About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to serve as a founding member of our go-to-market expansion into Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. You will drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with the region's leading digital-native companies—from high-growth startups to established unicorns and super-apps—across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Owning the full sales cycle from first outbound to launch, you'll act as a trusted partner to customers as they embed Claude into their products and operations. As a first mover in ASEAN, you'll shape our regional strategy from the ground up, building the playbooks and market insight that will scale as our team grows.
Key responsibilities
Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic across ASEAN, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through deployment with digital-native customers
Design and execute sales strategies tailored to the region's distinct markets, accounting for differences in market maturity, regulatory environment, language, and buying behaviour across Southeast Asian countries
Spearhead market expansion by identifying high-potential customer segments and use cases within the region's startup and scale-up ecosystem, including fintech, e-commerce, super-apps, gaming, SaaS, and logistics
Establish foundational go-to-market practices as a first mover in ASEAN, creating playbooks, templates, and frameworks that scale with the team
Inform product roadmaps by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs specific to Southeast Asian enterprises, including multilingual and localisation requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, marketing, solutions, and partnerships—including regional cloud and channel partners—to differentiate our offerings and sustain a competitive edge
Serve as a market expert on ASEAN's digital-native landscape, providing strategic insight to global leadership on regional trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
Minimum qualifications
12+ years of enterprise sales experience driving adoption of emerging technologies with digital-native businesses in Southeast Asia, with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
Deep understanding of the ASEAN startup and scale-up ecosystem, including familiarity with leading digital-native companies across multiple markets in the region
Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing strategic deals by translating multifaceted technical requirements into tailored solutions
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced organisations while managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Extensive experience negotiating complex, customised commercial agreements in Southeast Asian market contexts
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships from ICs to C-level executives and cultural fluency across ASEAN business environments
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity as a founding team member building processes and strategy from scratch
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling AI/ML, developer platforms, cloud, or API-based products to technical buyers
Existing relationships with founders, CTOs, and product leaders at prominent Southeast Asian technology companies
Experience working with hyperscaler or channel partners to co-sell into regional accounts
Working proficiency in a Southeast Asian language in addition to English (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai)
Experience establishing a new market or region for a high-growth technology company
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, and a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI is developed safely
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading technology company specialising in innovative consumer products across multiple technology sectors. The company focuses on D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) subscription products. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Facebook(Meta) for one of our core D2C subscription products. The funnel is simple: ad → quiz → trial → subscription (web-to-web). The scale is not: 40+ countries, 20+ languages, one of the largest Meta budgets in its category.
You will be measured on two numbers: daily subscriptions and cohort ROI — not clicks, not CTR, not platform-reported ROAS.
You'll operate with serious leverage: an API-driven build pipeline and AI tooling handle the mechanical work. Your job is judgment — what to scale, what to cut, where the next dollar goes. The bar is high and so is the upside: performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Channel Ownership: Own the Facebook account end to end — structure, budgets, bidding, geo mix — keeping subscription volume high at target CPA and ROI.
- Scaling & Stability: Scale winners without breaking CPA; keep delivery stable at high spend and catch problems before they cost money.
- Testing: Run a continuous testing pipeline — creatives, structures, bidding (highest volume / cost cap / bid cap), placements, geos and languages. Kill fast, scale what works.
- Creative Ideas: Own the creative direction for the channel — hooks, angles, formats — and brief the creative team with data-backed feedback.
- Working with Data: Make decisions on real cohort revenue from our BI, not on Ads Manager numbers. Break performance down to country × creative × bid level and build your own reports.
- Account Health: Protect ad accounts, pages and Business Managers — policy-safe copy and landings, appeals, backups.
- AI & Automation: Automate every repeatable part of your workflow with AI and keep manual work to a minimum.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years hands-on Facebook as the primary channel you personally owned.
- Personally owned $400K+/month on Meta with direct accountability for CPA / ROI targets — your budget, not your team's or agency's total.
- Subscription funnels: drove subscriptions or trials through web funnels (web-to-web) or subscription apps for D2C products.
- Multi-GEO: ran and scaled campaigns across many countries and languages at once.
- Analytics: comfortable with cohorts, LTV, payback and the gap between platform and BI numbers.
- AI in daily work: uses Claude, ChatGPT or equivalents daily for analysis, reporting and automation — not just aware of them.
- Working proficiency in English (B2+).
NOT A FIT
- Mostly agency experience (spread across many small clients)
- E-commerce / catalog-only background (DPA, Shopping, basket ROAS)
WHO YOU ARE
- Full owner of your zone — from diagnosis to result, no reminders needed
- Analytical — every scale or kill decision has a period, a threshold and a dollar amount behind it
- Plans ahead — runs the channel against a plan weeks and months out
- Fast under load — many campaigns and tests in parallel without quality slipping
- Ambitious — wants to grow fast and prove it with performance
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who is pragmatic, product-minded, and equally comfortable writing code and running production systems to join our Infrastructure department's SRE team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the application-level infrastructure and reliability of a high-traffic commerce domain end to end - from deploy pipelines and Kubernetes manifests to SLOs, capacity planning, and production readiness.
Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications

- Proficient in accounting close processes, audit coordination, and financial statement review and analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
- AI tools experience and a mindset for automating manual workflows.
- Exceptional time management, task ownership, and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
- Experience in a high-growth tech, marketplace, or e-commerce company would be a plus.
Compensation

About Eneba
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Risk & Fraud team exists to protect the thing that makes a marketplace work: trust. Every transaction we process depends on us drawing a clean line between genuine players and bad actors, without getting in the way of the good ones.
The work spans both ends of the problem: the day-to-day defense — alert review, chargeback management, and escalations from Customer Support — and the longer game of partnership strategy, fraud program design, KPI ownership, and staying ahead of how fraud evolves. We don't treat fraud as a cost centre — we treat it as a discipline.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Risk & Fraud, you own the line between trust and loss for the entire business.
You're not refereeing from the stands. You set the fraud strategy across all our products, you lead the team, and you own the decisions that actually move the number — which partners we work with, which models we trust, where we draw the risk line, and what we tell Product when a new feature opens a door we'd rather keep shut. You're the person the stakeholders turn to when the question is "how exposed are we, and what are we doing about it?" and you answer with evidence, not vibes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of the Number: You own the fraud P&L. Payout rate, chargeback rate, approval rate, false-positive rate — across the business, these are yours. You're the one who can explain every movement and who's accountable for the trend line.
- Leader of the Team: You won't just run the team; you'll build a strong second line of leadership beneath you and develop the people in it, so the function stays sharp whether or not you're in the room.
- The Strategy Setter: You own the fraud-reduction roadmap. You decide what we build versus buy, where we invest, and how the multi-product fraud program is designed — then you make sure it actually ships.
- The Partnership Principal: You own the commercial and strategic relationships with our fraud-prevention partners. RFPs, champion-challenger tests, SLAs, and the negotiations themselves sit with you.
- The Cross-functional Bridge: You're the operational partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. When the business builds something new, you make sure fraud risk is designed in from the start — not patched in after the first loss.
- The Compliance Anchor: You own our risk-side regulatory and compliance obligations — PSP requirements, KYC, and law-enforcement requests — and make sure we're defensible as we scale across markets.
- The Final Word on Risk: You're the top escalation point for the hardest risk calls, and you represent Risk & Fraud in cross-functional and leadership forums with structure, data, and a clear point of view.
Requirements
-
- A Proven Track Record: You have solid experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime (think 4+ years in a fast-paced or high-growth environment) and have led a team before. What matters most is the scope you've owned — you've been accountable for fraud outcomes end to end, not just clearing queues.
- An Owner of Outcomes: You don't just talk about "reducing fraud" — you have the receipts. You can point to specific times you moved fraud rate, chargeback rate, or approval rate through structural change, and explain the trade-offs you made to get there.
- A Commercial Operator: You've owned partner selection and negotiation, managed budgets and SLAs, and know how to hold a partner accountable to the numbers they promised.
- A Data Native: You have a sixth sense for dashboards. You can look at a metric gap, diagnose the root cause, and make the call without waiting for an analyst to hand you the answer. Comfort in SQL / Databricks-type environments is a strong plus.
- A Builder of Teams: You find genuine satisfaction in developing leaders and building a function that thrives independently. You set clear expectations and you coach.
- Familiar with Our World: Ideally you've spent time in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, payments, or gaming, and you know the failure modes — promo abuse, reseller fraud, account takeover — and the pace of a high-volume digital business.
- Compliance-Fluent: You're comfortable operating against regulatory, PSP, and KYC obligations, and you know where the risk function's responsibility starts and stops.
- A Strong Communicator: Since we operate internationally, your written and spoken English needs to be sharp enough to set strategy, influence executives, and lead a diverse team.

Eneba is a marketplace trusted by 20M+ active users — and we're entering our next phase of scale. We're looking for a designer who doesn't just use AI tools but thinks in them: running research synthesis with AI, accelerating prototyping cycles, and producing handoff-ready specs that engineers can move on immediately.
This role sits inside a cross-functional pod owning key marketplace surfaces: discovery, checkout, trust, and growth loops. You'll work on a complex two-sided marketplace where buyer and seller dynamics create genuinely hard design problems and you'll have the autonomy and tooling to solve them fast.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end discovery and delivery for marketplace features within your product pod
- Use AI tools to compress research and synthesis cycles — turning user interviews, session data, and analytics into insights in hours, not weeks
- Produce engineer-ready handoff specs using AI-assisted documentation and near-code prototyping (e.g. Claude Code/Design)
- Redesign and elevate core marketplace journeys: discovery, evaluation, checkout, payments, and trust
- Design and iterate on experiments with measurable business outcomes, conversion, retention, GMV
- Partner with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving pod with high autonomy and short feedback loops
- Raise the bar for craft and design quality across the product organisation
Requirements
- Active AI fluency - you already use AI for research synthesis, writing design specs, exploring interaction directions, or prototyping. Not curious about it: doing it.
- Senior experience designing complex digital products; marketplace or e-commerce background strongly preferred
- Comfort with near-code tooling, Cursor, Claude Code or similar, to prototype and validate fast
- Strong systems thinking applied to multi-sided marketplace problems: buyer/seller dynamics, trust, payments, and risk
- Strong business model understanding and stellar product sense.
- Proven ability to design for outcomes, experiments, funnels, and measurable impact, not just deliverables
- High ownership and autonomy, you identify the problem, shape the brief, and drive it to shipped
- Strong product and commercial judgement; you understand how design decisions affect the business

We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms.
Strong instincts for creative and audience testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced performance reporting.
Experience scaling agencies from small client bases to high-volume retainers.
Benefits
💰 Competitive salary
🌎 Fully remote work environment
🚀 Career growth into a Head of Paid Acquisition role as the agency scales
📈 Long-term stability in a highly profitable, specialized niche
🤝 High level of autonomy and a seat at the core of the business delivery team
Location: South Africa
