Our Story
Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 50 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.
How we work
Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX professional with deep experience in casual mobile F2P games; someone who understands what makes games intuitive and compelling, and who can translate that understanding into clean, effective design. We're looking for someone who finds as much satisfaction in a polished UI screen as in a well-validated UX flow, and is comfortable owning their work end-to-end.
We’re a small team, and our process moves from quick prototyping through marketing validation to building a vertical slice and, if that succeeds, towards a launch. You'll shape UX early - helping validate that a concept is intuitive, and take on UI design and production as we build toward the various releases, with UX considerations continuing to surface as new features are added.
Please note that this is a 1-year fixed-term contract.
About the job
Design and create UI screens, icons, flows, buttons, and game components for early-stage casual F2P mobile games, staying true to a defined art direction
Maintain and evolve UI style guides and design systems for consistency across screens and features
Own UX for new game prototypes, ensuring mechanics (even reimagined ones) are intuitive and easy to onboard into
Translate game design and monetization requirements into clear, player-friendly interfaces
Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, product managers, and engineers
Work independently to scope, prioritize, and own delivery of work
Report directly to the Creative Director of New Games
About you
Prior experience working with casual mobile games
Strong UI design and execution skills, and sharp UX instincts, with the ability to shift fully into whichever the project phase demands, from concept-stage UX validation to UI production
A solid grasp of onboarding, retention, and monetization-friendly design patterns
2D art skills for UI execution (icons, popups, liveops screens, and supporting visual elements in a defined art style)
A portfolio demonstrating this range across UI production, UX validation, and supporting art
Ability to work autonomously and drive ambiguous problems to resolution, while incorporating feedback from the Creative Director and cross-functional partners
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain decisions clearly to various cross-disciplinary stakeholders
Proficiency with standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, or equivalent) as well as Unity for implementation and testing
Comfort working in a small team, prototyping, wearing multiple hats, and shifting between conceptual and hands-on work is essential
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you’ll work closely with leading brands and agencies, onboarding new clients and advising them on how to improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces. You’ll combine deep SEO expertise with a deep consultative approach, analyzing websites and search performance, running strategic advisory sessions, and translating business goals into actionable organic growth strategies. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you’ll also help shape how we enable customers and define best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Onboard and activate new key clients, and educate them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)
- Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs
- Consult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational execution
- Own the growth and retention of your client portfolio, proactively identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to convert them into upsells
- Monitor account health and usage signals to spot churn risk early, and drive retention through timely, value-focused interventions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes
- Strong consulting skills: you’re used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from “10 blue links” to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building frameworks: SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement models for clients
- Initial experience with AI search
- Background working with enterprise and other high-touch clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ABOUT THE ROLE
ClickUp is hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution architecture. You will serve as the technical force multiplier that enables upmarket partners (Solution Partners, GSIs, and enterprise resellers) to independently acquire, implement, and expand ClickUp within their customer base, driving ARR growth and net retention.
Your primary mandate is to increase the volume and quality of revenue that flows through partners, working alongside Partner Managers and Account Executives. You are a builder-scaler: standing up enablement programs from a proven playbook, iterating on them, and scaling them to drive repeatable partner-led revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Enablement & Technical Development: Design and deliver structured enablement programs (workflow mapping, narrative decks, AI Agents, AI workflows, business process mapping, competitive positioning), coach partners on discovery, demos, solution design, and pricing, and drive partner certification and self-sufficiency across APAC.
- Co-Selling & Revenue: Serve as technical lead on partner-sourced deals from discovery through POC to post-sales handoff, coach partners to run standard deals independently, and tie all activities to measurable revenue outcomes (partner-sourced and partner-influenced iARR, win rate, deal velocity).
- Direct Customer Engagement: Support Account Executives on strategic direct opportunities, leading discovery, solution design, demos, and technical evaluations alongside the partner motion.
- Partner Acquisition & Development: Lead technical demonstrations and deep-dives for prospective partners, support recruitment as the technical closer, and elevate existing partners by showcasing new platform capabilities that expand their practice opportunity.
- AI & Certified Agents: Enable partners to identify, scope, and sell Certified Agent opportunities, deliver AI transformation workshops, and serve as the regional bridge between the internal AI/Agent team and the partner ecosystem.
- Events & Marketing: Lead or support partner-driven events (workshops, in-market tours, executive dinners), develop enablement content, and contribute to partner case studies and proof points.
- Reseller-Model Support: Support partner-owned billing, procurement, and renewal workflows, enable partners on expansion motions, and coordinate with Professional Services on co-delivery oversight and escalation paths.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global Solutions Engineering teams to resolve technical questions, assist with RFPs, and feed partner insights back into product and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years supporting or enabling channel partners, VARs, system integrators, or working in a partner-led go-to-market motion.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch (not just execute existing ones).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities and technical details to business outcomes for different audiences.
- Experience designing or explaining solutions involving APIs, web services, automation, integrations, workflow configuration, or lightweight technical validation.
- Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyse, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.
- Ability to create credibility with partners, AEs, and customers, handle objections thoughtfully, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
- Strong commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort managing multiple concurrent priorities with urgency and limited supervision.
- Up to 50% of travel is required for this role.
LOCATION
- This role is open to candidates across Australia, with Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane preferred.

We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
The Deputy Head of Transaction Monitoring is a senior 2LOD leadership role responsible for the execution, oversight, and continuous transaction monitoring framework across all regulated entities. The role sits within the Group Financial Crime & Compliance function and reports directly to the Head of Transaction Monitoring (TM).
The TM team is being built from the ground up and the Deputy Head is a foundational hire. The successful candidate will play a direct role in shaping how the function operates, establishing its culture, and setting the standard for how TM is executed across the Group. The decisions made and ways of working established in the early months of this team will define its trajectory.
The TM function is mid-build across detection capability, operating model, and platform infrastructure. The Deputy Head will drive delivery across a complex, multi-jurisdictional operating model — translating regulatory expectations into working controls, challenging first-line frameworks with credibility and precision, and providing structured, evidence-based oversight of TM risk across the Group.
All accountabilities are exercised on the direction of the Head of TM, or independently where the Head of TM is unavailable and the matter cannot be deferred without breaching a regulatory or operational obligation. The Head of TM retains ownership of the framework, regulatory relationships, and strategic decision-making. In the absence of the Head of TM, the Deputy will provide full operational continuity, maintaining oversight, escalation, and regulatory responsiveness across the Group
Responsibilities
TM Framework & Policy
Shape and evolve the Group TM framework with the Head of TM — policies, procedures, rule design methodology, threshold calibration, and the quality assurance regime.
Review and challenge Scenario Engineering outputs, rule specifications, threshold proposals, and back-testing results ahead of Head of TM sign-off.
Own the quality bar for QA and Governance outputs, ensuring they meet the standard expected by senior management and regulators.
Shape rule change proposals and threshold recalibrations through the change management process.
Drive TM minimum standards across entities, partnering with local Heads of Compliance to close gaps.
Delegated Authority & Decision-Making
Hold formal delegated authority from the Head of TM, stepping into the primary TM decision-maker role whenever they're unavailable and a decision can't wait. In this capacity, you will:
Approve withdrawal holds, account restrictions, and alert escalations.
Review L3 SAR referral packs for completeness and evidential sufficiency before they go to the entity MLRO.
Approve interim rule threshold changes that can't be deferred, recording the rationale for the Head of TM to confirm on their return.
Deputise fully for the Head of TM during leave or absence, holding full decision-making authority within the governance framework for that period.
Regulatory Engagement
Working under the Head of TM's direction, and independently when they're unavailable, you will:
Support the Head of TM in managing regulator relationships on TM matters.
Respond to supervisory queries, attend regulatory meetings, and represent the TM function at inspections.
Support the preparation and delivery of regulatory submissions, responses to supervisory feedback, and remediation communications.
Coordinate with entity MLROs and Heads of Compliance on jurisdiction-specific TM requirements.
Team Leadership
Provide day-to-day leadership and line management of TM specialist teams, alongside the Head of TM.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of TM analysts across pillars.
Chair TM governance meetings, including in the Head of TM's absence.
Act as the senior escalation point for analysts, bringing decisions to the Head of TM where needed.
Drive risk culture across the TM function through visible leadership, consistent challenge, and clear communication.
Governance & Oversight
Uphold the governance boundary between TM compliance decisions and commercial interests, escalating to the Group Head of Compliance and Regulatory Risk if the Head of TM is unavailable to resolve a conflict.
Ensure 1LOD Alert Operations operates within the framework set by 2LOD, escalating any breach to the Head of TM.
Maintain audit-ready documentation across all TM governance activity.
Act as a senior escalation point for material TM issues, control failures, and emerging risks across all entities
Requirements
Extensive experience in financial crime compliance, with at least 3 years in a senior TM role (team lead, deputy head, head of TM, or equivalent) within a regulated financial services firm.
Experience in the
CFD, forex, or leveraged derivatives sector
, or with investment firms offering similar products.
Demonstrable experience making autonomous decisions on TM matters: alert escalation, SAR filing recommendations, account restriction approvals, and rule threshold adjustments.
Experience engaging directly with the FCA or another Tier 1 regulator (CySEC, ASIC, MAS, BaFin) on TM or financial crime matters, including responding to supervisory queries and attending regulatory meetings.
Experience with TM framework design or significant enhancement, including rule design methodology, threshold calibration, and quality assurance.
Working knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements in at least two of: UK (FCA/MLR 2017), EU/Cyprus (AMLD/CySEC), Australia (AML/CTF Act/AUSTRAC), UAE (CBUAE).
Experience managing or overseeing a team of financial crime or TM specialists.
Strong written and verbal communication: the role produces materials for senior management, the CCO, the Board, and regulators

- AI-forward judgment: Uses AI to work faster without outsourcing strategic thinking or editorial judgment. Knows what to hand off, what to own, and how to recognize when AI-generated work needs refinement.
What you can expect:
- Media and executive communications: Build media strategies, maintain trusted journalist relationships, support executive and technical spokespeople, and develop opportunities that strengthen 1Password’s position in the market.
- Content and narrative development: Lead press releases, contributed articles, blog posts, executive communications, media materials, and other content that makes complex topics in identity, access, AI, and developer security clear and relevant.
- Event communications: Develop media and speaking strategies for major industry events, such as RSA Conference, Black Hat, and Infosecurity Europe. Coordinate briefings and interviews, support speaker preparation, and provide on-site communications support.
- Rapid response: Monitor developments in cybersecurity, identity, AI, and technology. Develop response plans, coordinate internal input, and help 1Password contribute a clear, credible perspective to important industry conversations.

Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend
The Opportunity:
Grafana is an open-source observability product and a platform that teams and plugin developers build on. The Frontend group shapes its user experience (from dashboards and visualisation to navigation, search and sharing) and the foundations that support engineering teams and community contributors across the Grafana ecosystem.
As Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads, owning their performance, delivery and customer outcomes. Frontend Platform enables teams to build reliable, high-quality experiences; Navigation helps users find and organise resources and move confidently through Grafana.
You’ll develop senior engineers, partner with Product and Design, and improve how teams work, including through AI and automation. We use Cloud-first rollout and experimentation to learn quickly, bringing relevant improvements to OSS and Enterprise.
AI Notice: We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be accountable for the performance of
two
distributed engineering squads: set clear expectations, delegate effectively, coach and develop each team member, give timely feedback, address performance gaps and build a culture of trust and accountability.
Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning team capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs.
Lead discovery with your squads: engage directly with customers, community members and internal users, combine their feedback with research and usage evidence, and use those insights to shape roadmaps and priorities.
Partner with Product, Design and engineering leaders to set priorities, resolve dependencies and make trade-offs between customer needs, long-term investments and operational demands.
Own delivery across both squads from discovery through rollout and measurement: set milestones, surface risks early and intervene when commitments are at risk.
Use AI regularly in your management work to synthesise research and feedback, inform roadmap and resourcing decisions, and streamline coordination, reporting and follow-through.
Improve how the squads plan, make decisions and deliver. Lead the adoption of AI and automation across engineering and operational workflows, evaluating their impact on delivery speed, quality and time spent on repetitive work.
Set engineering direction with senior engineers for the frontend foundations owned by your squads, including developer experience, accessibility, architecture, tooling, reliability and multitenant capabilities.
Set engineering direction for navigation, search and resource organisation, including where AI-assisted discovery can help users find what they need.
Set and uphold engineering standards for quality, security and operability, including how teams evaluate and validate AI-assisted work.
Lead improvements across Grafana and R&D that increase engineering productivity and improve business outcomes.
Participate in the engineering management on-call rota, coordinate responses and drive improvements that reduce recurring disruption. Regularly use Grafana’s AI capabilities for observability, incident investigation and management, bringing that experience into product feedback and roadmap decisions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Significant experience managing senior engineers, building healthy teams and developing technical leaders. You give clear feedback and address performance gaps directly and fairly.
A strong technical foundation in modern web or frontend systems, enabling you to evaluate technical trade-offs and shape architectural and engineering-quality decisions with senior engineers.
A track record of turning ambiguous, cross-team problems into clear priorities and measurable results, managing delivery risks and operational demands.
Strong product and customer judgement, with the ability to connect engineering investments to user, developer and business outcomes.
Clear, concise written communication and the ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed organisation.
An appreciation for open-source development and the judgement to balance Cloud-first delivery with the needs of customers, community members and internal teams.
Practical experience using AI and automation in your own leadership work, and leading teams to adopt them effectively.
Bonus Points For
Experience with React, TypeScript or comparable large-scale frontend ecosystems.
Experience leading a developer platform team, including support for plugins or extensions.
Experience with navigation, search, information architecture or resource-management products.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
