About the role
Advertising is one of OLX's most important revenue lines - and one of its biggest opportunities. Today, our advertising business spans multiple markets, formats, and platforms, but it needs a product leader who can take it to the next level: from foundational ad-tech infrastructure to new revenue surfaces powered by AI.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the global advertising product end-to-end. This means everything from the ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) to growing revenue beyond listings through self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats. You'll also shape how advertising integrates into AI-native surfaces — balancing monetisation yield against buyer experience.
This is a role for someone who has built advertising products at scale, understands the programmatic ecosystem, and is excited about using AI to create new advertising experiences. You'll work closely with business and commercial stakeholders to grow revenue, while ensuring our advertising never compromises the trust our users place in the platform.
This role reports to the Head of Product.
What you'll do
Own the global advertising product end-to-end: ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) across all marketplaces and platforms
Drive growth of advertising revenue beyond listings, including self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats such as sponsored listings, native, and video
Own integration of ads into AI-native surfaces such as AutoIQ and agentic search, balancing yield against buyer experience
Define and track advertising success metrics: revenue, fill rate, eCPM, advertiser ROI, buyer experience impact
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales teams to build the product capabilities that unlock revenue growth
Represent the advertising product at the leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executive audiences
What we're looking for
Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale
Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products — programmatic ads, third-party ads, billing systems, or ad-serving platforms
Experience taking advertising or monetisation products from early-stage to meaningful revenue
Ability to balance monetisation yield with user experience — making evidence-based trade-offs between revenue and buyer trust
AI-native: you build with AI, not just use it for productivity. You experiment with AI tools outside of work and bring that curiosity into your product craft
Zero-to-one: you see opportunities, not just optimisations. You spot problems, build prototypes, and ship
Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect clarity — you create it
Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences
Preferred:
Experience with retail media, sponsored listings, native advertising, or video ad formats in a marketplace or e-commerce context
Familiarity with AI-native product surfaces and how advertising integrates with AI experiences
Multi-market experience across different regulatory and commercial environments

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 800+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia, and serves five brands from one marketing department: Deluxe Holiday Homes, ProKeep, HIVE Business Center, Deluxe Homes Interior Design, and Deluxe Homes Real Estate Brokers. We run a platform-first model: our in-house Marketing OS and AI pipelines do the production-line work, and a small team does judgment, camera, and execution.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, decisive Marketing Executive to own the physical and scheduled side of marketing across all five brands: the video and photo shoot pipeline, the day-to-day operation of every social media account in the group, every marketing vendor (print, signage, uniforms, vehicle branding, design freelancers), the physical launch of HIVE Business Center, and the trackers and weekly reporting the department runs on. You are the single point of accountability for one outcome: everything happens on the date it was promised.
This is an ownership role, not a reminder-sender role. You make the routine calls — hold or release a shoot, pin a vendor to a date, reorder collateral before it runs out — and report after; you do not escalate and wait. You hold a written GO/NO-GO right on every shoot: if a shoot is not ready 3 days out, you stop it. If a vendor slips, you are on their phone the same day.
Note: This role does not include marketing strategy, creative direction, copywriting, design, paid advertising, or SEO — those sit with specialist owners. Captions, scripts, and visuals arrive prepared from the content team and AI pipeline: you publish and operate, you do not write or design. The role has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot Production
• Own the shoot calendar across all brands: schedule every shoot 7 days out and issue the brief (properties, concept, video count) to the content and camera team.
• Run the readiness gate: scripts in 4 days out, written GO or NO-GO to the Shoot Lead and GM 3 days out, by 6 pm, every time.
• Lock properties with operations: units blocked, cleaned, and staged 3 days before every shoot.
• Prepare the kit: wardrobe, props, and equipment ready on shoot day.
• Log delivered-vs-planned for every shoot and keep host cancellation and standby penalties at AED 0.
2. Social Publishing & Account Operations
• Publish the prepared content for all 5 brands, every day, per the approved calendar through the Marketing OS — and log the live link for every post. Flag any cadence break 24 hours before it happens, never after.
• Operate every social account in the group (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube): bios, links, covers, highlights, pinned posts — complete and current at all times — and secure handles, profiles, and defensive registrations for any new brand or entity within 48 hours of its naming.
• Moderate comments and DMs across all accounts with hard routing rules: booking or sales leads to the reservations and BD teams the same day, guest complaints to operations, spam hidden.
• Keep Google Business Profile and Bing Places complete and active for ProKeep and HIVE (weekly posts, photos, Q&A), and execute the citation list set by the Search team.
• Send review responses within 48 hours (AI-drafted, human-checked).
• Run a monthly QA pass across every live channel and fix what it finds.
3. Vendors, Print & Physical Brand
• Own every marketing vendor thread end-to-end: supplier, quote, approval, pinned date, delivery, and payment paperwork to finance.
• Keep welcome books and in-unit collateral stocked across 700+ units on a reorder
• Deliver uniforms and the vehicle-branding schedule (15 vehicles currently pending) to completion.
• Chase trademark agents (EN + AR) and manage Arabic transcreation delivery from briefed vendors.
• Run the physical launch of HIVE Business Center: signage, tour-route materials, print collateral, and opening-day logistics.
• Bring every vendor decision to the GM as a 3-option comparison with your recommendation.
4. Trackers & Reporting
• Keep every task, vendor, and budget line in ClickUp with a due date, updated every working day — without being chased.
• File and index every photo and video asset within 48 hours of delivery so the AI pipeline can use it.
• Send the Monday report to the GM: progress, blockers (with the date and person you escalated to), and spend.
• Escalate any blocker — on anyone, including the GM — in writing within 24 hours.
• Record every operational decision (cadence changes, vendor awards, holds) in the decision log.
Required Qualifications
• 3–6 years in production coordination, marketing operations, traffic management, or event production — UAE experience required.
• You come from a 50–500-person company — agency, hospitality, property, or D2C — where you ran schedules and vendors yourself, not through a department.
• Decisive operator — reference-checked: your last manager will confirm you made calls inside your scope without waiting.
• Proven vendor management: sourcing, quotes, negotiating to a deadline, accepting or rejecting delivery, and closing the payment paperwork.
• Daily discipline in a task system (ClickUp, Asana, or similar): every task, a due date, a same-day update.
• Fast, clear written English — comfortable issuing a written NO-GO that stops a shoot, to people more senior than you.
• Native fluency in the mechanics of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube account operations — publishing runs through our platform, but you know how each platform actually behaves.
• Valid UAE driving licence and readiness to move across Dubai daily: properties, vendors, print shops, and the HIVE site.
Preferred Qualifications
• Arabic — working level or better.
• Hospitality, short-term rental, or real estate marketing exposure.
• On-set experience: call sheets, shot lists, location logistics.
• Enough Adobe/Canva literacy to catch a wrong export — you check design, you do not produce it.
• AI tools in your daily workflow: drafting, checklists, review responses.

Job Title: Staff/Lead SDET Engineer (Test Automation Platform)
Product: Total Battle
Total Battle is a massive MMO 4X strategy game available on mobile and web, uniting millions of active players. As our product and engineering teams scale, we are shifting our testing paradigm: automated testing must become a daily, self-service engineering tool rather than a bottleneck owned by a dedicated team.
We are looking for a Staff/Lead SDET to take technical ownership of our internal test automation tooling and make this vision a reality.
Why this role exists
Your core mission is to empower product QA teams. You won't write tests; you will build the tools, APIs, and abstractions that allow QA engineers (with basic Python & OOP skills) to independently create checks, manage test states, run tests in CI/CD, and diagnose failures.
- The Product Teams own the tests.
- You own the tooling layer that makes their work possible.

💡 Core Focus Areas:
1. Client Testing Tools: UI scenarios, method/component checks across Android, WebGL, and (soon) iOS.
2. Server Integration: Component testing tools built over existing Python clients, SDKs, and product testability capabilities.(Note: We aren't starting from scratch. We need a visionary who can assess our existing solutions, define a target architecture, and evolve them incrementally).
What You’ll Work On
- Drive Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for QA tooling, evolve its architecture, and personally implement key solutions.
- Build the Platform: Develop domain APIs, fixtures, and state-preparation tools for integration/component testing over existing SDKs.
- Enhance Client Automation: Extend client UI automation and enable sub-UI checks for specific client methods.
- Unify Execution: Ensure local and CI execution follow a predictable, unified path across Android and WebGL.
- Create Diagnostics: Build clear diagnostic tools to help QA engineers easily distinguish between product, test, tooling, and infrastructure failures.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Translate recurring QA needs into product testability requirements and establish technical contracts with client/backend teams.
- Evangelize & Mentor: Drive adoption of your tools through pilots, solid documentation, and feedback loops. (Where needed, help define engineering roles and participate in hiring/onboarding).
Who You Are We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in long-term ownership of internal platforms.
- Python Expert: You regularly write, debug, and maintain Python code for libraries, frameworks, SDKs, or internal tools.
- Platform Builder: You have designed or substantially evolved a framework/SDK used by multiple teams, bringing it to a point where teams can use it independently.
- API Designer: You know how to build stable public APIs over existing SDKs, hiding low-level details from the end-user.
- Cross-Functional Driver: You’ve successfully worked with backend, client, or framework teams to deliver testability capabilities, driving changes even when you don't directly manage the teams.
- CI/CD & Diagnostics Guru: You have integrated automated checks into CI quality gates with robust reproducibility and diagnostics.
- AI Adopter: You leverage LLMs and coding agents to investigate codebases, develop tooling, or create tests efficiently.
- Deep Domain Expertise: You have profound hands-on experience in at least one of the following (and can take technical responsibility for the other):
- Client/UI automation: Drivers, custom/non-native UI, synchronization, and sub-UI checks.
- Backend/integration tooling: Python clients/SDKs, protocols, sessions, fixtures, and test state.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience in both client/UI and backend/integration tooling.
- Background in modernizing legacy automation and conducting incremental user migrations.
- Experience with complex test lifecycles (data isolation, flaky checks, state management).
- Experience in GameDev or complex live-service products (Unity, Cocos/Axmol, WebGL).
- Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, XCUITest, Android ADB, or iOS infrastructure.
- Experience with asynchronous Python, typed models (Pydantic, mypy), or schema-based code generation.

We partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to uncover opportunities, evaluate investments, and understand what drives customer and business outcomes.
We’re hiring a Senior Staff Data Scientist to deepen how data shapes our product and growth strategy. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can move from identifying an important question to shaping the approach, defining success, and driving toward an answer.
What You'll Do:
Own the analytical understanding of Netlify’s PLG performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention, identifying opportunities before they become requests
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to turn behavioral insights into product bets, defining what to test, how to measure it, and what the results mean
Lead experimentation from hypothesis through decision, including study design, methodology, success metrics, guardrails, analysis, and recommendations

Build scalable analytical systems like semantic models, trusted metrics, proactive monitoring, and AI-powered agents that surface opportunities without waiting to be asked
Use AI to investigate faster, automate recurring analytical work, and test more hypotheses without sacrificing the judgment that makes the output useful
Identify gaps in measurement, event instrumentation, and metric definitions, and partner with Data and Product Engineering to close them
Serve as a trusted analytical partner to PLG leadership, using evidence and product judgment to influence investment decisions and roadmap priorities
Influence product strategy through evidence, product instincts, and a clear point of view, without relying on formal authority to do it
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science, with a track record of high ownership and measurable impact on PLG or consumer product outcomes
Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention
Demonstrated ability to turn behavioral data into product hypotheses and carry them from insight through experimentation and measured outcomes
Deep experimentation expertise: study design, statistical reasoning, causal inference, and the judgment to know when an experiment has told you what you need to know
Experience building analytical systems such as metrics layers, monitoring frameworks, or semantic models that teams can rely on over time
An AI-native approach to analysis: you use AI tools actively to accelerate investigation, automate repetitive work, and surface patterns faster
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and product direction through analytical reasoning, clear recommendations, and sound judgment
Comfort operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces, including determining which questions are most important to answer
Strong written and verbal communication skills in distributed environments, with the ability to make complex findings clear and recommendations actionable
This Role is a Great Fit If:
You're energized by finding the opportunity before anyone thought to ask - proactive discovery is how you naturally work, not a mode you shift into
You think like a product person who happens to be exceptionally rigorous with data, not a data person who occasionally weighs in on product
You thrive when the problem isn't handed to you - you'd rather define the question worth asking than answer the one that landed in your queue
You get excited about building systems that keep working after you've moved on to the next problem
You're comfortable making a call with imperfect information and can articulate clearly why you made it
You enjoy being a thought partner to senior leaders - shaping how they think about investment and opportunity, not just supporting decisions already made
You work well in a remote-first, async environment where written clarity and self-direction matter more than proximity
You're drawn to roles where the measure of success is outcomes, decisions made, bets tested, metrics moved, not volume of output produced

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company, and Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and infrastructure that turn that growth into revenue. With a large volume of people discovering and signing up for Netlify every day, Marketing Operations is critical to understanding those users, connecting activity across our systems, and creating scalable ways to engage them throughout their journey.
As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational foundation behind that work. You’ll connect HubSpot, Salesforce, product data, and analytics, build the systems and lifecycle infrastructure that turn signals into action, and give Marketing and our GTM partners trusted visibility into performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll translate the Marketing Operations vision into a roadmap and independently drive it forward while partnering closely with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute on the Marketing Operations roadmap, translating broader Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
Own our marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation.
Build and maintain the connection between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics so we can understand and engage users throughout the customer journey.
Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue.
Build reporting and self-service dashboards that give Marketing and GTM partners a trusted view of performance and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level decision-making.
Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, turning customer and product signals into scalable journeys from signup through activation and conversion.
Build experimentation infrastructure that allows marketers to launch, measure, and learn from tests without requiring engineering support for every experiment.
Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic assessments of what we should keep, retire, consolidate, or integrate.
Establish scalable practices for high-volume email operations, including audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience.
Turn large and sometimes ambiguous datasets into actionable recommendations, identifying points of friction or drop-off and partnering with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps on opportunities to improve conversion.
Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader Marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
Explore emerging capabilities in AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement, helping the team establish useful workflows and baselines as the space develops.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with experience operating independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance.
Experience working with high-volume customer or prospect datasets and designing segmentation, lifecycle, and operational approaches that remain reliable at scale.
Significant experience operating high-volume email programs, with a practical understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and the risks that emerge at large sending volumes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, question the quality of the underlying data, and turn findings into recommendations.
Experience building or operating lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs tied to measurable activation or conversion outcomes.
Systems thinking and experience designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems.
Experience building measurement and experimentation infrastructure that enables other teams to operate and learn independently.
Strong GTM fluency and an understanding of how Marketing Operations, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success connect to customer experience and revenue.
Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate your work while applying judgment to validate outputs and determine where automation is (and isn’t) appropriate.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tooling is helpful.
Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is useful, but we value relevant operating experience over category-specific expertise.
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You enjoy building the foundation, not just operating what someone else has already built. You’re energized by taking an imperfect system and creating something scalable, measurable, and trusted.
You’re comfortable moving between architecture and execution. You can define how a system should work and then get into the details yourself when necessary to make it work.
You thrive with significant autonomy. Given a goal and context, you investigate the problem, weigh tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the work forward without needing a detailed playbook.
You genuinely enjoy data. Large, messy datasets make you curious, and you’re willing to dig until you understand what is happening and what the business should do about it.
You care deeply about operational quality. Data integrity, attribution, documentation, audience segmentation, and email deliverability aren’t afterthoughts—they’re part of building a trustworthy growth engine.
You balance speed with judgment. You know when to move quickly, when a shortcut creates unacceptable downstream risk, and when to challenge an approach that won’t scale.
You see AI as a way to amplify good judgment and increase leverage rather than a substitute for understanding the work.
You communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment and can build alignment across Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data without relying on organizational authority.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ROLE SUMMARY
You own the marketing-technology layer behind Taxfix's growth: the conversion signals that tell ad networks who converted, the customer data that powers CRM, the consent flows that decide what we may share and with whom, and the referral program, one of the growth mechanics the team owns end to end. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports. You set direction for a small engineering team (a tech lead plus 3–4 engineers, two-week sprints) that supports four products across three markets, with Paid Acquisition, CRM, Brand and Creative as internal customers. A typical week mixes debugging a missing ad-network event, scoping a referral reward, settling a data-sharing question with Legal, and explaining trade-offs to leadership. All work, including across markets, happens in English; German is not required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own conversion-signal engineering for paid acquisition: client-side and server-to-server events into Singular, Firebase/GA4, Google Ads and TikTok, including synthetic events, revenue values and predicted-LTV signals.
- Run the referral program as a product: reward mechanics, eligibility and fraud rules, voucher infrastructure (Voucherify), the in-app voucher wallet, entry points, and the experiments that tune them.
- Grow push and marketing-consent opt-in through permission primers, iOS/Android OS permission flows and notification preferences.
- Keep CRM data trustworthy: Braze attributes and events, Snowflake-to-Braze syncs, event-loss monitoring, and moving legacy messaging (SendGrid, Firebase) onto Braze.
- Turn consent and privacy requirements into product behaviour, and work with Legal on what data can go to which partner.
- Adapt tracking, CRM attributes and attribution to company launches, such as new subscription pricing tiers, without breaking downstream campaigns or reporting.
- Turn stakeholder requests, support escalations and spike findings into tickets engineers can start on, and decide what goes into the sprint.
- Weigh roadmap work against platform upkeep: pipeline migrations, security fixes, end-of-life SDKs.
- Design A/B tests (Eppo) and read the results for marketing and consent opt-s, and referral changes.
- Report progress, risks and trade-offs in writing to marketing leadership, including VP and C-level.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Several years as a product manager owning martech, growth infrastructure or data products, setting your own roadmap with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on mobile and web attribution: an MMP (Singular or comparable), server-to-server events, and ad-network conversion setups (Google Ads, TikTok).
- Event-tracking depth: you can define an event schema, write a tracking spec, and trace a missing or duplicated event through Segment, Google Tag Manager and the receiving platform.
- CRM data platforms, ideally Braze: custom attributes, event-triggered segmentation, data ingestion and sync quality.
- Working knowledge of EU consent and privacy: GDPR, consent mode, iOS App Tracking Transparency, and how push permissions behave on iOS and Android.
- Experimentation: framing hypotheses, choosing and configuring metrics, judging when a result is real.
- Precise writing: specs that engineers (and AI coding agents) can start on without a meeting, and concise updates and decision memos for leadership.
- Enough technical fluency to work through trade-offs with engineers across mobile apps (React Native), backend services and data pipelines, and to triage production incidents.
NICE TO HAVE
- Performance marketing experience with the main app and web acquisition channels (e.g. Google Ads, TikTok).
- Referral, loyalty or voucher programs; Voucherify specifically.
- Predicted-LTV or value-based bidding signals (e.g. Churney).
- Deep linking and deferred deep linking across ad networks.
- AI-driven CRM orchestration (Aampe) or creative asset tooling (Frontify, AI creative tagging).
- Building AI agents or automation for product and engineering workflows.
- Querying data yourself in SQL (Snowflake), and familiarity with dbt and Airflow.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.
-5+ years of professional software engineering, including ownership of production systems rather than isolated features. -Strong SQL Server - T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, indexes and execution plans.

You will own the systems for interactive OLAP querying, orchestration, and experimentation, ensuring our data is trustworthy, fast, and easy to use for the entire organization.
- Memory & Personalization: Power the next generation of intelligent experiences. You will develop the systems for long-term agent memory, build reusable Customer Data Platform (CDP) primitives, and implement the optimization loops that allow our agents to personalize interactions and demonstrably lift business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We’re excited to meet candidates who bring depth in one of these areas:
Platform Engineering
- You have designed, built, and operated large-scale data systems, processing terabytes or petabytes of data with technologies like Spark, Flink, Trino/Presto, and data lakehouse formats like Iceberg or Hudi.
- You possess strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals in a language like Go, Scala, or Python. You understand the trade-offs of different storage engines, query plans, and data serialization formats.
- You have a history of implementing pragmatic data governance, lineage, and testing. You’ve built platforms that are cost-aware, highly operable, and a delight for other engineers to build upon.
- You're well-versed in data modeling best practices (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions) and know how to optimize analytical query patterns for both traditional OLAP systems and modern cloud data warehouses.
Product Engineering
- You have a portfolio of shipped data products, including analytics dashboards, data visualization tools, or alerting and exploration systems.
- You are a skilled full-stack engineer (e.g., TypeScript/React and a service layer like Go), with a keen eye for performance, API design, and polish.
- You excel at turning ambiguous questions into clear, intuitive interfaces. You have strong product sense around information architecture, handling empty states, and making complex data explainable.
- You have practical experience with ML-powered product features, such as personalization, recommendations, or classification systems.
Shared Qualities
- Strong software engineering background with 4-7+ years of hands-on development experience in building and shipping production systems or products.
- A passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
- High agency and a bias to action in a high-autonomy environment.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Deep experience with event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis) and real-time data processing.
- Experience with modern data visualization libraries (e.g., ECharts, D3.js) and the principles of building performant, reusable charting components for complex data.
- Production experience with recommender systems or optimization loops (e.g., multi-armed bandits, ranking).
- A track record of leading complex technical projects or mentoring other engineers.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
