Location: Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix recently launched its first products and services for self-employed people and
small and medium businesses in Germany. The B2B motions these products
need to scale have to be built from the ground up, with support from central
growth and channel experts: acquisition and onboarding, lead generation and
nurturing, sales, retention and expansion. In this role, your mandate is to
find, test and scale what works.
You own SE and SMB growth marketing end to end for Germany. You start from an
insight you found yourself and pick the few opportunities worth the time and
money. Before launch you set the success, kill and scale criteria and what done
means. Then you run the work yourself, or hand it to the expert best placed to
run it, read the result and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill.
Central specialist teams carry the established work, and you collaborate with
them: paid acquisition, CRM, marketing data and MarTech. You decide which
channels, segments and messages to test, and you build the growth loops nobody
at Taxfix has run yet. You work with the B2B product team, the B2B commercial
lead, Product Marketing and our Creative Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find the opportunities worth running. Turn customer conversations, sales
calls, funnel data and what you observe in the market into hypotheses and
experiments for SE and SMB growth. Rank them and run them. Pivot when an
experiment fails, and scale quickly when it works.
- Build multi-channel strategies. Build an experimentation engine, and use
its results to shape the multi-channel strategy for awareness and demand
capture across Taxfix's new B2B products. Central growth teams and channel
experts carry parts of the mix.
- Design how each product reaches its customers. For each growth loop,
decide the ICP segment to focus on, the channel and the message to test, how
the user flow and experience fit the loop, and the plan for scaling after the
first positive signals.
- Plan it, then run it yourself. Set success, kill and scale criteria before
launch. Build the prototype, landing page, content, onboarding flow or nurture
sequence with your own hands where that is fastest, and bring in central
experts where they do it better.
- Build B2B motions from zero to one. Acquisition and onboarding flows, lead
generation and nurturing, the handover to inbound sales, retention and
expansion loops. Several of these exist nowhere at Taxfix today.
- Read the results and make the call. Separate signal from noise at B2B
volumes, where samples start small. Decide to scale, iterate or kill, and turn
the read into recommendations for Product and commercial leadership.
- Use AI as an operating and growth advantage. Use AI to 10x your
effectiveness and your outcomes. Build your own prototypes, applets and tools
for the opportunities you run, and apply AI to discovery, analysis, content,
experimentation and repeating workflows.
- Steer budget where the evidence is thin. You hold the mandate to plan and
allocate budget for new B2B motions and growth loops.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strategist and operator in one person. You pick the opportunities and you
run them, to the standard you planned them to. Given the choice, you ship a
first version this week over polishing a plan for a month.
- 5+ years in B2B go-to-market. 5+ years of experience in B2B
go-to-market, growth, strategy or another go-to-market function, including
ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Zero-to-one experience. You took a new product, category, platform or
business line from the first growth-loop tests, through scaling, to a
multi-channel playbook.
- Close to the customer. You naturally stay close to our customers, talk to them, listen to sales calls and use customer insights to inform your decisions.
- Data literacy. You can define and interpret acquisition, activation, adoption,
retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue and product-usage metrics, and you
turn what you find into a decision.
- Agility and speed. You try new ideas all the time. When one fails, you
pivot. When one works, you move to scale it. Shifting priorities and tight
deadlines don't throw you off.
- Curious about B2B growth and AI. You follow the people and sources moving
both fields, and you can name what you took from them into your own work.
- Knowledge of the German market, ideally of how self-employed people and
small businesses buy. Fluent German is a big plus, not a must.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the product team that builds the AI agents answering our 1M+ members' questions about their health insurance - reimbursements, coverage, claims, account changes and more - instantly and without waiting for a human.
Our AI agents already fully resolve more than 50% of members' questions. Your mission is to push that number further, increase the quality of answers and the trust members place in them, and make our agents work with the other AI agents at Alan, such as Mo our health companion.
Concretely, you will:
- Design and ship LLM-powered agents that understand a member's request, reason over their contract, claims and history, and take real actions on their behalf - building the tools, retrieval and context pipelines that give them the right information at the right moment
- Make our agents interoperate with other AI agents across Alan, such as Mo: handing off conversations, sharing context and calling each other's capabilities, so members get one seamless experience
- Bring automated resolution to new channels, starting with AI phone support: real-time voice conversations with the same quality bar as written ones
- Own evaluation: build datasets, automated evals and quality monitoring so we know an agent is right before members see it
- Measure and improve resolution rate, answer quality and member satisfaction in production, iterating fast on prompts, models and architecture
- Work hand in hand with care experts and product to identify the next topics the AI can fully resolve
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Every point of automated resolution means members get help instantly, when they need it the most - and directly drives Alan's scaling, growth and profitability.
- Applied AI at scale: You won't build demos. You'll ship AI agents that handle hundreds of thousands of real conversations per month in a regulated, high-stakes domain, where accuracy truly matters.
- Frontier problems: Agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation, safety and guardrails, cost and latency trade-offs - you'll tackle the hardest open questions in production LLM systems.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Strong backend experience (Python is a plus)
- Hands-on experience building products with LLMs (agents, tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) - ideally shipped to production
- An evaluation mindset: you know how to measure whether an AI system is actually good, and how to make it better
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- You stay on top of a fast-moving AI landscape and are pragmatic about what really works
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

Contribute to payroll implementations, integrations, testing, process improvements, and automation initiatives across Workday and the broader global payroll environment.
Build trusted relationships with HR, HRIS, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Benefits, Equity, Legal, and external payroll partners across regions and time zones.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior Business Assistant to join our Office of the CFO team, based in London. In this role, you’ll support the CFO in key leadership, board, and finance meetings by preparing materials in advance, documenting decisions and actions, and coordinating follow-through afterwards. It's a content-focused role: you'll need a genuine working understanding of finance to follow the discussion, not just log who said what.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Meeting Support & Follow-Through
- Join key meetings: Join meetings alongside the CFO — leadership, board, and finance-function meetings — capturing accurate notes and the decisions that come out of them.
- Own the follow-up: Turn discussions into clear, assigned action items and drive them to completion, chasing owners and flagging slippage before it becomes a problem.
- Track outstanding items: Maintain a live view of open actions and decisions across the CFO's meeting cadence, escalating blockers to the CFO directly.
Pre-Meeting Preparation
- Prepare pre-reads: Prepare pre-reads, briefing packs, and agendas ahead of key meetings, pulling together relevant background, data, and context.
- Coordinate stakeholder input: Coordinate input from stakeholders across Finance — Controllership, Tax, Treasury, FP&A — so the CFO walks in fully briefed.
- Anticipate what's needed: Proactively anticipate what the CFO will need for a given meeting, rather than waiting to be asked.
Finance-Literate Business Support
- Follow technical discussions: Apply a working understanding of financial concepts and terminology to accurately capture and summarise technical finance discussions.
- Sanity-check materials: Review financial reports, decks, and models before they reach the CFO, spotting errors, inconsistencies, or omissions.
- Partner across finance: Partner with Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A to gather the input and context needed for meetings and follow-ups.
Communication & Organisation
- Produce clear meeting notes: Produce clear, well-structured meeting notes and summaries, distributed promptly to attendees.
- Maintain a master tracker: Maintain a single source of truth for action items, decisions, and deadlines across the CFO's meeting cadence.
- Handle information with discretion: Manage confidential and sensitive business and financial information with sound judgement.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as an EA, business assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives, ideally within a finance function.
- A working understanding of financial concepts and terminology (P&L, budgeting, forecasting) sufficient to follow and accurately summarise finance discussions.
- Excellent note-taking and written communication skills, able to turn meeting discussions into clear, actionable outputs.
- Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to track and drive multiple action items to completion.
- Comfortable preparing pre-meeting materials, pulling together data and context from multiple stakeholders.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential business and financial information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency with everyday productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience supporting a CFO or finance leadership team specifically is a strong plus.
- Experience in a venture-backed, high-growth startup or scale-up is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Sierra, we are building a fast-scaling, mission-driven AI company where people are at the center of everything we do. As our People Programs Manager, you will design, build, and operationalize the programs and processes that shape the employee experience across Sierra globally. You’ll play a critical role in helping us create clarity, alignment, and belonging as we grow — ensuring Sierra remains a world-class place to work.

- Use data and insights to measure, iterate, and evolve programs, while staying ahead of trends in People Ops and employee experience.

- 5+ years of experience in People Programs, People Operations, or a related people-focused function within high-growth environments.
- Experience designing and scaling people programs across the employee lifecycle in fast-moving, global technology companies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — able to partner effectively with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional program and project management capability, with the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, comfortable using data, tooling, and process design to improve operational efficiency.
- A passion for building clarity, culture, and connection in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience supporting or designing programs for global teams across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with HR tools and platforms (HRIS, onboarding systems, performance tools, etc.).
- Background in organizational development, employee experience, or Learning & Development.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is seeking a Head of Solutions Engineering to turn customer operational needs into feasible, commercially compelling robotics solutions. Based in Boston, you will partner with the Commercial, Product, Engineering and Deployment teams to lead technical discovery, define customer requirements and build a clear path from initial evaluation to scaled deployment.
Initially, you will be the core individual contributor: personally visiting customer sites, designing solutions, developing technical proposals and creating the pre-sales material the Commercial team needs. As demand grows, you will establish and lead the Solutions Engineering function across the UK/EU, US and MENA, hiring and developing regional engineers while retaining direct involvement in strategic opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Customer discovery and requirements:
- Lead customer site visits and operational assessments to understand workflows, volumes, layouts, materials, shift patterns and constraints; identify repeatable, high-value use cases for humanoid robotics.
- Align customer Operations, Engineering, IT, Safety, Procurement and executive stakeholders on the problem to solve and measurable success criteria, including throughput, availability, accuracy and human intervention.
- Build credible business cases and fleet-sizing models covering utilisation, labour assumptions, total cost of ownership, payback and sensitivity to performance and deployment ramp-up.
- Solution design and Product partnership:
- Define solution concepts, workflows, layouts, robot configurations, infrastructure and interfaces with customer systems such as WMS, MES, ERP and existing automation.
