- Senior Test Automation Developer
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Release Engineering
- Reports to: Release Engineering Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid / Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
Testing and environment reliability are often the hidden tax on engineering velocity - slow feedback, flaky environments, and manual processes that quietly drain team capacity. This role exists to systematically remove that toil. By bringing an automation-first mindset to everything from test coverage to environment management, this engineer keeps feedback fast, releases stable, and quality high. They don't just maintain the testing discipline - they elevate it, coaching teams and building the kind of automated foundations that let engineering move with confidence. The result is less time fighting fires, more time shipping.

- Guide and enable engineering teams on what to test, why it matters, and how to do it well
- Continuously sharpen test strategies and automation based on real outcomes, defects, and release feedback
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:

And you will maintain the competitive edge of our existing proposition as we scale across Europe.

Your day-to-day:
Product proposition pipeline
- Translate company strategy, our vision and competitive intelligence into clear proposition expansion opportunities

- Track competitor business model and proposition shifts alongside broader market trends, and bring that intelligence into the business in a way that influences decisions
- Build business cases for new products and segments; drive initial validation with user research, platform teams and commercial leads; champion them with the relevant exec and commercial leaders

Go-to-market
- Own go-to-market for new products and segments, coordinating across commercial and platform teams to ensure everything is in place for launch

Your skillset:
- You have significant experience in product marketing, proposition development or a closely related discipline, ideally within a consumer-facing digital business.
- You are a strong strategic thinker: you can break down complex market dynamics and translate them into a clear, well-reasoned point of view that earns buy-in across the organisation.
- You understand customers at a level that goes beyond research decks. You know how to build real insight and how to apply it to proposition decisions.
- You are an exceptional communicator, written and verbal. You can make a complex argument simple and a simple argument compelling.
- You know how to work in a matrixed organisation. You lead through influence and build momentum behind things you don't directly control.
- You have a data-driven mindset. You bring evidence to your thinking and your strategies

Perks of joining us:
- Company pension contributions at 5%.
- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
The role
This is a foundational role on Sierra's Operations team, sitting at the intersection of marketing and GTM. As Marketing Operations and Analytics Lead, you'll own two things: the measurement infrastructure that connects marketing programs to pipeline and revenue; and the operational processes that make the marketing engine run efficiently and at scale.
What you'll do
- Full-funnel attribution: Design and own Sierra's marketing attribution framework, connecting campaigns, events, content, and demand gen programs to pipeline generation and ultimately LTC conversions.
- Pipeline analytics: Partner with Marketing and Sales to analyze pipegen by vertical, region, and segment. Track conversion rates at each stage and surface where marketing programs are—and aren't—generating high-quality opportunities.
- Performance reporting: Build and maintain the marketing team's core performance dashboards—campaign ROI, event pipeline influence, channel mix, lead quality, and funnel velocity.
- ICP & account intelligence: Develop data-driven ICP scoring and account prioritization models to focus marketing investment on segments with the highest win rates and ASPs. Integrate signals from first-party and third-party intent sources to keep targeting sharp.
- Experiment design & optimization: Design rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across marketing channels. Establish the statistical standards the team uses to evaluate new programs; translate results into clear, actionable recommendations—not just p-values.
- Lead management & routing: Define and maintain lead scoring models, MQL thresholds, and routing logic from first touch to Sales handoff. Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality, minimize friction, and continuously improve conversion from MQL to pipeline.
- Campaign operations: Own the operational infrastructure behind campaign execution—email programs, landing page workflows, event lead capture, and list management. Build processes that let the demand gen and events teams move quickly without creating data debt.
- Cross-functional partnership: Serve as the analytical and operational bridge between Marketing, GTM Ops, Finance, and Sales leadership—ensuring marketing metrics are aligned with company PG, POC, and ARR targets; contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning with marketing-specific performance analysis and forecasts
What you'll bring
- 12+ years spanning marketing analytics and marketing operations
- Deep expertise in attribution modeling, multi-touch funnel analysis, and pipeline/revenue measurement in long, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles
- Hands-on martech stack experience—marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), Salesforce, lead routing, and third-party enrichment tools
- Strong SQL skills; fluency working with large datasets in modern data stacks (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar)
- Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- High attention to detail and a strong point of view on what "good" looks like—you've built this infrastructure before and know where the landmines are
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment

We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to own the device software and data pipeline for our UMI data collection devices - handheld gripper systems used by human operators to demonstrate manipulation tasks. The data they produce is used to train our robots, so the quality of what you ship determines the quality of robots we deploy.
This is a deeply technical, hands-on role. You will write production-grade device software, build reliable sensor fusion and recording pipelines, and own the validation tooling that keeps our training datasets clean. You will work closely with hardware, AI, and data collection teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and maintain device software across the full episode lifecycle: session initialisation, per-sensor stream management, episode recording, and graceful shutdown
- Integrate and synchronise sensor streams - wrist and head cameras, 6-DOF pose trackers, gripper aperture encoders, and optionally force/torque sensors - into temporally-aligned, policy-consumable trajectories
- Define and maintain the data contract between UMI devices and the AI team: stream formats, episode packaging, metadata schemas, and the interface between raw recordings and training pipelines
- Build and maintain data validation tooling that detects dropped frames, timing jitter, pose tracking loss, image quality degradation, and sensor faults before corrupt episodes enter the training dataset
- Own operator-facing device software: status indication, start/stop/cancel episode controls, and clear feedback when a session needs to be retried
- Support field data collection sessions - deploying devices to operators, validating data quality in situ, and iterating quickly when issues surface during collection
- Debug integration failures on device hardware: camera driver issues, bus bandwidth saturation, tracker calibration drift, compute thermal throttling, and storage write failures mid-episode
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in embedded or device-level software in a robotics or sensing context - writing code that runs on the device, not just talking to it
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Python for real-time sensor drivers, inter-process communication, and data recording pipelines
- Solid understanding of multi-modal sensor synchronisation - timestamps, hardware triggers, clock drift - and the practical consequences of getting it wrong for downstream ML
- Familiarity with camera pipelines and the difference between what a sensor reports and what actually lands on disk with correct timing
- Strong instincts around data quality and dataset hygiene - you are uncomfortable shipping episodes with frame drops, tracking loss, or misaligned streams
- Proven ability to debug on real hardware: you read logs, attach profilers, and can diagnose whether a problem is a driver, a bus, or a timing issue
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with 6-DOF pose tracking systems (VIO, optical trackers, or similar) and their common failure modes
- Familiarity with ML training data formats and what an AI team actually needs from a recorded episode - understanding the consumer of the data you produce
- Exposure to operator-facing tooling for data collection: session management, per-episode quality summaries, rejection and retry workflows
- Experience scaling device software from a small number of prototype units to many devices operated by non-engineers in the field
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Figma's Business Systems team enables our go-to-market, finance, and operational functions by building and scaling the systems that power the business. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Director of Business Systems to lead four established functions: GTM Systems, Financial Systems, Integration Engineering, and ITGC.
In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders across Finance, Revenue, Legal, Security, and People to drive business systems strategy, improve operational efficiency, and scale the platforms and processes that support the company. You'll also play a key role in defining how AI is integrated into Business Systems workflows, tooling, and service delivery.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 professionals across GTM Systems, Financial Systems, Integration Engineering, and ITGC, including managers and senior individual contributors
Define and execute the Business Systems strategy, ensuring systems, processes, and roadmaps support Figma's growth and operational needs
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Partnerships, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement to prioritize initiatives, manage intake, and deliver business outcomes
Represent Business Systems in executive and cross-functional forums, translating technical concepts, risks, and tradeoffs into clear business recommendations
Define and operationalize the team's AI strategy, including AI-assisted development, automation, documentation, and workflow optimization
Sponsor and oversee major business systems implementations, integrations, and transformation initiatives
Drive operational excellence through scalable governance, controls, and process improvements across the Business Systems portfolio
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of experience leading business systems, enterprise applications, or related technology functions, including experience managing managers and senior individual contributors
Deep expertise across quote-to-cash processes and the platforms that support them, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and billing or revenue systems
Experience operating in a SOX-compliant environment, including ownership of or partnership with ITGC programs
Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams, operating models, and cross-functional partnerships
Experience defining and implementing technology strategies that leverage automation, AI, or emerging technologies to improve business outcomes
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Background in high-growth SaaS, with exposure to public or post-IPO operating environments
Built programs, processes, or team practices that measurably improved organizational effectiveness, engagement, or delivery outcomes
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
