GoMining runs a portfolio of products, and Mining is at its core. Digital Miners, upgrades, maintenance, the secondary marketplace and the GOMINING token’s role in all of them are where most users start with GoMining. They also hold up the economics of the whole ecosystem.
Mining has a product manager today, but nobody owns the business end to end. This role is that owner.
You’ll run Mining as your own business inside GoMining. That covers everything from economics and product strategy down to the roadmap, the team and what ships each sprint. Think of it as being the CPO of your own domain. You’ll have a small dedicated engineering team, direct access to legal, finance and compliance, and you’ll report straight to the founder.
This isn’t a role for keeping things running. We want someone who grows the business and moves the numbers that matter: revenue, LTV and active users.
What you’ll do
Business: own the economics and the strategy
Own Mining’s key business metrics: revenue, LTV, user growth, retention, and the unit economics behind every miner that’s sold, upgraded or traded.
Build and own the product and business strategy for Mining: where it grows next, what we launch and what we stop doing.
Model and tune the economics of miners, upgrades, maintenance, marketplace fees and token mechanics so they work for users and for the business.
Find and launch new ways to grow: new mechanics and miner products, pricing and bundles, and tighter links with the rest of the ecosystem (Card, Simple Earn, VIP, Miner Wars).
Track how crypto, mining and Web3 products make money and keep users, and bring back what’s worth trying.
Product: own what gets built and why
Own the Mining roadmap and priorities, and turn strategy into a plan the team can execute.
Work hands-on with the product: user research, analytics, funnels and experiments. Decisions are made on data, not opinions.
Define requirements with the tech lead: what problem we’re solving, for whom, and how we’ll measure success.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and launch through growth to retiring what no longer pays off.
Delivery and team: make it ship
Lead a small dedicated team: a tech lead, 2–3 software engineers and 1–2 QA engineers. You set the goals, the priorities and the pace.
Own delivery end to end: scope, timelines, quality and releases.
Bring in legal, finance, compliance, marketing, design, analytics and support as you need them. You won’t manage them, but you’ll drive the work forward together.
Work with marketing on go-to-market for every Mining launch, so what we ship actually reaches users.
What success looks like
First month:
you’ve taken over the full context from the CPO, you understand Mining’s economics and metrics in depth, and you have a clear view of the biggest growth opportunities and risks.
First 3 months:
Mining has a strategy and roadmap the founder has signed off on, and the team ships on a predictable rhythm. The first growth initiatives you own are live and measured, with visible impact on key metrics.
Requirements
6+ years in product management, including at least 2–3 years owning a product or business line end to end: strategy, metrics, delivery and team.
Experience as a CPO, Head of Product, GM or founding product lead, ideally at a startup or scale-up where you did a lot at once: product, delivery, analytics, sometimes fundraising or partnerships.
A track record of growing business metrics (revenue, LTV, user base) that you can walk us through with real numbers.
A strong grasp of unit economics, monetisation models and the product lifecycle. You can build and defend a business model, not just a backlog.
Hands-on product analytics skills: funnels, cohorts, A/B tests, and SQL or BI tools. You don’t wait for someone else to answer your questions.
Experience leading engineering teams directly and working closely with a tech lead on trade-offs.
The ability to get decisions made with teams you don’t manage, including legal, finance and compliance.
A background in crypto, Web3 or fintech products. Crypto is strongly preferred: you understand how tokens, wallets and crypto users behave.
Strong English (B2+).
Fluent Russian.
Would be a plus
Experience with mining, hashrate-based products, NFTs or tokenomics.
Founder or co-founder experience, including fundraising.
Marketplaces, two-sided economies or in-game/gamified economies.
Regulated financial products and compliance constraints across jurisdictions.
An engineering background.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

Executive Reporting:
Create compelling, automated, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and narratives that distill complex data, trends, forecasts, and strategic implications into actionable recommendations for Finance leadership and GTM stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
Provide technical guidance, review work, and help raise the modeling standards and work products of the GTM FP&A team

Expert-level modeling skills (Excel/Sheets) with a commitment to formula-driven, driver based, auditable, well-documented models
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models strongly preferred
Technical aptitude: working proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting, and hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate and elevate modeling, strategic analysis, and QA; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker) and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) a plus
Ownership mindset: takes a model or process from ambiguity to a repeatable, documented workflow with minimal oversight, including QA and reconciliation to source data

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
Product marketing at Honeycomb is a small team with a wide surface area. We decide how Honeycomb is positioned, what we say at launch, what the sales team brings into a deal, and how an engineer who has never heard of us understands the product in the first two minutes. Because the team is small, the work is broad: in one week you might rewrite a product page, build a competitive one-pager, interview a customer, and run the launch checklist for a new feature.
This role is built for someone early in a product marketing career who wants to systematically improve the customer buying journey. As a product and messaging expert, you will partner with go-to-market teams to drive business impact through sales and marketing campaigns. You will get real ownership of real launches, and you will have senior product marketers, a technical field team, and engineers who like explaining their work close at hand. Our audience is engineers and platform teams, so the bar is accuracy first: we would rather be precise and useful than clever.
What you’ll do in the role:
You will support and execute product marketing across Honeycomb's core products, with a generalist mix of messaging, launches, content, enablement, and competitive work. Expect to start by contributing to pieces of each and to own more of them over your first year.
Responsibilities
Messaging and positioning:
Write and maintain messaging for features and product areas, from the one-sentence version an engineer reads on a web page to the slide a sales engineer uses in a technical conversation. Keep it accurate and grounded in what the product actually does.
Launches:
Run launch execution for small and mid-sized releases and support the larger ones. Build the plan, write the assets, coordinate Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success, and report on how the launch performed.
Content:
Produce the practical material that helps people evaluate and adopt Honeycomb: blog posts, solution briefs, web copy, demo scripts, FAQs, and customer-facing one-pagers.
Sales enablement:
Equip the field with what they need to run a good conversation, including pitch narratives, objection handling, battlecards, and release updates. Join customer calls, listen to recorded ones, and fix the material that isn't landing.
Competitive and market intelligence:
Track the observability market and competitor moves. Maintain competitive assets and keep them current and honest, so the field trusts them.
Voice of customer and proof points:
Talk to customers and prospects, turn what you hear into case studies, quotes, and proof points, and bring the patterns back to Product and Marketing.
Measurement:
Help define what success looks like for your work, pull the data, and share what you learn, including the things that didn't work.
What you’ll bring to the role:
2 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, or in a closely adjacent go-to-market role such as content marketing, sales engineering, technical writing, developer relations, or product management, with at least some of it in B2B SaaS.
Strong writing. You can take a dense technical explanation and turn it into something short, accurate, and useful, and you can tell the difference between the two yourself.
Curiosity about technical products and the patience to learn how they work. You ask engineers questions until you actually understand the answer, and you are comfortable in a product that assumes a technical user.
Passion about the team winning: Sales, marketing, and product teams will depend on you to succeed. Their success is your success, but you’re not simply an order taker: you look for the smart solutions and don’t wait to be asked.
The ability to run a project across teams without formal authority: setting a timeline, chasing the open items, and telling people clearly when something has slipped.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping. Our priorities move, the team is small, and the best work here comes from people who start rather than wait for a brief.
Willingness to use data to decide and to evaluate your own work honestly.
Demonstrated experience applying AI tooling in your work.
Nice to have
Exposure to observability, developer tools, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry, platform engineering, or reliability and SLO practices. We will teach this, but a head start helps.
Experience marketing to engineers as the primary audience.
Hands-on familiarity with AI and LLM tooling, including coding agents and MCP-based workflows.
Experience with webinars, conference talks, or community programs.
Experience working in a fully distributed company.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$171,000
—
$261,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, evangelizing, and expanding Teleport at our top customers, and dedicated to proactively driving adoption so that they achieve the maximum value from all Teleport products and solutions.
This is a deeply technical role. Many of our customers run Teleport on Kubernetes, and you will be expected to operate comfortably at the cluster level: designing and deploying Teleport in customer environments, troubleshooting failing workloads, and debugging access, networking, and certificate issues alongside customer engineers.
You will work directly with customers to design solution architecture, deploy and configure Teleport hands-on, share implementation best practices, triage and debug technical issues, develop and maintain training programs, evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts. You will act as a customer champion within Teleport and help prioritize product feedback by working with the Product team. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary lead for identifying and providing initial triage of technical blockers via shared chat, ticket, and meetings.
As our company grows and we launch new offerings, the requirements of this position may shift. You should be comfortable with change and have an interest in continually learning and advancing your skillset.
What you’ll bring
- Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience. You have built clusters with kubeadm (not just managed services), configured RBAC and certificate-based user access, and debugged failing workloads, networking, and control-plane issues. CKA certification is strongly preferred; CKAD is a plus.
- Experience with cert-manager and TLS certificate management, Helm, and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux)
- Demonstrable experience with the following security principles and technologies: SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC
- Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with one of the major public cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration roles
- Exceptional hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills, with the tenacity to identify and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Outstanding soft skills and excellent verbal and written communication
- Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
What you’ll be doing
- Design solution architecture for Teleport in customer environments
- Deploy and configure Teleport in customer environments, including Kubernetes-based deployments, and communicate implementation best practices to the customer
- Act as the point person for technical issues, troubleshooting Kubernetes-based customer environments (cluster, networking, certificate, and access issues) and escalating high-complexity cases to Engineering
- Work closely with Sales and Product to identify customer needs tied to tangible upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for customers, drive adoption within the customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts of Teleport
- Develop, maintain, and deliver customized training, and evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization
- Maintain strong working relationships with key client stakeholders and expand those relationships into other parts of the organization
- Document each customer’s business goals and challenges to align Teleport with the most value possible
- Serve as a subject matter expert on existing and upcoming Teleport solutions for customers and teammates, staying up to date on the latest releases
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to provide valuable feedback for product improvement
- Support our broader customer base seeking new solutions and best practice recommendations
Our interview process
Our interview process includes a hands-on technical assessment. You will build a kubeadm Kubernetes cluster, configure RBAC with certificate-based user access, deploy an application, present your design and its tradeoffs, and work through live Kubernetes troubleshooting scenarios. Candidates should be comfortable operating Kubernetes at this level without relying on managed-service abstractions. You are welcome to use AI tools for the take-home portion, with full disclosure of how they were used.

Who We Are
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto platforms — a regulated exchange, a self-custody wallet, and a growing ecosystem of decentralized applications used by millions globally. We move fast, ship constantly, and operate across trading, DeFi, payments, and social products — each with distinct users and design challenges.
Our design organization is in the middle of a meaningful transformation: raising craft standards, building tighter brand-to-product coherence, and embedding AI into how we work. We're backed by our core principles — We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done — and we take those seriously in how we hire, build, and ship.
About the Opportunity
This is a hybrid onsite position. Candidates must be in the Bay Area, CA.
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You'll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.
Familiarity with how visual design integrates with front-end implementation. You understand CSS, design tokens, and component architecture well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers.
