Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
Wrike is seeking a highly adaptable Senior Product Manager to join our global product organization. As a strategic leader, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of your product area, driving measurable business impact and solving complex problems for millions of users.
We are looking for a versatile generalist who is comfortable tackling diverse challenges as business needs evolve, but who is ready to immediately dive into a high-impact, transformative domain:
AI-driven Work Intake
.
Your Impact:
Deliver Innovation:
Validate and ship solutions that revolutionize how work flows into systems, saving customers time and boosting work quality for both administrators and end-users. Evolve Wrike's work intake experience through platform and agentic capabilities within your first 6 months.
Drive Discovery & Vision:
Deeply understand customer workflows and underlying business pains to uncover emerging needs. Paint a compelling product vision and propose pragmatic, innovative solutions — whether through advanced AI, platform capabilities, or a combination of both — that best solve the core problem.
Adapt & Scale:
Act as a flexible product leader capable of pivoting to new, critical product domains as our overarching business strategy evolves.
Your Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience
in B2B SaaS Product Management, owning customer-facing digital products from ideation to launch.
Customer-Centric Mindset:
Strong empathy for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Product Discovery:
You are experienced in conducting market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and pain points. You are also experienced in testing and validating potential solutions with real users to ensure that they effectively address the identified needs.
Practical AI experience:
Hands-on experience with leveraging AI technologies to streamline work and experience with the creation of AI-powered features.
Collaboration Skills:
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with many partners across different parts of the organization.
Advanced English
language skills (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Standout Qualities:
Experience in the enterprise collaboration, project management, or work management domain.
Proven experience building and delivering AI or LLM-driven product experiences to market.
Demonstrated ability to balance the complex configuration needs of system administrators with a frictionless experience for end-users.
Team Dynamics:
You will operate within a core "Product Trio" model (Product, UX, and Engineering) to guide a tight-knit Scrum team of 6-8 engineers and QA to deliver the product innovations.
You will partner heavily across the organization, pulling in expertise from specialized roles such as AI/ML engineers, Data Scientists, Product Analytics, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful launches.
You will have direct access to enterprise customers and admins to conduct continuous research, test early prototypes, and validate hypotheses through tight feedback loops.
The opportunity to operate at the bleeding edge of AI and work management, blending complex, enterprise-grade capabilities with modern, intelligent user experiences.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
You want to build large scale ML systems from the ground up. You care about making safe, steerable, trustworthy systems. As a Research Engineer, you'll touch all parts of our code and infrastructure, whether that's making the cluster more reliable for our big jobs, improving throughput and efficiency, running and designing scientific experiments, or improving our dev tooling. You're excited to write code when you understand the research context and more broadly why it's important.
Note: This is an "evergreen" role that we keep open on an ongoing basis. We receive many applications for this position, and you may not hear back from us directly if we do not currently have an open role on any of our teams that matches your skills and experience. We encourage you to apply despite this, as we are continually evaluating for top talent to join our team. You are also welcome to reapply as you gain more experience, but we suggest only reapplying once per year.
We may also put up separate, team-specific
job postings
. In those cases, the teams will give preference to candidates who apply to the team-specific postings, so if you are interested in a specific team please make sure to check for team-specific job postings!
You may be a good fit if you:
Have significant software engineering experience
Are results-oriented, with a bias towards flexibility and impact
Pick up slack, even if it goes outside your job description
Enjoy pair programming (we love to pair!)
Want to learn more about machine learning research
Care about the societal impacts of your work
Strong candidates may also have experience with:
High performance, large-scale ML systems
GPUs, Kubernetes, Pytorch, or OS internals
Language modeling with transformers
Reinforcement learning
Large-scale ETL
Representative projects:
Optimizing the throughput of a new attention mechanism
Comparing the compute efficiency of two Transformer variants
Making a Wikipedia dataset in a format models can easily consume
Scaling a distributed training job to thousands of GPUs
Writing a design doc for fault tolerance strategies
Creating an interactive visualization of attention between tokens in a language model
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

—
$500,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What's the opportunity?
The
Research, Analytics & Data Science (RAD)
team turns insight into action. We uncover customer, product, and business insights and translate them into tools and decision systems embedded directly into GTM workflows.
AI has unlocked an entirely new generation of internal tools for our GTM teams. We’re evolving from static dashboards to LLM and agent-powered workflows that
do
the work: auto-researching accounts, summarizing prior interactions, drafting personalized outreach, flagging renewal risk, and assembling decks and docs - enabling Sales and Success to focus on high-value conversations.
The RAD team partners closely with GTM Systems to define problems, solutions, and measure impact - from prototype to production.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is energized by solving complex real-world problems, and is motivated by seeing their work translate into tangible business impact.
What will I be doing?
Design, evaluate, and ship AI-powered internal tools
for GTM use cases - including account research & summaries, next-best-action recommendations, renewal propensity, pipeline risk detection, QBR/autobrief generation, and post-call summarization & follow-ups.
Work end-to-end:
Own the full lifecycle, from problem definition and data modeling to building production-ready tools, including writing Python backends and React frontends.
Prototype fast, ship to learn:
Rapidly build with users, then productionize quickly to iterate and deliver impact.
Instrument for adoption and outcomes:
Define success through real usage and measurable business impact (e.g., improved win rate, conversion, expansion).
Evangelize and enable:
Document playbooks, run enablement sessions, and help leaders operationalize new tooling across teams.
What skills do I need?
Proven track record of applied data science with measurable GTM impact - you’ve shipped models or tools that moved metrics like conversion, cycle time, or retention.
LLM/ML application experience - familiarity with RAG, prompt and tool design, vector search, evals and have leveraged AI for development.
Excellent SQL skills and fluency in Python or R, with experience applying analytical and statistical methods to business problems.
Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., DBT, Airflow) for deploying reliable data workflows.
Strong communication and empathy - ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative
product mindset
- comfort working closely with Sales and Success teams to turn ambiguity into clear deliverables.
