Join our CRM Marketing team!
We're looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our team.
We use data-driven marketing automation to improve customer journeys through personalised communications across various channels (like email, push notifications or WhatsApp). What you will be doing:
Deliver CRM messages and campaigns for the category served across email, push and in-product, working from the category's intake form, so that the category decides what is sent and the centre's standards decide how well it is built.
Design, launch and improve automated lifecycle journeys for sellers, buyers and, where relevant, professional users, supporting acquisition, activation and retention for each brand in each market.
Grow the addressable base (consented, reachable contacts) as a category KPI, and pass consent and data-quality gaps to the CRM function head.
Design, run and read tests (in-channel and incrementality), explain the business impact, and scale proven solutions across the category's markets.
Set weekly priorities with the category's Strategy, Planning and Operations Lead and report results against the category's outcomes.
Propose proven motions for the reusable CRM library and shape the requirements for new CRM channels and capabilities with the MarTech team.
What we are looking for:
4 to 6 years in marketing, with hands-on CRM, lifecycle, engagement or retention experience in a digital platform or marketplace.
Experience in classifieds, e-commerce or other multi-sided marketplaces.
Build and run automated journeys in a CRM or marketing automation platform across email, push and in-product, from segmentation to reporting.
Experience with Braze (or equivalent) and with working with technology and product teams on implementation projects.
Data-driven: design tests, read results and explain business impact through analysis.
User-centric: turn insights into end-to-end consumer journeys.
Intrapreneurial: comfortable building completely new solutions, and working in a matrix with a good degree of ambiguity.
Use AI in day-to-day CRM work, for example to draft and localise copy, build segments, personalise journeys and speed up analysis.
Fluent business English to work smoothly with colleagues across several countries.
Location: based in Lisboa.
Our benefits:
Competitive salary and an annual bonus (15%)
Training and conference budget
Health and life insurance
A high degree of autonomy, as OLX believes in empowering people
Hybrid work

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
The adjoe Demand Partnerships team connects advertisers with engaged users from our exclusive global supply. These are hundreds of millions of people who already live in finance, shopping, food and mobility apps every day. You’ll be the senior person driving our apps business. It’s a new category, and you’ll shape how the market sees it. You won’t be handed a book of accounts. You’ll open doors to the consumer apps that will define rewarded advertising beyond gaming, and turn them into long-term partners
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years selling to consumer apps. You have a track record in sales or business development, selling mobile advertising, performance marketing, retention or loyalty solutions to consumer apps. At adjoe, you’ll build and lead our consumer apps business across EMEA, from first conversation to long-term partnership.
- A true hunter. You enjoy opening new markets, selling a new idea to sceptical buyers and closing complex deals. You’ll identify, onboard and launch campaigns across verticals like utilities, dating and subscription apps.
- Fluent in app marketing KPIs. You talk CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV and incrementality confidently with senior marketers, and know how to sell a new channel to sophisticated growth, UA, CRM and loyalty teams.
- Connected across EMEA. You bring an active network of growth, UA, CRM and performance marketing decision-makers at consumer apps and brands, and a deep understanding of the mobile consumer app landscape. You’ll represent adjoe at industry conferences and turn conversations into partnerships.
- Shapes the story, not just the pipeline. Together with Marketing and Product, you’ll build the storyline, pitch materials and case studies for non-gaming advertisers, and work cross-functionally to help internal and external stakeholders hit company goals.
- Organized and self-driven. You’re methodical and consultative, with excellent written and verbal English and a “make it happen” attitude. You’re experienced with Salesforce and Google Workspace and thrive in a fast-growing company.
🌎 WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM TALENT WORLDWIDE AND PROVIDE RELOCATION SUPPORT TO HAMBURG, GERMANY FOR THOSE READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
