About Flosum
Every large company now runs critical parts of its business on Salesforce: sales, service, financial data, patient records, citizen services. When a release breaks something or data goes missing, revenue stops and regulators call. Flosum is the platform these companies trust to ship changes safely, protect their data, and recover fast.
We are in the middle of the most exciting chapter in our history. Our customers have relied on our Salesforce-native platform for years. Now we are bringing them a new cloud-native platform they can run on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or on-premises. We have also launched sandbox management built for the AI era, so teams can test AI agents such as Agentforce on production-ready environments in minutes instead of days.
Our customers include some of the most demanding enterprises in banking, insurance, healthcare, the public sector, and technology. They don’t buy us casually, and they don’t leave us casually. Your job is to make sure they never want to.
The role
You will own a book of enterprise accounts and one number: retained revenue. You decide which accounts need you most this week, and you go there. This is a commercial role. You will spend your time with executives, not running support tickets.
What you will do
Own renewals across your book, from strategic accounts to smaller ones, and protect every dollar of recurring revenue.
Build relationships with the executives who decide: CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and heads of Salesforce platforms. Reach past your champion when the account needs it.
Turn red accounts green. Spot risk early, build a save plan, and run it with urgency.
Move customers from our Salesforce-native products to our cloud-native platform, and make the business case for why it matters to them.
Defend your accounts against competitors, in-house builds, and new enterprise architectures.
Pull the right people in. Hold product, support, engineering, and customer success accountable for what your customers need.
Find expansion opportunities and hand them to our sales team with a clear plan.
Run your book with discipline: accurate forecasts, clean renewal pipeline in Salesforce, no surprises.
Requirements
What you bring
7+ years in enterprise account management, renewals, or customer-facing sales at a B2B software company.
You have carried a significant book of business (ideally $5M+ in annual recurring revenue) with individual accounts above $250K.
You have sold or renewed complex IT solutions: DevOps, data protection, security, infrastructure, or developer platforms. Technical buyers trust you.
A track record of saving at-risk renewals by going to the executive level, with the numbers to prove it.
Commercial intensity. You negotiate well, you push for multi-year terms, and you are comfortable with hard conversations about price and value.
You know how NRR and GRR are calculated and how your work moves them.
Clear, concise writing and speaking. You can brief a CIO in five minutes.
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus.
Benefits
Why join now
You will work with customers at the moment they move to the cloud. Few account managers get to shape a transition this large.
Our products sit in the path of AI adoption. Every company deploying AI agents on Salesforce needs to test, release, and protect them safely.
You will have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the room to build how account management works here.
Competitive base plus variable compensation tied to retention.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
You'll be the product manager for our Canvas and Agentic AI teams - the teams building Honeycomb's AI-powered investigation experience. Canvas lets engineers use natural language to query, visualize, and understand their production systems. We're pushing well past chat: we're building Skills (pre-configured workflows that encode domain expertise into repeatable, executable actions), Auto-Investigations (agent-driven investigations that kick off before a human gets paged), and a rearchitected Canvas that's both interactive and collaborative.
You'll work in a tight triad with engineering and design leads, owning the roadmap for how AI shows up in Honeycomb, from the product UI to our MCP server. You'll partner with our Director of AI Strategy, Research & Development teams, and our customer-facing teams to stay grounded in what customers actually need while pushing toward something meaningfully different from what exists today.
This is a role for someone who can hold both execution and ambiguity: shipping production features while navigating a product space where the right answers are still emerging.
What you’ll do in the role:
Define AI product strategy in service of Honeycomb's vision
Synthesize AI trends, customer needs, and technical capabilities into clear strategic recommendations
Help the product organization understand where and how AI creates genuine customer value vs. where it's hype
Identify emerging observability challenges created by AI adoption (e.g., LLM drift, prompt regression, low-context generated code)
Make informed bets about which AI technologies and approaches warrant investment
Conduct research that bridges technology and customer reality
Build deep understanding of how customers are adopting AI in their engineering workflows
Identify patterns across customer conversations that signal future market needs
Stay current with AI/ML developments (RAG, fine-tuning, agentic systems, etc.) and translate implications for observability
Engage with technical communities, researchers, and early adopters to spot trends before they go mainstream
Enable AI innovation across the product portfolio
Partner with product teams to identify high-value opportunities to leverage AI capabilities
Provide guidance on AI approaches, trade-offs, and best practices without centralizing all decisions
Help teams understand how their work fits into our broader AI strategy and how to leverage shared capabilities
Synthesize cross-portfolio learnings and socialize what's working (and what isn't)
Evangelize the AI-observability connection
Articulate Honeycomb's point of view on AI observability both internally and externally
Help customers understand how observability needs evolve as they adopt AI
Contribute to thought leadership through writing, speaking, and community engagement
Build credibility with technical audiences who care deeply about how we use AI, not just that we use it
What you’ll bring to the role:
Proven AI product experience
5+ years in product management with at least 1+ year shipping AI/ML-powered products
Track record of taking AI features from concept to customer impact, including things that didn't work
Deep understanding of how engineering teams actually build, deploy, and operate AI systems (not just theoretical knowledge)
Familiarity with current AI/ML techniques and the judgment to know when they're applicable vs. overhyped
Strategic thinking with customer empathy
Ability to synthesize disparate signals (research, customer feedback, technical trends) into coherent strategy
Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
Pattern recognition across conversations—spotting what customers aren't yet saying clearly
Strong judgment about when to say "no" or "not yet" despite exciting technology
Technical credibility without needing to be the expert
Enough technical depth to have earned respect from engineers and architects
Genuine curiosity about how things work, paired with humility about what you don't know
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between different AI approaches (RAG vs. fine-tuning, model selection, etc.)
Understanding of observability principles and why they matter in production systems
Communication and collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication—can explain complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
Ability to influence without authority across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Comfort presenting to customers, executives, and technical audiences
Collaborative mindset that elevates others' work rather than centralizing control
Curiosity and learning orientation
Demonstrated ability to stay current in fast-moving domains (AI is evolving weekly, not yearly)
Intellectual humility—you're more interested in learning than being right
Excitement about the intersection of AI technology and real customer problems
Energized rather than exhausted by the pace of change in AI
Base Salary based on level of experience
$198,500
—
$233,500 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...

Perplexity is AI for people who expect more. This role brings that same standard to how our data team works, with AI at the center of everything we do.
We're looking for someone who's been a great data scientist, analytics engineer, or data engineer: the kind of person who knows which metric actually matters, can design an A/B test that answers the real question, has gone deep on a data model because something didn't add up, and has decided that the highest-leverage thing they can do next is build AI systems that fundamentally change how data science gets done.
You'll build AI agents and internal systems that can increasingly handle end-to-end analysis workflows: forming hypotheses, writing and running queries, interpreting results, and drafting recommendations with the right evaluation, review, and guardrails. You'll build the retrieval infrastructure and evaluation loops that let AI systems query the warehouse reliably. You'll create workflows that detect, diagnose, and help fix data issues before they become company-wide problems. You'll build the infrastructure that multiplies what a small data team can ship.
You'll join a data team that's already using AI across its work. The next step is turning those individual workflows into scalable systems, shared tools, and an AI-native operating model that becomes a benchmark for how modern data teams work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build AI agents that do data science - not just SQL copilots, but systems that can safely explore data, form hypotheses, run queries, interpret results, and generate actionable recommendations with clear evaluation and human review loops.
- Make AI systems query the warehouse reliably - build the retrieval infrastructure and evaluation loops that let agents use our semantic context and metadata accurately.
- Accelerate the AI-native data workflow - turn the best existing AI-assisted workflows into repeatable systems, reusable tools, and patterns the whole data team can adopt.
- Automate the data lifecycle - build self-healing pipelines, automated dbt model generation and validation, data quality agents, and diagnosis workflows that reduce manual firefighting.
- Ship AI-powered experiment analysis - build agents that interpret A/B test results, flag statistical issues, identify likely drivers, and draft ship/no-ship recommendations.
- Turn the data team into a product team - build internal data products that stakeholders use every day, replacing ad hoc requests with self-serve AI interfaces.
- Own the full lifecycle - identify high-leverage problems, prototype with LLMs, evaluate accuracy, design the UX, ship to production, and monitor quality over time.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years in data science, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role. You've been close enough to real data work to know what should and should not be automated.
- Deep SQL and analytics judgment - you can reason through metrics, experiments, data models, and messy warehouse reality without relying on a tool to think for you.
- Strong product sense - you understand what stakeholders actually need, what makes a workflow adoptable, and how to turn a prototype into a product people use.
- Hands-on LLM experience - you've built with frontier models, agents, RAG systems, evals, or AI-powered workflows and have opinions about where they work and where they fail.
- Pipeline and modeling fluency - you've worked with dbt, warehouse schemas, data quality issues, and the practical tradeoffs behind durable data systems.
- Builder mentality - you see a manual process and immediately think about how to systematize it. You ship fast, measure quality, and iterate.
- Autonomy - this is a new function. You'll help define the roadmap as much as execute it.
BONUS
- Experience building production AI agents or agent evaluation systems.
- Experience with Snowflake, semantic layers, or metadata systems.
- Experience building internal tools, Slack bots, CLIs, or developer productivity products that people actually used.
- Strong experimentation background, including metric design and statistical interpretation.
- Experience with BI tools and the judgment to know what should be automated versus kept human-reviewed.
- Early-stage startup experience.
WHY THIS ROLE
- Set the standard for the industry - Perplexity's data team is already using AI across its work. You'll turn that into something other data teams look to as the benchmark.
- Build AI with AI - Perplexity builds AI for people who expect more. You'll bring that same level of ambition to how the company works with data.
- Frontier models, day one - you're at an AI company with access to frontier infrastructure and people who deeply understand what's possible.
- Massive leverage - the systems you build will multiply the output of every data team member and every stakeholder who needs data.
- Direct impact - small team, no layers of approval. Idea to shipped system in days, not quarters.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
How we build software is changing. Designers are prototyping in code, engineers are shipping polished interfaces, and agents are starting to build directly into the product. More people and more things can create software than ever before. That makes design judgment more important, not less.
We're looking for a Staff/Principal Founding Design Systems Lead to build that judgment into Render's foundations.
This isn't about maintaining a component library. It's about enabling designers, engineers, and agents to build experiences that look, feel, and work like Render, without a designer making every decision or the design systems team reviewing every change. At a company whose whole promise is a platform that just works, the design system is how we keep craft scaling as the product and the team grows.
This role starts hands-on. You're a designer first, with the technical depth to get into the code. You'll partner with the Head of Design to set the vision, then do the foundational work yourself: decide where or whether our Figma library lives and how it operates, get deep into what an AI-ready design system really means, and prototype, test, and ship the system in code. As the function grows, you'll build and lead the team around it. You're energized by building from the ground up, not inheriting something finished.
Here's what makes this role urgent and specific to us: our users are developers, and they're increasingly building with AI agents. That cuts both ways. Inside Render, teams reach for an agent before they check the docs — so a system that isn't legible to AI quietly gets bypassed, and quality drifts toward generic output. And externally, we're building the platform where developers deploy AI-native apps and agents. The person in this role treats the design system as infrastructure for humans, machines, and velocity and has a point of view on what that takes: machine-readable documentation, system rules exposed where agents can read them, an architecture that keeps the brand and accessibility layers ours, and evaluations that catch drift before it ships.
This role reports to the Head of Design.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU'RE EXCITED BY:
Making great design reproducible, by people and agents. Raise the quality of Render's product and encode what makes it good, so a designer, an engineer, or an agent can produce coherent, usable experiences by default. The system should make excellent work easier, not make every experience look the same.
Reimagining what a design system can be. Build beyond components and tokens into composition rules, interaction patterns, agent-readable guidance, and evaluations, so the fastest way to build is also a path to great quality.
Building and leading a team that multiplies everyone else's impact. Start hands-on, then create the direction, ambitious goals, and caring-but-demanding environment that let a team do the best work of their careers.
The opportunity is to raise the floor for everyone building at Render, human or agent, while giving designers more room to make the most important experiences extraordinary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the system's vision and direction. Decide what to preserve, evolve, simplify, or replace based on what builders and customers need — and turn that into focused work, much of which you'll do yourself at first.
- Build the foundations hands-on. Early on, you are the team: setting the architecture, shipping the components, writing the guidance, and establishing the quality bar through your own work before there's anyone to delegate to.
- Build and lead the team that owns the system. As the function grows, hire and develop it — set priorities and ownership, give direct feedback, hold a high bar, and help people do the best work of their careers.
- Elevate Render's visual and interaction design. Raise the bar for typography, hierarchy, density, motion, responsive behavior, accessibility — and the states beyond the happy path, which is where developer tools earn their reputation.
- Make the system legible to AI, not just humans. Lead the work to make Render's design system AI-ready: machine-readable documentation, system rules and tokens exposed where agents can reach them (e.g. via MCP), and an architecture that shrinks the context an agent needs while keeping the brand and accessibility layers ours. The goal: agents building on Render produce on-brand, compliant work by default.
- Guide technical architecture with engineering. Shape everything from components and tokens to how agents discover guidance and check their work. Make sound tradeoffs between flexibility, coherence, performance, and ease of use — layered and headless where that scales better than rigid bundles.
- Define and measure quality, including AI output. Build repeatable evaluations grounded in real tasks — testing generated output against the system's standard, not just whether people use the tools.
- Earn adoption. Work alongside product teams, teach through examples, and turn recurring questions and exceptions into improvements. A system lives or dies on whether people, and their agents, reach for it.
- Keep moving as the ground shifts. Experiment as models and tools evolve, share what you learn, and change direction when the evidence calls for it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A track record of setting direction and delivering outcomes in design systems or design engineering — and the appetite to build a function from the ground up before leading a team. You create clarity in ambiguity, make decisions, give difficult feedback, and keep momentum without dropping the quality bar. Experience leading or developing designers/design engineers is a strong plus, as this role grows in that area.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills. Your work shows a clear point of view, detail that borders on obsessive, and an ability to make complex experiences feel simple — the kind of craft other practitioners admire.
- Deep systems thinking, and experience building systems other teams actually adopt. You can show how your work improved both their speed and the quality of what shipped — not just that it existed.
- Strong technical fluency. You can prototype and build in code, understand front-end architecture (component API design, tokens, theming, layered/headless patterns), and work through implementation tradeoffs with engineers — not just hand off specs.
- Hands-on use of AI in your work, and a real point of view on AI-ready design systems. You understand where AI helps and where it fails, how to improve its output rather than accept it, and what it takes for a system to serve machines as well as humans. You don't need to have shipped all of it, but you should be able to say where you'd start and why.
- Strong product judgment and developer empathy. You stay close to the people who use what you build and connect system decisions to real workflows and outcomes. Fluency with developers and technical products is a strong plus — our users are engineers, and the system has to serve them and the agents they build with.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building developer tools, cloud platforms, or infrastructure products where UX is a competitive advantage.
- Hands-on experience making a design system AI-ready: machine-readable documentation, MCP or similar agent access, layered/headless architecture, or evaluation frameworks for AI-generated output.
- Experience building developer or designer tools that became part of other teams' daily workflow.
- Experience leading a major design-system migration or a company-wide change in how teams build.
- Experience evolving a system across platforms, or connecting product and brand experiences.
- Founder or early-stage startup experience.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the role
The Principal of Marketing Insights sits at the intersection of growth strategy, investment planning, and performance analytics. You’ll partner with the office of CMO, marketing leadership, and cross-functional analytics teams to determine where we invest, how we improve performance, and what it will take to achieve our growth targets. You’ll translate business goals and performance insights into clear priorities, resource decisions, and coordinated action across Marketing. This includes shaping pipeline strategy, evaluating investment tradeoffs, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and efficiency across regions, segments, and growth motions. This is a high-visibility leadership role during a period of significant organizational change. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, challenges assumptions with sound business judgment, and drives decisions through to measurable results. You’ll work closely with marketing leaders, Finance, GTM Operations, Technical Marketing Ops, and Central Analytics to connect strategy, investment, and execution.
What you’ll do
Growth strategy & planning: Translate company growth targets into marketing plans with clear priorities, investment requirements, and performance assumptions. Lead the analytical foundation for annual and quarterly planning, developing scenarios that evaluate growth opportunities, resource needs, and tradeoffs. Own marketing’s pipeline planning models and assumptions, coordinating inputs across regions, segments, channels, and motions. Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity; partner with functional leaders to turn those opportunities into action.
Investment strategy & efficiency: Shape recommendations for allocating resources across programs, channels, regions, and segments based on expected business impact. Evaluate tradeoffs between headcount and program investment, partnering with Finance and marketing leaders to improve resource productivity. Identify where to scale, reduce, or reallocate spend, and measure whether those decisions improve pipeline yield and marketing efficiency. Develop models that connect marketing investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes, making assumptions and uncertainties clear.
Program management & accountability: Lead weekly and monthly marketing performance reviews, focusing leadership on the decisions and actions needed to achieve targets. Proactively identify performance risks, diagnose root causes, and align leaders on corrective actions, owners, and timelines. Track actions and assess their impact, adjusting the approach when results fall short. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, XDR, Sales, Finance, and Analytics, resolving dependencies and escalating decisions when needed.
Insights & measurement: Set the strategic analysis agenda around the business questions most consequential to marketing growth and efficiency. Define the metrics, scorecards, and decision tools marketing leaders need to manage performance. Partner with Analytics to deliver scalable reporting and with Marketing Ops to ensure consistent definitions, reliable tracking, and data quality. Translate complex analysis into clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what action to take.

ABOUT XERO
At Xero, we’re here to supercharge small businesses. By making small businesses more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology, and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Xero is looking for a GM/VP of Growth Content to lead the next chapter of our global growth content function.
We have redefined how growth content is delivered at Xero from the ground up. Our growth content team uses an AI-powered approach to deliver high performing and always on-brand content at scale. We are looking for an individual who will lead a global team (including design, creative optimization and content automation) tasked with turning data-driven insights into a high-velocity, compounding content engine with automation at its core. This leader will develop and own our global content strategy across the funnel, they will champion a strict "test-and-learn" creative framework across all global growth channels, deeply analyzing audience signals and performance metrics to architect native content experiences that drive growth across paid advertising, lifecycle marketing, web, and sales assets.
The successful candidate will oversee the deployment of tailored, native content across all core channels—from high-impact visual hooks for paid ads to search-optimized web assets and high-converting lifecycle and sales collateral. This leader will need to constantly strike the right balance between delivering high performing content at scale and maintaining and elevating our brand consistency, in partnership with our internal agency ‘the foundry’.
This role requires someone who can operate at multiple altitudes. You need to be able to set direction at enterprise scale, work effectively in a complex global matrix, influence without always being the final decision-maker, and go deep into the executional details when the work demands it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
UNITE, DESIGN & BUILD THE CONTENT OPERATING MODEL FOR AN AI-NATIVE FUTURE
- Deliver the end-to-end content system, from inputs and briefs through creation, review, distribution, reuse, and performance optimization to unite siloed work streams.
- Build an AI-native operating model that improves speed, quality and scalability, not just efficiency on the current workflow. This will include the automation of atomization of flagship content across channels/funnel/audiences to scale distribution and expand impact.
- Simplify decision-making and review flows so the right people are involved at the right moments, with less drag and more accountability to exponentially improve output speed while raising the bar on content quality.
- Create repeatable ways to turn strategic inputs such as claims, positioning, customer insight, proprietary data, product truth, and channel learnings into effective content outputs.
- Maintain total brand consistency across all content touchpoints, aligned with our core principles and ambitions.
- Be hands on tools to lead the evolution and expansion of our content system, training the team and cross-functional partners on how to use most effectively.
RAISE THE BAR ON BUSINESS IMPACT AND MEASUREMENT
- Build a measurement approach that connects content performance to real business outcomes, not just activity or engagement metrics.
- Partner with analytics, product, performance marketing, regional marketing, and customer teams to understand what content is actually driving impact.
- Use data to shape investment decisions, optimization, channel mix, and content priorities.
- Create visibility for senior leaders into what is working, what is not, and where we should change course & how to get there.

Skills we’re looking for
8+ years experience in marketing strategy, GTM analytics, or business performance within B2B SaaS, with scope and impact consistent with director-level leadership.
A demonstrated record of influencing investment decisions and delivering measurable improvements in pipeline, conversion, or marketing efficiency.
Experience developing growth plans, pipeline models, investment scenarios, and performance assumptions.
Strong business judgment and a clear point of view, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and build alignment around difficult tradeoffs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive recommendations through to execution and results.
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and balance speed with analytical rigor.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, including pipeline, ARR, conversion, velocity, acquisition costs, and attribution.
Hands-on fluency with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, enabling independent investigation and effective partnership with Analytics.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
Clear executive communication, with the ability to connect detailed analysis to business decisions.
Bonus Skills
Experience navigating a merger, organizational integration, or significant GTM transformation.
Experience with experiment design, incrementality measurement, predictive modeling, or cohort analysis.
Familiarity with the modern data stack, including Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, and Looker.
Background in data infrastructure, developer tools, or analytics software.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is the runtime control plane for the AI software development lifecycle (AI-SDLC). Thousands of engineering organizations, including more than a quarter of the Fortune 500, use LaunchDarkly to ship, measure, and control every change that reaches production, whether it is written by people or by AI. Feature management built the company. The next chapter is bigger: as the cost of writing code falls and the volume of change outpaces human review, the constraint is moving from writing software to controlling it. LaunchDarkly is building the critical infrastructure for the AI-SDLC. Customers build their own software factories. We build the rails they run on.
We are hiring the leader of Product Management for LaunchDarkly. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the product management organization end to end: the people, operating system, roadmap commitments, and commercial outcomes across every product pillar. You will sit at the technology leadership table as the Product Management peer to the heads of Engineering and Product Design.
The CPO sets the company’s product vision and strategic direction. You will build and run the product organization that turns that direction into a coherent portfolio, shipped outcomes, customer adoption, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on operating role for a product leader who knows how to build the machine, make the tradeoffs, and finish the work.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional product leadership.
Serve as the product counterpart to Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Resolve cross-functional tradeoffs, establish shared commitments, and ensure LaunchDarkly presents one coherent product strategy to customers and the market.
Build and lead the product management organization.
Design the organization intentionally, allocate resources effectively, maintain a high talent bar, build succession plans, and establish clear ownership for every product surface a customer or sales representative may ask about.
Own the product operating system.
Establish the cadence that turns strategy into shipped software and met goals, including quarterly commitments, leadership reviews, squad-level inspection, launch briefs, new product introduction (NPI), and the product-to-field handoff. Make execution predictable enough that the executive team does not have to ask whether something shipped.
Drive roadmap delivery across every product pillar.
Lead execution across Enterprise, Foundation, Observability, Experimentation, Agent Control, Automation, and the platform beneath them. Build a culture of doing what we say we are going to do.
Create portfolio discipline without slowing the company down.
Ensure new bets enter the portfolio through explicit decisions rather than hallway conversations, while preserving the flexibility to respond to market changes. Marketing dates should be commitments the product organization can confidently support.
Drive finishing.
A product is not done when version one ships; it is done when the team has iterated based on learning. A launch is not done when it ships; it is done when the field is amplifying it. A process is not done when it is written; it is done when it creates leverage for the team.
Own packaging execution and commercial outcomes.
Lead how pricing and packaging land in the product and in the field so every representative can sell the full platform and every pillar contributes to its commercial goals.
Stay close to customers and the field.
Spend time with the largest customers and most demanding evaluators, translate what you learn into product decisions, and build a process that brings customer and field insight into the roadmap at scale.
Use AI to increase product and engineering leverage.
Help the organization adopt AI-assisted development and product practices in ways that increase delivery speed while maintaining quality and judgment.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year:
The organization is complete. The leadership model is in place, product lines have the right pillar leadership, spans and layers are intentional, decision rights are clear, succession risks are understood, and the organization can continue to scale.
Delivery increases every quarter. Shipped output per team rises quarter over quarter as AI-assisted development compounds, with quality holding.
The operating system runs without the CPO driving it. Reviews, check-ins, launch briefs, and NPI happen on cadence and at a consistent bar.
The portfolio is staffed. Every initiative in flight has an explicit staffing decision and plan behind it.
The numbers move. Activation, attach, activity, and expansion targets for each pillar respond to the organization’s inputs.
The team is stronger than you found it. Product managers have more leverage, complementary strengths are valued over a uniform mold, and every hire raises the bar.
About You:
You are direct, decisive, and high-agency. You identify a problem, propose a fix, and act unless someone tells you not to.
You are a relentless simplifier, not a caretaker. When you find friction, your instinct is to remove process rather than add it. You know how to run a company of this size like a small company that ships.
You are a builder of people and move quickly on people problems. Product leaders who have worked for you say you made them better and would work for you again. You raise the bar clearly, promote based on evidence, and do not allow known performance problems to persist.
You are comfortable challenging a strategy and turning it into a sequenced portfolio. You can tell the story of an idea you pushed back on, how you used evidence to make the call, and how you maintained the relationship.
You write clearly and make decisions. You use written argument to create alignment, expect strong writing from your team, and end meetings with a decision.
You are customer-oriented and commercially grounded. You can move from a conversation with a developer or data scientist to a discussion with an executive buyer or sales leader without losing the thread.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Product Management, including 7+ years leading Product Managers and product leaders across a multi-product B2B platform
.
Experience leading Product Management at the VP, SVP, or equivalent level across a multi-product B2B platform.
Experience leading a product management organization of 20 or more product managers at a company with approximately $100M to $500M in revenue.
A track record of building and developing a product organization, rather than simply inheriting one.
Demonstrated ability to turn company strategy into a reliable operating system that delivers roadmap commitments and measurable business outcomes.
Experience working with a founder or visionary executive and converting a high volume of ideas into a sequenced, resourced portfolio.
Experience building products for engineering organizations and selling to CTOs, platform leaders, and data science teams.
Strong commercial fluency, including experience owning or materially influencing pricing, packaging, attach, expansion, and go-to-market execution.
Experience balancing enterprise and self-serve motions, including an understanding of what drives a large enterprise expansion and what creates value for a developer on a free plan.
Practical experience using AI agents in your own work and applying AI-native approaches to product management or software development. You should have clear opinions about how AI changes product management, supported by things you have shipped.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and improve delivery speed without compromising product quality.
