Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Strong time management skills and the ability to consistently meet activity targets.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small, fast-moving team.
Must be based in Switzerland.
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Outbound Sales Representative.
Experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation.

Experience in real estate, property management, PropTech, or related industries.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
VP of Communications, Replit
Replit is changing who gets to build software. As an agentic software creation platform, Replit enables anyone, from individual creators to teams inside the world’s largest companies, to turn natural language into applications, internal tools, dashboards, workflows, websites, and software that solves real problems.
We are looking for a Director or VP of Communications to lead Replit’s next chapter of storytelling, trust building, and market leadership.
This is a senior communications role for a creative, strategic, and hands-on leader who can build and scale the communications function as Replit grows from a beloved developer platform into a defining company in AI, software creation, and enterprise transformation. This person will own Replit’s external and internal communications strategy, including strategic positioning and company narrative, media relations, analyst relations, executive communications, internal communications, crisis communications, customer storytelling, flagship thought leadership, policy-related communications, and global awareness.
The role requires someone who can push through the noise, make the Replit story heard, and keep it part of the conversation. The Director / VP of Communications will develop a compelling narrative that evolves with the company, the product, and the market, and deliver it across media, policymakers, partners, customers, prospects, and employees. The role will also support Replit’s international awareness, with a focus on key markets in Europe and Asia.
This person must be both strategic and execution-oriented. They should have built or helped lead a communications function at a fast-growing technology company, or led communications and positioning for a leading institution. This is not a traditional press office role of adopting another company’s playbook in its entirety.
The person must be creative, scrappy, maybe even spiky: able to take what they know works as a foundation and build on it to make Replit a unique player that punches above its weight in a crowded, competitive marketplace.
Role
- Lead and scale Replit’s communications function, including communications strategy, team structure, agency management, operating rhythms, and execution standards.
- Build an AI-native communications function, with agents running repeatable work so a lean team focuses on judgment, relationships, and creative leaps.
- Develop and evolve Replit’s corporate narrative as the company expands across AI, developer tools, enterprise, consumer, education, and global markets.
- Own Replit’s strategic positioning: the upstream frameworks and intellectual capital that make every launch, stage, and story land better.
- Lead communications programs across company announcements, product launches, enterprise momentum, customer stories, partnerships, policy-related issues, executive visibility, awards, events, and thought leadership.
- Shape how the market understands Replit as an agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language.
- Build clear, credible narratives around AI-powered software creation, developer productivity, enterprise adoption, security, governance, education, and the future of work.
- Develop flagship thought leadership, signature reports, and third-party validator relationships that build enterprise and institutional trust.
- Partner with the CEO, executive team, and functional leaders on positioning, reputation, media strategy, internal communications, and high-stakes company moments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, business, AI, enterprise, developer, policy, and international media.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, partnerships, legal, policy, people, and finance to create coordinated communications programs that support company priorities.
- Lead or support internal communications, including company meetings, leadership messaging, employee announcements, change communications, and moments that help the company stay aligned as it scales.
- Manage proactive and reactive communications, including rapid response, issues management, crisis communications, and sensitive topics.
- Prepare executives and spokespeople for media interviews, podcasts, conferences, customer events, internal moments, and industry presentations, and earn premier stages for Replit’s leaders.
- Support Replit’s global communications strategy, with particular focus on expanding awareness in Europe and Asia.
- Track the AI, software, developer, enterprise, startup, and policy landscape to identify where Replit should lead, respond, or reframe the conversation.
- Build a communications culture that values speed, clarity, creativity, judgment, and proof.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of experience in communications, PR, media, corporate affairs, or related fields for Director level; 15+ years for VP level.
- Experience building, scaling, or significantly expanding a communications or strategic positioning function at a fast-growing technology company or leading institution.
- Proven experience working directly with founders, CEOs, executives, and senior cross-functional leaders.
- Strong relationships with technology, business, enterprise, AI, developer, and/or policy media.
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional communications programs on a global level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for users, developers, enterprise buyers, employees, policymakers, partners, and the press.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape and how AI is changing software development, enterprise productivity, and the future of work.
- Hands-on fluency with AI and agentic tools, with a vision for AI-native communications operations.
- Track record of flagship thought leadership: signature reports, executive platforms, and ideas that shape an industry’s conversation.
- Experience earning third-party validation from leading institutions and policy communities for a scrutinized or emerging technology.
- Experience guiding communications through major inflection points: public-company transitions, landmark policy moments, category creation.
- Experience across several communications disciplines, including external communications, internal communications, media relations, executive communications, crisis communications, and strategic messaging.
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, compelling stories without losing substance.
- Cross-functional leadership experience, with the ability to influence and collaborate across product, engineering, sales, marketing, legal, policy, finance, and people teams.
- Ability to see the big picture while operating in execution mode.
- Passionate about their craft and the impact they can have.
- Strong judgment in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
- A creative, resourceful, “do more with less” mindset.

We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time

- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: Fully remote. To create the best experience for you and to meet our business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA or AMER regions.
You’ll join Oyster as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, reporting to the AI Director and partnering closely with functional leadership across Oyster.
Your mandate goes beyond automating individual tasks. You’ll help make Oyster’s business functions AI native, initially across areas such as People & Legal, Finance, and Operations. This means rethinking how people work with AI, where agents can take on operational work, and where human judgement creates the most value to build a more effective AI enabled organization.
You’ll be part of a connected group of Senior AI Solutions Engineers transforming different departments across Oyster. Together, you’ll establish shared standards, reuse successful approaches, and ensure Oyster’s AI transformation is coordinated rather than siloed.
This is a senior, hands on role. You’ll independently identify high value opportunities, decide where AI should and should not be used, and lead complex solutions from discovery through adoption and measurable business impact.
Successful candidates will be aligned to the business function where their experience, strengths, and interests can create the greatest impact, with the flexibility to support different functions as Oyster’s transformation priorities evolve.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Make business functions AI native
Reimagine how teams work with AI. Move teams from manually operating tools and workflows toward humans orchestrating AI powered ways of working, with human judgement where it matters.
Shape the AI roadmap
Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame high impact transformation opportunities.
Lead solutions from start to finish
Own complex initiatives from an ambiguous problem through design, build, deployment, adoption, and improvement.
Build best in class AI agents and solutions
Design, build, test, and continuously improve reliable AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, orchestration platforms, APIs, tools, and enterprise data sources.
Apply sound judgement
Balance value, feasibility, risk, data quality, maintainability, and human oversight. Recognize when AI is not the right solution.
Drive AI adoption and self sufficiency
Partner with functional leaders, managers, and champions to embed AI into everyday work. Help teams move beyond consuming AI outputs toward confidently creating reusable prompts, workflows, and AI powered ways of working.
Own solutions beyond launch
Measure adoption, quality, reliability, and business impact after release. Continuously improve solutions based on real usage and outcomes rather than treating launch as completion.
Connect the organization and raise capability
Build trust with functional leadership, share reusable patterns with AI Solutions Engineers supporting other departments, mentor colleagues, and help teams develop the skills and confidence to operate effectively in an AI enabled environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands on AI and automation experience, supported by broader experience delivering complex solutions in business operations, functional transformation, Solutions Engineering, systems integration, or a related field.
- A track record of redesigning workflows or operating models, rather than only automating isolated tasks.
- Experience independently leading complex, cross functional initiatives from an ambiguous problem to measurable business impact.
- Strong automation capability using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
- Strong hands on experience designing, building, deploying, and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
- Strong experience in at least one complex business function such as People, Legal, Finance, Operations, or a related area.
- Experience integrating business systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong judgement about where AI can create value, where processes need deeper redesign, and where automation should not be used.
- Ability to influence functional leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and align technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- A track record of mentoring others, sharing expertise, and raising standards across a team.
BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Experience with enterprise systems and platforms used across functions such as People, Legal, Finance, or Operations.
- JavaScript, Python, or SQL experience.
- Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.

inDrive is a global mobility platform built on fairness: passengers and drivers agree on the price together. We are building a Loyalty Program that rewards passengers for riding with us and gives them real value, not endless promotions.
As Partnership Manager, Loyalty, you will own the benefits side of that program globally, across all of inDrive's markets. You will shape the value proposition across three types of benefits: external benefits co-funded by banks, financial groups and consumer brands; internal benefits funded by inDrive; and product benefits built into the app. You will bring partners on board and turn conversations into signed agreements that work in practice, and you will run experiments across all three until we find the mix that passengers actually adopt. You will be the first dedicated hire on this workstream, reporting directly to the Global Director of Loyalty.
Disclaimer: CVs in Spanish will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Build and prioritize the global partner pipeline, with local depth in your region, choosing partners by fit with the program rather than by the volume they offer.
Lead negotiations with Strategic Alliances teams at banks and financial groups, and guide them through their internal approvals (Risk, Legal, Product, Finance).
Structure and negotiate term sheets, campaign terms and settlement mechanics together with our Legal and Finance teams.
Shape the value proposition for external benefits (partner-funded) and internal benefits (inDrive-funded), and keep both coherent for the passenger.
Champion product benefits internally: build the case with Product and other teams so that app features become part of the loyalty offer.
Run the experimentation across all benefit types, from hypothesis to test design and readout, until we find the sweet spot of adoption.
Work with Product and Fintech teams so every agreement can run on our native product and wallet.
Define the partner offer catalog and the criteria for turning down offers that do not give passengers fair value.
Track benefit and partner performance (adoption, redemptions, incrementality, return for both sides) and report it to leadership.
Represent inDrive in front of partner executives across our markets.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
6 to 10 years in partnerships, strategic alliances or business development, with at least 3 in loyalty, cashback, fintech, payments, super-apps or marketplaces.
A track record negotiating co-funded campaigns or agreements with external funders such as banks, card issuers or large consumer brands.
Experience working with Strategic Alliances teams at banks or financial groups and navigating their internal approval chain.
Experience structuring deals with Legal and Finance: term sheets, campaign terms, settlements.
Hands-on experience designing and running experiments on benefits or offers (A/B tests, pilots) and acting on the results.
Comfort with data: you read redemption dashboards and understand incrementality and campaign ROI.
Fluent Spanish and English.
How you work
You influence without authority, moving several internal teams and an external partner at once.
You translate between worlds: you can explain our model to a bank and a bank's request to our Legal and Finance teams.
You have the judgment to say no to volume that does not serve passengers, and the tact to keep the relationship.
You are comfortable building from zero, with no closed playbook.
You communicate clearly with executives and work autonomously through long negotiation cycles.
You care about fair value for passengers, not only about the size of the funding.
Nice to have
Experience inside a bank, card issuer or fintech, or an existing network in one or more of inDrive's markets.
Knowledge of banking and fintech ecosystems in emerging markets across Latin America, Asia or Africa.
Experience with both funding models: partner prefunds the incentive, or the platform advances it and settles later.
Background in ride-hailing, delivery or mobility.
Having launched a partner program from scratch.
Interest in purpose-driven initiatives.
Location and team
Scope:
Global. You will build partnerships and benefits across inDrive's markets in Latin America, Asia, Africa and beyond.
Location:
Peru, Colombia or Mexico. We will prioritize candidates with a network in Peru or Colombia.
Reports to:
Global Director of Loyalty.
Works with:
Product, Fintech, Legal, Finance and the corporate Partnerships team, on a global, English-speaking team.
Location: Lima, Peru
Workplace: hybrid

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Workplace: hybrid
inDrive is seeking a Head of Loyalty Product to own inDrive’s Loyalty product domain end-to-end, reporting to the Director of SuperApp and Growth Businesses Product. The core challenge is to build a loyalty proposition that customers genuinely value and that measurably changes behavior. That means increasing frequency, retention, cross-service engagement, and customer lifetime value while maintaining sustainable economics.
This is not a role focused on running a rewards feature or promotional calendar. You’ll own Loyalty as a product domain and lead execution across multiple teams and markets. This happens in a highly cross-functional environment where many of the capabilities required to deliver the Loyalty experience sit outside your direct team.
Key Responsibilities
Own Loyalty product strategy and roadmap.
Define and continuously evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Loyalty across inDrive. Identify where loyalty can create the greatest customer and business value, translate those opportunities into clear product priorities, and own the resulting product outcomes.
Build the customer proposition.
Design loyalty experiences and mechanics that customers understand, value, and actively engage with. Own the end-to-end customer journey - from discovery and enrollment through earning, benefits, redemption, progress, and ongoing engagement.
Drive measurable changes in customer behavior.
Build products that improve frequency, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Establish clear hypotheses and success criteria and distinguish incremental behavior from activity that would have happened anyway.
Connect product decisions to economics.
Partner closely with Business and Analytics to understand the economics behind the product. Make informed trade-offs between customer value, engagement, cost, and long-term impact rather than optimizing individual product metrics in isolation.
Build for an ecosystem.
Develop loyalty experiences and capabilities that can work across multiple inDrive services, customer journeys, and markets. Balance reusable, scalable product capabilities with meaningful differences in local customer behavior and market economics.
Lead experimentation.
Build a rigorous experimentation approach around loyalty propositions, rewards, incentives, and customer experiences. Use behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization to continuously improve what value is offered, to whom, and when.
Drive cross-functional execution.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, CRM, and product teams across inDrive. Identify and manage critical dependencies, create alignment around priorities and requirements, and drive the cross-team execution needed to deliver the overall Loyalty product outcome.
Build and lead the product team.
Build, lead, and develop the Loyalty product team. Set a high bar for product discovery, prioritization, experimentation, execution, and accountability, and create an environment where strong product talent can grow.
Build a strong measurement system.
Establish the measurement framework for Loyalty together with Analytics, combining experimentation, customer insights, and business performance to determine what should scale, evolve, or stop.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Loyalty, membership, subscription, or engagement product depth.
You’ve built and scaled meaningful consumer loyalty, membership, subscription, rewards, or adjacent engagement products - not simply managed promotional campaigns.
Strong consumer product background.
You’ve built products in a scaled consumer technology environment such as mobility, delivery, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, fintech, or another high-frequency digital category.
End-to-end product ownership.
You’ve owned a meaningful product area from strategy and discovery through execution, experimentation, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
Behavior-change mindset.
You understand how product mechanics, incentives, benefits, status, rewards, and customer experience influence behavior - and know how to distinguish genuine incremental impact from correlation.
Strong commercial judgment.
You can move fluently between customer experience and economics, understand unit economics and LTV, and make thoughtful trade-offs between growth, customer value, and cost.
Experimentation depth.
You have strong experience with controlled experimentation, segmentation, and behavioral data and use evidence to make product investment and prioritization decisions.
Cross-product thinking.
You’ve worked on products that span multiple customer journeys, business lines, or product teams and can create alignment and drive execution without relying solely on direct organizational authority.
Multi-market experience.
You’ve built or scaled consumer products across multiple countries or regions and understand how customer behavior, willingness to pay, incentives, and economics can differ across markets.
0-to-1 builder who can also scale.
You’re comfortable starting with ambiguity, shaping a proposition, validating it with customers and data, and then turning what works into scalable product capabilities.
Product leadership.
You’ve led and developed product managers, can set a strong product bar, and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, and other functions.
Will be an advantage
Experience building loyalty or membership products for a multi-service consumer ecosystem or super app.
Experience with paid membership or subscription products.
Experience with rewards, cashback, wallet, payments, or incentive systems.
Experience with personalization, recommendations, CRM, or lifecycle decisioning.
Marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
Experience in high-growth emerging markets across LATAM, Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, or Africa.
Experience taking a loyalty or membership proposition from initial launch to multi-market scale.
Why join us

We are looking for a
Technical Program Manager
to own inDrive’s largest cross-team programs end to end. You will work across tens of teams, partner directly with product and engineering leadership, and decide not only how our biggest programs are delivered but which ones we run and in what order.
The role sits between product intent and technical reality. You will work with Product Managers to scope, prioritise and phase what we build, and with engineering to decide how it gets built - then own the dependency picture across the entire surface.
This is a deeply technical role. You will spend your time in architecture discussions, design reviews and trade-off decisions, not only in status meetings. We are looking for someone who has built software or led engineers, and who can hold their own with staff engineers and architects.
You will join the Program Management team inside the Product & Technology PMO, alongside Product & Engineering Excellence and CTO/CPO Operations.
Please note that we are looking for a candidate based in
Georgia (the country), not the U.S. state
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of several product teams’ work to ensure delivery of value within expected timelines
Working closely with Engineering manager and team members to create products and achieve tangible impact throughout the development lifecycle
Managing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and timely informing all key stakeholders
Managing priorities, risks, and dependencies
Establishing a process for continuous improvement of metrics - performance (delivery and discovery), quality, as well as team engagement and maturity
Facilitating project or program-level events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
End-to-End Ownership.
Own end-to-end delivery of inDrive’s largest org-wide technical programs, from initiation and scoping through architecture, execution, launch and adoption, against measurable outcomes over multiple quarters
Product Partnership.
Partner with Product Managers across business verticals and platform to scope programs, challenge and sharpen requirements, agree what is in and out, and turn ambiguous product intent into a program with a defensible shape
Prioritisation and Phasing.
Drive prioritisation and phasing decisions with Product and Engineering — what ships first, what can wait, what can be split — so that value lands early and the plan survives contact with reality
Cross-Surface Dependencies.
Identify, map and resolve dependencies across the whole surface, including the ones nobody has noticed yet
Technical Depth.
Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and contribute to decisions on system design, scalability and reliability
Solution Architecture.
Own the technical coherence of end-to-end solutions that span multiple services, platforms, vendors and markets, and be accountable for the technical KPIs and SLAs your programs commit to
Technical Judgment.
Use your engineering background to help teams make sound design decisions, identify gaps in proposed solutions and weigh product-versus-technology trade-offs
Portfolio Management.
Own a portfolio of programs: sequence them, resolve cross-program dependencies and capacity conflicts, and make the calls on scope, timeline and technical approach
Structure in Ambiguity.
Create structure where none exists by defining program frameworks, decision points, operating cadences and communication models
Systemic Risk.
Detect risk visible only from a cross-program vantage point, and intervene to stabilise at-risk programs anywhere in the portfolio
Execution at Scale.
Identify where the organisation is losing speed, design scalable processes to fix it, and drive adoption across all Prod/Tech teams
Executive Partnership.
Partner directly with Product/Engineering Directors, VPs, the CTO and CPO on priorities, goals and trade-offs, and own executive communication so decisions are made quickly and with the right information
Craft Leadership.
Mentor Technical Program Managers and set the craft direction for the program management group
Why join us
Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 47 countries.
Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs.
