ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth.
This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow.
We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running.
We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought.
- Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
- Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions.
- AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must.
- Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself.
- Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving.
- Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes.
- Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Our Infrastructure Services organization is responsible for the underlying infrastructure that powers the 1Password application. It includes Compute Services, Network and Edge Services, and Stateful Services.
As a Senior Staff Cloud Platform Engineer, you set the multi-year technical strategy for Infrastructure Services. You decide where the organization invests, define the architecture and standards that every infrastructure team and internal tenant builds on, and make sure our compute, network and edge, and stateful platforms evolve as one coherent system rather than three separate ones. You partner with engineering and product leadership, security, and finance to balance reliability, security, cost, and delivery speed, and you are the senior technical voice for infrastructure across the company.
This is a hands-on role. You write design docs, prototype, review the hardest designs, and step into the most serious incidents. But your main impact comes from making many teams more effective and from the decisions that hold up for years.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have set technical direction across multiple teams. You have owned an infrastructure strategy or architecture spanning several teams or an entire organization, and you can point to the multi-year outcomes: what others adopted, what shipped, and what measurably improved.
- You have operated Kubernetes at production scale. This includes multi-cluster, multi-tenant, customer-traffic-bearing environments (EKS or similar managed platforms preferred). You know it deeply, from autoscaling and admission control to GitOps, workload identity, and fleet-wide cluster upgrades.
- You combine depth with breadth. Beyond Kubernetes, you have working fluency in networking and edge and in stateful data systems, and you understand how a decision in one layer affects the rest.
- You have made reliability a standard, not a project. You defined SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and you got multiple teams to adopt them. You have improved incident response, post-incident learning, and disaster recovery across an organization, not just on your own team.
- You have cut cloud costs through engineering. You can show measurable, real-dollar impact from work such as capacity automation, right-sizing, architecture changes, or commitment strategy, and you have worked with finance on forecasting and tradeoffs.
- You build security in by design. You have driven practices such as workload identity, least-privilege IAM and RBAC, credential rotation, and strong isolation in multi-tenant environments, and you have partnered with security teams on risk decisions and compliance requirements.
- You still build. You are proficient in Go (or a similar language) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and you have a track record of automating complex, high-toil operational workflows at fleet scale.
- You influence without relying on authority. You write clear strategy and design documents, present to senior leaders, resolve technical disagreements between teams, and build alignment on difficult tradeoffs.
- You grow other engineers. You have mentored Senior and Staff engineers, raised the bar on design review, and helped shape how your organization hires and evaluates technical talent.
Bonus points for:
- Hands-on experience with service mesh and service-to-service networking, such as Linkerd or Amazon VPC Lattice.
- Experience operating scalable database technology, such as MySQL, Postgres, or DynamoDB.
- Designing developer platform abstractions for internal teams, such as paved-road service toolkits and production readiness frameworks, that measurably improved usability and productivity.
- Helping build AI-assisted operations tools, such as auto-remediation or AI-assisted diagnosis, rather than only using them.
- Operating highly available, multi-region services in a large SaaS environment, including capacity planning and performance optimization at scale.
- Experience in a security, identity, or other high-trust product environment.
What you can expect:
- Set the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for Infrastructure Services, working with directors and senior engineering leadership to shape roadmap and investment decisions, including build versus buy.
- Define the patterns, standards, and guardrails across compute, network and edge, and stateful services that internal teams depend on for years.
- Represent Infrastructure Services in cross-organization reviews with product engineering, security, and finance, and serve as the senior technical voice for the platform.
- Serve as an escalation point for major incidents, and drive organization-wide improvements to incident management, reliability targets, and disaster recovery.
- Lead cost, capacity, and efficiency strategy for our cloud footprint, with measurable goals.
- Drive adoption of automation and AI-assisted operations to reduce toil across the organization.
- Mentor Staff and Senior engineers, raise the bar on design review and engineering practice, and help us hire and develop the next generation of infrastructure leaders.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for two platform products:
Xsolla ID is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows: logging in and signing transactions.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The frontend of your product area end to end: shaping tasks with Product and Design, implementation, release and production monitoring
Technical decisions for that frontend. You make them and justify them in writing, rather than only implementing someone else's
The architecture of frontend applications and the shared UI library / SDK that other teams build on
Measurable frontend quality: performance, reliability and security of user flows
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build user flows: sign-in, account management, wallet onboarding and transaction signing
Track how these flows behave in production (errors, performance, drop-offs) and act on what you see
Make architectural decisions for frontend applications and document them
Develop the shared component library and frontend SDKs used by other Xsolla teams
Agree API contracts with backend engineers, including error handling, retries and edge cases
Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals and bundle size
Improve the engineering environment: build, linters, tests, CI
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Nice to have
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial frontend development
TypeScript in strict mode: generics, utility types, discriminated unions, typing module boundaries and external data
JavaScript at the platform level: event loop, asynchrony, closures, memory. You can find a leak and explain its cause
Frameworks and state
Deep experience with React: rendering model, profiling, eliminating unnecessary re-renders
Separating local, server and global state, and justifying the choice of tool; reasoning about when SSR is worth it
UI quality and performance
Semantic, responsive, cross-browser layout; modern CSS (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
Accessibility: ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support
Performance analysis: profiling, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals
Integration and security
REST API integration: error handling, retries, request cancellation, contract alignment with backend
Web security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure handling of tokens, sessions and user data
Engineering practices
Testing at the right level: unit, integration, E2E
Git, CI, Docker, linters and formatters
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Experience in security-sensitive domains: authentication and identity (OAuth2/OIDC flows on the frontend), payments, crypto wallets
Web3 frontend: wallet integration (embedded and browser wallets), EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-712; viem, wagmi, ethers.js
Next.js or Nuxt, SSR in production
Design systems and component API design, UI kits
Hybrid applications: WebView, React Native
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA.
BENEFITS

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

a. Background:

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re hiring a Product Manager with deep UX and interaction design expertise to build social experiences around investing and trading at Kraken.
You should be comfortable designing flows yourself, building interactive prototypes, and working through interaction details with designers and engineers. You’ll also own the product decisions: which customer problem to solve, what to ship first, and how to measure whether the experience improved.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design complete social journeys. Work through how someone discovers a person, decides to follow them, shares an idea or trade, receives a response, and returns. Connect these interactions into an experience users understand without explanation.
- Make the interaction details work. Shape navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, and feedback. Specify what happens when a feed is empty, a post fails, content loads slowly, or someone changes their mind.
- Prototype before committing to a build. Turn ideas into interactive prototypes that communicate the intended behavior. Explore alternatives, test the uncertain parts, and give engineering clear flows, states, and acceptance criteria.
- Use psychology to improve participation. Understand why people hesitate to post, seek recognition, follow strangers, or respond to others. Translate those motivations into decisions about audience visibility, prompts, reputation, feedback, and the effort required to contribute.
- Observe users and fix what gets in their way. Run usability sessions, watch people complete tasks, and combine those observations with funnel data. Identify where people misunderstand the product, lose confidence, or abandon an action.
- Design for first use and repeated use. Make the experience useful before someone has connections. Keep sharing lightweight during an active trading session, with clear control over what becomes public. Test the twentieth interaction as carefully as the first.
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes. For each significant change, define the expected behavior and how to test it. Track task completion, abandonment, first follows, first contributions, responses, and subsequent retention. Work with data science to evaluate experiments and effects on both contributors and their audiences.
- Take the experience through launch. Choose a focused initial scope, resolve trade-offs with engineering, review the implementation against the intended design, and use post-launch evidence to decide what to improve next.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Has designed and shipped consumer social experiences. Your portfolio shows your contribution to feeds, profiles, sharing, messaging, discovery, or communities—and how the experience changed after launch.
- Has strong interaction design craft. You can explain why a flow is structured a particular way, what users will notice first, what they need to understand, and which decisions or steps can be removed.
- Can build realistic interactive prototypes. You use Figma, code, AI tools, or a combination to make behavior tangible and testable, including transitions, empty states, and failure states.
- Understands behavior through evidence. You can show where user research challenged your assumptions and changed a design.
- Can own product outcomes. You can prioritize a problem, define success, interpret funnel and cohort data, and explain whether an experiment produced a meaningful improvement.
- Understands the context of social finance. You account for how credibility, incentives, reputation, and visibility of financial activity affect what people trust and choose to share.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced blockchain developer to join our team building the next generation of high-performance on-chain trading infrastructure. You will help design and implement a unified trading engine — supporting Perpetuals, Spot, and Prediction Markets under a single margin account — and contribute to
ExchangeOS
, an infrastructure layer that lets KYC'd institutions and Web3 entities stake to create and operate their own trading venues (DEXs) on top of our chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build a unified account and matching system that supports Perpetuals, Spot, and Prediction Markets — including on-chain order matching, cross-margin validation, settlement, and liquidation/risk engines (ADL, ADL-avoidance, ADL waterfall, ecosystem insurance fund mechanics).
Build and optimize the core components of
ExchangeOS
: the staking/venue-creation framework that allows KYC-verified institutions and Web3 protocols to launch and operate their own dex on shared infrastructure.
Drive performance engineering across the stack — parallel transaction execution, low-latency order pipelines, and throughput/latency optimization at the engine and chain level.
Track cutting-edge blockchain and trading-system technology (e.g. Hyperliquid, dYdX, other high-performance perp DEX architectures) and apply best practices to our infrastructure.
Partner with product and business teams to translate venue/exchange requirements into technical designs, and provide ongoing technical support.
What We Look For In You
Strong proficiency in
Rust
, with hands-on experience in high-performance, low-latency systems; experience with parallel/concurrent execution engines is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of exchange/matching engine mechanics: order book design, margin systems, liquidation and ADL, settlement, and risk engines — familiarity with perpetual, spot, or prediction market products is a strong plus.
Solid grounding in blockchain fundamentals (consensus, P2P networking, cryptography); experience reading core code of major L1/L2 systems (Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, or high-performance L1s like Hyperliquid/Solana) is a plus but not the primary focus of this role.
Strong systems-performance mindset: profiling, memory/allocator tuning, and designing for sub-millisecond latency at scale.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and logical reasoning skills; genuine passion for trading systems and blockchain technology.
