1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Machine Identity team builds the identity and access capabilities that securely connect AI agents and workloads to the systems they need. We make that access scoped and auditable, so individuals and teams can move beyond shared, long-lived credentials and understand which identity acted and on whose behalf.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Code, test, debug, deliver and maintain production software systems for new and existing product features.
- Participate in planning by identifying tasks and breaking down, estimating, and planning work.
- Write comprehensive tests during various stages of the development cycle, ensuring code is functioning as expected.
- Review code for others to maintain high code quality, knowledge share within the team, and support creating a safe environment of giving and receiving feedback.
- Generate and review documentation on code processes to ensure scalability.
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Experience with a modern backend language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity concepts (OAuth, OIDC, scoped access, policy enforcement)
- Experience working with distributed systems, demonstrating best practices around monitoring, observability, performance and reliability
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Talent Operations team runs the machinery behind hiring at ElevenLabs: the systems, workflows and data that help us hire exceptional people quickly. We’re hiring at pace, with 200+ open roles across 40+ countries, and Ashby sits at the centre of all of it. We're looking for a hands-on Ashby expert who can turn hiring priorities into clean, working setups, so recruiters and interviewers can focus on candidates rather than the tool. You’ll be the person the talent team trusts to get the system right, and to know when something is quietly going wrong.
Talent Operations works from first principles. We don’t ask how hiring has always been done. We ask how to make it the best possible experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved. Automation and AI drive everything we do, because we’re scaling our talent function without scaling headcount at the same rate. The goal is to maximize the impact each person on the team can have.
To start, your time will be split as ~60% Ashby build and administration, ~25% scheduling support and Talent Ops projects, and ~15% data and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Ashby go-to: be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Write the how-tos so the same question doesn’t get asked twice.
- Interview plans: build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards. Update them as roles and processes change, keeping structure consistent so data stays comparable across teams.
- Jobs and postings. End to end: take approved headcount to a live, accurate job and posting quickly. That covers hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards and postings across locations. Keep every job accurate through to close and archive.
- Data quality: own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications. Spot problems before they show up in a report.
- Process and projects: support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and projects that help the function scale, plus interview scheduling support during busy periods (or until we roll out agentic scheduling).
IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs so pipeline data is comparable
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types
- Automate a manual workflow with AI or integration tooling
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling
- Own 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end
REQUIREMENTS
- Ashby Power User. Prior hands-on Ashby experience as an active, day-to-day user, including setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans.
- Fast-paced Operations. Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.
- Strong data hygiene instincts. Messy data bothers you, and you fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- AI native. Comfortable using AI tools to cut manual work and move faster.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a system change to a hiring manager in two sentences.
- Timezone: Able to work in United States timezone hours.
BONUS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re confident building reports in Ashby and working with exported data in spreadsheets (pivots, lookups, basic formulas), and you can turn the numbers into a clear story about what’s working and what isn’t.
- Scheduling at Scale. Interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels.
- Project Management. Organized and able to run projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You enjoy being the person who knows how the system actually works
- You’d rather build a template once than do the same setup ten times
- You’re comfortable moving fast without letting accuracy slip
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a preference for United States timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
We are accepting applications through October 30, 2026. The Hiring Manager will review all applications and determine next steps. The interview process will be:
- AI Interview
- Meet the Hiring Manager
- Case Study
- Call with the Team
- Final Interview

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is looking for a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own the continued development, deployment and operation of the existing data platform within Humanoid. The role spans cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, platform engineering and data engineering, with responsibility for turning internal engineering requirements into reliable production systems.
You will also lead delivery by external contractors and act as their sole point of contact with Humanoid. You will gather requirements from our internal engineering teams, translate them into technical briefs, oversee implementation and bring completed work back for validation. All contractor questions, feedback and delivery coordination will flow through you, without requiring direct communication between contractors and other Humanoid team members.
This role combines substantial engineering work with technical leadership and delivery ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own platform delivery: Understand the existing platform architecture, identify the changes needed for Humanoid’s environment and workflows, and take those changes through development, integration, testing and deployment.
- Lead external contractors: Define work packages, priorities, technical requirements and acceptance criteria. Review designs and code, resolve technical questions, track delivery and ensure completed work meets Humanoid’s standards.
- Connect internal needs to implementation: Work with Humanoid’s engineering teams to understand requirements and constraints. Maintain a clear backlog, communicate tradeoffs and progress, and raise risks or decisions early.
- Build and operate cloud infrastructure: Manage compute, storage, networking and environments through infrastructure as code, with attention to security, reliability, performance and cost.
- Develop across the stack: Implement and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations and frontend interfaces that support internal users and engineering workflows.
- Improve the engineering platform: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, deployment processes, environment configuration and developer tooling.
- Own data workflows: Develop and maintain data ingestion, processing, storage and access pipelines. Address data quality, schema changes, failed jobs and recovery.
- Maintain production reliability: Establish monitoring, logging and alerting; investigate incidents; and maintain practical rollback, backup and recovery procedures.
- Control access and preserve knowledge: Manage contractor permissions and secrets appropriately. Ensure source code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and operational knowledge remain accessible to Humanoid.
- Verify and hand over completed work. Validate contractor deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and ensure releases include the documentation and support needed for ongoing operation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building, deploying and operating production software on a major cloud platform.
- Strong practical knowledge of infrastructure as code, containers, Linux, networking, identity and access management, and CI/CD.
- Solid software engineering skills, including backend services, APIs, databases and the ability to work across frontend and backend code.
- Experience with data pipelines, object storage, relational databases and reliable processing of large datasets.
- Evidence of taking ownership of an existing platform: understanding unfamiliar code, diagnosing problems and delivering improvements safely.
- Experience leading external developers or contractors, including scoping work, reviewing implementation and holding delivery to clear quality standards.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn incomplete requirements into actionable technical work.
- Sound judgment about what to build directly, what to delegate and when to involve internal engineering specialists.
Experience with robotics, machine learning infrastructure, sensor data or internal data platforms would be valuable. We welcome engineers with particular depth in infrastructure or platform engineering who can demonstrate effective delivery across the wider software stack.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE?
The data platform is deployed reliably within Humanoid and develops in line with internal engineering needs. Contractor work arrives tested, documented and ready to integrate. Internal teams have clear visibility into progress and decisions, while you own the technical context, coordination and follow-through needed to deliver.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Built new partner strategies, tactics, and programs from scratch while personally managing relationships with multiple strategic partners at once
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Ability to travel once per month
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM role
Spent time in the design or digital product development space
Experience selling to product-oriented and technical audiences
Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
Proven experience using a sales methodology such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
The Value Proposition & New Benefits team owns what our core value proposition for subscription should be, and the new benefits that bring it to life. We sit within the wider Subscription EMEA org, whose vision is to create the world's leading membership programme in local commerce, delivering unprecedented value and a world-class experience to members.
The role
We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to own strategy and execution for new benefits within Subscription. This is a hybrid strategy/build/run role: you'll define what to launch, then work cross-functionally to get it shipped and measure whether it's working. You'll be expected to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution — this is not a role where strategy stops at a slide deck.
Typical problems you'll own:
What new benefits should we launch for Subscription — which ideas are worth pursuing, and what's the business case for each?
How do we prioritise and sequence a pipeline of benefit ideas against limited engineering, design, and operational capacity?
How do we define success for a new benefit before launch — what does a good outcome look like, and what would tell us to kill it?
Once live, how is a benefit actually performing — impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and member satisfaction — against its cost to serve, and what does that tell us to do next?
How do we take a benefit from a small pilot to a scaled, steady-state feature, and what needs to be true operationally for that to work?
What you'll do
Own the strategy and roadmap
for new benefits within Subscription — build the analysis, the business case, and the plan, and drive it through to execution.
Cross-functional delivery
— partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to take benefit ideas from concept to launch, without formal authority over any of them.
Build and prioritise the benefit pipeline
— evaluate a stream of ideas (experiential, use-case specific, or otherwise), size their potential impact and cost, and decide what's worth building next.
Track ongoing performance
— maintain visibility into each live benefit's impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and satisfaction against its cost to serve, flagging when something needs attention.
Scale what works
— take benefits from small pilots to steady-state features, defining the operating model, reporting cadence, and processes needed to run them sustainably.
Bring outside-in perspective
— track what Uber One, DashPass, Wolt+, Just Eat and Amazon Prime are doing with membership benefits, and translate what's relevant into Deliveroo's context.
Communicate to senior stakeholders
— write clear strategy documents and present recommendations, trade-offs, and results to leadership.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, or business operations — ideally with exposure to marketplaces, subscription/membership businesses, or consumer tech.
Commercial acumen
: strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and subscriber value; comfortable building a business case and owning a set of P&L-adjacent metrics.
Analytical rigor
: comfortable interpreting data and experiment results to make a clear business call — you'll partner with Data Science on the "how" and "so what."
Bias for action and ownership
: able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems ("what should we build, and how will we know it worked?"), and to drive execution personally rather than just recommend.
Cross-functional influence
: track record of aligning senior stakeholders and diverse functions (Product, Eng, Finance, Marketing) around a shared plan in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication — able to distill complex trade-offs into a clear recommendation for leadership.
Nice to have
Multi-market experience across EMEA
Background in a subscription, loyalty, or membership business (delivery, e-commerce, fintech, or otherwise).
Benefits (Deliveroo standard — adjust per market)
Free Subscription
Up to 5% matched pension contributions
Equity / share awards eligibility
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure, plus 1 day paid volunteering leave
Funded private healthcare (core plan), with option to add family
Wellbeing perks: on-site gym / discounted gym membership, GymPass access
Enhanced parental leave from day one
Learning & development budget and access to RooLearn
Cycle to Work / Season Ticket Loan schemes
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone who writes fast but thinks sharp, thrives under pressure, and knows how to turn complex product features into lines that traders actually stop and read. This role demands a razor-sharp ear for language, a deep understanding of trading culture, and a self-starter attitude.
- Write copy that converts. Craft punchy, high-impact messaging across campaigns, landing pages, emails, in-app experiences, paid ads, and social for Kraken Pro.
- Speak fluent trader. Capture the voice of CT, FinTwit, and the trading floor, and know when to be witty, when to be direct, and when to let the numbers do the talking.
- Launch like you mean it. Shape the narrative for new product drops and feature releases, turning technical updates into clear, compelling stories.
- Own the voice. Help build and protect the Kraken Pro tone of voice across every touchpoint, from a headline to a push notification.
- Collaborate at speed. Work hand in hand with Design, Product, Growth, and Social to brief, iterate, and ship copy that moves the needle.
- Test and learn. Run copy experiments, track performance, and iterate based on what the data tells you.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Copy you wrote that moved people to act, whether for a brand, an agency, or your own projects. We care more about what you’ve made than where you’ve worked.
- 3+ years in copywriting or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Range as a writer. Headlines, long-form, microcopy, scripts, threads, email flows, and taglines. You can go from a three-word CTA to a full campaign narrative without missing a beat.
- Taste. Knowing when to cut a line is as valuable as knowing how to write one.
- Deep familiarity with crypto and trading culture, and the language traders use
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to work closely with designers, whether that’s briefing the team, using Figma for copy placement, or being scrappy enough to mock something up yourself
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

About Ledger
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Amazon brings Ledger to a broader audience of crypto-curious buyers on every continent, making it a key growth driver for the business. The Marketplaces team owns the Amazon channel end to end, from catalogue and inventory management to ads campaign management. You’ll lead our ads performance and bring a builder’s mindset to the whole channel: using data and AI to scale what works and automate our Amazon processes, from ads to operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Amazon advertising management: own and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns across our markets, with one goal: prove and drive incremental revenue, not just efficient spend; use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to understand our audiences and buyers and measure what our ads really bring.
- Process automation: rebuild our largely manual Amazon workflows (bid management, reporting, budget pacing, promo checks) into automated, scalable processes, leveraging AI tools and scripting rather than spreadsheets.
- Data & reporting: collaborate closely with the data team to build and maintain dashboards and trackers monitoring ads performance and promotional impact, turning raw data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Promotions: manage promotional calendars across marketplaces to maximize conversion and defend competitive position.
- Tooling & partner evaluation: continuously benchmark and test third party tools, agencies and tech partners (audiences analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.) to identify the best stack for scale.
- Cross functional collaboration: work closely with the operations/catalog team, brand, and finance teams to align ads strategy with inventory, listings, and budget realities.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or data analysis, or, with a strong analytical mindset (Amazon Ads experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Strong appetite for AI is a must, with dashboards, reportings or automated processes you’ve built using AI tools
- Comfortable owning manual workflows and turning them into repeatable systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English; the role is based in Paris, and English is a prerequisite for both social and work life in our office
Nice to have:
- Hands on experience with Amazon Ads console / Seller Central / Vendor Central
- Interest in Web3/crypto
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.
We’re committed to building an inclusive hiring process. If you need any adjustments or accommodations, just let us know, we’ll do our best to support you.

About the company
Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
About the program:
Trust Wallet Graduate Leadership Programme is a selective 12-month fast track for early-career talent who want to lead in Web3. You’ll join a small cohort, work on live products used by millions from day one, and learn directly from senior leaders across product, engineering, marketing and BD.
Strong performers move into a permanent role at Trust Wallet at the end of the program.
We’re looking for early-career talent who question assumptions and bring fresh perspectives to self-custody, payments and the agentic AI economy.
How the program works
- You will start in the Product Management team and rotate across functions: e.g. 3 rotations of 3 months, each with a senior mentor and a scoped project.
- Pitch to leadership: present your ideas to senior leaders. The best ones get built, launched or signed.
- Land your role: at the end of the program, you move into a permanent role based on your performance and where you create the most impact.
What you’ll do
Over 12 months, you’ll rotate across Product, Marketing and Business Development, owning real work in each.
- Find the gaps: Research wallets, DEXs, stablecoins, payment networks and agentic commerce to spot opportunities worth building for.
- Define what to build: Turn user problems into PRDs, user stories and success metrics, then prioritise them using user feedback, data and business goals.
- Ship end to end: Work with engineering, design and data to take features from idea to launch.
- Take it to market: Shape positioning, go-to-market plans and campaigns across X, community and content.
- Build partnerships: Map and qualify partners across chains, dApps, stablecoin issuers and payment providers, and support deals from pitch to integration.
- Decide with data: Set KPIs, run growth experiments and measure post-launch impact on users, campaigns and partnerships.
- Pitch to leadership: Present your ideas to senior leaders. The best ones get built, launched or signed.
What we’re looking for
- You’re a future leader: an innovator who’s sharp, logical and quick to learn, and who communicates with clarity.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a current QS World University Rankings Top 200 university, or equivalent evidence of exceptional analytical ability.
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- Structured and logical: you can break a messy problem into clear parts and a recommendation.
- Clear communicator, in writing and in person. You can explain a complex idea simply.
- AI-native: you use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Grok, Cursor) in your daily work and are curious about AI agents.
- Genuinely interested in Web3: you’ve used a wallet, a DEX or stablecoins, and you can talk about what works and what’s broken.
- A fast learner with strong ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and pace
Nice-to-have
- Builder or founder experience: you’ve started a project or company in AI or crypto, whether it shipped, scaled or failed.
- Hands-on Web3 experience: DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons or DAO contributions.
- Side projects, a product teardown, a newsletter, or an active X/GitHub presence.
What you’ll get
- A structured 12-month program with mentorship from senior leaders across different functional teams.
- Real ownership of features used by millions of people.
- Front-row exposure to AI × crypto payments
- A clear path to a permanent role

Improve and optimize the DWH layer, including data modeling and performance optimization

Strong Python skills for analytics and data processing
Solid experience with BI tools - we use Tableau
Experience building event tracking systems from the ground up
Strong understanding of DWH design and optimization
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, including bootstrapping, sequential testing, multi-armed bandits, and causal inference
