What's the opportunity?
We’re looking for Senior+ AI Infrastructure Engineers to build the systems that train and serve Fin's next generation of AI products.
Fin is an AI company that builds from the GPU all the way up to a user agent that resolves millions of customer service queries a month.
You’ll join a small, highly technical team working at the cutting edge of modern AI infrastructure. The AI Infra team built the training pipelines and runs the inference for custom models like Fin Apex, which outperforms frontier models in customer service tasks, and is the foundation of the AI Group's full stack approach to AI.
We’re particularly interested in engineers who have:
A track record of working on
model training
or
model inference at scale
, or on
low‑level GPU coding
(e.g. CUDA, Triton). Experience with one is great, multiple is even better.
What will I be doing?
As a Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer focused on model training and inference, you will:
Implement and scale
training pipelines
for large transformer and LLM models, from data ingestion and preprocessing through distributed training and evaluation.
Build and optimize
inference services
that deliver low‑latency, high‑reliability experiences for our customers, including autoscaling, routing, and fallbacks.
Work on
GPU‑level performance
: tuning kernels, improving utilization, and identifying bottlenecks across our training and inference stack.
Collaborate closely with ML scientists to implement cutting edge training and inference methods and bring them to production.
Play an active role in
hiring, mentoring, and developing
other engineers on the team.
Raise the bar for
technical standards, reliability, and operational excellence
across Fin's AI platform.
Profile we’re looking for:

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — preferable to have someone near an office in NYC or San Francisco.
This is a rare PM role with true vertical ownership across the full product lifecycle; from early-stage research and pre-training through to post-training and UX buildout through to GTM strategy and pricing - giving the right person a GM-like mandate to drive product decisions end-to-end in a way that's unique for a company of our scale.
We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to help us develop cutting-edge AI tools. This role is for someone who has a combination of strong technical or ML background and experience in product management. You have the ability to take the state-of-the-art AI systems our research team builds and turn them into impactful tools for our customers.
You’ll deeply understand what users want, what’s possible to build, and what’s strategic for our business. You’ll be a bridge between our users and our internal teams so we ship products that have the most value for Runway’s creators.
This role is a fundamental and critical part of the team for a market-defining company in its early stages.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work alongside our research team to define new AI applications that solve customer needs and drive business value
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to productize research and continuously improve existing tools
- Define and analyze metrics, talk with users weekly, and conduct A/B tests to discover use cases, validate pain points, and prioritize features
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1+ years of direct experience with SQL, python, code generation tools, and version control best practices
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Familiarity with the current state-of-the-art ML capabilities and ML products
- Experience working with fast-moving teams and building products from scratch
- Passion for seeing research through from initial conception to ultimate application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Workplace: OnSite
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Teleoperation Control Engineer to help build the systems that let human operators safely, confidently, and precisely control advanced robots. This role sits at the intersection of robot control, real-time software, operator UX, hardware integration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
You will develop the core teleoperation capability that enables operators to guide, recover, teach, and improve robot behavior in real time. That includes intuitive control mappings, reliable command pipelines, clear operator feedback, high-quality data capture, and safeguards for safe use around real hardware.
We are open to strong candidates from junior through staff level. The key traits are hands-on robotics ability, strong engineering judgment, care for software quality, and a product-minded instinct for making complex robot systems intuitive for operators.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop teleoperation capabilities for controlling robots across manipulation, mobility, and loco-manipulation tasks.
- Design intuitive operator experiences, including input mappings, visualizations, feedback loops, recovery flows, and workflows that reduce cognitive load and improve operator confidence.
- Integrate input devices such as VR controllers, gloves, haptic devices, motion capture systems, and custom operator stations into the robot software stack.
- Translate noisy, high-frequency human input into smooth, stable, physically feasible robot commands with predictable behavior.
- Build robust teleoperation infrastructure for real-time data streaming, calibration, replay, debugging, logging, operator training, and high-quality demonstration capture.
- Develop shared-autonomy and assistive-control features that blend human intent with robot capability to improve precision, safety, and ease of use.
- Create safe operating boundaries, limiters, alerts, emergency/recovery flows, and clear state feedback so robot operators can use teleoperation safely.
- Define and improve quality metrics for teleoperation systems, including latency, reliability, observability, operator success rate, demonstration quality, and failure modes.
- Stress-test teleoperation systems on real hardware and in simulation, then drive reliability improvements based on operator feedback and observed failures.
- Work closely with controls, manipulation, hardware, and operations teams to ensure teleoperation requirements shape robot design and field workflows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong robotics fundamentals, including kinematics, coordinate frames, control interfaces, state estimation basics, and real-time system behavior.
- Experience building a subset of the following: teleoperation systems, operator UIs, shared-autonomy tools, human-robot interfaces, or robot learning data-collection pipelines.
- Ability to write reliable software in C++ and/or Python, with experience in ROS/ROS2, real-time data streaming, or robotic middleware.
- Good intuition for human-in-the-loop systems: how operators perceive robot state, issue commands, recover from errors, and build trust.
- A quality mindset: clean abstractions, testing, logging, observability, performance tuning, and tools that remain usable under pressure.
- Strong debugging skills across the stack, from operator input devices to robot motion, sensors, networking, and hardware behavior.
- Comfort iterating quickly on real robots, learning from operator feedback, and turning prototypes into robust capabilities.
- Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience building or debugging software for real robotic hardware, ideally in manipulation, mobile manipulation, humanoids, or dexterous systems.
- Experience designing safe workflows for hardware-facing systems where latency, instability, poor feedback, or misuse can create operational risk.
- Experience collecting high-quality demonstrations for imitation learning, behavior cloning, or other robot learning workflows.
- Exposure to intent inference, haptics, force feedback, motion capture, VR/AR interfaces, or custom control devices.
- A product-minded approach to robotics: caring not only that the robot moves, but that control is intuitive, safe, reliable, and pleasant for operators to use.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ days time off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
We're looking for an engineer to own the deployment and operational infrastructure of Multigres, our distributed Postgres platform. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the Multigres Operator, ensuring reliable cloud deployments, and creating the tooling that powers our Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Build and maintain the Multigres Operator - Maintain our Go-based Kubernetes operator that orchestrates distributed Postgres deployments
- Architect cloud deployment infrastructure - Design and implement robust deployment patterns for EKS and other Kubernetes platforms
- Manage storage and networking layers - Work with CSI drivers, persistent volumes, and cross-cloud networking to ensure data reliability and connectivity
- Develop deployment tooling - Create internal tools and automation for provisioning, scaling, and managing Multigres clusters
- Ensure operational excellence - Build monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic capabilities into the deployment layer
- Collaborate across teams - Work with database engineers, SRE, and product teams to deliver seamless deployment experiences
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Strong systems programming skills - Proficiency in Go and experience building production-grade operators or controllers
- Deep Kubernetes expertise - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes internals, custom resources, and cloud-managed Kubernetes services (EKS, GKE, AKS)
- Database operations knowledge - Understanding of database deployment patterns, backup/restore, replication, and high availability
- Distributed systems experience - Familiarity with consensus protocols, failure scenarios, and designing for resilience
- Cloud infrastructure background - Experience with cloud-native deployment tooling, IaC (Terraform, Pulumi), and cloud provider APIs
- Production operations mindset - Track record of building reliable, observable, and maintainable systems
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with CSI storage drivers and storage orchestration in Kubernetes
- Knowledge of cross-cloud networking tools like Cilium, Istio, or similar service mesh technologies
- Prior work with sharded query serving systems like Vitess
- Contributions to open-source infrastructure projects
