We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the US EST.
About Product Management
As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential.
Product Managers are the bridge that connects R&D to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers.
The role
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you'll own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. That includes
Grafana Federal Cloud
, for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability: US federal agencies; state, local, and education (SLED) customers; and commercial companies that sell FedRAMP offerings of their own. It also includes
Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC)
, which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider, saving them significantly at scale.
Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. Deployment choices change the product: features that are simple in standard SaaS can be hard, expensive, or impossible in a regulated or customer-owned environment. You’ll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud. You'll also help shape which deployment models we offer next.
Along the way, you’ll use AI tools daily to speed up research, analyze product signals, and develop positioning, applying strong judgment to the results.
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products, using product data and market research to balance customer value against engineering cost and technical constraints
Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products, including how they compare to regular Grafana Cloud, and partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs
Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity
Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals and brief partners, resellers, and analysts on our deployment options
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments
We’re excited about you because you have
5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product,
or
a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership
Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics
Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships
Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required.
Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization
Bonus Points
Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud
Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products
Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners
Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Ireland.

About the Team
Research & Insights is the team that helps Salmon understand its customers, market, and business opportunities. The CX/UX Research team sits within it and works side by side with Product and Design, turning customer evidence into better product decisions.
As Salmon continues to scale, the need for hands-on, in-depth customer understanding grows with it. This team works closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to make sure decisions are informed by real user behavior, not assumptions.
We're looking for curious, hands-on researchers who enjoy getting close to users, uncovering insights, and helping teams act on them.
About the Role
As a CX/UX Researcher, you will expand hands-on research capacity across Salmon's product portfolio. You'll work closely with product designers and PMs to run studies from kickoff to readout, including interviews, usability tests, and journey mapping, and help teams make decisions based on evidence.
This is a hands-on role. You'll run your own fieldwork, recruit participants, moderate sessions, and write reports. You'll also help build the research infrastructure: intake standards, a methods library, and a research repository the whole product team can use.
This is an excellent opportunity for a researcher who wants to see their work shape products used by real customers, and to help build a research function from an early stage.
What You'll Do
Research Planning & Execution
- Plan and run moderated usability tests, in-depth interviews, and quantitative/unmoderated studies
- Own assigned studies end-to-end: recruitment, moderation, analysis, and reporting
- Maintain a research backlog together with the research lead, and align priorities with product and design teams
Participant Recruitment & Fieldwork
- Recruit and screen participants, and manage logistics including panel vendors, screeners, and incentives
- Run virtual and in-person fieldwork and ensure a positive participant experience
- Conduct field research directly with users, which is expected and resourced
Collaboration with Product & Design
- Work closely with product designers and PMs: participate in team rituals, discuss research priorities, and align on study scope and timing
- Facilitate synthesis workshops, insight reviews, and journey mapping sessions with design and product teams
- Negotiate research priorities with stakeholders, and push back when needed
Journey Mapping & Insights Reporting
- Build and maintain customer journey maps for prioritized product areas
- Write clear, decision-ready reports and present findings to product teams
- Drive change based on research: track whether insights are actioned, follow up with teams, and escalate blockers to the research lead
Research Operations
- Contribute to research repository standards, the intake process, and the methods guild
- Help build the processes and tools that make research faster and more reusable across the product team
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 2+ years in UX research for consumer products
- Track record of running moderated tests and in-depth interviews independently
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions with design and product teams
- Ability to discuss and negotiate research priorities with PMs and designers, and comfort pushing back when needed
- Experience creating journey maps, personas, or service blueprints
- Proven ability to drive change based on research: you track whether findings are actioned, not just delivered
- Comfortable operating with limited process; you help build it rather than wait for it
- Clear, concise writing for non-research audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino/Tagalog
Knowledge & Domain Expertise
Interest or familiarity with:
- UX and customer experience research
- Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Customer journey mapping and service design
- Research operations and repository management
- Evidence-based product decision-making
Bonus
- Experience in credit, lending, payments, or fintech
- Exposure to banking, technology, or consumer-focused industries
- Experience working with panel vendors and research recruitment platforms

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
Application Core Services (AppCore) is a group within Platform, in the Foundations department. Foundations produces the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) and partners closely with our Cloud, Enterprise, and Grafana teams. Our team develops the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations. We utilize the grafana.com platform to engineer bespoke integrations and solutions that unify the diverse technical ecosystem of a modern software enterprise.
The team owns important domain areas that help keep both our customer workflows and internal business processes running smoothly. AppCore is made up of multiple squads, each focused on one or more of these domains. Our work includes maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculations, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the user portal our customers rely on to manage their accounts.
This is a team working at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. The systems we build are critical to how Grafana Cloud scales. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex workflow and systems problems, improving reliability and developer experience, and building software that directly supports both customers and internal stakeholders.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a unique perspective to the software. Engineers at Grafana Labs also have the opportunity to contribute to Open Source communities and collaborate across teams beyond their immediate scope.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Usage squad owns the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations and customer usage calculations. Our domain encompasses maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculation, cost management and billing applications, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the customer user portal.
Our work sits at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. We build full-stack web applications, customer portals, backend services, APIs, and data integrations across internal Grafana platforms and third-party systems like NetSuite and Salesforce. When this domain works well, customers get clear usage visibility, reliable billing, and seamless account management workflows. This role is about 75% FrontEnd and 25% BackEnd.
Design, build, operate, and evolve reliable full-stack web applications, customer-facing account portals, and backend services that power core customer usage and billing workflows
Build and maintain backend APIs (Golang, Node.js) and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, React)
Design and maintain integrations between Grafana systems and external business platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Develop and automate business logic for customer usage metering, pricing structures, promotions, and billing reconciliation
Collaborate across product management, DealOps, GTM, Support, and adjacent AppCore squads to deliver robust end-to-end features
Address technical debt, optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen test coverage, and improve system observability and operational resilience
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while shaping pragmatic solutions for complex systems challenges
Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, OnCall improvements, and long-term simplification of stack operations
You will help own the production behavior of the systems you build. That includes improving runbooks, dashboards, alerts, reconciliation safety, rollout controls, and recovery procedures. You should be comfortable debugging across service boundaries and making careful changes in systems that affect customer stacks
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At Grafana, we actively embrace AI-assisted and agentic development practices, integrating these technologies into both our engineering workflows and the systems we deliver. We encourage our engineers to thoughtfully leverage AI tools to enhance every stage of the lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, documentation, and operations. We also look for strategic opportunities to embed agentic capabilities within our services to eliminate toil, bolster reliability, and ensure that complex customer workflows remain resilient and safe.
We are seeking a Staff FullStack Engineer who thrives on building production systems where correctness, scalability, and user experience are paramount. As a remote-first organization, you should be comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones and taking full ownership of the critical systems powering Grafana Cloud. Our team is small and operates with a high degree of independence; you will be expected to lead major projects, coordinate across service boundaries, and help define the technical direction for our domain.
You will be particularly successful in this role if you enjoy solving challenges related to stateful systems, eventual consistency, and reconciliation loops. We value engineers who can take ambiguous lifecycle requirements and transform them into explicit, modular solutions. You should be adept at breaking down complex systems work into safe, iterative increments while clearly communicating technical tradeoffs to both internal stakeholders and adjacent product teams.
Some things you might be expected to do could include:
Writing efficient, readable, and easy to maintain code
Designing new microservices or systems
Collaborating with teammates and other departments to reach consensus on proposed solutions
Coordinating with product and UX when needed
Responding to customer requests and feedback
When ready, participating in our follow-the-sun OnCall rotation
Participating in team decisions, such as roadmap planning and prioritization
Requirements:
You have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience
You have worked on a big SaaS platform and dealt with common distributed systems problems (e.g. scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA, …)
Strong professional experience with backend technologies (Golang, Node.js) as well as modern frontend web development (TypeScript, React)
Care deeply about developer and user experience and the quality of the products that you work on
Have some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, and brainstorming ideas to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
You write clean, robust, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, operate, and maintain
Have experience with mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative but asynchronous environment
Can take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve tight learning loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively
You are willing to work across teams. Your work has to be aligned with the needs of other squads and external stakeholders. You make your plans transparent, bring stakeholders on board, and are open to feedback and suggestions
Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.)
Bonus Points For:
Experience with high-volume usage metering, billing engines, or customer-facing cost management applications
Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations with third-party business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces)
Experience with frontend component libraries, design systems, and modern CSS-in-JS tooling
Familiarity with cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS provisioning/tenancy patterns
Experience working on SaaS provisioning, tenancy, regional expansion, plugin rollout, or customer lifecycle systems
Experience with incident response involving configuration drift, partial failure, or cross-service state mismatch

We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
We are looking for a
Senior Product Owner
to build how Capital.com detects and prevents fraud and money laundering as we expand into new financial products and markets.
You will own the roadmap for fraud prevention and transaction monitoring. That covers the rules, models and systems that flag risky activity, and the tools teams use to review it. You’ll use AI to clear routine alerts automatically, so people can focus on the cases that need a person. You’ll work closely with Compliance, Operations, Data, Engineering and the Financial Investigation Unit. Because this is a new capability, you’ll shape it from the ground up and, over time, build the team that runs it.
Responsibilities:
Own and prioritize the product roadmap for fraud prevention and transaction monitoring within the agreed financial crime strategy.
Translate fraud threats, money-laundering risk scenarios and control requirements into clear product requirements, detection logic and acceptance criteria.
Lead the development of rules, models and preventive controls with Engineering, Data, Operations and Compliance. Apply AI and machine learning where they demonstrably improve detection, prevention and case handling.
Establish reliable, timely data inputs for detection. Identify gaps in data quality, availability or coverage and prioritise their resolution.
Evaluate proposed controls using historical data and realistic test scenarios. Assess detection coverage, missed activity, false positives and the impact on legitimate customers.
Deliver changes through the agreed approval process, with clear testing, staged rollout, monitoring and rollback plans.
Measure performance after release, including fraud losses, detection effectiveness and customer friction. Use the findings to improve controls without treating fewer alerts as proof of success.
Adapt fraud prevention and transaction monitoring capabilities to emerging threats, new products, markets and transaction types. Make readiness requirements and unresolved coverage gaps visible before launch.
Coordinate delivery across product teams and control owners, making priorities, dependencies and trade-offs clear and escalating decisions that require accountable leadership.
Requirements:
5+ years in product ownership or product management, including end-to-end ownership of a product roadmap at a senior level.
Strong financial crime experience covering both fraud and money laundering, gained in fintech, banking, payments or another regulated business.
Hands-on experience building detection capabilities such as rules, models or transaction monitoring systems.
Experience using AI or automation to reduce manual alert review, for example automated customer outreach, while keeping people on complex cases.
Strong data skills: you understand where data comes from and how reliable it is, and you can evaluate detection using historical data, coverage and false-positive analysis.
Experience releasing changes to live controls safely, with testing, staged rollout, monitoring and rollback.
Excellent stakeholder management, including working with Compliance and control owners through approval processes.
Experience building or growing a product team is desirable.

Role Overview
The Strategic WFM Analyst sits in the Core Workforce Management (WFM) Planning & Operations Strategy team and is responsible for owning centralized forecasting, capacity planning, workforce cost optimization, and strategic headcount trade-offs across all lines of business (LOBs).
This role is a high-judgment governance function that moves beyond traditional scheduling and intraday monitoring.
It translates complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime spend strategies, models capacity risks, and aligns executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations.
You should be exceptionally strong in WFM maths and financial analytics, exhibit deep strategic curiosity, navigate messy raw data effortlessly, and communicate recommendations with executive-level clarity.
What You'll Do:
— Translate multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity, headcount, and budget requirements.
— Model workforce and financial trade-offs across internal FTEs, BPO partners, overtime spend, bonus hours, productivity shifts, and shrinkage.
— Analyze demand-funnel changes (e.g., product feature rollouts, AI bot deflection shifts) and quantify their exact capacity and dollar impact.
— Partner directly with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate baseline assumptions, enforce input SLAs, and align on staffing commitments.
— Draft concise, decision-ready executive memos and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) for Directors and leadership.
— Conduct deep-dive root-cause analyses whenever operational actuals deviate from capacity plans, and establish corrective action paths.
— Standardize capacity planning frameworks, modeling templates, and operating standards across LOBs.
— Maintain deep forecasting competency to audit models, challenge underlying assumptions, and provide seamless coverage across the broader central WFM engine.
What We're Looking For:
— Strategic WFM Maths: Exceptionally strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
— Business & Financial Judgement: Demonstrated ability to connect operational queue dynamics directly to dollar exposure, hiring velocity, BPO costs, and SLA risk.
— Executive Communication: Superior strategic writing skills with a natural instinct to distil complex, multi-variable workforce analytics into scannable, 1-2 page decision memos.
— Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, challenge bad assumptions with back-tested data, and align Finance, Product, and Operations leadership without formal authority.
— Blank-Page Ownership: High comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, isolating what materially matters without requiring step-by-step direction.
WFM Analyst Profile:
Strong core WFM domain expertise with a strategic/Ops spike.
This is not a generalist role and not a passive, traditional scheduler role.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
