About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform — the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You’ll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You’ll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Metadata team's services — discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Come lead the Identity & Access Management Platform team (IAM Platform) — the foundational layer that decides who can see and do what across all of ClickUp. This team owns the authorization engine, the permission and role model, authentication (SSO, MFA, SCIM, OIDC), sharing primitives, audit logs, and the core data model and APIs that define how customers' work is organized and nested across the product — the foundation every other part of ClickUp is built on. It is backend-heavy, high-blast-radius work. As we move upmarket, this is some of the most important and security-sensitive work we do — enterprises decide whether they can trust us based on how precise, predictable, auditable, and manageable our access controls are.
We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow this team. Your mandate is twofold: deliver an enterprise-grade access management platform — extensible, configuration-driven, correct and auditable by design — and build the team that will carry it, hiring and developing engineers as we invest heavily in enterprise. You'll raise the access, identity, and admin capabilities enterprises depend on to an enterprise-grade standard and keep them there, partnering with a Staff engineer on technical direction while you own delivery, people, and priorities.
Just as important: you'll run this team the way ClickUp runs — AI-native. We structure work so AI agents can read it, route it, roll it up, and report on it, so a small team amplified by agents operates at a different scale. There are no status-reporting meetings; agents keep status, progress, and health current from real signals, and reporting is self-serve. We want a manager who has already used AI flows to cut noise, eliminate busywork, and streamline how a team operates — and who will push that further.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, grow, and develop the IAM Platform engineering team — own hiring, mentorship, performance, and career growth, and scale the team thoughtfully as we expand our enterprise investment.
- Own the delivery of ClickUp's enterprise-grade access management platform: the authorization engine and permission/role model, authentication (SSO via SAML/OIDC and social/Okta/Entra, MFA/2FA, session and token management), SCIM provisioning, sharing and access-control primitives, audit logs, OAuth and API token management, and the core data model and APIs that define how customers' work is organized across the product.
- Set the roadmap and priorities in partnership with product, security, and engineering leadership — elevating the access, identity, and admin capabilities enterprises depend on to an enterprise-grade standard and keeping them there.
- Run an AI-native team: structure the work so agents can route, scope, and report on it; use AI flows to remove status meetings and manual reporting, reduce noise, and let a small team operate at scale. Continuously raise the bar on how the team leverages AI end-to-end.
- Partner with enterprise customers, GTM, and security teams on access-control and identity requirements, and represent ClickUp credibly in enterprise security and architecture reviews.
- Own operational excellence for high-blast-radius services: a healthy on-call rotation, safe migrations, reliability, and a clear security boundary where the server remains the source of truth.
- Uphold a high engineering bar — design and code review, testing, performance, and security-by-design — for the most security-critical area of the product.
- Collaborate across backend, frontend, platform, product, design, and infosec to ship coherent access experiences on top of the platform.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building production SaaS, with 3+ years managing engineering teams (including senior engineers).
- Identity and access management experience is required — hands-on background delivering authentication and authorization systems: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWTs, MFA/2FA, enterprise SSO, SCIM, and RBAC/permission and role models, ideally in a multi-tenant environment.
- A proven ability to use AI tools and agentic workflows to reduce noise and streamline how a team works — automating reporting, triage, and status, and freeing engineers to focus on building.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS at scale, and working directly with enterprise customers and their security, compliance, and administrative requirements.
- A track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams — hiring, growing, and retaining strong engineers.
- Enough technical depth to lead architecture discussions, make sound trade-offs on high-blast-radius systems, and hold a high bar without being the sole implementer.
- A security-conscious mindset: you design access control precisely, treat the server as the source of truth, and think about correctness, auditability, and blast radius by default.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, product, design, and security.
- Daily fluency with AI tools in your own workflow.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience owning IAM or authorization at scale — millions of users, multi-tenant, or workspace-scoped identity and token models.
- Experience designing configuration-driven or policy-based access models (RBAC/ABAC), authorization engines, or Zero Trust identity.
- Experience with SCIM provisioning, audit logging, and enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, and similar).
- A track record of moving a product upmarket and winning demanding enterprise customers.
- Experience introducing AI-native or agent-driven operating models to an engineering team.
- Experience managing engineers across backend and frontend, or managing other leads.

About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a staff software engineer to be a technical leader on our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform — the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
As a
Staff Software Engineer
, you'll contribute to the technical direction for the team. You'll own the architecture of major subsystems, lead complex projects that span multiple engineers, and raise the bar for design and code quality across the team. You'll spend your time on the hardest technical problems, and multiply the team through design reviews, coaching, and mentorship.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Lead the design and delivery of complex, team-level projects across the Metadata services, coordinating development across multiple engineers
Independently design and develop the architecture of new subsystems, and own team-level subsystems end to end
Use AI tooling and agents — across development and SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Review and approve technical designs, ensuring they meet a high quality bar, and identify design deficiencies before they ship
Drive technical initiatives across the team's responsibility areas — discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history
Set and uphold design, architecture, and coding best practices, and hold teammates accountable for code quality
Coach and mentor engineers, demonstrably improving the quality of code across the team
Write technical specs, document common components, and keep the team accountable for necessary project documentation
Fix and optimize critical parts of the codebase, drive incident follow-through, and advance the reliability and performance of the services you own
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation
Skills We're Looking For
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading complex, team-scope technical work to completion
Deep expertise designing and owning subsystems in distributed, cloud-based systems
Demonstrated ability to set technical direction for a team and drive multi-engineer initiatives across an area of ownership
Excellent design and architecture judgment; identifies design flaws in existing systems and proposes sound solutions with clear trade-offs
Writes exemplary, well-tested code that serves as a model for others, and reliably estimates and delivers sprint to sprint
Strong track record of raising quality through code review, coaching peers, and enforcing accepted engineering practices
Experience partnering with QE on test strategy and owning operational health — incidents, post-mortems, reliability, and performance
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and managing dev infrastructure
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts — and able to model those practices for a team
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience architecting metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform: the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own technical excellence and delivery of a single team, from evolving high-throughput APIs and data models, to hardening reliability and latency for enterprise and single-tenant customers, to shipping new discovery and catalog capabilities in close partnership with product. You'll set direction, review designs and code, remove roadblocks, and grow the engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and clear career development.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development plans, and regular 1:1s and check-ins
Own project delivery for your team against the quarterly plan, and be accountable for the reliability and performance of the services you own (e.g. uptime and latency targets)
Review technical designs and code, and provide feedback grounded in a deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture
Drive the team to address technical quality — incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems — within SLA and metric targets
Partner with product and business stakeholders on planning, and maintain a realistic, prioritized feature and project backlog with a high completion rate
Contextualize and communicate the engineering vision and strategy to your team, and share the team's work and business impact with adjacent teams
Ensure engineering processes (e.g. FDLC) are implemented and consistently followed
Delegate effectively and build autonomy and a positive, high-trust culture within the team
Address performance issues and conflict promptly and fairly
Ensure your team uses AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team(ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
Strong technical foundation with the ability to review designs and code and make sound architectural trade-offs in a distributed, cloud-based systems environment
Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule while holding the team to high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Experience owning production services and driving operational health — incident response, on-call practices, tech-debt reduction, and meeting SLAs
Ability to plan and prioritize with product partners, maintain a realistic backlog, and drive high sprint and quarterly completion rates
Communicates clearly and effectively across the team and with adjacent teams and stakeholders; keeps people well informed

At Perplexity AI, we are building products that push the boundaries of how people find, reason, and learn information. The scale and speed of our mission demand a team that thrives in environments of rapid iteration and constant discovery. As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of shaping the talent foundation that fuels our growth.
This is not a traditional Recruiting role. We are looking for a builder with strong technical grounding, a genuine passion for the craft of sourcing, and the ability to operate with creativity and precision in an environment where constant change and ambiguity is the norm. You will partner closely with hiring managers, and engineers to identify, engage, and inspire world-class talent, helping build a team capable of solving some of the most challenging problems in AI today. Just as importantly, you will use AI to automate and augment your own workflow, treating sourcing as a system to be engineered rather than a set of manual tasks.
What You'll Do
- Full-cycle recruitment for engineering and research roles across EMEA Search, AI and Infrastructure
- Build outbound first pipelines: advanced research, talent mapping across frontier labs and academia, referrals, AI-assisted automation, and creative outreach
- Partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate profiles with accuracy and nuance, and to sharpen the bar as our teams evolve
- Act as a candidate's first introduction to Perplexity, telling an authentic and compelling story about our mission, product, and culture
- Track and analyze pipeline data to continuously improve sourcing strategy, and build your own tooling where off-the-shelf falls short
- Operate with agility as priorities shift hard-to-fill roles, new pillars, and compressed timelines are the norm
What You Bring
- 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- A sourcing-first track record: you fill hard roles through outbound and talent mapping
- Strong technical literacy comfortable, holding credible conversations with senior engineers
- A builder's instinct for AI: eager to adopt new tools, automate your own workflow, and experiment with how AI can make recruiting faster and sharper
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
- A mindset that thrives on curiosity, iteration, and impact, aligned with Perplexity's ethos of building what has never been built before

ABOUT KEYROCK
Since 2017, Keyrock has been a change-maker in digital assets. We're a global, remote-first team of 200+ people across 40+ nationalities, with hubs in Brussels, London, Paris and New York.
We provide liquidity across 80+ centralized and decentralized exchanges - a position cemented by our Series C, led by SC Ventures. Today we run a full spectrum of capital markets businesses across centralized and on-chain venues: market making, high-frequency trading, options, OTC, DeFi trading desks, advisory, and asset management.
We're building toward the agentic investment banking capabilities for the era of digital finance. A proprietary agentic layer runs the mechanics of the market, so our people can focus on the work code cannot do: the deal, the relationship, and the judgement.
We're not just envisioning the future of finance - we're building it.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing strategy, rebrand Keyrock and reposition us as the market evolves from crypto-native to institutional, merging with traditional finance.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a transformation mandate with full discretionary decision-making on how to implement our commercial strategy. You will work as a close strategic partner to the CCO, operating almost as co-marketeers.
The team is lean by design: 2-3 direct reports plus heavy use of AI and agentic tooling. We are looking for someone who inspires and sets direction, not someone who runs campaigns. Operational execution will increasingly be handled by AI agents.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own and execute the complete rebrand and repositioning of Keyrock in the market
- Define and drive the marketing strategy across institutional and crypto-native audiences
- Build a premium, forward-looking brand identity. Think distinctive, audacious, credible to both institutional allocators and crypto-native operators
- Push information into the market in ways that make people pay attention and take Keyrock seriously
- Partner closely with the CCO and commercial team to drive measurable commercial impact
- Build and lead a small, high-impact team augmented by AI tooling
- Shape how Keyrock is perceived as the industry converges with traditional finance
WHO YOU ARE
- Crypto-native. You have been through market cycles. You understand blockchain technology deeply but you are pragmatic, not ideological. You know this is not a binary world.
- A brand-builder, not an ops person. You are inspiring, not operational. You set direction, tone and creative vision.
- An exceptional communicator. You can face institutional allocators who care about regulation and licensing, and crypto-native counterparties who value speed and edge. You switch between both with ease.
- Confident and assertive. You project authority. You bring conviction and directness - you challenge constructively and don't default to consensus. You bring edge, energy and a slightly audacious style.
- Human-centric. You connect with people, build followership and bring teams along.
- Detail-oriented. Despite the strategic focus, you sweat the details on brand consistency, messaging precision and design quality.
- A challenger mindset. You dare to think differently, question the status quo and push things forward through constructive tension.
OUR RECRUITMENT PHILOSOPHY
We look for self-aware candidates who bring both the core skills required for the role and a deep alignment with our performance principles. We seek fiercely passionate, mission-driven people who communicate with purpose and practice proactive ownership. The perfect fit? A crypto enthusiast who prioritizes mission over ego, maintains a commercial mindset, and delivers long-term value through pragmatic flexibility.
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
REQUIRED
- Significant experience in marketing leadership at a crypto or digital-asset firm
- Deep understanding of the crypto market, its participants and its culture
- Track record of building or transforming a brand in a fast-moving, commercially-driven environment
- Strong communication skills Exceptional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
PREFERRED
- Experience positioning a firm through a TradFi/crypto convergence narrative
- Exposure to publicly listed or IPO-track companies
- Familiarity with EU regulatory environment (MiCA) and how it shapes marketing and financial promotions
- Experience working with or building AI-augmented marketing functions
WHY KEYROCK
- Step-up opportunity. Own the function globally, report directly to the CCO, shape the brand from scratch.
- Transformation moment. Keyrock is pivoting from appreciated-but-underrated to a firm that commands respect. This is a before-and-after career story.
- Commercial partnership. Not a siloed marketing role. Deeply embedded in commercial strategy with commission upside.
- Lean and AI-augmented. Small team, big impact. No bureaucratic bloat. Use agents and tools to move fast.
- Global footprint. Offices across EU, UK, US and Switzerland. International exposure from day one.
- Competitive offer. A base compensation package ranging from $175.000 to $220.000 p/a, attractive global benefits, and a performance-based variable.
- Annual Team Retreats. A yearly offsite dedicated to strategy, celebration of our wins and fun team activities

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We’re building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we’re growing our support team to ensure we can continue to provide delightful experiences for our users every day.
We're looking for creatives at heart that can pick up new tools fast, hold up under high ticket volume without losing quality and identify solutions vs. just clearing the queue. If that's you, read on!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work through a high volume of inbound support tickets across Free, Standard, Pro and Unlimited plans with speed and accuracy
- Handle escalations from our AI support layer with sharp judgement on what needs a human and what doesn't
- Identify patterns across tickets and proactively surface them to the product team- not just reporting, but also offering thoughtful recommendations based on what you're seeing
- Help identify opportunities to maintain or build self-service content: help docs, short-form videos, FAQs, etc.
- Engage with the Runway community on Discord and other forums
- Contribute directly to process improvements and automation, including building things yourself when the opportunity is there
- Triage complex technical issues for escalation to Enterprise support
- Live troubleshoot within the Runway platform as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You're already comfortable in tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk (or similar), Google Workspace and AI platforms
- Strong written communication: clear, direct, and thoughtful at volume
- A learn-by-failing mentality, when you hit something unfamiliar, you have an experimental mindset
- Natural curiosity about how products work, why users get confused, and what could be done better
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment- high ownership and high autonomy
- Data driven mindset: you notice patterns and know how to communicate them
- 1-3 years in customer support, operations, or technical role
- Expertise and/or interest in the creative space, AI or both
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful people in this role don't just keep up- they set the pace. They move through 60, 80, even 100+ tickets in a day without letting quality slip. They're reading the queue, not just clearing it. They notice what keeps surfacing and do something about it, a message to product, a doc, sometimes something they built themselves. They show up with ideas no one asked for yet.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to provide finance leadership for our accelerator investments. In this role, you will be a key partner to our compute teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to optimize our compute investments and drive strategic decision-making.
In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in the economics of AI compute, from the unit economics of individual training runs to the long-range financial planning of our accelerator fleet. You’ll build financial models that inform Anthropic’s investment decisions, own planning and forecasting processes for major cost centers, and translate complex technical dynamics into clear financial narratives for leadership.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology, and who is energized by building frameworks from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
Finance lead for cloud accelerator compute spend, including budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and financial plan maintenance
Build and maintain detailed bottoms-up data-driven financial models for accelerator infrastructure, including long-range forecasts, cost driver analyses, and investment scenario modeling
Develop deep expertise in compute contracts, pricing structures, and cost drivers, and surface optimization opportunities across our infrastructure
Serve as subject matter expert for Anthropic’s overall compute capacity plan, owning source of truth and plan of record
Support the implementation and management of financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment), ensuring our models and processes scale with the organization
Analyze the economics of model training and research compute, including ROI across different dimensions like training run sizes, chip types, data, etc, and distill into actionable framework for capacity planning and deployment
Partner closely with engineering and research teams to understand how training and reinforcement learning processes scale, and translate those technical dynamics into financial frameworks
You may be a good fit if you have:
Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to synthesize data into compelling insights and develop complex financial operating models
Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to come up with new frameworks for assessing profitability and capital efficiency in a rapidly evolving industry
Attention to detail and patience for getting to the source of truth on complex and interconnected underlying financial and legal frameworks
Comfort working cross-functionally and are adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences
Proven track record of partnering with technical teams to drive financial optimization initiatives
Excitement about working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt well to change
Possess a bias towards action, strong work ethic, and have experience driving operational outcomes under tight timelines
Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems
Are passionate about the effective integration of AI tools to streamline manual finance workflows
Background in AI, ML, or high-performance, large-scale computing infrastructure, including data centers, cloud service providers, etc
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in strategic finance, infrastructure investment, private equity, growth equity, consulting, or investment banking, preferably with infrastructure, datacenter, or technology infrastructure experience

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
