About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's compute runs on a growing global portfolio of data centers built with development partners. As a Senior Field Engineer on the Data Center Design and Engineering team, you will work side by side with developers, general contractors and engineers of record to resolve technical issues on site and speed up construction. You will spend most of your time on active sites, acting as our team's eyes, voice and technical judgment in the field. You will spot problems first, get the right people moving, and stay with each issue until it is closed.
You don't need a data center background. We care more about whether you have delivered complex industrial projects from the field and can get contractors and partners to act when you have no formal authority over them.
What you'll do
Be our engineering presence on site.
You will walk installed work against the approved design and build working relationships with developers, general contractors, engineers of record, vendors and commissioning teams. You will hold design acceptance on our team's behalf, deciding whether installed work meets the design. When field conditions and drawings disagree, you will be the first call. You will settle what you can on the spot and bring in the right discipline engineer for the rest. More than 50% of your working time will be at project sites, often with overnight travel across multiple sites. The rest will be remote from your home base.
Get issues closed.
You will keep one prioritized list of open engineering issues for your sites, each with an owner and a date. You will follow up in person, challenge dates that don't hold up, and escalate early with a clear recommendation when something is stuck.
Find out why things fail.
When equipment, an installation or a test fails, you will gather the evidence, test the first explanation, and trace the failure to its underlying cause. You will confirm that the fix works and check whether other sites carry the same risk.
Clear the path to commissioning and handover.
You will check the interfaces between power, cooling, controls and structure before they surface as test failures. You will drive RFIs, deviations and field changes to decisions, so that open engineering questions don't hold up the crews.
Bring the field back into the design.
You will turn recurring site problems into changes to our designs, standards and audit checklists. Each project should make the next one easier to deliver.
What this role is not
You won't manage construction crews or direct contractors' means and methods; those stay with our construction delivery partners. You will work with our discipline engineers and hold the field view, rather than produce design documents.
You may be a good fit if you
Have spent years on active project sites in energy, power, heavy industrial, data center or similar environments, as an engineer, project manager, or construction or commissioning lead
Can read drawings, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, specifications and schedules well enough to see where they disagree with what's been installed
Can give specific examples of persuading contractors, vendors or partners who didn't report to you to change course
Hold your position under pressure, back it with evidence, deliver bad news early, and change your mind when the facts change
Have led structured failure investigations, using a method such as 5 Whys or 8D, and seen the corrective actions through
Write short, factual reports that a busy reader can act on
Treat safety as your own job, and will stop work that isn't safe
Have a degree in engineering, construction management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong candidates may also have
Experience as an owner's representative overseeing an EPC or general contractor
Commissioning, startup or system turnover experience
Worked in LNG, refining, offshore, power generation, semiconductor or naval environments
An electrical, mechanical or civil, structural and architectural (CSA) engineering background
A PE license, PMP or OSHA 30 certification
Familiarity with tools such as Procore or Primavera P6
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Crystalia Glass LLC is a U.S.-based manufacturer and provider of premium glass solutions, specializing in custom glass partitions for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We operate a full-cycle model — from design and manufacturing to sales, delivery, and installation — with production facilities in the United States and Europe.
The U.S. market is our core focus. Crystalia Glass is a stable, scaling business, serving B2C, B2B, and B2G clients across multiple states. We combine strong product quality, competitive pricing, high service standards, and operational efficiency to set a benchmark within our industry.
We are strengthening our commercial function and are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to own the quality of sales execution across the full funnel, from first contact and needs discovery to closing and order handover.
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Sales Enablement Manager will diagnose why deals are lost, coach sales teams, build and adapt sales standards and CRM stage logic, and embed AI into everyday sales work. Success depends on driving adoption across sales teams and measuring real change in sales representatives’ behavior and conversion.
Employment Type:
-
Full-time 8.30 am - 5 pm, NY (EST zone).
- Remote work.
- B2B contract (sole proprietorship status or corporate entity).
Key responsibilities:
Analyze performance
Review won, lost and stalled deals across funnel stages, matching calls and messages against CRM history and using AI to flag missed questions, weak arguments, unhandled objections and missing next steps.
Assess each sales stage (discovery, qualification, value presentation, objection handling, negotiation, closing and follow-up), including how scripts are adapted to the client and whether call goals are achieved.
Identify root causes of performance gaps (skills, knowledge, process or tools) and recommend targeted fixes.
Develop the team
Run one-to-one and team call and deal reviews, role-plays (including AI-simulated buyers and objections), live call observation and product knowledge checks.
Build individual development plans and coach sales representatives on specific sales behaviors.
Coach team leads to apply shared quality criteria in daily work with their teams.
Track results
Track whether new behaviors and AI workflows are applied in real deals and how they affect conversion, deal outcomes and time spent.
Standards and CRM
Audit existing sales standards for gaps, contradictions and requirements that don’t help the sale.
Write and update sales standards: scripts, objection guides, follow-up rules, contact quality criteria and product instructions, as well as CRM stage rules — the goal, entry and exit criteria, required data, sales representative actions and next steps for each stage, ownership at handover, and SLAs agreed with the process owner (response time, working hours, exceptions and escalation).
Pilot and roll out new standards: incorporate feedback from sales representatives and team leads, agree commercial rules with sales leadership, write requirements for CRM fields, prompts, notifications, reports and automation, take part in acceptance testing, and train sales representatives after changes.
Monitor adherence to standards in the CRM: overdue tasks, missing next steps, unconfirmed stage moves, missing loss reasons and handover quality.
AI in sales work
Build reusable AI workflows for sales representatives and team leads (call and meeting preparation, meeting summaries, follow-up messages, discovery question planning and checking proposals against client and product data), train sales teams to use them, observe real usage and fix errors.
Work with AI agents and bots; maintain instructions, templates and knowledge-base materials.
Use AI to help sales representatives plan next steps in the CRM, making sure they review every AI-drafted message or data update before it goes to a client or changes key deal information.
Build enablement assets
Build and maintain the team skills map, call and deal scorecard, prioritized list of loss reasons and a library of examples and exercises.
Requirements
Experience in sales enablement, sales coaching or sales development in a comparable market, with personal responsibility for identifying gaps in sales representatives’ performance.
Experience with a complex physical product with a long sales cycle, ideally in architectural glass, interior systems or a related field.
Deep understanding of the full B2B/B2C sales cycle, including negotiation, closing and repeat sales.
Strong understanding of both phone sales and in-person sales in a showroom.
Strong call and deal review skills: specific feedback, structured practice and verification that skills transfer to real work; experience coaching team leads to apply shared quality criteria.
Experience writing sales standards and driving their adoption through team leads and sales representatives, without direct authority over the sales team; clear and concise writing; strong team player.
Confident CRM use at the level of funnel, stages, tasks, ownership, SLAs and data quality; ability to write change requirements.
Proven, hands-on use of AI in sales work
, with at least one implemented workflow showing a clear task, data, personal contribution, users and result. Fluent with AI tools, structured instructions, files and knowledge bases, and able to train others to use them; experience with any specific AI product is not required.
Strong analytical skills: able to measure the impact of new tools and processes with before/after comparison, compare conversion rates on a like-for-like basis (same funnel stage, period and lead sources), recognize when there is too little data for a reliable conclusion, and be clear about what the numbers do and do not prove.
Fluent English (C1/C2).
Benefits
Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses.
Full ownership of the sales enablement function in a fast-growing U.S. company, with the freedom to build it the right way.
Direct influence on how the sales team sells, with results visible in conversion and deal outcomes.
Hands-on work with AI in real sales processes, not pilots that stay on paper.
Joining a highly professional and dynamic team.
Exciting experience working with prestigious clients in the US market.

ABOUT MOTHERDUCK
Don’t let the quirky name fool you: At MotherDuck, we’re on a mission to make data warehousing fun, frictionless, and ducking awesome for developers and data practitioners building blazing fast internal and customer-facing analytics experiences. We're building a cloud-hosted version of DuckDB, working hand-in-hand with the creators of the fastest-growing and fastest-improving query engine on the planet. Unlike other databases, MotherDuck was architected to unify local development with cloud operations to bridge the gap between software and data engineering workflows. Our team is a mix of thoughtful, passionate, and empathetic data industry veterans.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a growth marketer with a hacker brain to own the systems that make our growth engine run... lifecycle, marketing ops, and the data and automation underneath both.
If you're the person who looks at a list of signups and immediately wonders what you could learn by enriching it, splitting it five ways, and testing a different nurture on each... we'd love to meet you. You'll build the segments, lists and audiences everything else depends on, hack and build growth agents, run Clay like a product you own, and use data to push our lifecycle programs 10x further than they are today.
This isn't a role where you wait for a ticket. You'll spot the next enrichment worth testing, propose the workflow that saves the team ten hours a week, and ship it. Some folks call this kind of work go-to-market engineering. We think of it as lifecycle marketing with real technical chops.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Lifecycle marketing, the backbone
- Become the team's expert on our audiences, and build the segments, lists and audiences that every email, campaign, webinar and nurture runs on
- Design lifecycle programs across signup, activation, re-engagement and expansion, and test them relentlessly with real data
- Use product usage and conversion patterns to decide who gets what message, when, and on which channel
- Report honestly on what moved the number and what didn't... including your own tests
Growth agents and Clay
- Own Clay end to end. You're the person who pushes it forward, not someone who has access to it
- Test new enrichments, scoring and signals, keep what works and kill what doesn't
- Build growth agents and automated workflows that let a three-person team move like a much bigger one
- Feed better audiences to Google, Meta, LinkedIn and email, in partnership with the performance marketer
Marketing ops
- Configure webinars and forms, and run the ops side of events: registration flows, segmentation, follow-up and handoff to sales
- Keep our tools, data and routing clean so the team trusts what they see
- Proactively propose improvements to how we work. If something's slow, manual or broken, we expect you to say so and fix it
WHAT PEOPLE SHOULD BE SAYING IF YOU'RE DOING DUCKING AWESOME
- "I didn't ask for that segment, but it's exactly what I needed for the campaign."
- "Every audience I get from them converts better than the last one."
- "The leads from the webinar showed up enriched, routed and ready to go. I didn't have to dig for anything."
- "Wait, marketing built that agent? Can we borrow it?"
- "Clay does things now nobody thought it could, and our lifecycle emails actually get replies."
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You want to hack and build growth agents. This is the heart of the role. You've used Claude Code, agents or similar tooling to automate real growth work, and you're itching to build more
- A passion for understanding user groups. You want to be the expert on our audiences... who they are, how they behave, and how to segment them so every email and nurture lands with the right people
- A systems brain. You see marketing as a set of inputs, workflows and feedback loops, and you love making them run better
- Lifecycle experience with numbers attached. You've owned segments, nurtures or re-engagement programs and can tell us what they did to activation, pipeline or revenue
- Proactive by default. You find the next test, enrichment or fix before anyone asks
- High-growth company background, ideally somewhere with a technical or developer audience
- Honest about results. You'll call out a losing test, including your own, as quickly as a winner
- Clay experience, ideally a workflow you built and can walk us through
- HubSpot experience at the workflow and data level
- Comfortable pulling and analyzing your own data, SQL included
- Webinar or event ops experience tied to pipeline
- Familiarity with data practitioners or developers as an audience
OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
We like to keep things transparent, so here's what to expect if you apply...
1. Discovery call with our recruiting team to get acquainted and make sure we're a mutual fit
2. A conversation with our Growth lead to learn about the systems you've built, how you think about audiences and segments, and what excites you about growth agents
3. A deeper conversation with our Growth team covering lifecycle strategy, how you'd test and measure a program, and a walkthrough of a workflow or agent you've built
4. A final conversation with our CEO focused on values and vision
PLEASE APPLY
Does this role sound appealing to you, but you’re missing some of the requirements or don’t quite think you’re qualified? Please apply anyway. Research has shown that underrepresented groups in technology often shy away from roles which aren’t a 100% match. We aim to build a diverse team and will strongly consider applicants who bring many of the requirements plus have other experiences which round out their qualifications.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
Are you energized by bridging the gap between frontier AI capability and complex customer reality? Do you want to architect high-performance, resilient machine learning systems directly inside strategic enterprise environments? We are looking for a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our team. The team is responsible for taking our large language models and making them work reliably, securely, and at peak performance within our customers' custom infrastructure and data perimeters.
In this role, you will act as the principal technical translation layer between our core engineering teams and our strategic partners. You will own the architecture for highly ambiguous, customer-specific inference challenges—ranging from multi-tenant model serving to multi-datacenter disaster recovery and custom hardware validation. You will lead technical adoption end-to-end, ensuring our models achieve exceptionally low latency, high throughput, and seamless resilience in the field.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will:
• Embed directly with customer engineering teams to architect the "connective tissue" between our AI models and their live, complex production environments.
• Design advanced model serving topologies, implementing multi-tenant architectures, intelligent model routing, and cross-datacenter failover strategies for multi-cluster environments.
• Optimize "AI-in-a-box" and private deployments, balancing localized SRE constraints like Kubernetes multi-cluster scale with raw model performance.
• Conduct rigorous benchmarking and profiling of customer LLM workloads, root-causing performance degradation (e.g., slow generation) via metrics, dashboards, and distributed logs.
• Accelerate hardware validation, collaborating with clients to run and support Cohere models on next-generation accelerators (GPUs, TPUs, AMD, and custom ASICs).
• Translate complex field friction into platform upgrades, delivering prescriptive feedback and contributing directly back to core product features.
• Ensure Day-1 production reliability, assisting customers in establishing sound deployment patterns, SLOs, and observability frameworks.
You may be a good fit if you have:
• 8+ years of engineering experience running production infrastructure, designing large-scale distributed systems, or deploying enterprise software in complex environments.
• Deep technical depth in production Kubernetes, including orchestration across multi-cluster and hybrid/multi-cloud ecosystems (GCP, Azure, AWS, OCI).
• Strong understanding of LLM architecture and inference dynamics, specifically how attention mechanisms, compute-bound prefill, and memory-bound decode phases dictate live performance.
• Hands-on experience with modern inference engines and optimization stacks (e.g., vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, lmd, or Dynamo).
• Familiarity with distributed serving techniques, such as prefill/decode disaggregated serving, distributed KV caching, and multi-GPU workloads.
• Exceptional customer-facing technical leadership, with a proven track record of scoping highly ambiguous problems and steering executive technical stakeholders.
• The high agency, grit, and adaptability to write same-day production code while managing client-side deployment politics or blockers.
• Strong programming foundations in Python, Go, or C++, comfortable moving fluidly between backend data pipelines and infrastructure layer tuning.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.

Every change to Anthropic's software has to reach production somehow: new code, runtime configuration, feature flags, infrastructure changes. Our team builds the systems those changes travel through. Our mission is to give every team at Anthropic a fast, safe, and predictable path from change to production.
We sit within Anthropic's Infrastructure organization and own pipelines, staged rollouts, health-gated promotion, and rollback, along with runtime configuration, feature flags, and the systems that deliver code and artifacts to machines across a very large fleet. You'll own a meaningful part of this end to end, from design through operating it in production.
If you want your work to shape how fast and how safely Anthropic ships, this could be a great fit.
Key responsibilities
Set technical direction for major parts of the deployment platform and own them end to end: design, implementation, and operations
Build rollout safety into the platform, including progressive delivery, health-gated promotion, automatic pause and rollback, and deploy controls that teams manage themselves
Design APIs and abstractions that work equally well for engineers and for AI agents
Extend the platform to new workload types and runtimes, from Kubernetes to serverless and edge platforms
Build and operate runtime configuration and feature flag systems with validation, gradual rollout, and fast rollback
Build infrastructure-as-code workflows that many teams rely on for safe, routine changes
Scale artifact distribution so code and configuration reach machines quickly and efficiently
Partner with Security so that the path to production is secure by default, with verifiable builds, least-privilege access, and auditable changes
Work directly with teams across Anthropic to understand their deployment needs and bring their workloads onto the platform
Take part in on-call and incident response, and turn what you learn into guardrails that prevent the same problem from recurring
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in at least one backend or systems programming language, such as Rust, Go, C++, or Java
Experience leading the design, building, and operation of distributed systems or infrastructure in production, including technical direction across teams
Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized workloads, such as Kubernetes on AWS or GCP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience building deployment, release, or change management systems at large scale
Experience with production on-call and incident response
Experience with Rust in production
Experience with progressive delivery and GitOps tooling, such as Argo CD or Argo Rollouts
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including controllers and operators
Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code systems at scale, including state management and locking
Experience building feature flag, experimentation, or dynamic configuration systems
Experience with artifact or package distribution, such as OCI registries, Nix, or content-addressed storage
Experience with software supply chain security, such as signed build provenance
Experience building high-throughput workflow engines or control planes backed by relational databases
Experience building internal developer platforms and leading adoption across many teams
Experience using AI agents in your own engineering work, or building systems that agents operate
Representative projects
Build operator controls for progressive rollouts, including pause and resume that preserve rollout state
Design a deployment engine built on fine-grained targets and their dependencies, so each change rolls out exactly where it needs to
Build cluster-health-aware rollouts that steer around unhealthy clusters
Add a new workload type to the platform, including its rollout, verification, and rollback behavior
Design a deployment control plane that handles sharp bursts of agent-driven traffic
Design a distribution system that delivers configuration and artifacts to every machine in the fleet as demand grows
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. .
See yourself at Twilio
Join the team as Twilio’s next Machine Learning Engineer, Customer Memory.
About the job
This position is needed to build and scale the pipelines that turn raw conversation data into structured, searchable customer memory, and the evaluation systems that keep that memory accurate as the product evolves.
You'll join the Conversation Memory team, which builds the memory layer behind Twilio's Conversational AI platform: the systems that extract what matters from millions of conversations, resolve it to the right customer, and retrieve it in milliseconds when an agent needs it. Memory that is wrong, stale, or crossed between customers is worse than no memory at all, so quality measurement is a first-class part of the work.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Build the extraction pipeline that turns raw data into structured memory, tuning the LLM prompts and schemas that decide what an AI agent remembers about a customer and what it forgets.
Own the retrieval path that answers "what do we know about this person?" in milliseconds, working with embeddings, vector search, and ranking
Contribute to the eval systems that tell us whether memory is actually getting better, turning a fuzzy question of quality into benchmarks and regression gates that run before every change ships.
Diagnose production issues across the ingestion, extraction, and indexing path using logs, metrics, and traces.
Partner with Product and ML teams to translate customer problems into system changes and evaluation criteria.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
Experience building backend services, and a demonstrated ability to pick up new languages, frameworks, and tools as the problem demands.
A curious approach to service management: ability to investigate how systems actually behave in production, and desire to continuously learn how to operate them with rigor and accountability.
Experience building or working with evaluation/quality-measurement systems, such as regression detection or quality metrics, or the desire to learn.
Solid grounding in observability practices: structured logging, metrics, and using them to debug distributed systems in production.
Fluency with AI-assisted dev tools (e.g. agents for code generation, review, debugging), applied with deliberate direction and critical thinking.
Desired:
Experience with Go and/or Python.
Experience with event-streaming systems (e.g. Kafka).
Experience building LLM-backed products.
Practical experience applying ML, e.g. building, evaluating, or productionizing models.
Location
This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

Model Organisms: Creating
model organisms of misalignment
to improve our empirical understanding of how alignment failures might arise.
Model Internals and Interpretability: Advancing our understanding of the internal workings of large language models to enable more targeted interventions and safety measures.
Safeguards Research: Developing robust defenses against adversarial attacks, comprehensive evaluation frameworks for model safety, and automated systems to detect and mitigate potential risks before deployment.
AI Welfare: Improving our understanding of potential AI welfare and developing related evaluations and mitigations.
AI security & frontier red-teaming
Stress-testing frontier models to understand the full extent of their current capabilities in fields such as cybersecurity, robotics or cryptography.
ML systems & reinforcement learning
Improving how frontier models are trained and building the infrastructure behind that research, from model architecture, optimizers and training data to accelerator simulators, hardware backends and RL environment pipelines.
