Workplace: Hybrid
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
We're seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to define positioning and drive launches for Synthesia's core product—the studio and video creation experience that powers how customers create, customize, and deploy enterprise video at scale.
You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams to shape market perception, bring flagship launches to market, and define how the industry understands the evolution of AI-native video creation. This is a high-visibility, strategic role that touches every part of the core platform, with significant scope to influence Synthesia's positioning as a category leader.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define the strategic narrative – Own the overarching story about what the studio enables and where video creation is heading. Translate individual launches into a cohesive, forward-thinking arc that positions Synthesia at the forefront of AI-native video.
- Lead core product launches – Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for the studio and video creation experience, partnering with Product to bring new capabilities to market with conviction and clarity
- Drive adoption & enablement – Create campaigns, assets, and sales collateral that move customers from awareness to active usage. Own sales enablement so deals close faster and customers see the full vision
- Own competitive positioning – Work with our competitive intelligence function to develop frameworks that show how Synthesia's studio differentiates, ensuring we're best positioned as the market evolves
- Collaborate on product strategy – Bring GTM perspective into Product decisions around launch readiness, pricing, packaging, and roadmap prioritization. Influence what gets built based on market opportunity
- Gather and apply customer intelligence – Partner with our dedicated market intelligence team to stay ahead of customer needs, competitive moves, and emerging use cases. Surface opportunities and threats back to product
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- You want full ownership – Blank slate, you make the call, you move and adjust based on what works. You're the strategic leader for how the market understands this product
- You've shipped at senior level in B2B SaaS – 10+ years in the industry, 6+ in product marketing leadership at B2B companies. You've led positioning for flagship products and shaped how markets understood them
- You can write with conviction – Positioning, messaging, strategy docs, decks. You have a sharp point of view and can defend it in a room with skeptics
- You understand the sales cycle – You know what sales needs to close deals and you've built enablement tools people actually use
- You ship at 60–70% – You know the difference between perfect and useful. You get something to 60–70%, hand it off for refinement, keep moving
- You move with the product – Priorities shift, markets move, you stay focused and adapt the narrative
- You've moved the needle – Real launches that drove sales velocity, customer adoption, expansion, and how the market understood a product category
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is £100,000 - £130,000.
We also offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.

Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a
Senior Frontend Engineer
to help us build the next generation of Flo’s platform and user experiences.
You’ll work on the foundation that powers interactive surveys and dynamic content inside the Flo app — building SDKs, reusable components, and internal tooling that enable other product teams to deliver exceptional experiences quickly and reliably.
Our frontend stack is based on
React
,
TypeScript
, and
Next.js
, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and testing.
We care deeply about quality: we use TypeScript for type safety, Jest and Playwright for automated testing, and continuously evolve our design system and UI Kit.
What you'll be doing:
Design, build, and maintain high-quality user-facing components and platform SDKs that enable survey and interactive experiences in the Flo ecosystem.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver flexible and scalable solutions.
Contribute to Flo’s design system and shared UI libraries, ensuring consistency and reusability across products.
Refactor and improve existing codebases for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Write clean, modular, well-documented code and advocate for engineering best practices.
Actively participate in the frontend community at Flo, sharing ideas and driving improvements in architecture and development processes.
Your Experience
Must have:
7+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining modern web applications.
Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Deep experience with React and modern frontend tooling.
Solid grasp of object-oriented design patterns and the ability to write efficient, well-structured algorithms
You must use AI coding agents as your default way of working — writing code manually is the exception, not the rule.
Proven ability to create adaptive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
A product mindset and strong collaboration skills — you care about how your work impacts the user.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Next.js, Contentful, or similar frameworks and CMS solutions.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Understanding of analytics and BI integrations.
Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)

How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office

Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for Engineering Managers to lead engineering teams across Supabase. Teams range from developer-facing surfaces, core backend services, Platform, EngOps, and Databases.
This is a single pipeline for engineering management. As we get to know your background, we'll match you to the team where your experience and interests overlap most strongly. The Engineering Manager is a people, delivery, and technical role. Although we don’t expect managers to contribute to code directly, we do expect you to participate in design discussions and to be involved in setting the bar for engineering quality and best practices.
This is a new role at Supabase. We've historically optimised for technical excellence on every axis, including leadership. As our engineering org grows, people leadership has become just as critical, and the Engineering Manager role exists to reflect that. You'll be shaping what this role looks like from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Team & People
- Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
- Run 1:1s, performance management, career development, and onboarding for your direct reports.
- Handle people admin (leave, time off, etc.) for your team.
Hiring
- Own the hiring plan for your team and act as Hiring Manager. First round of interviewer for all roles on the team.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and close strong candidates.
- Contribute to headcount planning, org design, and the evolution of engineering leadership at Supabase.
Delivery & Roadmap
- Own the team's roadmap and project management (Linear), driving accountability and clear milestones.
- Manage workflow intake and Slack triage. These are the team’s primary inboxes for cross-team requests. You decide what gets routed where, prioritized, or pushed back on.
- Own the team's weekly updates and keep stakeholders aligned without creating overhead.
- Organize effort against support tickets and maintain the team's SLO.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and clearly to leadership.
Incident Commander
- Train as an Incident Commander. Drive coordination, resolution, and post-incident follow-up.
- Lead blameless post-incident reviews
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of engineering background, with enough depth to be credible with engineers building complex systems.
- Have 3+ years managing remote engineering teams.
- Have managed engineering teams at a cloud, SaaS, or developer tools company. Experience with developer tools or databases is a strong preference, but we'll consider any sufficiently technical background where you can demonstrate the ability to ramp on a new domain.
- Have managed remote, globally distributed teams that work asynchronously across disparate time zones.
- Are technical enough to be credible with strong engineers, but genuinely passionate about people management. This is the work you want to do, not a track you're settling for.
- Build psychological safety and a feedback culture: you give feedback often and in the moment, ask for it back, and create space for the team to do the same.
- Operate as a multiplier. Focused on helping individuals achieve more than they could alone, not on being the best technical voice in the room.
- Coach rather than direct. Remove blockers, connect people to context and resources, and trust your engineers to own how the work gets done.
- Have a real track record of performance management and can speak to specific examples of difficult conversations and how you navigated them.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure where there isn't much.
- Communicate clearly and write well. You're default async, default written, set context proactively, and surface risks early.
- Are collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable. You thrive working with high-autonomy, senior ICs who have strong technical opinions and don't need to be the smartest person in the room.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join the OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will sit upstream of requirements, shape initiatives alongside product and business stakeholders, and own the engineering end-to-end on growth bets that move real metrics for millions of users. The ideal profile combines a solid engineering foundation, hands-on growth experience serving mobile users, and the conviction to bring proposals, not just execute them.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full engineering lifecycle of mobile growth initiatives - from shaping the brief with product and business through to production launch and iteration.
Build and optimise growth systems - including funnel instrumentation, referral mechanics, acquisition loops, and experiment frameworks — directly serving the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Business Development, and local market teams across multiple regions to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow to accelerate development, improve code quality, and bridge across tech stacks where needed.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising your positions based on evidence.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Hands-on growth engineering experience — funnel optimisation, experiment frameworks, acquisition or referral systems — in a consumer-facing (ToC) product context.
Understanding of mobile users: how they behave, what drives retention and conversion, and how mobile-native growth mechanics differ from web.
Actively uses AI tools as a core part of your engineering workflow — not just for code generation, but for building repeatable workflows and bridging across stacks.
Outspoken and proposal-driven: you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product Manager, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly (e.g. growth APIs, attribution pipelines, notification infrastructure).
Experience with Rust or other systems languages — especially candidates who have recently migrated from mobile-native stacks and are building fluency in backend tooling.
Depth in mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork).
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across US, EEA, and APAC markets.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events

Responsibilities
Principal trading book — provide liquidity against client flow, internalise and aggregate exposures where commercially attractive, manage inventory and hedge residual market risk.
Trading strategies — market making, flow trading, relative-value and other legitimate strategies the candidate identifies, within Board-approved risk limits.
Counterparty and execution venues — identify, negotiate and onboard the exchanges, prime brokers and OTC counterparties needed for hedging and inventory management.
Risk management framework — in partnership with the Risk function, design, implement and operate the risk limits, monitoring and escalation framework for the book.
Stock Lending cooperation — coordinate securities inventory, financing and revenue with the existing Stock Lending team, avoiding disruption to that revenue line.
Desk cooperation — work with the Options Trading and Fixed Income & Structured Products desks to ensure complementary principal books and shared risk visibility.
Operations and platform — cooperate with Operations, Treasury and Technology on workflow, financing, settlement and platform tooling.
Conflict and best execution — manage conflicts of interest, best-execution arrangements and product-governance compliance across the relevant booking entities (MiFID II, FCA, SFC and equivalent regimes).
Team build-out — size, composition and sequencing at the hire’s discretion as the book grows, consistent with the approved business plan.
Experience
10–20 years’ experience in principal trading, flow trading, market making or running a multi-asset trading book at a sell-side firm, broker-dealer, prime broker or proprietary trading house, with documented P&L through different market regimes.
Multi-asset risk management — strong background across delta, gamma, vega, correlation, liquidity and counterparty risk.
Regulatory expertise — hands-on familiarity with the MiFID II Systematic Internaliser regime, best-execution obligations and conflict-of-interest management in a regulated broker-dealer environment is essential.
Securities financing — familiarity with securities financing and stock lending operations is a strong plus.
Cooperative profile — non-negotiable; the role only succeeds by working closely with the existing Stock Lending team and the new trading desks, and a track record of operating effectively across desks and functions is expected.
Fluent English — mandatory.
Commercial and disciplined — technical, comfortable with full accountability for a P&L.
