About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Our Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model. We already run a growing set of partner-facing systems: a partner portal, CRM workflows, enablement and certification platforms, and the trackers that connect them. The systems lead on our team owns that foundation — the portal, the data model, and the integrations that keep partner records accurate and flowing.
This role is the other half of that build. As our AI Operations Engineer, you'll design, build, and run the agentic workflows that sit on top of those systems: Claude-powered agents and automations that triage partner applications, draft and send partner communications, sync data across tools, surface deal and enablement signals, and take routine operational work off the team entirely. Where the systems lead builds the rails, you build what runs on them.
This is a builder role, not an analyst role. You'll ship working automations weekly, own them in production, and continuously expand what the team can do without adding headcount.
Key responsibilities:
Design and build agentic workflows (using Claude, MCP connectors, and API integrations) that automate core partner experience operations: application triage, onboarding, deal registration, certification tracking, partner communications, and reporting
Partner closely with our systems lead to integrate these workflows with the partner portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance systems, and database systems — consuming and writing back to the systems of record rather than creating shadow processes
Turn recurring manual work into reliable, monitored automations: define the workflow, build it, test it against real cases, add guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints where decisions carry risk, and document how it runs
Own the operational health of what you ship: error handling, edge cases, escalation paths, and iteration when partner processes change
Prototype fast with the team: sit with partner managers, find the highest-friction workflows, and get a working v1 in front of them in days, not quarters
Establish reusable patterns (skills, prompts, connectors, playbooks) so each new workflow is faster to build than the last, and teach the broader team to self-serve on the simple ones
Minimum qualifications:
Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic tooling: prompt and workflow design, tool/function calling, MCP or comparable integration frameworks, and evaluating agent output quality
Experience working across APIs and business systems — CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), PRM/partner portals, LMS/certification platforms, spreadsheet-based tools, Slack, and email — and scripting the glue between them in Python or JavaScript
Strong judgment about automation risk: knowing which steps an agent can own outright, which need a human checkpoint, and how to design for graceful failure
Process instincts: ability to look at a messy manual workflow, find the actual bottleneck, and redesign it rather than just automating it as-is
Clear written communication; documents what you build so it outlives you
Preferred qualifications:
5+ years in operations engineering, solutions engineering, business systems, RevOps, or a similar build-heavy role, ideally supporting a partner, sales, or customer success organization
Experience in partner/channel operations specifically (deal registration, MDF/co-sell programs, partner tiering, certification pipelines)
Experience shipping internal AI tools or automations that are still running in production today
Familiarity with the Claude API, Claude Code, or agent frameworks; building custom MCP servers is a plus
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$215,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Brand team ships a high volume of ambitious creative across product launches, growth, events, customer marketing, and brand awareness. As the work has scaled, so has the need for a strong operating system around it.
We're hiring a Director of Brand Operations to build that operating system: the processes, milestones, and cross-functional coordination that let a world-class creative team do its best work and ship fast. This is an operations role focused on how the work gets done; it is not a traditional production-management role.
You'll be the operator who protects creatives from organizational swirl, sets clear ways of working, and fixes cross-functional breakdowns upstream so great ideas reach the world quickly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and build the operating system for how Brand's creative gets produced.
- Build the brand operating system: the processes, milestones, and ways of working that turn creative direction into shipped work.
- Diagnose and fix bottlenecks across functions. Find where work stalls, trace it to the source, and remove the limiting factor wherever it lives.
- Protect creatives from org swirl by absorbing cross-functional complexity so the team stays focused on the work.
- Automate with AI: use AI to streamline how work flows and cut manual overhead across the operation (intake, triage, status, reporting, handoffs).
- Partner with the creative leads so operations and creative are complementary, freeing creative leads to focus on creative.
- Be Brand's ambassador to the rest of Ramp: scope incoming work and pull Brand into projects early, at the right time.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Exceptional organization: you hold 20+ live workstreams and keep everyone on track
- A cross-functional root-cause instinct: you can walk into a tangled, multi-team workflow, explain why it's slow, and fix it. This is the most important capability for the role.
- A track record of building systems and automation: you've taken an operation from messy to repeatable and use tooling and AI to compress cycle time.
- A metrics-driven approach: you instrument delivery so progress is clear and provable.
- Hands-on, lean leadership: you lift both the operation and the people in it.
- A bias for better ways of working: you remove limiting factors and speed up delivery without adding process for its own sake.
- An operator-first profile: we care more about someone who can diagnose and fix how work flows than about a creative, production, or marketing pedigree. Strong candidates come from product ops, biz ops, GTM ops, finance ops, or chief-of-staff backgrounds.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience scaling an in-house creative or content studio in a high-growth environment.
- Experience building AI-assisted operational workflows.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Anthropic runs one of the largest and fastest-growing infrastructure fleets in the industry, across multiple accelerator families, CPU families, clouds, neoclouds, and on-prem sites. Capacity Engineering owns the data, tooling, and systems that let Anthropic plan, measure, and maximize utilization of that fleet: we partner on supply deals, wire telemetry from day zero, own the canonical capacity data layer, and build the planning and enforcement tools every research and product team relies on. This role sits in the Planning pillar, on the Demand Planning team, and works daily with research engineering, pretraining, inference, compute supply, finance, and external vendors.
You own the tranches. The job has two halves that feed each other. Upstream, you take the Demand Planning forecast and turn it into per-tranche requirements — shape, interconnect, region, supporting resources, date — and carry those into sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews so we contract for capacity we can actually use when we need it. Downstream, you own the integrated schedule and system of record for every tranche in flight — from contracted through reserved, ingested, in-cluster, healthy, and occupied — and you drive the owners of each hop to their dates. Every slip you see downstream becomes a contract-language fix, an automation, or a correction fed back to the forecast.
What you'll do
Turn the forecast into per-tranche requirements.
Take the Demand Planning forecast plus direct input from research, pretraining, and inference planners, and convert it into concrete accelerator, interconnect, region, supporting-resource, and date requirements for each tranche. Represent those in sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews, including which contractual terms actually move delivery dates.
Qualify tranches for deliverability before signature.
The Capacity Planner signs fit-to-forecast; you sign whether the shape can land schedulable, healthy, and instrumented in that region on that date, with storage, egress, identity in place.
Close the delivery loop.
Track forecast-versus-delivered on shape, region, and timing for every tranche; publish the variance; and feed it back to Demand Planning and into the next contract.
Own the bring-up system of record.
Define the canonical contract-to-occupied state machine with explicit entry and exit criteria per stage, and make it a first-class object in the capacity data layer so every downstream tool sees in-flight capacity, not only what has landed.
Run a portfolio of bring-ups in parallel
— new cloud regions, on-prem sites, neocloud blocks — with one integrated schedule spanning provider milestones, cluster creation, network turn-up, storage readiness, health burn-in, and first-workload landing.
Drive readiness automation:
All capacity systems are fully integrated for all new capacity, from contracted through ingested, automated and scaled.
Instrument and publish the numbers that matter
— time-to-occupied and paid-idle dollars per tranche — with executive-level reporting on status, tradeoffs, and risk across the portfolio.
What you bring
Significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure — cloud regions, accelerator clusters, HPC systems, or bare-metal fleets — at multi-region scale or ≥10k accelerators (or CPU/storage equivalent).
Technical range from through cluster orchestration and node health, up to the telemetry and planning tables on top — enough to debug where they disagree rather than route it.
SQL and enough Python to answer your own questions and build your own reporting.
A degree in a technical field or an equivalent engineering track record.
Preferred
Reserved-capacity onboarding, private offers, or capacity commitments with cloud or neocloud providers.
Enough demand-planning exposure to challenge a forecast, translate it into per-tranche requirements, and feed delivery variance back into it.
Data center or colocation delivery: power and space planning, network turn-up, site acceptance, vendor management.
Accelerator health and burn-in, collective-communications sanity testing, or fleet-health SLOs — and a rigorous definition of "healthy."
Systems of record or lifecycle services for infrastructure assets.
Onboarding a new hardware generation into an existing scheduler and observability stack.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A inside Revenue Operations. This role is accountable for headcount and expense management, comp plan execution, forecast roll-ups, and the analytical work that keeps the GTM organization on plan.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Planning, you will partner directly with FP&A and across Revenue Operations. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with broad exposure to the operating mechanics of the GTM organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance: own the timeline, drive the deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and synthesize the output into a single plan.
- Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization: track plan vs. actual, manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers and recruiting on capacity.
- Run the comp plan modeling and execution cycle: scenario modeling, plan documentation, exception handling, and partnership with the comp administrator on payout accuracy.
- Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments. Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
- Support territory and quota deployment: produce the analytical work that underpins the annual plan and mid-year adjustments.
- Maintain the Strategy & Planning analytical layer: dashboards, recurring reports, and the data quality work that makes the rest of the team's work possible.
- Partner with FP&A on month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role. SaaS or consumption-based business model experience preferred.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat your scope as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces.
- Comfortable program-managing a cross-functional process. You can hold a timeline, drive deliverables across Sales and Finance leadership, and synthesize across stakeholders without being told how.
- Strong financial modeling skills. Driver-based modeling in Excel and Google Sheets, built independently.
- SQL fluency required; Python a plus. Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or a comparable modern analytics stack. Comfort working in code, not just spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles: how revenue, commissions, and expense flow through the financial system.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational rigor. You see controllership as a discipline, not a chore.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to translate analytical work into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, comp administration platforms (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar), and BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As an AV Operations Specialist, you'll be accountable for how the AV spaces perform, how support requests get resolved, and how events land in the space you're responsible for. This role will help own all areas within the AV landscape. In a given week you might execute a preventative maintenance sweep across a floor of conference rooms, work the support queue and drive a recurring failure to root cause, and then run technical coverage for an all-hands or an executive presentation that evening.
You'll be the regional presence our AV Engineering and Production teams build on — the person who catches problems before users report them, and who turns what you learn on the ground into standards the rest of the team can run from. Your work directly enables the collaboration and transparency that advance our AI safety mission.
Responsibilities
Site Ownership & Room Health
Serve as the AV owner for your office — accountable for the health, readiness, and performance of every room and event space in the building
Execute preventative maintenance programs and recurring room sweeps on a defined cadence, not only in response to tickets
Maintain accurate inventory of room systems, peripherals, wireless microphones, cameras, and portable production gear, including spares strategy and replacement cycles
Coordinate AV scope for office moves, room reconfigurations, and new-space readiness in partnership with Workplace and AV Engineering
Know your estate: maintain the room documentation, as-builts, and site-specific gotchas that make your office supportable by anyone on the team
Support Operations
Help own the AV support queue — triage, prioritization, resolution, and escalation with clear diagnostic context
Participate in the regional AV on-run rotation (West, East, or EMEA), covering AV issues during local business hours alongside the daily room-check discipline
Systematically isolate faults to a point in the signal chain rather than reaching for reboots and cable swaps
Drive recurring issues to root cause and surface them to AV Engineering as candidates for platform-level or design-level fixes
Contribute to runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation that other technicians follow
Event Support & Production
Provide technical coverage for live and hybrid events in your office — from small executive presentations and team meetings through to all-hands and company-wide broadcasts
Operate event production systems including audio consoles, video switchers, camera systems, playback, and streaming encoders
Run pre-event readiness: walkthroughs, rehearsals, source checks, gear staging, and failover planning
Handle scoping conversations with requesters — translating what a stakeholder wants the event to feel like into an equipment and staffing plan that fits the team's SLA
Turn novel one-off events into repeatable standards — a template, runbook, or gear list that makes the next one easier for the whole team
Vendor Direction & Cross-functional Partnership
Direct AV integrators, contractors, and event labor on site, holding them to defined scope, SLAs, and quality standards
Partner with Workplace, Events, and IT on lead times, expectations, and readiness
Act as the regional feedback loop to AV Engineering — what's failing, what's missing, and what the standard should be
Communicate status, risk, and resolution to non-technical stakeholders in clear, calm, jargon-free language
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, workplace technology, or technical event support
Have owned a standing estate — the same rooms, the same stakeholders, week over week — and were accountable for how those spaces performed over time
Bring working fluency across room systems, event audio, video, camera, and streaming, with enough depth to diagnose problems rather than only report them
Are comfortable being the only AV person in the building, and can prioritize independently across maintenance, support, and events
Bring structure to ambiguity — checklists, intake processes, maintenance cadences, and documentation
Are energized rather than drained by being the front-facing technical partner to executives, event producers, and everyone else who walks up to you in a hallway
Take ownership end-to-end, from noticing a recurring failure to getting it permanently fixed
Thrive in a fast-moving environment where standards are being written rather than inherited
Strong Candidates May Also Have Experience With:
Q-SYS DSP platforms — comfortable navigating and reasoning about existing audio/video routing and control designs
Logitech CollabOS and Sync, Google Meet hardware, Zoom Rooms, and enterprise room system administration
Preventative maintenance and room-sweep programs across a distributed room fleet
Broadcast video switchers such as Blackmagic ATEM, Ross Carbonite, or NewTek TriCaster
Digital audio mixing consoles such as Yamaha DM7 or CL/QL series, and Shure wireless systems
PTZ camera systems and multi-camera workflows
Ticketing and workflow systems such as Jira, and participation in an on-run rotation
Coordinating AV contractors, integrators, and labor for site support and event coverage
CTS certification or equivalent demonstrated capability
Role Specific Location Policy:
This role will be based in our New York office
This role is expected to be in office 5 days per week
Occasional evening and early-morning coverage is expected around major events
4-6 weeks of travel annually may be expected for this role for distributed support, office buildout support, and event coverage as needed
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$230,000
—

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
