The Role
As a member of the US Talent Acquisition team focused on Research and technical hiring, you will be instrumental in building and scaling Mistral's US-based research and engineering teams from the ground up. Joining early means you'll help shape both our technical recruitment strategy and operations, partnering closely with Research leadership across Research Science, Research Engineering, and adjacent technical functions. Your work will directly influence Mistral's frontier-model ambitions by ensuring we find and engage exceptional researchers and engineers who will drive Mistral's growth in the US. In this role, you'll also foster a strong candidate experience and help establish technical recruiting best practices as we expand across the US.
What You Will Do
Technical Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner deeply with technical leaders — from Research Scientists and Research Engineers to team leads and hiring managers — to understand hiring needs, define role specs, and identify the right technical talent
- Own full-cycle recruitment across Research Science and Research Engineering, with flexibility to support other technical roles as they come along
- Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, comp positioning, and the competitive landscape for US research and engineering talent
- Translate the nuances of each technical role into compelling, accurate candidate outreach
End-to-End Technical Recruitment
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close, operating with autonomy on complex, competitive technical roles
- Source passive and active candidates across US research and engineering talent pools — from PhD students and postdocs to experienced researchers and engineers at leading AI labs, universities, and technology companies
- Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on ideal candidate profiles and stage expectations
- Drive efficient, high-conversion pipelines and close candidates in a fiercely competitive market for top research talent
Candidate Experience & Selling Mistral
- Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication and a compelling narrative about Mistral's mission, culture, and trajectory
- Articulate Mistral's positioning in the AI landscape — frontier models, open-weight philosophy, and research credibility — to differentiate us against better-resourced labs
- Provide candidates with real insight into our research agenda, compute access, publication culture, and the specific impact of their role
- Deliver a high-quality, respectful candidate experience at every stage, regardless of outcome
Recruiting Operations & Data-Driven Improvement
- Develop and refine technical recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve outcomes and efficiency
- Use data to diagnose pipeline issues (e.g., drop-off at specific stages, time-to-fill by role) and propose targeted solutions
- Build and maintain market maps, competitive intel, and talent pools for key US research and engineering segments
- Standardize technical interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices across US technical hiring teams
Raising the Bar
- Collaborate with Research leadership and the broader Talent team to continuously elevate our hiring standards
- Contribute to defining and evolving our technical talent acquisition strategy in the US as we scale our research presence
- Partner on employer-brand and outbound sourcing initiatives — including academic pipelines, conference presence, and open-source community engagement — that position Mistral as a destination for top research and engineering talent
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a startup or high-growth environment, with a focus on Research Science and Research Engineering roles
- Demonstrated ability to independently hire across the technical stack — from Research Engineers to Research Scientists, and senior research talent
- Deep network and sourcing expertise in US research and engineering talent markets, with credibility in AI/ML and ideally connections across top labs and universities
- Track record of hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets where top researchers have multiple offers
- Experience working across multiple US markets, including relocation and visa-driven hiring
- Willingness to work on other roles as needs come up
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior technical stakeholders without direct authority
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle shifting priorities across a high-volume hiring slate
- Professional experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
- Familiarity with the AI/ML research landscape and the ability to credibly discuss frontier model capabilities, research directions, and publications with technical candidates

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai on a Flagship Deployment, you’ll lead the end-to-end deployment for one of Sierra’s largest and most strategic customers. You own how Sierra's AI agents come to life, often managing scaled deployments as well as new proofs of concept within the same account. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams and executives day to day. Oversee overall program management while ensuring ongoing executive alignment on the long term roadmap.
- Navigate enterprise complexity with cross-functional teams (engineering and product). At this scale, every big technical discussion is also a negotiation — you'll need to read the implications in real time, hold your ground, and steer toward the right outcome. Expect to work across business units, procurement, compliance, and senior execs.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
- Manage internal resourcing requirements. Ensure that your deployment is appropriately resourced today and into the future
- Drive financial success for both the customer and Sierra. Ensure value exchange is optimized, drive revenue upside for Sierra, and work internally to manage down cost to serve over time, improving margins.
- Partner with Sales on commercial strategy. You are a key player in closing new business within the deployment by identifying opportunities, aligning resources, and
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Plan, organize, and execute on-site business reviews onsite at a Fortune 100 company with Sierra cofounders in attendance
- Manage a portfolio of agents across a customer deployment as they scale nationally, to new use cases, and grow in technical complexity
- Build relationships throughout the customer’s organization, unlocking high trust, social capital, and ultimately new ARR
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven track record: 10+ years of relevant experience driving results in high stakes situations in an enterprise customer facing role, ideally in a dedicated, embedded model with a named enterprise account — you know what it means to be accountable for a relationship at that depth.
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- You've run a company, business unit, forward deployed team, or have comparable experience in general management of business initiatives that require technical aptitude, strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial outcome accountability.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team working on analytics features in RevenueCat.
RevenueCat is the monetization engine for 40% of new subscription apps shipped — and the number of apps shipped is growing exponentially. We are uniquely positioned not only to give individual developer impactful information into the performance of their own apps, but also deliver truly unique data and insight given our position in the market; we know what good looks like, and we can not only put numbers in context, but give specific recommendations on metrics to target, experiments to run and anomalies to investigate.
Our analytics features help app developers make better decisions that improve the monetization of their apps. As product manager on this team, you are responsible for working with your team to set the vision and roadmap, delivering on it, launching new functionality, and increasing the impact of the team.
This role requires:
- being technical to understand how our analytics system works and its constraint
- being analytical to be able to define how to show data as well as debugging issues and edge cases
- being customer obsessed to understand what information app developers need for their decisions and how we can provide this information to them
- having an understanding of the app ecosystem, how the economics of app businesses work, and what success means for app developers
You will oversee all of the Analytics features at RevenueCat — our charts, benchmarking, dashboard, and predictive LTV. You'll partner directly with leadership, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and act as the primary driver for how our customers understand and grow their revenue.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience
- You have 5+ years of product management or adjacent experience, with meaningful time shipping complex products.
- You’re analytical. You can’t do your job without data platform access. You are proficient in SQL (or similar tools) — whatever tool you need to know, you’ll learn. You love diving deep into data yourself. You’re experienced in developing robust and scalable metrics.
- You are technical. Coding is not a core requirement for this role, being able to prototype with code is (using your preferred AI stack). You can deeply understand how RevenueCat works — what is simple and what is complex within our domain. Maybe you haven’t built and shipped a mobile app yourself (yet) but you have enough knowledge to work closely and independently with highly technical folks. You can discuss APIs, data models, and risk logic with engineering partners and enjoy diving into system details
- You’re an excellent communicator. You can express complex ideas clearly and succinctly — written and verbal, synchronous and asynchronous, across timezones and mediums. You can get your point across.
Values and Abilities
- You act like an owner. You roll up your sleeves, dive into the logs, and get something done yourself.
- You thrive in ambiguity. You are comfortable making low-information, high-stakes decisions. You can quickly get to confidence, move on, and iterate.
- You're a systems thinker. You can step back from a specific customer request and see the broader system. You build things that scale.
- You're deep on the details. You care about what users experience, not just what the data says.
- You know when it's good enough. You are obsessed with getting things right, but you know when you're at diminishing returns. You have a bias toward shipping. You love building — and are energized by discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
- You’re passionate about great data visualization. Chart sins grind your gears. Your visualizations deliver meaningful insights. You care what is says — and what it looks like — and you know those things are dependent on each other.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for RevenueCat's Analytics products.
- Be obsessed with your customers. You will triage and investigate complex data and analytics problems deeply, instead of fully delegating to engineering. Dig deep to understand what developers really want — distill signal from noise and good ideas from bad ones.
- Recommend, develop and maintain new benchmarks and metrics that deliver value to our developers, and help them make more money. Be the go-to person when a number looks off.
- Set the vision. Create a plan that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Break that down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline.
- Get it done. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to bring robust analytics and experimentation tools to market. This job can not be done alone, and will require deep understanding of the individual products and the infrastructure that hooks them together.
The salary for this role is $230,000 USD. You can view our full Compensation Philosophy here https://www.notion.so/revenuecat/RevenueCat-Compensation-Philosophy-82b57cae23ab4c9bb62dfe4e933d32d0 for additional details.
In the first month, you'll:
- Get to know the product, customers, and team
- Contribute to shipping a meaningful feature to thousands of developers
- Be ramped up on ongoing projects in your teams
Within the first 3 months, you'll:
- Have formed a strong working relationship with your engineering manager and design counterpart
- Have taken ownership of the roadmap and prioritization for your team (jointly with the engineering manager)
- Work with your engineering manager and leadership to define quarterly objectives for your teams
- Have shipped the first bigger feature end to end
- Work with your team to discover opportunities and solutions to deliver value to our customers
- Play an integral role in your team’s discovery and delivery processes
- Understand the fundamentals of our tech stack and its complexities, and drive the evaluation feasibility/value tradeoffs in collaboration with your teams
Within the first 6 months, you'll:
- Have helped your team grow and become a high-performing, engaged team in line with our company values
- Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders of all levels
- Be an expert of your areas of the product and the related customer needs, and instill customer empathy in your teams
- Independently drive all product-related decisions in your area
- Have contributed meaningfully to our knowledge of our customers and their needs, our industry, and important trends
- Develop a longer term vision for your area of the product in line with the product strategy
- Work with your teams to improve processes and interfaces with other teams
Within the first 12 months, you'll:
- Be ready to kill something you have shipped if we learned it didn't deliver the value we hoped
- Explore completely new opportunities for how RevenueCat may provide greater value to our customers
- Make meaningful contributions to our overall product strategy
- Have delivered a material, business-impacting new benefit to our customers in your product area
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our Data Ecosystem team. This role will report to the Product Lead for Data Ecosystem. This team owns the infrastructure and data that powers Garner’s transformative approach to delivering high-quality and affordable care. In this role, you’ll be given wide-ranging responsibility to shape how Garner ingests and governs the data that powers our business and how we ensure quality and security from the start.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Develop the roadmap for ingesting and processing client data, shaping our strategy and developing scalable and consistent approaches that ensure quality and speed
Own the experience for connecting to client data and making it available to internal consumers to process member payments efficiently and report results to clients
Embed deeply with internal teams, employers, and integration partners to understand their pain points and develop product ideas
Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch
Develop prototypes and build and ship minor features end to end
Define success metrics for every initiative, ensuring we have the data in place to measure outcomes and rallying the team around what winning looks like and how we get there
The ideal candidate has:
2–4 years of product management experience, ideally on data platforms, integrations, or infrastructure products
Experience with data ingestion and file-based data exchange (e.g., claims, eligibility, or payments data) and partnering closely with data engineering teams
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to define success metrics, drive decisions, and measure outcomes
Technical fluency — comfort working with data pipelines, writing basic SQL, building prototypes, and shipping minor features end-to-end
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working across technical and non-technical teams and external integration partners
A high level of autonomy and ownership — able to move quickly and independently in ambiguous problem spaces
1 year of working in an AI-forward development environment
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $143,000 - $170,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants from Canada in EST time zones
only
at this time.
Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend
The Opportunity:
Grafana is an open-source observability product and a platform that teams and plugin developers build on. The Frontend group shapes its user experience (from dashboards and visualisation to navigation, search and sharing) and the foundations that support engineering teams and community contributors across the Grafana ecosystem.
As Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads, owning their performance, delivery and customer outcomes. Frontend Platform enables teams to build reliable, high-quality experiences; Navigation helps users find and organise resources and move confidently through Grafana.
You’ll develop senior engineers, partner with Product and Design, and improve how teams work, including through AI and automation. We use Cloud-first rollout and experimentation to learn quickly, bringing relevant improvements to OSS and Enterprise.
AI Notice: We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be accountable for the performance of
two
distributed engineering squads: set clear expectations, delegate effectively, coach and develop each team member, give timely feedback, address performance gaps and build a culture of trust and accountability.
Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning team capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs.
Lead discovery with your squads: engage directly with customers, community members and internal users, combine their feedback with research and usage evidence, and use those insights to shape roadmaps and priorities.
Partner with Product, Design and engineering leaders to set priorities, resolve dependencies and make trade-offs between customer needs, long-term investments and operational demands.
Own delivery across both squads from discovery through rollout and measurement: set milestones, surface risks early and intervene when commitments are at risk.
Use AI regularly in your management work to synthesise research and feedback, inform roadmap and resourcing decisions, and streamline coordination, reporting and follow-through.
Improve how the squads plan, make decisions and deliver. Lead the adoption of AI and automation across engineering and operational workflows, evaluating their impact on delivery speed, quality and time spent on repetitive work.
Set engineering direction with senior engineers for the frontend foundations owned by your squads, including developer experience, accessibility, architecture, tooling, reliability and multitenant capabilities.
Set engineering direction for navigation, search and resource organisation, including where AI-assisted discovery can help users find what they need.
Set and uphold engineering standards for quality, security and operability, including how teams evaluate and validate AI-assisted work.
Lead improvements across Grafana and R&D that increase engineering productivity and improve business outcomes.
Participate in the engineering management on-call rota, coordinate responses and drive improvements that reduce recurring disruption. Regularly use Grafana’s AI capabilities for observability, incident investigation and management, bringing that experience into product feedback and roadmap decisions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Significant experience managing senior engineers, building healthy teams and developing technical leaders. You give clear feedback and address performance gaps directly and fairly.
A strong technical foundation in modern web or frontend systems, enabling you to evaluate technical trade-offs and shape architectural and engineering-quality decisions with senior engineers.
A track record of turning ambiguous, cross-team problems into clear priorities and measurable results, managing delivery risks and operational demands.
Strong product and customer judgement, with the ability to connect engineering investments to user, developer and business outcomes.
Clear, concise written communication and the ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed organisation.
An appreciation for open-source development and the judgement to balance Cloud-first delivery with the needs of customers, community members and internal teams.
Practical experience using AI and automation in your own leadership work, and leading teams to adopt them effectively.
Bonus Points For
Experience with React, TypeScript or comparable large-scale frontend ecosystems.
Experience leading a developer platform team, including support for plugins or extensions.
Experience with navigation, search, information architecture or resource-management products.
Experience delivering multitenant SaaS or major platform migrations.

We are seeking an exceptional
Senior Marketing Analytics Manager
to be embedded in
Growth Marketing
, the team at Garner that owns B2C member activation & engagement. You will report directly to the
Director of Marketing Operations
and serve as the dedicated data & analytics partner for our
Growth Marketing
team.
Growth Marketing is responsible for getting employees to sign up and use their Garner benefit — through email, SMS, direct mail, in-app, in-office materials, and employer-led communication channels. We're looking for an
exceptional, AI-native data & analytics manager
to own how member activation and engagement are operationalized and measured across channels. You'll own the
audience targeting & segmentation
(SQL queries in Snowflake for our email / sms / direct mail targeting, partnering closely with Engineering) and build the
Business Intelligence layer
that powers our member engagement campaigns, ranging from cross-system data pipelines, attribution modeling, experimentation frameworks, and funnel & lifecycle analysis through core reporting and dashboards. You'll define the metrics behind member growth and ensure those definitions hold consistently across systems. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth engine — helping us engage more members, deliver a first-class member experience, and improve health outcomes at scale.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Targeting & segmentation (campaign operations):
Own the audience targeting, segmentation (SQL queries of Snowflake data tables to be built into our Iterable system), and personalization data behind our email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. Partner with Engineering to troubleshoot upstream Data issues that affect our marketing campaigns, as well as enhance and automate the data mechanics and pipelines so the program can scale.
Analytics & Reporting:
Own how member activation and engagement are measured end-to-end (e.g., Looker dashboards). Define, build, and maintain the KPIs, metric definitions, performance reports, and dashboards Growth Marketing runs on — funnel and lifecycle metrics, email/SMS campaign activity, channel efficiency, operational health, and KPI target setting.
Product & engagement analytics:
Bridge marketing activity to member behavior in the Garner app so the team can optimize communications over time.
Experimentation:
Develop and execute on the Growth Marketing team’s A/B testing program and performance reporting.
Data governance:
Build our data foundation alongside Data Management & Engineering, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Growth Product to ensure our data is analysis-ready and trustworthy. Build workflows, documentation, QA practices, and tooling that ensure our metrics are standardized across systems and campaigns.
Systems & technology stack:
Uplevel our data sophistication by designing and building at the systems level, leveraging AI in order to maximize scale and leverage.
What you will bring to the team:
4–6+ years in marketing & growth & analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar data-centric role.
Growth & marketing, B2C, B2B2C, and Product-led Growth subject matter expertise preferred but not required (e.g., customer funnel analytics, cohort and retention curves, channel attribution, lifecycle email/SMS/direct mail performance, targeting/segmentation, personalization)
Expertise in the modern data stack
.
Hands-on proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and visualization tools
(e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience with ESP/CRM event data (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar) is a strong plus.
Experience in experimentation & reporting
. Familiarity with A/B and incrementality test design, statistics, measurement, and optimization.
Analytical rigor and problem framing
. You turn a vague business question into the right analysis, define a defensible metric, and state your assumptions rather than jumping to a chart. You’re a strong communicator who’s comfortable using insight to drive decisions for a marketing audience and executives.
AI fluency
. Comfort with and excitement about harnessing AI agents to build analyses, design dashboards, and validate results.
Self-starter approach
with the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and juggle multiple priorities & deadlines, doing whatever is necessary to ensure company success. You thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic
startup environment.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team
that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

- Experience working in distributed, remote-first teams
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with analytics, performance/paid marketing, experimentation, or growth tooling
- Background in developer experience, SDKs, or internal platforms

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
Join Honeycomb as a Senior Financial Analyst and be a key player in our growing FP&A team! Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you'll partner primarily with our R&D organization — product and engineering — as the finance lead for how we understand and manage the cost of running Honeycomb. You'll take ownership of our BI and planning tool (Pigment), continue and improve our cloud-hosting-cost (COGS) analysis, and support R&D capitalization, forecasting, and planning. This role suits someone who takes initiative, solves problems analytically, and actively drives process improvements in a fast-paced environment, and who's comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and IT. If you're ready to make an impact and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!
What you’ll do in the role:
Own and improve our cloud-hosting-cost (COGS) analysis — breaking hosting spend (e.g., compute, storage, and AI/LLM usage) down by area and by customer to understand customer-level usage and margin
Take ownership of Pigment, our BI and planning tool — building and maintaining reports and supporting forecasting and monthly and quarterly close
Partner with engineering on R&D capitalization, capitalizing engineering time for the products they help build
Run forecasting and planning for the R&D organization, including headcount and software planning
Track and help manage our AI/LLM tooling costs, monitoring usage against budget
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and IT to improve our financial processes and reporting
Support the finance team on special projects and ad-hoc analysis, with a focus on improving processes and scalability as we grow
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field — or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of FP&A, strategic planning, or P&L management experience at a SaaS company
A technical orientation, with the ability to partner directly with engineering and product teams
Expert in Excel and Google Sheets, comfortable with a range of modeling techniques, and able to build analysis and models that influence decisions
Experience with ERP and financial planning/BI tools — Pigment (or a comparable tool such as Mosaic) a strong plus
Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment: driving results, solving complex problems, and exercising judgment across multiple sources of information
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to connect the dots across data sources to inform decisions
Familiarity with cloud/hosting cost structures, R&D capitalization, or SQL a plus
Base Salary based on level of experience
$125,000
—
$170,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Specialist to join our B2B team and help us expand our presence and partner network across Thailand and the wider Asian market.
Your primary focus will be on business development and new partner acquisition — identifying potential clients, building relationships, expanding our local network, and creating new business opportunities for our B2B SaaS solutions for CFD and Binary brokerage operations.
This is a highly relationship-driven role. You will actively represent our company in the market, attend relevant industry events and conferences, meet potential partners face-to-face, organize business meetings, and develop relationships with brokers, affiliates, entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and other potential strategic partners.
You will work closely with our international Business Development team to identify promising opportunities, introduce potential partners to our solutions, understand their business needs, and support them throughout the commercial process from the first introduction through negotiation and onboarding.
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and commercially minded person who is comfortable networking, meeting new people, and actively creating business opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in.
Tasks
Identify and approach new potential B2B partners across Thailand and Asia
Build and continuously expand a strong local and regional business network
Attend conferences, expos, networking events, and private industry events
Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential partners

Build relationships with brokers, affiliates, entrepreneurs, and other relevant industry players
Represent the company and our B2B solutions professionally in the local market
Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Work closely with the international Business Development team on negotiations, presentations, and partner onboarding
Share local market insights, competitor intelligence, and emerging business opportunities with the team
Requirements
3+ year experience in a Business Development role or similar in the B2B sphere
Strong communication and networking skills
Knowledge of the Thai business environment and the ability to communicate confidently in Thai and English are mandatory
Strong network within the brokerage, fintech, affiliate, trading, iGaming, payments, or related industries
An existing network of potential partners, brokers, affiliates, industry contacts, or relevant businesses in Thailand or across Asia will be a major advantage
We offer
Full-time remote role with long-term collaboration (service provider contract)
Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses (paid in EUR or USD directly to your bank account)
Flexible working hours
High autonomy in launching marketing campaigns and technical setups
All necessary tools for comfortable and efficient work
Corporate training
A friendly, supportive, and positive working environment where your data-driven decisions directly impact the product
With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.
Join us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!
