ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About The Role
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it.
You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~3,000 emerging and SMB customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Understand where to prioritize your teams time. Engage directly with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, especially where trust is being built or repaired.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals. Forecast your business to senior leadership on a weekly cadence.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
The Role
Own a portfolio of small and mid-sized advertisers across South Africa, selling media solutions on behalf of our partner platforms. This is a new-business hunting role first and an account management role second. If you are energised by clear targets and an active client list, this is your seat.
What You Will Do
Revenue and growth
Deliver your quarterly portfolio (BU) target, agreed with your Sales Manager. 100% achievement meets expectations.
Track against year-to-date and annual targets, quarter on quarter.
Grow your portfolio 20% year on year and retain 80% of your existing client base.
Generate 10% of quarterly revenue from new business: clients not yet onboarded, or inactive for 6+ months.
Reactivate 10 churned accounts every quarter (no spend for two full quarters or more) through proactive outreach and welcome-back incentives.
Send at least 2 revenue-driving proposals per week (deck, one-pager or email with a clear idea plus KPIs or benchmarks).
Account management
Hold at least 8 client or agency meetings per week (in person, virtual or by phone), each logged with a recap.
Run at least 6 client workshops per quarter (2 per month) and stay in weekly contact with clients.
Deliver at least 2 post-campaign reports per week, plus QBRs for key accounts.
Support Ad Ops to drive delivery and help clients reach campaign KPIs: optimise, troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
Spot and close upsells (IO top-ups, budget additions, extensions) and record them at project level in Salesforce.
Product and client knowledge
Know each client's business, history, spend and campaign performance.
Build deep working knowledge of our partner platforms, their products and updates, and educate clients through workshops.
Administration and Ad Ops
Execute Ad Ops processes accurately and on time, in line with Aleph procedures: trafficking bookings, sending IOs for signature, creating ad accounts, loading or publishing funds and granting access.
Reconcile client accounts, monitoring Go-Lives, slow-pacing IOs and expiring budgets.
Maintain tool expertise, internal process proficiency and administrative hygiene.
Salesforce and sales hygiene
Log everything in Salesforce: emails, calls, meetings, contacts, companies and upsells.
Maintain a BANT-qualified pipeline with genuine week-on-week movement and accurate closing dates.
Submit a bottoms-up weekly forecast within 20% of your agreed quarterly target.
Send meeting recaps within 24–48 hours, respond internally and externally within 24 hours, and escalate any opportunity delayed beyond 72 hours.
Keep client folders and collateral current on the shared drive (linked, never attached).
Schedule prep and debrief time around meetings, with a written agenda in every invite.
Prepare a handover document with a designated buddy for all approved leave.
Who You Are
3+ years in digital media, adtech or platform sales, ideally across SMB or high-volume portfolios
A genuine hunter — you enjoy cold outreach, you work the reactivation list, and you do not wait for inbound
Relentless energy and activity levels: five meetings and two proposals a week without being asked twice
Disciplined in CRM — you treat Salesforce as your own forecasting tool, not as admin
Confident presenting to founders, marketing managers and agency teams, and comfortable running workshops
Commercially sharp, resilient under target pressure, and quick to turn a client conversation into a proposal
Johannesburg-based, with a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings

ABOUT THE ROLE
Productions is the “done for you” managed services wing of ElevenLabs, built for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts in linguistics, mixing and post-production to deliver human-edited dubs, audiobooks and more in 15+ languages, directly on the ElevenLabs platform. Our customers include global media broadcasters, publishers, gaming companies and major film studios.
We’re hiring engineers to build the systems behind it: the platforms that let human expertise and AI work together at the quality our clients expect, and the labelling tools our research teams use to improve our models. You’ll own a scope in one of these areas:
- Human data platform: the labelling and evaluation platform research uses to continuously improve our models. You’ll ship new task editors, improve reliability, catch misuse and build the metrics behind higher-quality data pipelines.
- Core productions engine: the backend machine nobody sees but everybody relies on. You’ll build and maintain the services that run our production workflows, with room to lead projects.
- Editor platform: the professional editing tools our production teams work in. You’ll build in Rust, combining UI systems with a deep understanding of the underlying system.
We’re building professional tools and core infrastructure, not consumer features. The work is mostly building, with little hand-holding. You’ll carve out your own scope and own the outcome.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in functional programming languages like Rust, with a full-stack focus on designing UI systems. You’ve shipped and run production systems end to end.
- Experience making systems reliable and scalable, such as internal platforms, workflow or task engines, or data pipelines. You take pride in the infrastructure nobody sees but everybody relies on.
- Comfortable switching between building a new tool or editor and hardening the platform underneath it, and keen to lead projects when the opportunity arises.
- Opinionated and able to defend your ideas, but know when to just grind. You’re happy doing the unglamorous work, and you’re hungry.
Bonus:
- Experience building editor or UI-heavy professional tools, with a systems-level understanding of what sits underneath.
- Experience with data labelling or annotation platforms, or managing crowdsourced workforces.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe and the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT+1 timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Dublin, Amsterdam, and Warsaw.

Location: Tokyo, Japan
Location: Japan (Tokyo)
Type: Contractor (12 months to start)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a contractor based in Japan to support the development and growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts in Japan and Korea.
This role will focus on building strong relationships with students and campus communities, supporting locally relevant community activations, surfacing meaningful student stories and insights, and helping establish the foundations for sustained student engagement over time.
About the Team
OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity.
The Community team focuses on finding exceptional power users of our tools and turning real usage into stories and signals that shape both product direction and how the world understands OpenAI. We do that by learning directly from users, then working together to package up insights and use cases into formats that can travel: playbooks, webpages, launch assets, event series and clear “here’s how people actually use this” guidance.
About the Role
ChatGPT and OpenAI’s broader tools can help students learn, create, build and solve problems in new ways. But for many, discovering meaningful ways to use AI can still feel like navigating a black box without an instruction manual.
The OpenAI community exists to bridge that gap by working directly with the people using our technology every day.
Our role sits across three core areas:
- Build direct relationships and channels with student leaders and their communities
- Amplify how these cohorts are actually using AI, enabling peer-to-peer learning and accelerating adoption through real examples
- Channel insights and feedback from these communities into our product and research teams
Our current student engagements serve as a key entry point for building long-term relationships with students and priority campuses—helping us identify emerging power users and support growing communities through authentic, student-led engagement.
The goal is for every participant to leave not only with an “I wonder if…,” but with the confidence to build with AI—and a community to learn alongside.
This role will report to the Community Lead, APAC and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and our external agency partner to support the growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts primarily in Japan, and selected engagement efforts in Korea.
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts in Japan, with opportunities to support relevant engagement efforts in Korea
- Identify, recruit, and onboard students to participate in our global OpenAI Student Collective program
- Build partnerships with student clubs and campus communities to host Labs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, hosts, and campus partners
- Coordinate communications, scheduling, logistics, and event execution; resolve issues and remove blockers
- Represent OpenAI on Campus
- Develop and maintain dashboards and systems to track events, performance, and program scale - including student participation and event engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Source, review, and curate stories and use cases across events and online communities
- Publish progress updates and monthly recaps, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Community team to improve, maintain community resources, including guides, templates and checklists.
Qualification
Must have:
- 5 years experience building, managing or growing communities, ideally student or campus-based communities.
- Excellent execution skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once, from onboarding and event coordination to story capture and reporting..
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and driving follow-through.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with students, partners and internal teams.
- Comfort with tools like Slack, Google Docs / Sheets, Airtable or similar workflow systems.
- Willingness to travel for student community activations across Japan, and occasionally Korea where relevant
- Japanese language proficiency
Bonus:
- Active participation in tech and AI communities, with a strong understanding of how these ecosystems operate beyond top-line metrics
- Strong interest in AI and familiarity with how the space is evolving, including emerging product and agent experiences.
- Experience working with agencies and external partners.
- Strong relationships with student communities, clubs or universities in Japan and Korea
- Korean language proficiency

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Corporate Systems team runs the core collaboration platforms everyone here works in and builds the tooling and automation behind IT. That responsibility extends to the companies we acquire. Their people, devices, and systems have to come into Anthropic securely.
You'll own the IT side of Anthropic's acquisitions: due diligence, integration planning, and integration. Before close, you'll assess a company's IT environment and give the deal team a clear read on risk and effort. You'll define the technical integration plan and its requirements: what moves, where it lands, in what order, what has to be ready on day one, and how each security gap gets closed. After close, you'll carry out that plan and bring the company's people, devices, and systems onto our stack. This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll hold admin, write code, build automation, run the cutovers yourself and bring in other teams when the work calls for their expertise or support. You'll lead this work for IT Engineering and partner with Security, Corporate Development, Legal, People, and Finance at every stage.
M&A will be your primary focus and responsibility, but you'll be a full member of the Corporate Systems team; taking part in planning and reviews, using and contributing to the team’s tooling, and contributing to the roadmap. Early on, M&A will be most of your work, including using Claude to automate the repeatable parts of diligence and integration. As that automation matures, and when M&A load is light, you'll contribute to other parts of the team’s roadmap.
Responsibilities
Lead technical IT due diligence: assess a company's identity, applications, endpoints, and infrastructure, and brief the deal team on risk and effort before close
Find the gaps between an acquired environment and Anthropic's security model, rate them, and build the mitigations into the integration plan
Define the technical integration plan and its requirements: what moves, where it lands, in what order, and what has to be ready on day one
Run the integration: take over administration, migrate people, devices, and data, and retire what's no longer needed, with support from other IT Engineering teams as required.
Work with Business Technology, Client Platform, Corporate Network, IT Operations, and Security on their parts of each integration
Keep Corporate Development, Legal, People, Finance, and the acquired company's team clear on where IT stands
Build a repeatable IT M&A playbook and automate as much of it as possible with Claude
When M&A work is light, contribute to core Corporate Systems projects
You may be a good fit if you have
8+ years as a hands-on engineer in corporate IT. You have designed and shipped systems, carried out migrations or integrations yourself, and owned at least one area end-to-end, with experience supporting other areas: identity, applications, endpoints, or corporate infrastructure
Experience administering enterprise identity and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and an SSO provider, and working code in Python or similar against their SaaS APIs
Working knowledge of endpoint management and security concepts, enough to lead diligence on an unfamiliar fleet
A proven ability to understand an unfamiliar IT environment quickly and deliver a prioritized view of risk to non-specialists
A record of leading technical projects that span several teams and run to a fixed date, while doing much of the engineering yourself
Comfort working autonomously, with ambiguity and confidential information
Clear communication with executives, legal and corporate development teams, and engineers at acquired companies
Strong candidates may also have
Prior M&A, carve-out, or company-to-company migration experience
Experience across the full stack: endpoints, systems, applications, and infrastructure
Hands-on experience managing a device fleet or running an MDM
Experience working in or alongside a security team
A record of building tooling that replaces manual IT work
Using Claude or similar tools as a core part of how you work
Representative projects
Assess an acquired company's IT environment that nobody here has seen and produce a prioritized integration plan within days
Design a way to size integration effort and risk for a company of any shape or size
Automate bringing acquired people and devices onto Anthropic's identity and device management
Write the IT risk memo for a live deal and present it to Corporate Development and Security leadership
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team. Our goal is for Claude to close the loop on scientific discovery, and a significant part of this is helping Claude to drive scientific hardware and software. You'll help deploy the Model Hardware Standard (MHS) to labs doing the world’s most important research. You’ll scale what you learn in the field by contributing back to the standard, building scalable assets, and driving associated internal product and research direction.
Responsibilities
Work with labs to automate their experiments end-to-end with Claude - from advising, to prototyping, to writing production code.
Drive product, engineering and research direction based on field experience - e.g. building evals to measure limitations of our models in the physical world (capabilities and safety), developing new features on MHS, etc.
Scale your impact to the long tail of labs through reusable cookbooks, documentation, and other assets.
Be an EMEA ambassador for Claude in the lab - you’ll both inspire and build trust with scientific audiences, from small settings to large conferences.
This role will require significant travel
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
Hands-on experience connecting software to lab robots and instruments (liquid handlers, plate readers, scheduling software, LIMS), ideally in an automated lab.
Strong engineering skills: you can take an LLM-powered tool from prototype to production code, and write evals to measure its performance.
A scientist's instinct for how experiments work: you can spot what's worth automating, and where AI might fail or be unsafe in the physical world.
Experience working directly with external customers or partners in a technical role.
Clear written and verbal communication: you’ll write docs other labs can use without you and give talks that inspire and earn researchers' trust.
A scrappy mentality–comfortable wearing multiple hats, building from scratch, driving clarity in ambiguous situations, and doing whatever it takes to further the mission.

Capital.com is scaling fast, and this role makes sure that ambition shows up everywhere the brand does. Reporting to the Brand Director, you’ll own delivery end to end, turning brand strategy into standout campaigns and building a sponsorship and events function that makes every partnership work harder. It’s a hands-on role for someone as comfortable running a campaign timeline as negotiating a sponsorship deal or managing an event on-site. Working with the CMO, Head of Creative, PR and regional teams, you’ll have real influence over how Capital.com shows up globally as it pursues premiumisation and expansion.
Responsibilities:
Brand Campaigns
Own end-to-end delivery of Capital.com's big-ticket brand campaigns, turning the Brand Director's strategy into standout, well-executed work across markets
Partner closely with the Head of Creative, who leads creative production, to ensure every campaign is built and delivered to a premium standard
Work with market analysts and the PR team to align campaign timing, messaging and measurement
Manage campaign budgets, timelines and sign-off across multiple markets and stakeholders
Lead delivery across campaigns of every scale, from moments built around a global brand asset to local activity such as a UK spread betting campaign or a new performance-led campaign for the paid social team
Feed into the strategic thinking behind paid social alongside the paid social team, for example how a new channel is seeded with initial paid support, or how an organic boosting strategy is agreed and backed with paid
Bring imagination to how the brand shows up, finding new ways to express Capital.com's premiumisation and expansion ambitions through brand activity
Sponsorship & Events
Own the sponsorship and events function end to end: evaluating and negotiating new opportunities, then delivering the activations that bring them to life
Draw on activation support at global level from the events team and at local level from regional marketing leads and local offices, so delivery is never carried alone
Evaluate opportunities across sport, conferences and other partnerships against clear criteria for brand fit, audience relevance and commercial value
Lead negotiation and management of sponsorship contracts, protecting Capital.com's interests and tracking every commitment on both sides
Build and maintain relationships with rights holders, sports marketing agencies and event partners as the primary point of contact
Plan and deliver event activations and client hospitality end to end — suppliers, guest lists, merchandise, booths — working with the design team so every physical presence reflects the brand
Collaborate with the CMO, regional marketing managers and regional CEOs to align sponsorship priorities across markets and activate global properties locally
Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure all sponsorship and event activity meets regulatory requirements across Capital.com's jurisdictions
Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI, and build out the sponsorship and events team as the function grows
Requirements:
Senior experience delivering brand campaigns end to end.
Experience within a financial services or fintech business.
Proven experience delivering sponsorship activation end to end, from deal negotiation through to on-site activation.
Breadth beyond sport (e.g. culture, academia, thought leadership) and integrated activation skills across social, content and brand campaigns, not just hospitality.
Experience activating global properties across multiple markets.
Strong commercial focus: you can articulate the value a sponsorship brings to the business and use it as a vehicle to drive acquisition.
Experience in our industry or regulated financial services.
Confidence negotiating commercial contracts and evaluating opportunities critically rather than just enthusiastically.
Excellent relationship management across rights holders, creative partners and senior stakeholders in a multi-market structure.
Comfortable building a function from a small base, with willingness to travel roughly 20% of the time.
Nice to have:
Existing relationships with sports rights holders, conference organisers or sports marketing agencies
Agency-side background in sponsorship, experiential or brand campaign delivery
Experience managing brand or sponsorship activity across multiple international markets simultaneously
