CX/UX Researcher

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region Workplace: Hybrid About the Team Research & Insights is the team that helps Salmon understand its customers, market, and business opportunities. The CX/UX Research team sits within it and works side by side with Product and Design, turning customer evidence into better product decisions. As Salmon continues to scale, the need for hands-on, in-depth customer understanding grows with it. This team works closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to make sure decisions are informed by real user behavior, not assumptions. We're looking for curious, hands-on researchers who enjoy getting close to users, uncovering insights, and helping teams act on them. About the Role As a CX/UX Researcher, you will expand hands-on research capacity across Salmon's product portfolio.
