Managers and team members also take part in presales conversations to provide technical advice during the sales process.
A Cloud Professional Services Manager is responsible for line management and career guidance. THE ROLE AND ITS IMPACT
As a Data Engineer in our G&A Data & Analytics team, you will build the data products, pipelines and semantic layers that power decision making across Finance, People Experience and Legal. You will design and maintain a governed semantic layer in Snowflake, translating business concepts into metrics, dimensions and definitions that make data easy to trust and simple to use, while also helping shape the AI and agentic capabilities that give people conversational access to that data.
The numbers you help produce matter well beyond the team, feeding financial performance insights, workforce reporting and figures that are shared with our Executive Leadership Team, our Board and, ultimately, the market. It is a role with real visibility and real stakes, where the quality and reliability of your work directly shapes how confidently Xero can report on its own performance.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
The G&A Data & Analytics team exists to empower Xeros across Finance, People Experience (PX) and other G&A functions with trusted data, analytics and AI‑driven insights that improve performance outcomes. We design, build and maintain data products and analytical capabilities that underpin Xero’s internal decision‑making – from financial performance and workforce health through to operational efficiency and strategic trade‑offs.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- Snowflake and dbt as the backbone of our data platform, alongside an emerging agentic and AI layer built on reusable skills and MCP integrations
- Bringing new revenue streams from recent acquisitions into a single, consolidated model so we can report Xero's performance consistently
- Building and testing dbt models and snapshots that support our monthly financial and workforce reporting cycles
- Extending our semantic layer so more of G&A's reporting can be answered conversationally, with the right guardrails in place
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
We support a flexible working model that empowers you to balance your professional and personal life. You will have the option to work in a hybrid capacity, combining the focus of remote work with the collaboration of our office spaces and team boost days to foster connection and alignment.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE'RE LOOKING FOR, FOR THIS ROLE
- You will bring hands-on experience building SQL data models, with dbt as your tool of choice for testing, documentation and snapshotting
- Validating your own outputs comes naturally to you, and you are comfortable standing behind the numbers a model produces
- Curiosity about how AI can make data more accessible will serve you well here, as you help shape the conversational and agentic layer we are building in G&A
- You will Go Together with Finance, Legal and People teams, translating their questions into data products that are genuinely trusted and easy to use
- Acting as a senior voice in the team comes naturally, whether that is sharing patterns, mentoring others or helping set a consistent standard for how we build
- You will Go Further by looking past the obvious answer to find a simpler, more reliable way to model or validate a piece of G&A's data
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything, in over 500 cities in over 30 countries. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash, and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. If you're a self-starter with drive and an entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Role
Israel is one of Wolt's most established markets. Arab-Israeli communities, roughly a fifth of the population, are also one of its largest growth opportunities. We have launched in a growing number of Arab towns and cities and seen strong early traction. Our ambition is much bigger: a leading, scaled business in this market, winning consumers, merchants, and couriers in every region where Arab communities live.
The Senior Manager, Arab Market Business Lead, takes full ownership of Wolt Israel's business in the Arab market, with end-to-end accountability for strategy, growth, and results across consumers, merchants, and couriers. You will lead the existing Arab market team and serve as the link between Wolt Israel's management and this market, translating what works at Wolt in Israel into what works for Arab-Israeli customers, merchants, and couriers.
You will report to the Director of Market Growth, Wolt Israel, and work as part of the Israel management team under the GM.
What you’ll be doing
Business Ownership and Strategy
Own the Arab market business plan and its results: users, orders, frequency, merchants, and the economics behind them.
Define the strategy: which regions, segments, and categories to prioritize, in what order, and what it takes to win in each. Translate it into clear priorities for each function.
Evaluate performance continuously and adjust based on data, the competitive landscape, and growth potential.
Run a regular operating cadence (weekly performance review, forecasts, OKRs) and hold teams accountable for delivery.
Bring results, risks, and opportunities to Israel leadership, in a form that works for people who don't know the local market.
Consumers
Raise penetration, frequency, and retention, and compete directly for share against strong local players.
Merchants
Lead acquisition and growth of local restaurants, retailers, and small and medium businesses. Build the commercial offer, onboarding, and ongoing account management that make a small business choose Wolt and grow with us.
Open the door to larger chain and enterprise partnerships.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work as a peer with Merchant, Marketing, Operations, Supply, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Legal, and align them behind one plan for the market.
Work closely with Marketing. You are not the marketing manager, but you set the priorities and direction so that campaigns, messaging, and local community presence turn into measurable growth.
Adapt Wolt's Israel playbook to the needs, habits, and expectations of Arab-Israeli customers. Where the playbook doesn't exist, create it.
Market and Network
Know the market in depth: the differences between communities and regions in the North, the Triangle, Jerusalem, the Negev, and mixed cities.
Build and maintain a strong network of community, municipal, business, and civic leaders.
People Leadership
Lead the Arab market team: set expectations, build accountability, develop talent, and add capacity as the business scales.
Our Humble Expectations
15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of people leadership.
Fluent Hebrew, Arabic, and strong professional English,
with the ability to translate local context for a global audience.
A proven record of building or scaling a business line, market, or product from an early stage, ideally in a consumer platform, marketplace, delivery, retail, or e-commerce environment.
Hands-on experience with merchants, SMBs, and/or enterprise clients in B2B, and a solid understanding of the platform-to-small-business relationship.
Strategic thinking: the ability to see where we need to go, set a plan, prioritize, and drive it to results against clear metrics.
Financial and analytical acumen: comfortable managing a business through data, funnels, and unit economics.
A strong, credible network in the Arab-Israeli community across several regions, and a deep understanding of how they differ.
Experience working closely with Marketing and directing it toward business outcomes.
Strong cross-functional leadership: the ability to align and influence without relying on formal authority.
A working understanding of how apps and platforms work, and the basics of logistics and delivery operations.
An entrepreneurial, ownership-driven approach, with comfort creating new things where there is no existing playbook.
Ability to use AI tools to strengthen commercial and operational performance, for example in market analysis, account planning, and ways of working, and to drive AI adoption across your team. Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude is a plus.
A degree in business, economics, or a related field and experience in a global or matrixed organization are an advantage.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Codex
Codex is building the infrastructure for stablecoin-based cross-border payments — moving money faster, cheaper, and more transparently than the legacy financial system. Backed by Circle, Coinbase, Dragonfly, Wintermute, and Cumberland, we're a small team solving hard problems at the intersection of crypto and global payments.
The Role
This is a hands-on founding role: you will personally run clients through onboarding while building the systems, workflows, and automation that allow the function to scale.
Codex is growing its client base rapidly — fintechs, PSPs, and institutional clients. Your job is to own the onboarding process end-to-end today, and architect what it looks like at 10x volume tomorrow. You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding Execution
- Own the KYB process from initiation to completion — ensuring collection of corporate documentation, managing RFIs, coordinating with Compliance on risk determinations, and ensuring clients are cleared and activated as fast as possible
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients through onboarding by setting expectations, chasing outstanding items, and keeping deals moving without losing the relationship
- Work with each new financial partner to understand their onboarding requirements and figure out the right process from scratch, adapting quickly as requirements evolve
- Coordinate with Trading Operations on account activation once KYB is complete
Process Design & Automation
- Document and systematise the current manual onboarding process — identifying what's repeatable, what's fragile, and where the biggest bottlenecks are
- Build the strategic roadmap for transitioning from manual to automated KYB — sequencing what gets automated first, what requires human judgement, and what the target state looks like
- Work directly with Engineering to spec and prioritise automation — you'll need to understand the problem deeply enough to translate it into product requirements
- Design and maintain onboarding workflows, checklists, and documentation standards that allow the function to scale to multiple staff members
Cross-functional Coordination
- Partner with Sales to ensure onboarding timelines are set correctly and deals don't stall after signing
- Work closely with Compliance to stay current on KYB policy, risk appetite changes, and new documentation requirements as Codex expands into new markets
- Feed client feedback on onboarding friction directly into the product and engineering roadmap
What We're Looking For
- 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in client onboarding, KYB, or operations at a fintech, PSP, neobank, or payments company. You've been in the weeds, not just managing people who are, but your deep understanding of the day-to-day operations enable you to scale the function thoughtfully as well.
- Strong familiarity with corporate KYB including entity structures, UBOs, documentation standards across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience owning one-to-many onboarding processes and improving them over time — you've seen what breaks at scale and know how to fix it before it does
- Experience working with an Engineering teams on automation and tooling
- Strong written communication skills. You are clear, precise, and professional with clients and internal teams alike
- Detail-oriented but pragmatic — you'll drive the manual work that's needed today without losing sight of the automated future you're building toward
Nice to Have
- Experience in the stablecoin or crypto payments space
- Familiarity with cross-border payment rails and the compliance requirements that vary by corridor
- Prior experience as the first or founding member of an onboarding function at an early-stage company
