About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s Product Engineering org is looking for experienced engineers with strong full-stack fundamentals to join one of teams owning our current or emergent products. You'll be a technical leader who thinks holistically about the consumer and/or enterprise end user experience - be that via
Claude.ai
, the Anthropic API, enterprise deployments, Claude Code, or mission-driven applications - and carry real end-to-end ownership.
You'll partner with engineering managers, product leaders, designers, and researchers to understand new model capabilities and redefine what is possible for users in the world of LLMs - and how to build it. We’ll look to you to have a product-oriented mindset and input, own technical quality across the stack (performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience), scale your efforts to millions of users on a global scale, and carry genuine excitement about what AI makes possible.
We have multiple teams that are currently hiring. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers with the backend product efforts where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential.
What you'll do:
Developer Experience:
You'll build the products and tools - console, SDKs, docs, and observability - that give developers the confidence to rely on Claude in their most critical applications. Our mission is to meet developers where they are and bring them closer to the ceiling of what's possible with our models and API. That means building trust through great platform fundamentals, inspiring developers to raise the bar in how they use Claude's capabilities, and accelerating the path to agentic development by designing for both human and AI developers. You'll work closely with teams across the Platform org to turn Claude's newest capabilities into experiences developers can actually pick up and run with - from first prompt to production agent.
Beneficial Deployments:
Beneficial Deployments Engineering brings Claude to organizations doing the most good with the fewest resources — nonprofits, schools, healthcare providers, researchers, and economic mobility programs. We're looking for a full-stack engineer to build the access programs, tooling, and product work that make frontier AI usable for teams that couldn't afford this capacity any other way.
Vertical AI Products:
Purpose-built experiences for specific industries where Claude can transform complex professional work. We're currently building for three verticals, with more to come:
Life Sciences
— an agentic research platform for scientists: specialist agents for computational biology, literature review, and regulatory review, built on model capabilities we're investing in for biology and chemistry. Live with early customers and expanding fast.
Enterprise AI Products:
You'll work on the products that make Claude a daily-use tool for enterprise customers across industries – the connective tissue that lets Claude operate effectively across workflows. On this team you will systematically understand why Enterprise users aren't activating, what's blocking adoption, and building the capabilities to close those gaps. Some of our focuses are:
Extensibility
— plugins, skills, connectors, and the MCP ecosystem that lets a company shape Claude around their specific workflows and distribute that work across teams.
Context
— enterprise knowledge, organizational memory, and the retrieval layer that makes Claude genuinely aware of a company's people, documents, and workflows. A connected, contextual Claude is the difference between a general-purpose chatbot and a real coworker.
Proactivity
— Cowork suggestions, workflow capture, ambient Claude inside the apps people already use. Moving from "Claude answers when asked" to "Claude notices what you need".
Public Sector:
Build products that deliver Claude to the U.S. federal & state governments and allied democracies — from FedRAMP environments to classified networks. We're a startup-minded team with huge surface area: we own Claude for Government, ship zero-to-one products into the most regulated environments in the world, and work directly with the agencies using them.
Enterprise Foundations:
You'll build the systems large organizations require before they can adopt Claude at scale: identity and permissions, security and compliance controls, and the admin analytics that let them see how it's being used. This is the work that turns "we love the demo" into a signed enterprise deal. The role is part product, part platform. You'll work closely with Product and GTM to understand what our largest customers need, then build it once in a way that works across Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Cowork.
Growth:
Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through data-driven strategies and technical implementations. At Anthropic, we're not just building AI tools; we're reimagining how AI can enhance and expand its user base! As a member of the growth team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our growth strategy. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product managers to design, implement, and optimize growth initiatives that scale our AI-powered tools and maximize their impact.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 6 years of practical full-stack engineering experience
Have led the design and delivery of complex, consumer or B2B user-facing products across the full stack
Are technically proficient in
modern
frontend and backend development, with demonstrated depth in key languages and frameworks (ie. React, Typescript)
Take a product-focused approach to building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use
Have worked in early start-up or otherwise fast moving, rapidly evolving environments, and have ideally built products from 0 to 1
Have successfully driven cross-team alignment to get impactful work shipped, and work with influence over authority
Have experience establishing engineering standards, component architectures, and development best practices
Thrive in fast-paced environments and can navigate ambiguity to deliver high-quality products
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Location Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates based in NY, SEA, SF or the Bay Area given the current location of teams.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$320,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Have good knowledge of and deep interest in authentication security (passwords, protocols such as OAuth, OIDC or SAML, cryptography fundamentals such as hash functions, signatures and ciphers).
- Have experience working with multiple web frameworks like Next.js (or other SSR alternative in the JavaScript space) and traditional web frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Django, Laravel or equivalent (in any language).
- Have good technical writing skills (RFC process is an important part of making changes to the Auth product).
- Have hands-on experience building and operating services at significant scale.
- Have deep understanding of systems-level concerns: memory management, concurrency patterns, and compute resource optimization in Go.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer to join the ML Platform team at Synthesia.
Our team builds and operates the systems that allow researchers and product teams to train, serve, and deploy generative models reliably and efficiently. This includes research infrastructure, production serving systems, internal tooling, and the platform interfaces that connect them. A growing part of our mission is making these systems more automation-friendly and agent-oriented, so that workflows can increasingly be operated through reliable tooling rather than manual effort.
We’re looking for a strong generalist with a systems mindset:
- someone who is comfortable working across infrastructure, backend systems, and tooling, and who has seen ML systems in practice.
- this is not a pure ML Engineer role. We’re especially interested in people who think deeply about reliability, scalability, performance, and resource efficiency in complex production environments.
This is a hands-on IC role with significant ownership. You’ll help shape how our ML platform evolves as we scale the number of models, workloads, tools and teams relying on it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and improve the platform systems that support model training, evaluation, and production serving.
- Build infrastructure and tooling that make ML workloads more reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient.
- Develop internal tools and workflows that are easy to operate both by humans and by agents.
- Work on the architecture behind how models are deployed, served, and operated across research and product environments.
- Improve how we schedule, monitor, and debug workloads running on GPUs and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop internal tools and abstractions and agentic systems that reduce operational overhead for researchers and engineers.
- Drive improvements across observability, automation, reliability, and developer experience.
- Collaborate closely with researchers and product engineers to understand pain points and turn them into robust platform capabilities.
- Contribute to technical direction and make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs as the platform grows.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
- Strong experience building or operating production systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- A systems mindset: you naturally think in terms of bottlenecks, failure modes, interfaces, resource usage, and long-term operability.
- Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Linux, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes and operating distributed workloads in production.
- Strong coding skills, ideally in Python or similar languages used for backend systems and tooling.
- Strong judgment around where automation adds leverage, and where human control and reliability matter most.
- Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or infrastructure abstractions used by other engineers.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and taking ownership of open-ended technical problems.
- A pragmatic approach: you care about solving the right problem well, not over-engineering.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Operating ML infrastructure or model serving systems in production.
- Supporting research or data-intensive workloads.
- Working with GPU-based systems or other performance-sensitive infrastructure.
- Experience with observability and debugging in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Datadog, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience building agentic or LLM-powered internal tools.
- Experience with workflow orchestration systems such as Temporal.
- Experience working at the boundary between research and production engineering.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, scheduling, or resource allocation problems.
- Experience building lightweight product or developer-facing tools.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
AI is not a feature at OKX. It is the next fundamental layer of how we serve users, operate at scale, and maintain trust in a regulated, global market.
We are hiring a
Senior Director/Vice President of Product, AI & Agent
to own OKX's full AI product agenda — outward, through a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience our platform; and inward, through agentic systems that make our operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This is a single role with a unified mandate: building the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade.
What You’ll Be Doing
User-Facing AI
Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant — an experience that lets users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language. You will define what this product is, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time.
Operational AI & Agent Systems
Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations. You will identify the highest-leverage workflows, lead their systematic transformation into agent-driven systems, and ensure every output is traceable and regulatorily defensible.
AI Platform
Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates — orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable across all markets.
What We Look For In You
12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor
Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin
Nice-To-Haves
Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
Graduate degree in a technical field
Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products
Why this role
OKX operates at a scale where the gap between what AI can do and what we have built is still enormous. This role exists to close that gap — on both sides of the platform, simultaneously. If that is the kind of problem you want to own, we want to talk.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
