and priorities. - Help shape the capabilities and resources the product marketing function needs as the business grows. The annual base salary for this role is between $152,000 USD and $220,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Our culture At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. How we work with AI We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. Our approach to remote work We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations. We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid. As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Dashboard, the team helping customers get more value from the WorkOS suite and helping WorkOS grow as a business. We’re looking for a leader who is excited to manage engineers, but approaches the role as a startup founding member would. You’ll lead engineers working across customer onboarding and growth, billing and monetization, and AI assistance in the WorkOS dashboard. The team’s work connects the customer journey from signup and integration through production and expansion. You’ll partner closely with design, go-to-market, finance, and other engineering teams to make that journey simpler and more effective. This role offers meaningful autonomy to shape what we build and why. It’s a great fit for a strong product thinker who enjoys working closely with product managers and taking the lead on product decisions when the opportunity calls for it. You’ll have room to identify customer problems, propose new directions, and carry ideas from discovery through launch, with ownership of the outcomes. If you’re excited by the chance to combine engineering leadership with product judgment, there’s a lot to build here. You’ll also drive technical strategy, empower your team to execute on projects with a direct impact on customer success and the business, and play a pivotal role in scaling the team and recruiting exceptional engineers. WHAT YOUR TEAM WILL BUILD - Growth and onboarding: help developers move from signing up to integrating and running WorkOS in production. Improve onboarding and next steps, and work with go-to-market teams on timely outreach informed by product signals. - Billing and monetization: build annual-credit capabilities, make billing more reliable and automated, and give customers clearer pricing, usage, and credit information in the dashboard. - AI assistance for developers: bring the Dashboard Agent, WorkOS MCP server, Ask WorkOS, and Support Bot into a coordinated experience, with shared retrieval, evaluations, and quality standards. Help developers get useful, consistent answers and make progress with WorkOS. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and lead a high-velocity team that ships product fast and with polish across growth, monetization, and developer assistance. - Be deeply technical and hands-on: read the PRs, write prototypes, and work with technical leads on architecture and project scope. - Shape the roadmap in close partnership with product managers, design, go-to-market, finance, and engineering. Bring your own product perspective, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions directly where needed—from defining the problem and choosing an approach to measuring the outcome. - Help the team improve the customer journey from signup to production and expansion, using product signals and customer feedback to choose what to build next. - Balance rapid product iteration with the reliability and correctness customers need from billing and the quality they expect from AI assistance. - Push for clarity, focus, and high energy in every sprint. Drive urgency without burning people out. - Spend time with customers and engineers alike—digging into pain points, testing assumptions, and improving the craft. - Coach, mentor, and grow a team of curious, driven engineers through direct feedback, clear goals, and meaningful ownership. - Partner with recruiting to attract, hire, and retain exceptional engineering talent. QUALIFICATIONS - Track record of having successfully led product-focused engineering teams in high-performing organizations that shipped real impact. - You've written code at a high level, and you still love to get your hands dirty. You view leadership as an amplifier, not a step back. - Bias for action and scrappiness: You don’t over-optimize for process. You optimize for velocity, customer value, and learning. - You deeply care about the developer experience. You think about UX, APIs, performance, edge cases, and joy. - You ask "why" obsessively, and you push yourself (and your team) to learn constantly. - You build trust, give direct feedback, and create space for engineers to thrive. - You have experience partnering with internal recruiting teams to drive effective and fair hiring processes. You realize that recruiting is a large and important part of your role, and have a track record of recruiting, hiring, and mentoring top engineering talent. - You’re a strong product thinker who connects customer needs, technical possibilities, and business outcomes. You collaborate well with product managers and are comfortable driving product decisions yourself, using customer insight and evidence to make tradeoffs and build alignment. Experience with onboarding and growth, billing systems, or customer-facing AI products is especially relevant. You do not need prior experience in all three areas. Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖 At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements. - 401k matching - Competitive Equity - Healthcare, dental and vision coverage - FSA, ST/LT Disability, Voluntary Life - Carrot fertility benefits - 20 days paid vacation + 10 holidays + unlimited sick leave - 12 weeks fully paid parental leave - Fitness: Monthly stipend for gyms, yoga classes, race registrations or whatever keeps you active - Wellness: Monthly stipend for a massage, meditations class, therapy, or activities that enhance your well-being - Commuter benefits for hybrid employees in SF/NYC - Unlimited token usage! You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale. You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses. YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed. WHAT YOU'LL DO - First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently. - First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires. - First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service. - First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house. WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS Skills - Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time. - Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions. - Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance - Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams - Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process - Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software - Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit. - Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions Experiences - Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley) - J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States - Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association Traits - Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker - Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there. - Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively - Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation - A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS - Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed - A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping - Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land - Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions. WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. Location: San Francisco, California Workplace: Hybrid WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE: Notion is building the connected AI workspace where teams and agents think together, bringing knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into one place. Joining Corporate Accounting means helping build the financial foundation for a business shaping how work gets done in the AI era. As a Senior Accountant on Corporate Accounting, you’ll own key areas of general ledger accounting and the month-end close, helping ensure accurate, timely reporting. You’ll partner closely with FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders to explain fluctuations, surface issues, and support accurate reporting at Notion’s scale. This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. Location: EMEA; Toronto; Ireland; Portugal; United Kingdom; Spain Workplace: Remote ✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere. We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing: - Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time - Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek - A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance - The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023 Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one. And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply. THE ROLE Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within -5 / +3 UTC. As Senior Director of Product for our Employer of Record offering, you will own the product vision, strategy and execution across the full EOR employment lifecycle, from onboarding and documentation through time off, benefits, pay and offboarding. That spans the workflows our customers use, the internal tooling our operations teams rely on, and the experience of the employees we employ on our customers' behalf. This is the core of Oyster's business and it is operationally and legally complex. A payroll delay, a contract issue or a compliance gap becomes a customer escalation, a legal question and an operations fire on the same day. We want someone who treats the whole journey as one experience, for our customers and for the people who have to run it. As a part of the senior leadership team at Oyster, you will be shaping strategy well beyond your own teams, setting direction across multiple product development teams and trusted to make the calls that define where this part of the business goes. You will be leading through real change: we are raising the bar on performance, moving toward direct feedback and radical candour, and reshaping how we build with AI. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for EOR, and connect team-level work to company outcomes. - Be accountable for the end-to-end performance of the platform, including the downstream operational reality, not only what ships. - Turn highly localised, complex regulation into scalable, automated workflows rather than manual workarounds held together by our operations teams. - Prioritise across new capability, regulatory requirements, technical debt and operational improvement, across several teams at once. - Coach and grow a team of product managers and group product managers, moving them from delivering features to owning problems and outcomes. - Partner with Engineering and Design leadership as a real counterpart, holding proper tension on trade-offs without dominating or giving in too easily. - Partner with Operations, Legal and Finance to shape where this business goes, including the margin and risk picture. - Build an AI-first way of working in the product organisation: how we discover, prototype and learn, not just what we ship. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 10+ years in product management, including 5 to 7 years leading other product managers, with measurable business and customer outcomes behind you. - Experience in operationally or legally complex B2B or Fintech. HR tech, EOR, payroll or compliance is ideal, though the complexity matters more to us than the sector. - A systems thinker who starts from first principles and diagnoses before proposing. - Hands-on experience using AI to change how your team works, not only what it ships. We will ask what decision changed because of something you learned. - Able to set product vision at business-unit level and generate real buy-in when priorities shift. - Proven people leadership: coaching product managers into leaders, holding a clear bar, having the difficult conversation early. - Experience leading through structural change, and comfort with ambiguity as an opportunity rather than a risk. - Communication strong enough to influence senior stakeholders, backed by a mechanism that turns agreement into delivery. You'll also need - A reliable home internet connection, or be able to get one. - Fluent English language skills. HOW WE WORK TOGETHER AT OYSTER Our values guide the work we do, the decisions we make, and the culture that makes Oyster what it is. We make it happen—progress is our default setting. Location: Ramat Gan, Israel About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Wolt is a Helsinki-born technology company founded in 2014, with a mission to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. We do this by making the daily lives of our customers easier, giving local restaurants and stores new ways to reach customers and grow their business, and offering flexible earning opportunities to courier partners. Wolt joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. Together, the two companies now operate a local commerce platform across more than 40 countries, combining DoorDash's technology and scale with Wolt's operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Israel is one of Wolt's most established and strategically important markets. As the business has grown — expanding beyond food delivery into retail, new categories such as pharmacy, and emerging mobility technologies — so has the complexity of the regulatory, legislative, and public affairs environment Wolt operates in locally. The platform economy in Israel is still relatively new and evolving quickly, which makes an active, senior public policy presence essential to the business's continued growth. Role Summary We are looking for a Head of Public Policy, Israel, based in our Tel Aviv office, to take full ownership of Wolt's public policy function in Israel. You’ll be joining the DoorDash International Public Policy team, working closely with global centres of excellence, cross-functional partners, and local business leadership. This role reports to the VP, International Public Policy at DoorDash / Wolt / Deliveroo, based in Helsinki. What You'll Be Doing Own Wolt Israel's public policy strategy: identify, map, and prioritize the regulatory risks, legislative threats, and business opportunities that matter most, and build a plan to act on them. Build and maintain senior relationships across government — relevant ministries, regulators, and the Knesset — to advance legislation that supports responsible growth of the platform economy and to counter legislation that would harm it, with particular focus on the future of platform work. Engage constructively with the key regulatory authorities as Wolt continues to scale in a large, fast-growing, and still-maturing platform economy market. Build and maintain relationships with mayors and municipal leadership to protect and strengthen Wolt's operating environment at the local level. Identify and help unlock new business opportunities that require public policy engagement, such as expansion into regulated product categories. Support the responsible introduction of new technologies relevant to Wolt's business as they become regulatory topics in Israel, including in the space of autonomy. Partner closely with the Communications team so that public policy positioning and public perception are aligned. Manage Wolt's external public policy / government relations agency and other third-party advisors. Maintain relationships with other key stakeholders relevant to the business, including the U.S. Embassy. Our Expectations 12+ years of public policy experience, in the public sector, private sector, or (ideally) both. A degree in law, public policy, political science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred but not required. A demonstrated network and credibility with senior Israeli government officials, regulators, and Knesset members. Direct experience with, or strong understanding of, labor and platform-economy policy issues. Experience navigating regulatory authorities. Comfortable operating independently at a senior level — able to set strategy and represent the company externally, but equally willing to do the hands-on work of research and writing. Experience managing external agencies or consultants. A legal background or degree is an advantage, though not required. Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English, with the ability to translate Israel-specific context for a global audience. Prior experience working within a global or matrixed corporate structure is an advantage. Comfortable working closely with Legal, Communications, and other cross-functional teams. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash .

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own Canonical's legal, regulatory and governance posture and lead a distributed team across EMEA and the Americas. Your primary challenge will be to continue building both the team and the architecture: a management layer across two regions, and the governance, contracting and controls a public company needs, in an environment that regularly does things the industry has not done before. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams on licensing and IP questions, with the security function on customer assurance, and you will advise the Board and its committees directly. Setting the operating cadence of the function: intake and prioritization of legal work, service expectations with internal clients, and reporting on workload and risk to the leadership team. Owning public-market readiness on the legal side: corporate governance, group and entity structure, delegated authority, policies, disclosure controls and records, in partnership with Finance. Advising the CEO, COO, CFO and the Board, and supporting in Board and committee meetings. Owning the commercial contracting framework: standard templates, negotiating positions, and a deviation and escalation process that makes commitments visible before they are signed. Leading intellectual property and open source licensing strategy, including copyleft, trademark and the terms on which Ubuntu and our products are distributed. Owning the global compliance programme: data protection and privacy, export controls and trade compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, competition and AI regulation. Managing litigation, disputes and regulatory engagement, together with the external counsel panel, its budget and its quality. Advising on M&A, partnerships, strategic alliances and financing as the company grows. What we are looking for in you An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university. A degree in law, or equivalent, and an active licence to practice in an EMEA or Americas jurisdiction. Substantial senior in-house experience in a global technology or software business. Proven experience leading a distributed legal team, including managing managers across regions and time zones. A track record of setting and holding a high performance bar: hiring well, developing people, and dealing with under performance directly rather than waiting it out. Experience building or restructuring an in-house legal function, including deciding what is retained, delegated and sent to external counsel. Technology related experience of: negotiating and owning commercial technology contracts, including enterprise software and subscriptions, channel and reseller agreements, hardware manufacturer agreements, cloud and services advising on open source licensing, including permissive and copyleft licences, and familiarity with how open source communities operate. Experience of, or demonstrable readiness for, public company governance: listing preparation, board and committee support, disclosure and controls. Depth in at least two of: data protection and privacy, IP and trademark, export controls and trade, competition, or disputes.
