ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry’s AI capabilities span infrastructure, product features, design, and data ingestion. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to connect this work across teams, helping them make decisions, manage dependencies, and deliver a cohesive product experience.
Our AI/ML team is building a modular platform for model routing, agent execution, and evaluations. Issues Platform owns customer-facing experiences such as issue details, activity feeds, and notifications. Product Design shapes how these experiences work together, while Ingest provides the underlying data pipeline.
You’ll lead the program across these teams: clarifying ownership, sequencing work, managing integration risks, and coordinating release readiness. You’ll partner with team leads to connect their plans and resolve gaps between roadmaps.
You’ll also improve how engineering changes reach teams across Engineering, Product, and Design, along with Documentation and Support. Your goal is a lightweight process giving partners the information and preparation time they need before changes reach customers.
You’ll join an early TPM team and help shape how the function works at Sentry. Success means helping teams deliver together through technical judgment, clear communication, and practical coordination.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
AI DELIVERY
- Connect roadmaps across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest into a shared delivery plan.
- Sequence platform capabilities, product features, and design work so teams address dependencies before they delay a release.
- Help teams assign accountable owners, resolve open decisions, and communicate commitments.
- Partner with engineering and product owners to define release readiness, including evaluation results, staged rollouts, eligibility, and access requirements.
- Bring ingestion and reliability dependencies into roadmap discussions so teams understand the risks behind delivery commitments.
- Drive risk mitigation with clear owners, contingency plans, and timely escalation.
- Give teams and leadership an accurate view of progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
CHANGE READINESS
- Build a lightweight process for identifying changes affecting other teams, notifying partners, and confirming readiness before release.
- Include documentation and support preparation in delivery planning, starting with AI features.
- Establish concise updates showing what is changing, when, and who needs to act.
- Review communication and readiness gaps with the teams involved, then improve the process.
- Keep the effort proportional to the change and remove steps which don’t improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You help teams bring structure to complex programs with unclear ownership or no established process.
- You listen to different perspectives, make tradeoffs visible, and help teams resolve competing priorities.
- You engage with technical details and connect architectural decisions to delivery risks and product outcomes.
- You raise risks early, propose practical responses, and follow through.
- You adapt processes to teams’ needs and simplify them when the value is unclear.
- You respect team ownership while helping cross-team decisions reach resolution.
- You share information clearly so partners have the context they need to contribute.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading complex technical programs from problem definition through launch.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams with separate roadmaps and leadership.
- Technical understanding to review design proposals, discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers, and identify integration risks and downstream effects.
- A track record of managing dependencies, driving risk mitigation, and adapting plans as conditions change.
- Experience creating or improving processes which teams adopted and sustained.
- Clear written communication, including program updates, decision records, and escalations with explicit next steps.
- Experience building alignment across engineering, product, and design through sound judgment and follow-through.
Relevant experience might come from technical program management, software engineering, or another role involving ownership of cross-team technical delivery.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Shipping AI/ML or LLM-backed features, including evaluations, quality checks, and staged rollouts.
- Partnering with product design to coordinate design and engineering work.
- Working with data pipelines, ingestion, or streaming infrastructure.
- Building developer tools or technical B2B products.
- Improving release communication across engineering, documentation, and support.
Experience in every preferred area is not required.
TEAM PRINCIPLES
- Make work visible. Keep plans, ownership, decisions, and next steps clear and current.
- Raise risks early. Give teams time to respond before delivery is affected.
- Reduce friction. Build practices which help teams get work done.
- Respect ownership. Support informed decisions and help accountable owners resolve open questions.
- Keep partners informed. Communicate changes to scope, timing, and readiness before they affect others.

What Success Looks Like:
— Most important workflows have dependable test coverage.
— Government UAT is organized and supported by clear evidence.
— Billing issues are caught before customers are affected.
— Teams understand release risks, and AI helps test faster and more thoroughly.
Compensation: Competitive compensation.
About the role
You are an architect for quality with the vision to define and build QA processes for any sort of app. You can work at any company in the world, but you choose us because you want to use your versatility and "nose for bugs" to solve new and interesting challenges. You are a champion of quality on multi-disciplined teams, blending a deep understanding of user experience with a technical approach to breaking systems. You are a thought partner to developers and product managers — someone who doesn't just find bugs but identifies systematic gaps. You are brilliant yet humble; a doer with high integrity who takes ownership of quality and enjoys a full life outside of work.
Note: This position is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in Poland or Portugal.
Key responsibilities
— Define and evolve the end-to-end QA strategy and processes for entire products, determining the most effective manual techniques to ensure "world-class" standards of quality
— Plan and perform exploratory and manual testing for complex features, going beyond specifications to ensure the user experience is intuitive and seamless
— Be the champion and source-of-truth for quality, helping both internal teams and clients identify systematic quality gaps while building processes to close them
— Evangelize "quality at the source" across the development lifecycle
— Own the documentation and reporting of quality metrics and bug tracking, ensuring the product team, engineers, and clients have clear visibility into project health
— Partner with the PMs and TPMs to define acceptance criteria and manage release approvals
— Lead cross-functional investigations into complex quality issues, driving them through to resolution with engineering and product teams
Qualifications
— 5+ years of experience in testing complex web, mobile, and API-based applications
— 2+ years of experience acting as a sole QA leading a project, with the ability to build a testing strategy from a blank slate
— A "nose for bugs" and the manual testing skills to break an app in ways a script might miss
— You understand user experience as much as code
— Strong understanding of client-server architecture, modern engineering stacks, and the ability to use DevTools and API clients (like Postman) to perform deep technical audits
— Practical understanding of how manual testing fits into a modern CI/CD pipeline and the ability to collaborate on release cycles
— Proficiency at maintaining test documentation and communicating test results to key stakeholders
— A mindset for risk-based testing, with the ability to clearly articulate technical risks and quality tradeoffs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
— A proactive personality who learns quickly while working independently and is always looking for ways to improve the "how" of building software
— Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
What we offer
— Remote-first, flexible work with a budget to set up a work space that works for you
— Localized healthcare coverage to support you and your family’s wellbeing
— Flexible paid time off with a minimum of 3 weeks per year (plus holidays)
— "No internal meetings" Fridays, so you can focus on deep, uninterrupted work
— A professional growth budget for learning that matters to you – whether it’s developing your technical skills or learning a new language
— A monthly wellness allowance to support your physical and mental health
— Annual company offsites, where we gather in person to build meaningful connections
— A competitive salary that reflects your expertise, impact and experience
— Profit-sharing, so you can benefit directly from the value we build together
— A paid sabbatical program, designed for rest, renewal and fresh perspective
This role is open only to candidates currently living in Mexico or Latin America. Applications from other regions will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
— Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria before development starts, raising ambiguities and edge cases early.
— Design, document, and maintain test cases and test plans, ensuring traceability from requirements to defects.
— Run exploratory testing with defined charters and scope, finding issues beyond scripted tests.
— Own manual regression scope, deciding what to check each release based on risk.
— Triage production issues: reproduce, isolate, assign severity, escalate, and verify fixes.
— Design and produce complex test data involving multiple roles, permission levels, states, and high document volume.
— Validate permission hierarchies and tenant-level data isolation.
— Write detailed defect reports with steps, evidence, and environment details for asynchronous review.
— Communicate quality status and residual risk to stakeholders for informed release decisions.
— Collaborate with automation engineers to hand off stabilized cases and focus automated suites on critical areas.
Requirements:
— Minimum 5 years of software quality assurance experience, including 3 years testing complex, business-critical web applications.
— Strong command of test design techniques: equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, state transition testing.
— Experience with disciplined exploratory testing.
— Experience triaging production issues, distinguishing technical severity from business priority.
— Experience designing test data for multi-role, multi-permission scenarios.
— Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
— Experience validating APIs with Postman or equivalent.
— Proficiency with Jira and test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
— Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
— Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and working across time zones with US Pacific business hours overlap.
— Ability to maintain quality under schedule pressure and explain technical risks in business terms.
Bonus Points:
— Ability to read, run, and interpret automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) without owning them.
— Experience testing document-heavy or highly configurable SaaS platforms.
— Experience in regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, or financial services.
— Familiarity with audit trails, access controls, and data retention requirements.
— ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent formal training.
— Experience with accessibility testing against WCAG guidelines.
— Experience using AI-assisted tools for drafting test cases or summarizing exploratory sessions with validation judgment.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts
- Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio — keeping one character consistent across an entire article
- Write and refine your own prompts, and document them so readers can reproduce the result
- Work with the content team on what a piece needs visually before it's written, not after
- Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it scales past a few hundred articles
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio with real AI-generated work: promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns made with generative tools. Show us the result and walk us through how you got there
- Hands-on experience producing promo videos with AI end to end: concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut
- Deep fluency with AI image and video models. You know the strengths and limits of each one and pick the right tool for the shot instead of forcing one model to do everything
- Strong prompting skills. You write, iterate and debug prompts, understand why a generation failed, and know when to stop retrying and change the approach
- You can keep a character, style and lighting consistent across a full series of images and video clips
- Editing skills: you can cut a 15–30 second promo with pacing, titles, grading and sound that holds attention
- A solid design foundation: composition and typography strong enough to build a banner where the headline still reads at 400×225
- Comfort working fast and at volume without the quality collapsing. AI is how you move faster, not how you cut corners
- English at a level where you can set type in it and catch a broken headline
- You can explain your decisions. We'll ask why, and "it looked better" isn't an answer
Nice to have
- Experience making performance creatives or ads for social: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for combining AI footage with graphics
- Advanced workflows: ComfyUI, LoRA training, upscaling, inpainting, lip-sync
- You follow new model releases closely and test them the week they come out
- Your own social account or channel with AI-made content
- You already use Higgsfield on your own projects
The deal
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

— Строить систему оценки качества: evals, regression tests, golden datasets, LLM-as-a-judge;
— Анализировать логи и traces, улучшать качество и стабильность агентов;
— Реализовывать retries, fallbacks, timeouts и обработку ошибок;

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THE COHERE TPM ROLE?
As our Generative Machine Learning organization has continued growing, we are looking for more Technical Program Managers to join the team!
At Cohere, TPMs are pivotal to our success, being seen as operational experts specializing in cross-functional efforts. Great TPMs at Cohere are well-rounded, executing with precision at the tactical level, while partnering with senior leaders and shaping the big picture at a strategic level, and the opportunities are endless in growing the scale and impact of their work. Cohere’s TPMs would often be described as organized, execution-oriented, pragmatic leaders who are adaptable to the needs of the company and the programs they lead.
As a reward for the depth and breadth of expertize that you bring to the table, you will get to work alongside some of the most talented AI researchers and industry experts in the world on building cutting edge AI technology. No day will be the same as the one before, and the dynamic high growth environment will be absolutely perfect for anyone excited about solving novel problems, bringing structure to oftentimes chaotic and fast-paced environments, and ambitious about scaling their own impact and growth alongside the company!
Please note: While we are remote-first and accept candidates from all over the world, we are highly prioritizing hiring for people who are within 1-2 hours of British Standard Time (BST).
AS A MACHINE LEARNING TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Establish, improve, and scale foundational processes that allow the Generative Modeling teams to execute better, faster, and more predictably
- Scale the operational capacity and effectiveness of the Modeling TPM team in collaboration with the Modeling TPM lead to ensure the function can remain lean and effective during a period of the program portfolio complexity and size continuing to rapidly increase
- Flexibly adapt to the needs of the company, programs, and the team from tackling long-horizon programs that can span quarters or even years to jumping onto often highly ambiguous short-term challenges that can have company-wide impact
- Partner directly with leaders within and outside of the Modeling organization on efforts to design, train and improve our core generative models
- Lead cross-functional, oftentimes company-wide programs and strategic initiatives, collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Platform, Infra, Policy, and Finance
- Operate as an organizational expert in improving engineering execution rigor and operations on the ground, while contributing to the strategic layer in areas such as long-term strategic planning with senior modeling leadership
- Map out dependencies and risks, and ensure that cross-functional execution across the program runs smoothly, communicating status with non-technical and technical stakeholders and senior management
- Both own and enable a useful communication flow of priorities, ideas, and knowledge throughout and beyond the Modeling organization in line with your programs
- Respond quickly to program-level changes, clarifying new scope, and managing resource needs in response to evolving priorities
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 5-10 years as a Technical Program Manager AND 5+ years of experience working directly on AI/ML. Strong preference for candidates that have worked directly in building foundation models.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, particularly when it comes to Natural Language Processing & Large Language Models (LLMs). Bonus points for experience with Multimodal AI.
- Experience with working in a chaotic, fast paced, low structure environment. We need someone who is pragmatic, can roll up their sleeves when needed, and can function at the tactical and strategic level to do whatever it takes to make Cohere’s models succeed
- Personal hands-on understanding of the unique challenges of managing projects and programs in the AI/ML development space as opposed to traditional software program management
- Managed projects & programs requiring a strong general business acumen, such as coordinating with Finance on reporting needs or Policy on regulatory compliance matters — the broader your experience beyond ML technical program management, the better!
- (optional, but preferred) Have technical experience in a hands-on capacity. We don’t necessarily need someone with hands on experience training models, but you need to feel comfortable sitting in the same rooms with some of the best researchers in the world, working on highly complex, cutting edge ML problems
If some of the above - other than the ML TPM experience - doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you consider yourself a thoughtful worker, a lifelong learner, and a kind and playful team member, Cohere is the place for you.
We welcome applicants of all kinds and are committed to providing both an equal opportunity process and work environment. We value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities.
